Get PDF The health of the bank is a reflection of the condition and performance of a bank. Referring to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/PBI/2011 there are four components to know the condition of the bank's health level, namely Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital. The focus of research in writing this thesis is how the analysis of the comparative health levels of Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks in the first quarter of 2019- second quarter 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange uses the RBBR method. The focus of research in writing this thesis is how the analysis of the comparative health levels of Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks in the first quarter of 2019- second quarter 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange uses the RBBR method. The research object consists of 6 banks going public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely BTPS, BRIS, PNBS, BCA, BRI, BNI with quantitative approach methods that are descriptive of analysis. The data used is secondary data. Factors tested in the study were NPF/NPL, FR/LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO, CAR, and GCG. The hypothesis test used is the Mann Whitney U Test with a significant level of 5%. Descriptive statistical test results on NPF/NPL, FDR/LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO factors show that Conventional Banks are healthier compared to Islamic Banks. GCG shows that Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks alike have the same title of SEHAT, and car shows that Islamic banks are healthier compared to conventional banks. The results of the hypothesis test using the Mann Whitney U Test showed that there was no significant comparison in the ratio of NPF/NPL, FDR/LDR, ROA, CAR GCG Islamic Bank and Conventional Bank, on ROE and BOPO showing that there was a significant comparison between Islamic Bank and Conventional Bank

Get PDFThis research aims to explore the process of converting a short story into a drama script and to understand the elements involved in this process. The scope of the study includes the concept of transfer, structural comparisons between short stories and drama scripts, transfer strategies, dialogue in stories, and elements of dramatization in drama scripts. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from various sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and existing research. Analysis was carried out using content and descriptive analysis to understand related theories and the results of previous research. This research data model leads to an in-depth understanding of the creative process of changing a short story into a drama script, focusing on the concept of transfer, structure comparison, transfer strategy, dialogue in the story, and elements of dramatization. Thus, it is hoped that the findings from this research will provide better insight into how literary works in the form of short stories can be adapted into drama scripts more effectively and interestingly. These findings can contribute to the development of knowledge surrounding literature and media transfer and be an important reference for researchers and practitioners in literature and theater

This research focuses on analyzing social interactions that influence language acquisition with the aim of finding out how important the influence of social interactions is on first language acquisition in early childhood. The qualitative descriptive method was used to describe the results of data collection with the research subject, namely a girl named Ratna. The research results explain that first language acquisition can occur through several stages, namely the prelinguistic stage (touching period), one word, two word and many word stages. Apart from that, it is also influenced by social interaction, where social interaction has positive and negative impacts, so the role of parents or educators is very necessary in achieving the right stimulus

No full textIn the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0, technology is increasingly influencing various aspects of life, including the spread of Islamic da'wah. Artificial intelligence (AI) is now a potential tool in bridging the gap between ulama andummah, as well as expanding the reach of da'wah to areas that were previously difficult to reach. However, important questions arise regarding how AI can be aligned with authentic Islamic values without sacrificing the essence of da'wah itself.
This research explores AI-based da'wah innovations in the contemporary Islamic context, highlighting current phenomena, such as the use of chatbots for religious guidance, big data analysis to understand religious trends, and the application of AI in online Islamic education. Using a qualitative approach, this research examines the perspectives of ulama, technology experts and the Muslim community regarding the acceptance and ethical challenges faced in applying AI for da'wah. The research results show that AI offers great potential to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of da'wah, however there is an urgent need for strict supervision and guidance so that this technology is used in accordance with Islamic principles. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the need for synergy between technology experts and ulama in developing AI applications that are not only sophisticated but also shariacompliant. Thus, this research provides important insights for historians, da'wah practitioners, and policy makers in designing relevant da'wah strategies in this digital era

Get PDFDigitalization of communication technology in the digital age (5.0) has a huge role in changing or shifting the concept of public communication. There is no exception to the concept of the communication of the dakwah in the Darussalam Blokagung training as the basis of the Dakwah in eastern Java region in particular Banyuwangi. Digital change opens up new opportunities for preachers in calling for religious scholarship, but in addition to the vastness of opportunities that are emerging, the challenges that arise cannot be ignored. The study examines the process of transformation of communications technology of Darussalam practitioners along with the development of communication technology in the era of digitalization (5.0), besides, the researchers also look for the obstacles experienced by practisees during practising using digital media. In this study, the author uses a qualitative research method approach in his research. Data collection uses observations, in-depth interviews and documentation.
The results of the research show that the transformation of the technology of communication is very important to be conceived, because the practitioner must preserve its existence as the center of the teaching then the change of the concept of teaching itself is very necessary to be done. It doesn't mean abandoning the old methods, but it's more to innovate looking for easier methods of religious learning

CONTROVERSY IN THE INTEGRATION OF VOCATIONAL CURRICULUM AND ISLAMIC VALUES: BETWEEN GLOBAL ADAPTATION AND LOCAL IDENTITY
Get PDFThis research aims to explore the controversy in integrating Islamic values into vocational education curriculum while balancing local identity and global adaptation. Using qualitative methods, including interviews with educators and students, this research revealed several main findings. First, educators face significant difficulties in balancing Islamic values with the demands of global competence. Second, Islamic values are seen as very relevant for providing a moral foundation in vocational education. Finally, a holistic approach is needed that involves all stakeholders to design a curriculum that is relevant and competitive. The study concludes that although integrating Islamic values into vocational education presents challenges, it is important for developing graduates who are morally grounded and globally competitive.
 
EMERGENCE OF PESANTREN EDUCATION CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT IN RESPONDING TO GLOBAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DYNAMICS
Get PDFThis study aims to provide solutions to the management of pesantren education curriculum in responding to global social and economic dynamics in emergency conditions. The research design used qualitative research with a case study approach. The qualitative approach was chosen because it can provide an in-depth understanding of how curriculum management is adapted and implemented in a specific context. In this study, data were collected from various informant sources including Kyai, santri, pesantren administrators, and pesantren alumni. While data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques used include coding, theme grouping, and in-depth interpretation to identify patterns, trends, and relationships relevant to curriculum management responses to global social and economic changes. This research was conducted at Banyuwangi boarding school which is known as one of the leading Islamic education institutions in the area. The selection of Banyuwangi boarding school as the research location can be considered because of its established reputation in providing quality Islamic religious education, as well as because of the diversity of religious and educational activities that can be observed and analyzed in this boarding school environment. The results of this study include adequate technological infrastructure, partnerships with outside institutions and multicultural education.
