    The Moderating Role of Empathy in the Relationship Between Fanaticism and Cyberbullying Among Adolescent K-pop Fans on Social Media X

    Cyberbullying is an aggressive act committed through the internet that has a negative impact on individuals. This phenomenon is often associated with the fanaticism of K-pop fans towards their idols, as seen in online disputes or 'fan wars'. Empathy, the ability to understand and share the feelings of others, is hypothesized to moderating this relationship. This study aimed to determine the role of empathy in the relationship between fanaticism and cyberbullying behavior tendencies among adolescent K-pop fans. A quantitative method was employed, using Hayes Process Model 1 and quadratic regression analysis on 217 respondents aged 12-23 who were K-pop fans and users of social media platform X. The results showed that empathy significantly moderated the relationship between fanaticism and cyberbullying tendencies among adolescent K-pop fans, with a significant moderation index (int_1) of -2.094 (

    Peningkatkan Prestasi Santri MA Darul Faqih Indonesia melalui Program Madrasah Young Research

    Program Madrasah Young Research bertujuan meningkatkan motivasi, keterampilan kepenulisan, dan keterampilan presentasi santri MA Darul Faqih Indonesia. Sebelum program, motivasi dan keterampilan peserta dalam menulis dan mempresentasikan karya ilmiah masih rendah, menghambat pengembangan potensi akademik mereka. Program ini mengimplementasikan pelatihan intensif dalam teknik kepenulisan ilmiah dan strategi presentasi yang efektif, dengan bimbingan langsung dan evaluasi berkala untuk mengukur kemajuan peserta. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah mengikuti program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan di ketiga aspek. Motivasi kepenulisan meningkat dari 50 menjadi 98, keterampilan kepenulisan naik dari 40 ke 95, dan keterampilan presentasi meningkat dari 40 ke 92. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa program berhasil dalam memperkuat kompetensi santri dalam bidang penelitian dan komunikasi. Melalui hasil tersebut, program ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta dalam mengembangkan keterampilan akademik dan komunikasi mereka. Peningkatan ini juga berkontribusi pada penguatan kompetensi peserta sebagai generasi milenial yang siap menghadapi tantangan global dengan keterampilan yang lebih baik, khususnya dalam penelitian dan presentasi. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam membekali santri dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk meraih prestasi akademik yang lebih tinggi. Kata kunci— Madrasah Young Research, MA Darul Faqih Abstract The Madrasah Young Research Program aims to enhance the motivation, writing skills, and presentation abilities of students at MA Darul Faqih Indonesia. Prior to the program, participants exhibited low motivation and limited proficiency in scientific writing and presentation, hindering their academic potential. The program implemented intensive training on scientific writing techniques and effective presentation strategies, supported by direct mentorship and periodic evaluations to measure participants' progress.The results obtained after completing the program indicate significant improvements across all three aspects. Writing motivation increased from 50 to 98, writing skills improved from 40 to 95, and presentation skills rose from 40 to 92. These advancements demonstrate the program's success in strengthening students' competencies in research and communication.The program's outcomes have positively impacted participants by fostering their academic and communication skills. Furthermore, these improvements contribute to equipping the participants as millennials capable of addressing global challenges with enhanced skills, particularly in research and presentation.     Strengthening the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum, Especially in Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) for SD/MI Teachers

    The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, Technology and Technology (Kemenristekdikti) of Indonesia has launched a new policy in education with the issuance of an independent curriculum. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is one of the main focuses of the independent curriculum with the aim of shaping student character and competencies based on Pancasila values. Teachers need preparation and a deep understanding of concepts in implementing the independent curriculum, especially the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at the elementary school level. However, the facts in the field reveal that there are still many elementary / middle school teachers who do not fully understand the concepts and learning methods that are in accordance with this new curriculum. This can hinder the effectiveness of curriculum implementation in the field. This training and community service activity aims to improve the understanding and competence of elementary school teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum, with a special focus on the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in learning. The implementation method of this training activity is directly face-to-face in the classroom. Guided training is a method in community service activities. An active and participatory approach is also used in this training activity with presentation and discussion activities, case studies, learning simulations, P5 project design practices, reflection and feedback.     Salah satu faktor yang mendukung mutu lulusan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan yang dibutuhkan oleh industri adalah seberapa luas pengetahuan teknologi terkini yang dikuasai oleh seorang guru. Di sisi lain masih terdapat ketimpangan antara teknologi yang berkembang dengan tingkat penguasaan yang dimiliki oleh guru. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan usaha- usaha untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan skill para guru pada program keahlian otomotif. Kegiatan “Pelatihan Indepth Analysis Teknologi Dan Sop Pada Perawatan Kendaraan Listrik Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru Otomotif Di SMKN 12 Malang” ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan para guru SMK otomotif tentang Teknologi Kendaraan Listrik dan Perawatannya yang memerlukan standar operasional prosedur khusus yang sangat berbeda dengan kendaraan konvensional, dimana teknologi ini telah berkembang dengan pesat, namun belum diimbangi dengan penguasaan ipteknya.     USING CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS TO DETERMINE ROLES OF THE BOARD: EVIDENCE FROM MALAWI.

