Cross-cultural Communication in The Era of AI: An Islamic Ethical Framework
The findings of this study have far-reaching implications for the development of Islamic-based technologies. First and foremost, they underscore the need for a paradigm shift in how AI is developed and utilized, where ethical considerations are embedded in every phase of technological design and deployment. By integrating Islamic values into the framework of AI, technology developers can create systems that prioritize not just efficiency and innovation but also moral responsibility. This approach ensures that AI technologies serve humanity in a way that is consistent with Islamic moral teachings, contributing positively to the welfare of society and promoting justice and fairness in a world that is increasingly shaped by technology. Moreover, adopting Islamic principles such as tawhid, which emphasizes the unity of all creation, can encourage a more holistic and inclusive approach to technology, fostering collaborations that transcend geographical, cultural, and religious divides. The study also highlights the potential for AI ethics to be framed within broader Islamic values like sustainability, social equity, and moral accountability. These values can be crucial in ensuring that AI development does not merely serve the interests of a select few but benefits society as a whole, especially the marginalized and vulnerable. By aligning AI with Islamic ethics, it is possible to mitigate the risks of exacerbating inequality or injustice, ensuring that technological advancements are used in ways that promote social good and human dignity.
Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi luas terhadap perkembangan teknologi berbasis Islam. Yang pertama dan terpenting, hal-hal tersebut menggarisbawahi perlunya perubahan paradigma dalam cara AI dikembangkan dan digunakan, dimana pertimbangan etis tertanam dalam setiap fase desain dan penerapan teknologi. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam kerangka AI, pengembang teknologi dapat menciptakan sistem yang tidak hanya mengutamakan efisiensi dan inovasi tetapi juga tanggung jawab moral. Pendekatan ini memastikan bahwa teknologi AI melayani umat manusia dengan cara yang konsisten dengan ajaran moral Islam, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mendorong keadilan di dunia yang semakin dibentuk oleh teknologi. Selain itu, penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti tauhid, yang menekankan kesatuan seluruh ciptaan, dapat mendorong pendekatan teknologi yang lebih holistik dan inklusif, mendorong kolaborasi yang melampaui perbedaan geografis, budaya, dan agama. Studi ini juga menyoroti potensi etika AI untuk dibingkai dalam nilai-nilai Islam yang lebih luas seperti keberlanjutan, keadilan sosial, dan akuntabilitas moral. Nilai-nilai ini sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa pengembangan AI tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi segelintir orang saja, namun juga memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan, terutama kelompok yang terpinggirkan dan rentan. A Inventory Control Analysis Using the EOQ Method on CV. Indotropical Fisheries: Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Dengan Metode EOQ pada CV. Indotropic Fishery
Dalam industri, pengelolaan persediaan yang efektif sangat penting untuk menekan biaya dan menjaga kelancaran produksi. CV. Indotropic Fishery menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola pasokan bahan baku gurita, yang ketersediaannya bergantung pada kondisi alam dan musim. Saat musim gelombang tinggi, sering terjadi kekurangan bahan baku yang mengganggu proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengendalian persediaan di CV. Indotropic Fishery dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) untuk menekan biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan. Metode yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan EOQ untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan optimal, frekuensi pemesanan, serta level safety stock dan reorder point yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode EOQ menurunkan frekuensi pemesanan menjadi 133 kali per tahun dibandingkan metode sebelumnya yang mencapai 276 kali. Selain itu, metode EOQ juga berhasil mengurangi total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp32.793.925 per tahun serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan menentukan safety stock sebanyak 2.124 kg dan reorder point sebesar 2.746 kg
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES TO ENHANCE TEACHER AND MANAGEMENT COLLABORATION
Conflict in educational organizations is often a major obstacle in achieving institutional goals. This study aims to identify and analyze innovative strategies in conflict management that can improve collaboration between teachers and management in Banggai district. The methodology used was a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with education stakeholders. The results showed that open communication strategies, conflict mediation training and the application of information technology in conflict management can significantly reduce tensions and improve cooperation. In addition, adaptive and participatory leadership roles proved effective in creating a harmonious working environment. The practical implication of this research is the importance of developing policies that support proactive and sustainable conflict management. Thus, this study contributes to the literature on conflict management in the context of education and offers practical guidance for education managers in other area
ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF THE IMAM MODEL ON UNDERSTANDING, SKILLS AND INDEPENDENCE IN THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP COURSE
The challenge of higher education today is how graduates can have good intellectual abilities, have skills and be independent so that they can be absorbed in the world of work or even be able to create their own jobs. BPS data in 2024 recorded that the unemployment rate for higher education reached 5.25% (147,841,991) of the total population of Indonesia in 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of the IMAM Model on understanding, skills, and independence in the context of entrepreneurship learning. The main issue raised was the effectiveness of the model in improving students' cognitive aspects, practical skills, and entrepreneurial attitudes. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that the IMAM Model has a significant effect on the understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship with a tcal value of 12.182 and a P Value of 0.000. In addition, this model also has a significant effect on practical skills in entrepreneurship with a tcal value of 5.866 and P Values of 0.000. Finally, the IMAM Model has been proven to have a significant effect on independence and entrepreneurial attitude with a tcal value of 13.833 and P Values of 0.000. These findings show that the application of the IMAM Model can improve students' entrepreneurial competence as a whole
