PENGAYAAN MATERI FISIKA : INDUKSI ELEKTROMAGNETIK DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
No full textThe concept of electromagnetic induction is very important in understanding and developing modern electrical technology. Some factors cause students to often find it difficult to understand electromagnetic induction material in school is that this material involves abstract concepts such as magnetic flux, magnetic field changes, and emf. For some students, understanding these concepts may be difficult due to a lack of direct experience or concrete representations. Enrichment of physics material on electromagnetic induction has been implemented at SMA N 1 Gunung Talang. This service activity aims to improve students' understanding of the basic concepts of Electromagnetic Induction in Class XII. This service consists of three stages including: preparation, implementation and evaluation. The evaluation of this activity was carried out by comparing the pre-test results before enrichment and the post-test scores of students after being given enrichment material by the lecturer (service team). The results obtained show an increase in student knowledge towards understanding the concept of electromagnetic induction. This service activity can be an effort for school and university cooperation to support student success in understanding physics concepts that are considered complicate
The Personality Structure of Ella Marchmill in "An Imaginative Woman" by Thomas Hardy: A Study of Freud's Psychology
No full textThe purpose of this study is to find and analyze the aspects of personality structure (id, ego, superego) in Ella Marchmill's characters, as well as the conflicts and personality structures that dominate. An Imaginative woman is a short story that tells how a household relationship in the Victorian era, especially how the personality structure of a wife in that era, was described by Thomas Hardly in the main character Ella Marchmill. The theory that will be used regarding personality structures (Id, Ego, Super Ego) by Sigmund Freud. Then, the method used is a descriptive qualitative research method by analyzing data in the form of words, phrases, dialogues, etc. from Ella Marchmill’s caharacters in An Imaginative Woman. This method was chosen because it’s relevant with the problems and the data is from data which is a words, dialogues, etc to be analyzed, not a mathematical problem. The results of the study prove that: 1) Ella Marchmill's character has three personality structures, they are id, ego, and superego. 2) The inner conflict that Ella Marchmill has an impact on the dominance of her personality structure, id. Ella always tries to have the object of her id (pleasure principle), namely Mr. Trewe even though she had to break the superego (rules) that existed as a woman in the Victorian era by betraying her own husband
Subject Verb Agreement Test Outcome Analysis
No full textThis study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the practice method given to students in the context of subject-verb agreement. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method, which leads to an in-depth analysis of the common error patterns of the students, as well as to observe the development of students' understanding over time. The results of this study show that the subject-verb agreement learning method has a positive impact on students' understanding and enables them to master this concept well. The implication of this study is the importance of using effective learning methods in overcoming subject and verb agreement errors, which are important aspects of English grammar. With the right approach, students can improve their understanding of subject and verb rules in English, thus improving their overall language skills
Identifikasi Tumbuhan Mangrove di Kawasan Pesisir Pantai Desa Pakowa Bunta Kecamatan Nuhon Kabupaten Banggai
No full textAbstract : Many people do not know that mangrove plants have scientific names and are divided into several types.This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted on the coast of Pakowa Bunta Village, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency in Bulan July – August 2020. The population in this study were all mangrove plants obtained when conducting research using roaming techniques and is considered to be representative of the population based on their species to be indentified. The method or technique in collecting data used is the roaming technique, which means that the researcher explores the research location. The results of the research data in the form of samples obtained on the coast of Pakowa Bunta Village in the form of mangrove plant species and field notes in the from of mangrove morphological forms, pictures, identification will be carried out based on the literarure that book used and described. Based on the results of data collection obtained by using the roaming method throughout the reseacrch location, identifying samples with litelature or references in the form of a book of determination. Researchers obtained 7 types of mangroves in the research location, namely : Senorita alba, Rhizophora apiculata, Avicennia alba, Bruguiera sexangula, Ceriops decandra, and Nypa fruticans. The 6 types of mangrove plants can be classified into 4 families, namely Sonneratiaceae, Avicenniaceae, Arecaceae and Rhizophoraceae. The six types of mangroves except for Nypa fruticans are the main components (True Mangrove) while Nypa fruticans are additional components (Mangrove Associations and acer)
Indeks Keanekaragaman Terumbu Karang Di Pulau Bintang Kecamatan Tolala Kabupaten Kolaka Utara Sulawesi Tenggara
No full textBintang Island, which is located in Tolala District, North Kolaka Regency, is an island that has beautiful beaches and a fairly abundant coral reef population. The aim of thisresearch is to determine the coral reef diversity index. The type of research is quantitative descriptive which was carried out in December 2016. The location for taking sample images was determined on each side of the island with a total of 4 stations which will be installedvertically for a distance of 20 m, from the shoreline to the inside with the aim of being a route for laying a 2x2 plot. m in a zig-zag manner, totaling 10 plots. The research results were analyzed using the Shanon-Wiener formula. The results of the research found 32 species, namely Acropora humalis, A. palifera, A. caroliniana, A. donei, A. Formosa, A. gemmifera, A. gomezi, A. melliopora, A prostarata, A sarmentosa, A gracilis, Cycloseris costulata, Montipora aequituberculata, M. carpiocornis, M. danae, M. informis, M. tuberculosa, M. undata, Coeloseris mayeri, Cypahstrea decadie, Favie favus, F martima, F. abdita, Fungia concinna, Goniastrea minuta, Leptoseris papyraceae, L. scabra, L yabei, Pavona decussate, P. frondifera, Platygyra daedalea, and Turbinaria reniformis.. The Coral Reef DiversityIndex on Bintang Island at each Transect / Station respectively is I = 3.75, II = 3.10, III = 3.06, IV = 3.56, and overall the other transects have a diversity index of 3 .40 (H'>3), so the coral reef diversity index of Bintang Island, located in Tolala District, North Kolaka Regency, is considered high stability.Pulau Bintang yang terletak di Kecamatan Tolala Kabupaten Kolaka Utara merupakan pulau yang memiliki keindahan pantai dan populasi terumbu karang yang cukup melimpah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui indeks keanekaragaman terumbu karang. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatifyang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2016. Lokasi untuk pengambilan gambar sampel ditentukan pada setiap sisi pulau dengan jumlah 4 stasiun yang akan dipasang secarah vertikal sejauh 20 m, dari bibir pantai hingga masuk kebagian dalam dengan tujuan untuk sebagai jalur peletakkan plot 2x2 m secara zig-zag, sebanyak 10 plot. Hasil penelitian dianalis dengan menggunakan rumusShanon-Wiener. Hasil penelitian di temukan 32 jenis speies yaitu Acropora humalis, A. palifera, A. caroliniana, A. donei, A. Formosa, A. gemmifera, A. gomezi, A. melliopora, Aprostarata, A sarmentosa, A gracilis, Cycloseris costulata, Montipora aequituberculata, M. carpiocornis, M. danae, M. informis, M. tuberculosa, M. undata, Coeloseris mayeri,Cypahstrea decadie, Favie favus, F martima, F. abdita, Fungia concinna, Goniastrea minuta, Leptoseris papyraceae, L. scabra, L yabei, Pavona decussate, P. frondifera, Platygyra daedalea, dan Turbinaria reniformis. No full textTujuan penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Keterbukaan Komunikasi Antara Pimpinan Dengan Bawahan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Kelurahan Baru. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai Pengaruh Komunikasi Antarpribadi Pimpinan dengan Bawahan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Kelurahan Baru Kecamatan Luwuk Kabupaten Banggai, maka Hasil penelitian ini di tunjukan dengan koofisien determinasi sebesar 0.696 dan uji F = 50.431 > 3.40 dengan demikian Pengaruh komunikasi antarpribadi pimpinan dan bawahan Uji t menunjukan t-hitung = 7.101 > t tabel = 2.085 yang berarti bahwa instrument pengaruh komunikasi antarpribadi memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai negeri pada Kantor Kelurahan Baru Kecamatan Luwuk Kabupaten Banggai