    The main purpose of this study is to analyse the key Board roles that improve the performance of directors in Malawi. The research investigates tasks that the board must execute to enhance its performance, ultimately contribute to the achievement of entity’s strategic goals. The study adopted the cross sectional survey design. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 174 board members who were drawn from board of directors from stock exchange listed companies, state owned enterprises, private companies and non governmental organisations. Data was analysed using IBM SPSS version 20. Descriptive and Confirmatory Factor Analyses were used to determine the key roles of the board. Findings suggest that the control, strategic and service are the key board roles in Malawi. The results further show that the control role is more significant than the other two roles. Using perceptions of the board, this study renders initial verifiable evidence of the significant roles of the board in Malawi. As such, the outcome of this study will be of interest to many corporate governance stakeholders including shareholders, board members, academia and regulatory bodies..

    Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Perpres No 68 Tahun 2022 Tentang Revitalisasi Pendidikan Vokasi dan Pelatihan Vokasi

    Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 68 of 2022 concerning the Revitalization of Vocational Education and Vocational Training in Indonesia. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach. The stages of this SLR include identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all available research, relevant to a particular research question, or topic area, or phenomenon of interest. all findings on a research topic to answer previously established research questions (Kitchenham & Charters, 2007). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 68 of 2022 has been running well in the community. However, there are still challenges in several regions in the implementation of the policy, such as: 1) lack of coordination between related Ministries, Central and Regional Institutions, stakeholders and other institutions as implementers in strengthening collaboration with related parties that support cooperation between educational institutions and DUDIKA; 2) The formation and performance of the Vocational Regional Coordination Team (TKDV) are not yet optimal so that the implementation of the Presidential Regulation is not optimal; 3) limited resources ready to be employed due to several factors including parental approval that does not allow working away from home, 4) gaps between the Vocational Education curriculum and world needs; 5) lack of qualified and competent vocational educators and trainers; 6) lack of incentives for educators and trainers in certain areas; 7) limited facilities and infrastructure in several areas, resulting in the level of absorption of Vocational Education graduates not being maximized in several areas in Indonesia. Presidential Regulation Number 68 of 2022 is one of the government's steps forward to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources through Vocational Education and Vocational Training with mutually beneficial collaboration and partnerships between the World of Education and DUDIKA so as to produce quality graduates who are able to contribute to national development. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literatur Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Perpres Nomor 68 Tahun 2022 sudah berjalan dengan baik di masyarakat. Akan tetapi masih terdapat tantangan di beberapa daerah dalam implementasi kebijakan tersebut, seperti: 1) kurangnya koordinasi antar Kementerian terkait, Lembaga Pusat dan Daerah, stakeholder dan lembaga lain sebagai pelaksana dalam memperkuat kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait yang mendukung kerjasama antara lembaga Pendidikan dengan DUDIKA; 2) Belum optimalnya pembentukan dan kinerja Tim Koordinasi Daerah Vokasi (TKDV) sehingga implementasi Perpres belum maksimal; 3) keterbatasan sumber daya yang siap untuk dipekerjakan karena beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah restu dari orang tua yang tidak mengizinkan bekerja jauh dari rumah, 4) kesenjangan antar kurikulum Pendidikan Vokasi dengan kebutuhan dunia; 5) kurangnya tenaga pendidik dan pelatih vokasi yang berkualitas dan kompeten; 6) kurangnya intensif bagi tenaga pendidik dan pelatih pada daerah-daerah tertentu; 7) keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana di beberapa daerah sehingga menyebabkan tingkat keterserapan lulusan Pendidikan Vokasi belum dapat maksimal dibeberapa daerah di Indonesia. Perpres Nomor 68 Tahun 2022 merupakah salah satu langkah maju dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM Indonesia melalui Pendidikan Vokasi dan Pelatihan Vokasi dengan adanya kolaborasi dan kemitraan yang saling menguntungkan antara Dunia Pendidikan dan DUDIKA sehingga menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan mampu berkontribusi dalam pembangunan bangsa.     Analysis of Teachers' Professional Competencies in Writing Scientific Articles Based on Class Action Research (PTK) Through The Participatory Action Research (PAR) Method

