Anxiety Experienced by Nursing University Students:Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic
This study aims to investigate anxiety among first- to third-year nursing college students during the COVID-19 pandemic and examines the background of anxiety and predominant mood to gain insight into their emotional state in relation to anxiety and to formulate suggestions to resolve such a state. Specifically, the third-year students were concerned about the decline in their understanding of course content due to unfamiliarity with online classes and inadequate provision of IT resources. Moreover, they reported anxiety about clinical practice, about themselves or their families becoming infected, and about employment after graduation. Using the Temporary Mood Scale, the study observed fatigue, confusion, depression, and tension among the third-year students. However, the second- and third-year students were noted to be more comfortable with the beginning of face-to-face classes. They experienced relative levels of anxiety and stress as they considered the future, including learning, practical training, and studying for the national medical examinations.departmental bulletin pape
Review of the Literature on Specialty and the Role of Medical Nursery Teachers for Collaboration with the Other Multiple Professionals.
departmental bulletin pape
Kindergarten Teacher Involvement in Fostering Tolerance of Diversity Through the HighScope Curriculum
The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) of the United Nations call for quality early childhood development, care, and preschool education, with diversity being an important component of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) concept. Diversity refers to the variety of differences in each individual. It is important for caregivers to provide assistance and consideration in childcare so that each child can recognize and respect the differences present in each individual. The purpose of this study is to explore the similarities between the High Scope Curriculum and the Courses of Study for Kindergarten.departmental bulletin pape
