    ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR METODE PEMBELAJARAN DAN HABITS OF MIND TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KONSEP BIOLOGI PADA SISWA SMA

    Abstrak. Penguasaan konsep merupakan hasil belajar yang sangat penting untuk dikuasai oleh siswa. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa, beberapa diantaranya adalah penggunaan metode pembelajaran dan habits of mind. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat model analisis metode pembelajaran dan habits of mind terhadap penguasaan konsep, mengetahui pangaruh media pembelajaran terhadap penguasan konsep dan kemunculan habits of mind, serta mengetahui pengaruh habits of mind terhadap penguasaan konsep. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri atas dua variabel bebas yaitu metode pembelajaran (X1) dan habits of mind (X2) serta satu variabel bebas yaitu penguasaan konsep (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik sampling yaitu convinient sampling. Sampelnya adalah siswa kelas X SMA sebanyak 34 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kuesioner dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan metode SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasil analisis menujukan adanya pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap penguasaan konsep sebesar 2,2% dengan nilai koefisien 0,229 dan nilai P value 0.523 yang merupakan pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran secara positif dan signifikan terhadap habits of mind dengan nilai koefisien 0,837 dan nilai P value 0,000. Akan tetapi, habits of mind memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang negatif, tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep dengan nilai koefisien -0,286 dan nilai P value 0,427. Abstract. Concept mastery are very important learning outcomes for students to master. Many factors can influence the improvement of students' concept mastery, some of which are the use of learning methods and habits of mind. This study aims to examine the analysis model of learning methods and habits of mind on concept mastery, determine the effect of learning media on concept mastery and the emergence of habits of mind, and determine the effect of habits of mind on concept mastery. The variables used consist of two independent variables, namely learning methods (X1) and habits of mind (X2), and one independent variable, namely concept mastery (Y). This study uses a survey method with a sampling technique called convinience sampling. The sample was high school class X students as many as 34 students. The instruments used were questionnaires and tests. Data analysis using multivariate analysis with the SEM method with the help of Smart-PLS application. The results of the analysis indicate that there is an effect of learning methods on concept mastery of 2.2% with a coefficient value of 0.229 and a P value of 0.523, which is a positive but insignificant effect. In addition, there is a positive and significant effect of learning methods on habits of mind with a coefficient value of 0.837 and a P value of 0.000. However, habits of mind have a negative, but insignificant direct effect on concept mastery with a coefficient value of -0.286 and a P value of 0.427

    PENGARUH MEDIA 3D ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY BERBASIS LESSON STUDY TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA

    Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh media 3D Anatomy and Physiology berbasis Lesson Study terhadap hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre-experimental dengan sampel menggunakan 35 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan desain penelitian one grup pretest-posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengaruh media 3D Anatomy and Physiology sebagai media pembelajaran dan kegiatan Lesson Study sebagai bentuk upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pada materi sistem sirkulasi, didapatkan bahwa uji hipotesis data hasil belajar dengan Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan uji hipotesis kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan uji t memperoleh nilai 0,000 (< 0,05). Hal tersebut, dapat diartikan ada pengaruh media 3D Anatomy and Physiology berbasis Lesson Study terhadap hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Kegiatan Lesson Study yang dilakukan dalam penelitian, terdiri dari tahap Plan (perencanaan), Do (pelaksanaan), dan See (refleksi) selama 3 kali pertemuan pembelajaran materi sistem sirkulasi. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan setiap indikator hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan tertinggi indikator hasil belajar terdapat pada indikator C4 (menganalisis) dan setelahnya pada indikator C1 (mengingat), sedangkan peningkatan terendah terdapat pada indikator C2 (memahami). Selanjtutnya, peningkatan nilai tertinggi indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa terdapat pada indikator dukungan dasar (basic support), sedangkan peningkatan terendah terdapat pada indikator strategi dan taktik (strategy and tactics). Asbtract. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of 3D Anatomy and Physiology media based on Lesson Study on student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. The research method used was a pre-experimental method with a sample using 35 students selected using purposive sampling techniques and one group pretest-posttest research design. Based on the results of the study, the influence of 3D Anatomy and Physiology media as a learning medium and Lesson Study activities as an effort to improve the quality of learning on circulatory system material, it was found that the hypothesis test of learning outcome data with the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test obtained a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a hypothesis test of critical thinking skills with a t test obtained a value of 0.000 (< 0.05). This can be interpreted as the influence of 3D Anatomy and Physiology media based on Lesson Study on student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. Lesson Study activities carried out in research consist of Plan (planning), Do (implementation), and See (reflection) stages for 3 learning meetings of circulation system material. The influence shown by each indicator of learning outcomes and students' critical thinking skills, shows that the highest increase in learning outcome indicators is found in indicator C4 (analyzing) and afterwards in indicator C1 (remembering), while the lowest increase is found in indicator C2 (understanding). Furthermore, the highest increase in the indicator of students' critical thinking ability was found in (the basic support) indicator, while the lowest increase was found in (the strategy and tactics) indicator

