Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Perbankan Syariah Pada Bank Muamalat Dan Bank Syariah Indonesia
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yang jelas. Hal ini untuk menilai sejauh mana pengembangan dan penerapan manajemen risiko pada perbankan syariah Kota Ternate.Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada dua bank syariah besar di kota tersebut, yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Muamarat. Survei ini menyasar para manajer dan pegawai yang bertanggung jawab atas manajemen risiko di kedua bank.Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif, yang memungkinkan peneliti memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif tentang situasi yang diteliti.
Penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa temuan penting. Bank Muamalat dan Bank Mandiri Syariah Ternate secara umum dinilai memiliki pemahaman dan manajemen risiko yang baik. Meskipun sebagian besar praktik manajemen risiko bank dianggap memadai, hanya sedikit responden yang menilai praktik tersebut memadai. Proses identifikasi risiko pada kedua bank dinilai baik. Penilaian dan analisis risiko kedua bank juga dinilai baik secara keseluruhan, meskipun terdapat perbedaan persepsi di antara beberapa responden. Bank Muamarat dan Bank Mandiri Syariah cabang Ternate dilaporkan telah melakukan pengawasan dan pemantauan risiko serta menunjukkan kepatuhan terhadap protokol manajemen risiko yang ketat.
Mengenai praktik pencadangan risiko kredit, informan dari Bank Mandiri Syariah dan Bank Muamarat Ternate menyampaikan pendapat positif. Mereka berpendapat bahwa praktik tersebut baik karena sesuai dengan prinsip yang diharapkan dalam praktik manajemen risiko
Implementasi Aplikasi Berbasis Android untuk Meningkatkan Wawasan Lingkungan Mahasiswa
Wawasan lingkungan dapat diartikan sebagai cara untuk mengelola lingkungan. Wawasan lingkungan memiliki peran penting dalam membangun karakter mahasiswa pendidikan IPA yang peduli terhadap lingkungan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Aplikasi berbasis Android melalui implementasi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan wawasan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design dengan melibatkan 29 mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong 2020/2021. Hasil uji N-gain pada pretest-posttest sebesar 0,41 yang berarti implementasi aplikasi berbasis android untuk meningkatkan wawasan lingkungan mahasiswa berpengaruh secara signifikan
Studi Kasus dan Analisis Praktik Dalam Pengajaran Gambar Anatomi di Perguruan Tinggi
Penelitian ini mendalami studi kasus praktik pengajaran gambar anatomi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, terfokus pada peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa. Di Universitas Widyatama, pembelajaran langsung menjadi pendekatan inti dalam mata kuliah gambar anatomi di program studi desain grafis. Namun, tantangan seperti adaptasi awal, fluktuasi motivasi belajar, konsistensi latihan, dan kelanjutan pembelajaran di luar ruang kelas menjadi hambatan yang dihadapi mahasiswa. Untuk menangani permasalahan ini, solusi alternatif diperlukan, mencakup tahapan adaptasi serta faktor pendukung seperti motivasi personal, disiplin diri, dukungan pengajar, kolaborasi antar-mahasiswa, dan optimalisasi sumber pembelajaran daring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang proses pengajaran yang efektif dan memberikan rekomendasi yang berbasis bukti untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pembelajaran mahasiswa di mata kuliah gambar anatomi
Analisis Faktor Penghambat Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Di Mis Nurul Haq Boroppao Sinjai Timur
Keberhasilan sebuah institusi pendidikan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh baik buruknya mutu pendidikan karena pendidikan memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan mempersiapkan generasi mendatang. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Nurul Haq Boroppao, Sinjai Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis datanya dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan-hambatan dalam peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di MIS Nurul Haq Boroppao berupa keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya pelibatan orang tua, dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan sekolah. Sehingga hal tersebut memerlukan peran berbagai elemen seperti manajemen sekolah, kualifikasi guru, dukungan orang tua, dan fasilitas pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan
PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PRAKTIKUM IPA PADA MATERI SISTEM PENCERNAAN BERBASIS INKUIRI TERBIMBING KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 11 KABUPATEN SORONG
Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengembangan Modul Pratikum IPA pada materi sistem pencernaan berbasis inkuiri terbimbing kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kabupaten Sorong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang layak (valid, praktis dan efektif) sehingga menghasilkan modul pratikum yang layak untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu (1) Analisi, (2) Desain, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi, dan (5) Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi 1 guru ahli materi, 1dosen ahli media, 1 dosen validasi instrument, dan peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kabupaten Sorong. Objek penelitian ini adalah modul Pembelajaran IPA. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai kelayakan modul meliputi lembar kelayakan oleh ahli materi, media dan angket respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan modul dan uji coba postest dan pretest untuk menilai hasil penggunaan modul. Hasil dari peneliitian ini yaitu: (1) modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menjadi modul pratikum IPA pada materi sistem pencernaan berbasis inkuiri terbimbing kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kabupaten Sorong, (2) modul mendapatkan rata-rata skor penilaian 4,38 oleh ahli materi dengan kategori “sangat baik”, validasi ahli media 4,84 dengan kategori “sangat baik” dan instrumen penelitian 4,80 dengan kategori “sangat baik”. (3) hasil posttest dan pretest peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N. 11 Kabupaten Sorong dengan nilai n-gain sebesar 0,56 dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu modul layak digunakan pada kelas VIII SMP N.11 Kab. Sorong.