Nilai Pendidikan Islam Dalam Sistem Perkaderan Lembaga Kemahasiswaan Intra Kampus
This research examines the values ??of Islamic education embedded in the cadre system of intra-campus student organizations. The aim of this research is to identify main Islamic values, understand their implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness of the cadre process in forming Islamic character in students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of document analysis, interviews, and observation. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns related to the values ??of Islamic education in the cadre system. The research results show that Islamic educational values ??such as faith, knowledge, and noble morals are explicitly or implicitly integrated into the cadre system. These values ??are instilled through religious character development, habituation to worship, and thematic discussions that strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings. Intensive assistance by senior members also supports this process. The findings show that this cadre system has a positive influence on the development of students' morals, integrity, and leadership qualities based on spiritual values. This research concludes that the integration of Islamic educational values ??in the student cadre system significantly contributes to forming strong character and leadership potential. Further research can explore more contextual and adaptive approaches to improving the cadre system in accordance with the evolving needs of students
Journalists Perception on the Intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Journalisms, and Ethics
This study explores the perceptions of Indonesian’s journalists and academics on the use of AI in journalism, focusing on its benefits, risks, and ethical dilemmas. It aims to assess the extent of AI use by Indonesian’s journalists, investigate how AI might alter news production and work routines, and examine ethical challenges, particularly regarding AI-generated images in media content. To achieve this, 28 in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with Indonesian’s journalists and academics, followed by thematic analysis to identify key themes. Findings suggest that AI use in Indonesian’s journalism is in its early stages, with no formal training, strategy, or framework in place. Ethical concerns, such as data bias, transparency, privacy, and copyright, are evident among journalists and academics, further intensified by the absence of a regulatory framework.
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi jurnalis dan akademisi Indonesia tentang penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam jurnalisme, dengan fokus pada manfaat, risiko, dan dilema etika yang dihadapi. Tujuannya adalah untuk menilai sejauh mana penggunaan AI oleh jurnalis Indonesia, menyelidiki bagaimana AI dapat mengubah produksi berita serta tantangan berupa etika, terutama terkait dengan gambar yang dihasilkan oleh AI dalam konten media. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI dalam jurnalisme di Indonesia masih dalam tahap awal, dengan tidak adanya pelatihan formal, strategi, atau kerangka kerja yang ada. Implementasi Pengendalian Risiko K3 pada Wet Section di Industri Manufaktur di Kecamatan Luwuk Timur: Analisis Faktor Penyebab dan Dampak Kecelakaan Kerja di Wet Section pada Industri Manufaktur di Luwuk Timur
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang terdapat pada wet section di industri manufaktur PT. Sasl And Sons Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis risiko dan penerapan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peningkatan kualitas APD dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur K3 dapat meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan kerja yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya pengawasan dan penerapan standar K3 untuk menjaga keselamatan karyawan dan meningkatkan produktivitas
FACTORS AFFECTING LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN ARABIC
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of Arabic learning difficulties experienced by students of class VIII C MTs Daarul Hikmah Luwuk. In this study, the results obtained from general factors and specific factors that affect students' difficulties in learning Arabic. In addition to obtaining these factors, this study has also presented efforts in overcoming these difficulty factors. this type of research is qualitative research and takes participants from class VIII C MTs Daarul Hikmah Luwuk. The data collection method used is in the form of questionnaires distributed to participants as well as through interviews with Arabic language subject teachers at the school. The results of the study state that the factors of learning difficulties of students in class VIII C include general factors, namely biological, physiological, psychological and environmental factors. Specific factors include school background, curriculum, difficulty memorizing vocabulary, methods and media, fluency in reading letters

IMPLEMENTATION OF DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING: STUDENT AND TEACHER PERSPECTIVES IN THE CONTEXT OF MATHEMATICS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Differentiated learning is an approach that aims to accommodate students' needs and learning styles in the learning process. In learning mathematics in primary schools, students often face challenges in understanding abstract concepts, so flexible and responsive teaching strategies are required. This study aims to explore the application of differentiated learning methods in mathematics at State 2 Wameo Primary School, Baubau City, and evaluate teachers' and students' perspectives on the effectiveness of this approach. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with teachers and students, observation of learning activities, and analysis of learning documents. Participants consisted of fourth and fifth grade students who have various learning styles, as well as teachers involved in the implementation of differentiated learning. The results show that differentiated learning helps students understand math materials better through media and tasks that suit their learning styles. However, teachers face challenges in providing equal attention, adjusting learning strategies and distributing tasks fairly due to limited time and resources. This research contributes to the development of more inclusive and adaptive mathematics learning strategies and provides a basis for educational policies that support students' diverse learning needs, but still provides a basis for educational policies that support students' learning needs