    The Influence of Tax Planning and EPS on Firm Value in Multinational Companies

    This study aims to examine the influence of tax planning and earnings per share (EPS) on firm value in multinational companies in Indonesia. This study is included in quantitative research which examines data from 43 samples of multinational companies in the consumer cyclicals and consumer non-cyclicals sectors for the period 2020-2022. The findings in this study show that tax planning and EPS have a negative influence on firm value. The findings of this research indicate that companies with low effective tax rate (ETR) values are companies that do a lot of tax planning so that they pay little tax and are considered tax evaders. This can reduce the company's firm value. Apart from that, firm value can experience a decline if the increase in EPS value does not match shareholder expectations. The findings of this study can be used by companies in considering the implementation of tax planning and paying attention to EPS values to increase firm value

    The Need for Accessibility of Public Infrastructure for People with Physical Disabilities in Pelambuan, Banjarmasin City

    This research’s background is from the needs of people with disabilities in Pelambuan regarding the accessibility of public infrastructure. The large number of physical disability people in Pelambuan who experience mobility difficulties demands an inclusive area. The need for accessibility of public infrastructure includes: pedestrian paths, parking areas, stairs and ramp for physical disabilities must be well provided. The purpose of this research in Pelambuan is to determine accessibility of public infrastructure for physical disability, such as pedestrian paths, parking areas, stairs and ramps. This research type is quantitative descriptive. The data sources are 50 people with physical disability and 10 non-disabled people. Data collection techniques in this research are questionnaire, observation & documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation techniques & method triangulation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation & conclusions. The results of this research showed that public infrastructure in Pelambuan is less accessible for physical disabilities, because it comes out with 55,4%. The condition of pedestrian paths in Pelambuan still bumpy, there are no handrails, broken stairs, broken resting seat, broken guiding block and there is no ramp. Pelambuan doesn’t have parking area for disabilities people. The stairs are not fully accessible yet because some of stairs are already fragile, slippery material, the height of the stairs is not up to ideal standars for accessibility. Then, majority of ramps are steep and have no handrails

    Basic Makeup Vocational Skills Program for Learners with Hearing Impairment at Special Senior High School Level

    This research is motivated by the learning of cosmetology skills that have not been optimal for children with hearing impairments in SKh Negeri 02 Serang City. This condition is allegedly the result of inappropriate provision of skills that have not considered talent interests and teacher competence that is not qualified in cosmetology skills. The purpose of this study is to formulate a basic makeup skills program for students with hearing impairments at the senior high school level. The approach used in this research is research and development with exploratory mixed method research design and at the program trial stage researchers use experimental methods with a single subject research design (A-B-A).  The results of the pilot test of the basic makeup program that has been made show that the program improves students' abilities from an initial score of 25% to a final score of 68%

    Analysis of Islamic Religious Education Teacher Policy in the Islamic Religious Education Learning Process for Inclusive Class at Muhammadiyah High School 6 Surakarta

    This research was motivated by observations that showed that the learning process carried out by Islamic education teachers in the learning process was less than optimal, especially in inclusive schools so educational goals were difficult to achieve. This has a big impact on special needs students and regular students so the implementation of learning is not optimal and less effective. So it can be formulated in this research that the role of teachers in maximizing learning planning, learning processes, and learning evaluation is very necessary. This research aims to analyze the Islamic Religious Education learning process to know the implications for special needs students and regular students as well as for Islamic education teachers. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative analysis is taken from Islamic religious education teachers' interpretation of data by providing information and explanations. Research data collection was carried out using interview techniques and field observations. The results of this research show that the relationship between policy and teacher professionalism in teaching greatly influences the continuity of learning so that it can provide changes in the implementation of learning and have an impact on students at the inclusive school Muhammadiyah High School 6 Surakarta. Teacher policies and professionalism have a high influence on the quality of learning and student development

    AR Improves Understanding of Germination Materials for Intellectual Disability Students in Special School 5th Grade

    This study aims to explore the use of AR technology to enhance the understanding of students with mild intellectual disabilities in the topic of germination processes in 5th Grade Special School Nusak Jagoi Babang. The research adopts an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The research sample consists of 7 students from 5th Grade Special School. The study begins by conducting a pretest on the subjects before implementing the treatment, which involves the use of AR technology. After the subjects receive the treatment, a posttest is conducted to measure their learning improvement. The results of the study indicate that the use of AR technology can enhance the understanding of students with mild intellectual disabilities in the topic of germination processes. This summary concludes by emphasizing the importance of utilizing AR technology to improve the understanding of students with mild intellectual disabilities in the topic of germination processes, which can serve as a reference for developing technology-based learning programs in the future