    Abstract: The purpose of the research designed was to describe teacher competence in writing scientific papers based on Classroom Action Research (PTK) articles which can be published in electronic journals. This research was conducted at SDIT Ar Ruhul Jadid with a sample design of 70 respondents, but the data obtained by researchers was 42 respondents. Researchers used 2 methods which were carried out simultaneously, namely action research and descriptive quantitative. There are several achievement indicators that researchers want to explore in this study, including respondents' understanding of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method; understanding related to scientific work; Furthermore, Classroom Action Research (PTK) is part of scientific work; as well as understanding regarding the Open Journal System (OJS) from the respondents.     Abstrak. Strategi dalam melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) penting untuk dipertimbangkan oleh para guru dan calon guru. Merancang strategi yang tepat dapat membantu mencapai tujuan PTK secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi calon guru biologi yang mengikuti ppg prajabatan dalam melaksankan PTK. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 26 orang calon guru biologi yang mengikuti PPG Prajabatan gelombang ke-II di Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui LMS dan Google Form. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan software Nvivo14 terlihat bahwa strategi calon guru biologi dalam melaksanakan PTK adalah sebagai berikut (1) Menemukan topik, teknik yang paling banyak digunakan adalah observasi, 2) Latar belakang yang diangkat, Hasil belajar yang rendah merupakan latar belakang yang paling banyak diminati, (3) Hasil yang paling diinginkan adalah peningkatan hasil belajar, (4) Metode pengajaran atau strategi yang paling sering digunakan pada saat PTK yaitu model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Abstract. Strategies for conducting Classroom Action Research (CAR) are important for teachers and teacher candidates to consider. Designing the right strategy can help achieve the objectives of CAR effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of prospective biology teachers in implementing PTK. The sample of this research was 26 biology teacher candidates who participated in the second wave of Pre-Service PPG at Sriwijaya University. The research used a qualitative descriptive method, while the data collection method used a questionnaire distributed through LMS and Google Form. Based on data analysis using Nvivo14 software, it can be seen that the strategies of prospective biology teachers in implementing CAR are as follows (1) Finding a topic, the most widely used technique is observation, 2) The background raised, low learning outcomes are the most popular background, (3) The most desired result is an increase in learning outcomes, (4) The teaching method or strategy most often used during CAR is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model

    PENGEMBANGAN E-MODULE PERUBAHAN LINGKUNGAN BERBASIS INKUIRI TERBIMBING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA SMA KELAS X

    Abstrak. Dalam era keterampilan abad ke-21, peningkatan berpikir kritis dan literasi digital siswa menjadi prioritas pendidikan. Observasi dilakukan di SMAN 9 Malang menunjukkan potensi ini belum optimal. Penelitian ini fokus pada Modul Elektronik Perubahan Lingkungan berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut. Tujuan utama adalah merancang, menguji validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas modul. Menggunakan model pengembangan Lee & Owen (2004), data kuantitatif (validasi, respons siswa, pretest-posttest) dan kualitatif. Analisis persentase mengukur validitas dan kepraktisan, sementara uji Ancova menguji efektivitas. Hasil menunjukkan modul valid, praktis, dan efektif dengan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 100%, media dan bahan ajar sebesar 100%, dan praktisi lapang sebesar 99%. Hasil uji kepraktisan oleh responden sebesar 92,41%. Uji keefektifan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar karena hasil uji ancova dengan nilai selisih 14,29 dankelas kontrol sebesar 12,86. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul elektronik layak digunakan sebagi media dan bahan ajar. Abstract. In the era of 21st century skills, increasing students' critical thinking and digital literacy is an educational priority. Observations made at SMAN 9 Malang show that this potential is not optimal. This research focuses on the Guided Inquiry-based Environmental Change Electronic Module to improve this ability. The main objective is to design, test the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the module. Using the Lee & Owen development model, quantitative data (validation, student response, pretest-posttest) and qualitative. Percentage analysis measures validity and practicality, while Ancova's test tests effectiveness. The results show that the module is valid, practical, and effective with validation results by subject matter experts at 100%, media and teaching materials at 100%, and field practitioners at 99%.     DEVELOPMENT OF PBL-BASED LKPD ON HUMAN DIGESTIVE SYSTEM MATERIAL FOR GRADE VIII JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

    This study aims to develop Problem-Based Learning (PBL) based learning media LKPD for the Digestive System material for Grade VIII Junior High School, and to test the validity and practicality of the product. The development of PBL-based LKPD is expected to assist educators in the learning process. This research is a development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The research instruments used are expert validation questionnaires for media experts and material experts, practitioner validation questionnaires given to junior high school science teachers (n = 4), and readability test questionnaires given to 4 classes of Grade VIII Junior High School students (n = 108). This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis for data analysis. Based on the data obtained, the media validation results are 95.24%, material validation results are 87.78%, practicality validation results are 90.16%, and an average score of 84.46% was obtained in the readability test. Thus, the PBL-based LKPD on the digestive system material falls into the category of being very valid and very practical for facilitating learning in education