 
English Teacher’s Challenges and Solutions in Teaching Intellectual Disability Students: Case Study
English teaching is now inclusive in nature, which means it involves everyone without leaving any one behind. This is also the basis for English language education being everyone's right, including special needs. There is several research on teaching English specifically for disabilities that are very useful for helping teachers' teaching methods, improving strategies, and updating teaching materials. Yet, only a few studies talk about students with intellectual disability. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the English language teaching in the form of challenges and the solutions, this research focused to analyse English teacher’s challenges and solutions in teaching students with mild intellectual disability in SLBN 1 Martapura. Qualitative method is used in this research. To collect the data needed, the observation and interview were done to an English teacher. The finding revealed that the challenges faced by English teacher were challenges in; a) classroom management, b) dealing with students' lack of general cognition, c) overcoming students' lack of focus, d) overcoming students' short memories, e) improving students' English vocabulary pronunciation. Furthermore, the solutions to solve those challenges were by a) using a group learning model, b) choosing fun media and method, c) using concrete objects, 4) using ice breaking, d) references modification, 5) repetition. Thus, English teacher faced many challenges in teaching students with mild intellectual disability. Indeed, there are several previous studies that discuss this issue, however, it is still too little. Thus, the researcher has an urgency to research more so that research for students with intellectual disability is more accommodated
Representation of Bullying in the French Movie "Respire" and Countermeasures through the Correlation of Character Education
This research explores the representation of bullying in a French film entitled "Respire" by Anne-Sophie Brasme in 2014. This research uses a qualitative analysis and the Roland Barthles semiotic method by examining the denotation, connotation, and mythical signs contained in the movie scenes. Furthermore, this study also classifies the types of bullying in the movie and discusses how to countermeasures the bullying through character education. The results show that the film Respire depicts the dynamics of bullying, including the factors that influence the perpetrator's behavior and the victim's response. The types of bullying in the film are verbal bullying, non-verbal bullying, physical bullying, cyber bullying, and social/psychological bullying. This movie is used as a means to discuss the issue of bullying in the context of character education, relying on the importance of the role of parents and teachers as role models for students to implement character education. The activities that can be carried out to prevent bullying in educational institutions include school orientation activities, class socialization about bullying, and parent meetings with the teachers to provide psychological studies of child development. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of bullying and the importance of integrating character education to form a more resilient and empathetic student character to avoid bullying behavior
The Ecofeminism and Implementation at Indonesian Language Learning Class of the Song Lyric Seperti Rahim Ibu by Efek Rumah Kaca Band
This research discusses the form of ecofeminism in the lyrics of songs Seperti Rahim Ibu by the band Efek Rumah Kaca and its implications for Indonesian language learning for class high school. The aim of this research is to describe the ecofeminist values contained in the lyrics of the song "Seperti Rahim Ibu" by the Efek Rumah Kacaband, such as (1) the existence of an important link between (oppression) the treatment of women and nature, (2) understanding nature in this case is important for gain an adequate understanding of the oppression (treatment) of women and nature, (3) feminist theory and practice must include an ecological perspective, and (4) solving ecological problems must include a feminist perspective. As well as the implications for learning Indonesian in Class X Senior High School. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using content analysis methods. The data used in this research are quotations from the lyrics of the song "Seperti Rahim Ibu " by the band Efek Rumah Kaca. Data collection techniques use documentation studies or literature reviews. The lyrics of the song Seperti Rahim Ibu by the band Efek Rumah Kaca are the main data source in the research. The results of the research found nineteen song lyrics in the form of ecofeminist values contained in the lyrics of the song Seperti Rahim Ibu by the Efek Rumah Kaca band. In the form of ecofeminist values 1) There is an important connection between (oppression) the treatment of women and nature, three quotes. 2) Understanding nature in this case is important to gain an adequate understanding of the oppression (treatment) of women and nature, five quotes. 3) Feminist theory and practice must include an ecological perspective, three quotes. And 4) Solving ecological problems must include a feminist perspective, eight quotes. The benefits of this research can be implied and used as teaching material in learning Indonesian in Senior high school
Indonesian English Teacher’s Stories in Designing Differentiated Speaking Activity Instruction: A Narrative Study
This inquiry aimed to explore and make sense of the stories of an English language teacher’s experiences using the CEFR framework to design the DI of speaking activity instruction. More specifically, the research was intended to understand the usage of CEFR in designing differentiated learning of speaking activity instruction. To achieve the purpose of the research, a narrative inquiry is employed. One English language teacher at a junior high school in Indonesia participated in this research and shared her experience using CEFR as a tool for designing differentiated learning. The data were collected through the online interview to collect information from the teacher's Zoom application and analyzed qualitatively in steps. The findings showed that in narrative research, limited attention has been paid to how English teachers constructed their differentiated teaching-speaking instruction through a CEFR framework. this narrative inquiry indicated that CEFR accommodated students’ needs and fostered students’ competencies, effectively designing differentiated teaching and speaking instruction. English teachers had different stories in constructing differentiated instruction (DI) tailored to different learner needs within the CEFR framework
An Analysis of Communication System and Stakeholder Mapping in Supporting the National Shrimp Pond Production Acceleration Program 2024
This research was conducted from observation (observation) and literature. The author collects various information from national and international journals, news in the media, articles, e-books, modules, diktats, and other research results related to the topic of discussion, namely the communication system and stakeholder mapping (stakeholders), then analyses in depth to be able to answer the formulation of the problem raised in this paper. Support or involvement of stakeholders in accelerating the 2024 national shrimp production program is needed, there is no stakeholder support, so the acceleration of achieving production targets will not be implemented. The stakeholders and actors detected to have a role in this program are central and regional governments, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, banks or investors, private companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), farmers, and surrounding communities
