ON-LINE РАСЧЕТ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ КАЧЕСТВА ЭЛЕКТРОЭНЕРГИИ
Get PDFThe authors propose to analyze the quality rates of electrical power with the help of microprocessors and specially designed software. In order to compute the rates the authors created a technique to complete a database of rates through digital on-line filtering. The suggested technique of application of KalmanBucy filter method for filtering measured data in the problems of quality analysis of the power, which enters the network after DC voltage transformation from the outlet of autonomous generator for non-traction and non-transport customers into the AC current with the help of invertor, allows to analyze on-line electrical power quality rates. Using algorithm of digital filtering the authors have formed a sequence of values of a discrete function у = f(t). The numerical analysis of that function gives possibility to determine on-line all power quality rates as well as auxiliary rates, stipulated by state standard 13109-97.Предложено проводить анализ показателей качества электроэнергии с помощью микропроцессоров и разработанного под эти цели программного обеспечения. Для расчета показателей создана методика формирования базы данных значений, полученных при цифровой фильтрации в режиме реального времени. В соответствии с поставленной задачей и на основе быстрого преобразования Фурье, применения алгоритма фильтрации Калмана-Бьюси авторы осуществляют численный анализ способов диагностики качества электроэнергии, поступающей в сеть после преобразования постоянного напряжения в переменное.

Get PDFThe efficacy of maintenance of track and structures at the railway sections with intensive freight traffic can be augmented by rational redistribution of repair works. Favorable conditions can be achieved particularly by according simultaneous both track occupation at double-track rail sections. The authors describe practices of track maintenance at Kuibyshevskaya railway – a subsidiary to JSC Russian Railways as compared to international expertise.Some railways, for instance in People’s Republic of China, widely practice such 3-hours track occupations, thus allowing to do all necessary works, e. g. to replace singular rails, sleepers, elements of switches, to proceed with straightening and aligning of the track etc.The authors have analyzed possibility to provide such track occupations at the network of Kuibyshevskaya railway. They have made a conclusion that there is a possibility to provide them all along the main track from Rybnoe to Chelyabinsk for 2–3 hours. In 85% of cases there is a possibility to provide them during day-time, and in 15% cases – during night-time.Повышение эффективности участковой системы текущего содержания на грузонапряжённых направлениях предполагается за счёт рационального перераспределения объёмов работ. Get PDFThe adopted decisions on the extension of the territory of Moscow followed by joining of some new territories, previously belonged to Moscow region and now called New Moscow, are unprecedented in the history of Russian capital. The article argues that the part of railways in transport system of the enlarged capital will increase. As the territory will become almost 2,5 as large, it is quite inevitable that new rail routes will be included into previously centralized traffic structure. Construction and modernization of new railways, stations, and hubs supposes some urgent short-term tasks. The article contains some pointed suggestions as for construction of new tracks, parking areas, new urban transport routes serving as a link from rail stations to highly populated districts.Роль железнодорожных линий в транспортном обеспечении Новой Москвы будет, судя по прогнозам, только расти. Увеличение столичной территории почти в два с половиной раза делает неизбежным приращение новых рельсовых маршрутов к старой централизованной инфраструктуре дорожного сообщения. Строительство и модернизация линий, станций, пересадочных узлов ставит целый ряд неотложных задач, имеющих очень близкие сроки реализации.

Get PDFThe authors demonstrate that the fundamental law of refraction of the light passing through a boundary between two different isotropic media was discovered in 1621 by Dutch astronomer Willebrord Snellius who, in their opinion, treated the experimental data of ancient Roman-Greek scientist Claudius Ptolemaeus, who discovered it in 140. (According to more accepted version the law is named Snell’s law or the Snell–Descartes law, René Descartes independently derived the law and described it in his 1637 treatise Discourse on Method – editor note). Modern processes in fiber-optic communication lines are based on that law. The authors argue that it is possible to use it to transmit digital and analog and pulse signals as well, but clipped speech transmission is most efficient from the point of view of frequency efficiency, and taking into account that there is no reduction in interference immunity.Показано, что основной закон распространения света в средах был открыт в 1621 году голландским математиком Снеллом путем обработки экспериментальных данных древнегреческого ученого Клавдия Птолемея, полученных им в 140 году, почти 1,5 тысячелетия назад. Современные процессы в волоконно-оптических линиях связи базируются на этом законе. Вместо цифровых можно передавать по линиям такого типа аналогово- импульсные сигналы, но наибольший выигрыш в частотной эффективности без уменьшения помехоустойчивости обеспечивает передача клиппированных речевых сигналов.