No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dan perencanaan komunikasi Dinas Pariwisata dalam pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata di Kabupaten Banggai. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan Observasi, yaitu melakukan pengamatan lapangan terhadap obyek penelitian, angket /kuesionare yaitu pengumpulan data melalui daftar pernyataan yang disiapkan untuk masing-masing responden. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa strategi dan perencanaan komunikasi Dinas Pariwisata dalam pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata di Kabupaten Banggai berjalan dengan baik dengan prosentase jawaban 79,30% dan ini menunjukan bahwa yang dilakukan Dinas Pariwisata dalam melakukan perencanaan komunikasi sudah baik dilakukan guna pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata di Kabupaten Bangga

No full textPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa baik hubungan masyarakat PT Adira Finance dalam mempengaruhi layanan konsumen sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan deskriptif. menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Untuk membahas dampak hubungan masyarakat terhadap layanan konsumen, termasuk fungsi hubungan masyarakat sebagai pemecah masalah, dan fasilitator komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat dalam mempromosikan penjualan kendaraan melalui media online dan keterlibatan langsung dengan konsumen, menurut bagian hubungan masyarakat PT Adira Finance. Public Relations membantu dalam menemukan solusi untuk masalah terkait PR saat melakukan kewajibannya. Selain itu, mereka melakukan tugas bertindak sebagai fasilitator komunikasi, membantu manajemen mempelajari apa yang diinginkan masyarakat umum. Di sisi lain, mereka mengambil peran pemecah masalah dengan membantu para pemimpin mengambil langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah secara profesional dan rasional. Mereka juga berfungsi sebagai spesialis komunikasi dengan membantu PR dalam menjalin hubungan yang solid dengan lembaga terkait dan media.Â

No full textThis research aims to determine how interpersonal communication of community leaders in overcoming disharmony relations between residents of Tanjung Uwis Village, South Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. Collecting data techniques of this research were observation, questionnaire or documentation, the population in this research was the entire Tanjung Tuwis community totaling 2121 people. Considered the large population of Tanjung Tuwis community, authors used solvin formula for sampling technique so the number of samples as many as 44 respondents. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication of community leaders in overcoming disharmony relationships with residents of Tanjung Tuwis Village, South Luwuk District, Banggai Regency with excellent results, the percentage of respondents’ is 92,4

Observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation were used to collect data. The data needed in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this thesis are Banggai District Revenue Service employees with a total population of 61 people. Because the population is less than 100, sampling is done by using a census or examining the entire population. The number of samples taken was 61 people. Based on the results of the research conducted, how did the commucation pattern of the head of service on the performance of banggai regency revenue service employees go well with the percentage of respondents’ answers being 78,7 %