    Pengaruh Ekstrak Bawang Putih Tunggal (Allium sativum L.) terhadap Kadar Malondialdehid (MDA) Hepar Mencit (Mus musculus) Diet Tinggi Lemak

    Konsumsi makanan tinggi lemak secara terus menerus dapat meningkatkan akumulasi kolesterol dalam serum darah. Akumulasi kolesterol dapat meningkatkan stres oksidatif yang memicu kerusakan sel yang menghasilkan produksi reactive oxygen species (ROS). Di sisi lain, peningkatan jumlah ROS memicu peroksidasi lipid. Peroksidasi lipid menghasilkan produk dalam bentuk Malondialdehyde (MDA). Senyawa MDA bersifat reaktif dan mutagenik, berdifusi melintasi membran menyebabkan kerusakan biomolekul, yang mengarah ke berbagai penyakit metabolik kompleks lainnya. Kerusakan jaringan akibat radikal bebas dapat dicegah dengan antioksidan. Antioksidan dapat mengurangi produksi kolesterol dan mencegah radikal bebas. Bawang putih tunggal adalah rempah umbi yang memiliki banyak manfaat kesehatan dan mengandung antioksidan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak bawang putih tunggal (Allium sativum L.) terhadap kadar MDA hepar pada mencit yang high fat diet (HFD). Dua puluh empat mencit Balb/C jantan dibagi menjadi enam kelompok: normal, HFD, HFD+simvastatin, HFD+Ekstrak bawang Putih Tunggal (EBT) 100 mg/kgBB, HFD+EBT 200 mg/kgBB, HFD+EBT 400 mg/kgBB. Pada hari ke 30mencit dibedahdan organ hati dikumpulkan. Kadar MDA diukur menggunakan metode Thiobarbituric Acid (TBA). Data kadar MDA dianalisis menggunakan Anova satu arah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tes DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian EBT memiliki efek signifikan pada kadar MDA hepar pada mencit yang diet tinggi lemak. EBT pada konsentrasi 100 mg/KgBB adalah dosis paling efektif untuk mengurangi kadar MDA hidup pada mencit yang HFD

    Abstract: The importance of historical counciousness as an affective aspect in learning historical goals requires specific historical learning designs to achieve these goals. The purpose of this paper is to formulate JAS MERAH (Historical Journey Based on Historical Counciousness), namely a learning design that is based on outdoor learning (outdoor learning) which divides into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and follow-up based on historical counciousness, especially on aspects of historical knowledge, aspects of historical research methods, aspects of historical uses, and aspects of historical meaning. Abstrak: Pentingnya sejarah lokal sebagai bagian dari pengenalan lingkungan bagi peserta didik dan kesadaran sejarah sebagai aspek afektif dalam tujuan pembelajaran sejarah memerlukan desain pembelajaran sejarah yang khusus untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Tujuan tulisan ini merumukandesain pembelajaransejarahyang disusun berdasar pada pembelajaran sejarah luar ruangan (outdoor learning)yang focus pada sejarah local dilingkungannya dan aspek kesadaran sejarah sebagai tujuan pembelajarannya.     Rumah sakit Zending Mojowarno di Jombang 1894-1942

    Abstract This research was created to give readers an overview of the history of the Mojowarno Hospital during the Dutch colonial era. The topics discussed in this article include the development process of the Zending Mojowarno Hospital in 1894-1942 and the resulting impact of the development of the Zending Hospital for the people of Jombang. In making this research the authors used historical perspective on health in explaining past events. The study uses historical methods which consist of five stages, namely topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The results of this study indicate that the development of hospitals has positive implications for society such as the inclusion of Western medicine in the midst of traditional medicine, the presence of paramedical education who plays an active role in improving public health services, eradicating disease, and increasing public trust in Western methods due to the efficacy of the care provided. Abstrak Penelitian ini dibuat untuk memberi gambaran kepada pembaca tentang sejarah Rumah Sakit Mojowarno di masa pemerintahan kolonial Belanda. Topik yang dibahas dalam artikel ini diantaranya mengenai proses perkembangan Rumah Sakit Zending Mojowarno pada 1894-1942 serta dampak yang dihasilkannya dari adanya perkembangan rumah sakit zending bagi masyarakat Jombang. Dalam pembuatan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan perspektif sejarah kesehatan dalam menerangkan peristiwa masa lampau. Penelitian menggunakan metode sejarah yang terdiri lima tahapan yakni pemilihan topik, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan rumah sakit membawa implikasi positif bagi masyarakat seperti masuknya pengobatan Barat di tengah-tengah pengobatan tradisional, hadirnya pendidikan paramedis berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, pemberantasan penyakit, serta adanya peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap metode Barat akibat kemujaraban perawatan yang diberikan