Get PDFThe article describes Internet distributed denial of service- attacks (DDoS-attacks) and proposes classification of such offences by the objectives and tools of realization, making distinction between typical methods and those based on the hierarchy of generalized structure. The hierarchical classification proposed in the article can be considered to be universal from the point of view of DDoS-attacks mechanisms and sufficient for understanding of the processes of their organization.The hierarchy-based approach can significantly reduce the time of analysis during solving typical problems, necessary for the protection of a system and for neutralization of malicious attempts. Such classification can serve as a basis for engineering of the tools of detection and identification of DDoS-attacks in certain protocols at application level which makes it not only analytic but practically oriented as well. See the modern electronic service systems for customers in the transport sphere it can be useful for the protection of this sector too.Описание атак типа «распределенный отказ в обслуживании» (DDoS-атака) в сети Интернет. Классификация по направленности и механизмам реализации. Типовые способы и опора на иерархичность обобщенной структуры. Предложенная в статье иерархическая классификация является универсальной, если иметь в виду механизмы проведения DDoS-атак, и достаточной для понимания процесса их организации. Она способна служить базисом при разработке средств обнаружения и идентификации DDoS-атак по определенным протоколам уровня приложений, что придает ей значимость не только с аналитической точки зрения, но и с практической.

Get PDFThe author defines rational spheres of the use of ballastless track, its advantages and disadvantages. Analysis of calculations results and of dynamics features has allowed to substantiate the increasing level of requirements concerning construction and maintenance of the geometry of the ballastless track. The author argues in favor of reducing of the stiffness of the track in necessary cases and proposes engineering techniques to achieve it. He determines criteria limiting the interoperation of force, necessary to design the sections with interface of the sectors with different stiffness. The article describes different approaches to the choice of numerical values of parameters of balastless track and transitional sectors of variable stiffness. The conclusions allow to impartially assess the outlook for balastless technology for the network of high speed railways.Автором обозначены рациональные сферы применения безбалластного пути, названы его достоинства и недостатки. Анализ результатов вычислений и динамических характеристик позволил обосновать повышение требований к нормам устройства и содержания геометрии рельсовой колеи безбалластного пути. Показаны необходимость снижения жесткости путевой конструкции и способы её инженерного обеспечения. Определены критерии ограничения силового взаимодействия при проектировании участков с сопряжением разной жесткости. Приведены возможные подходы к выбору численных значений параметров безбалластного пути и переходных участков. Сделаны выводы, позволяющие объективно оценить долговременные перспективы безбалластных технологий для полигона высокоскоростных линий.

Get PDFThe article describes the role of IT-units in the structural organization of JSC Russian Railways, the service model of IT-management based on ITSM/ITIL principles. The authors argue that interaction of IT-divisions with service customers permits engineering and technical maintenance of business processes and transforms IT-divisions into business partners of railway entities which are their services’ customers. The model structure proposed by the authors shows the core elements of the service and first of all the services of the network node of JSC Russian Railways Internet.Роль подразделений информационных технологий в структуре ОАО «РЖД». Сервисная модель управления ИТ, основанная на принципах ITSM/ITIL. Взаимодействие ИТ-подразделений с получателями сервисов позволяет осуществлять инженерно-техническую поддержку бизнес-процессов, делает такие подразделения бизнес-партнёрами железнодорожных предприятий – потребителей их услуг. В представленной авторами статьи модельной структуре демонстрируются основные компоненты сервиса и в первую очередь – службы сетевого узла Интернета ОАО «РЖД»
