Кольцевой маршрут автовелобусов в Ханое: оптимизация поездок
Get PDF[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The level of bicycling in Hanoi is quite high compared to other major cities in the world and from the point of view of the health of residents it is desirable that it does not decrease, but increase. Therefore, the use of a specialized bus for mass transportation of passengers with bicycles (see World of Transport and Transportation, 2015, Iss. 4 [3]), for variability of route combinations in the interests of cyclists, is a promising area for improving the organization of bus transportation in the city. The article details the optimal ring route for this purpose, which will improve the quality of transport services to the population by buses without increasing the density of the route network, which would require very large capital expenditures. Поэтому перспективным направлением совершенствования организации автобусных перевозок в городе является использование специализированного автобуса для массовой перевозки пассажиров с велосипедами (см. «МТ», 2015, № 4 - [3]) для вариативности маршрутных комбинаций в интересах велосипедистов. В статье детализируется оптимальный под эти цели кольцевой маршрут, который позволит повысить качество транспортного обслуживания населения автовелобусами без увеличения плотности маршрутной сети, на развитие которой потребовались бы очень большие капитальные затраты

Get PDFOn the basis of statistics of traffic accidents accident rate on the roads of Irkutsk region was analyzed. It is shown that the majority of accidents with victims occur due to violations of traffic rules by drivers. The dependence of the number of accidents and injuries on time of day was identified. The maximum contribution to accident rate is made by car drivers. represented by all kinds of transport – rail, road, air, inland waterways and a network of railways and roads. The basis of the road network is federal, regional and local roads with the length, respectively, 1,7, 12.6 and 17 thousand. km. More than 912 thous. Cars are registered in the region and many transit cars are moving on them. Thedependence of the number of accidents and injuries on time of day was identified. The maximum contribution to accident rate is made by car drivers.На основе статистики дорожно-транспортных происшествий проведен анализ аварийности на автомобильных дорогах Иркутской области. Показано, что большинство аварий с пострадавшими происходит из-за нарушений водителями правил дорожного движения. Выявлена зависимость числа ДТП и травматизма от времени суток. Максимальный вклад в аварийность вносят водители легковых автомобилей

Get PDF[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The article explains the use of special methods to assess potentially dangerous water bodies in order to improve safety on a railway network. The negative impact of different in forms and dimensions manifestations of water element (including floods) may result in violation of integrity of railway tracks, its undermining, and in some cases can cause complete destruction, thus reducing transportation resistance in problem areas. For dynamic and static risk assessment of such situations the author offers selected basic parameters by which all water bodies are divided into six groups. With their help it is possible to organize preventive work in time in order to prevent or reduce effects of water emergency. Keywords: railways, infrastructure, safety, water bodies, classification, assessment of danger, element, emergency.В статье обосновывается применение специальных методов оценки потенциально опасных водных объектов в целях повышения уровня безопасности на сети железных дорог. Негативное воздействие разных по форме и масштабу проявлений водной стихии (включая наводнения) может привести к нарушению целостности железнодорожного полотна, его подмыву, а в некоторых случаях - и к полному разрушению, что снижает устойчивость транспортного сообщения на проблемных участках. Для динамической и статической оценки степени опасности подобных ситуаций автором выбраны основные параметры, по которым все водные объекты делятся на шесть групп.
