Why Nursing Students Struggle in Speaking English: Experience, Challenges, And Coping Strategies
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the implementation, challenges, and strategies of nursing students in improving speaking skills in the English for Nursing classroom. This research utilized descriptive qualitative methods using interviews as a data collection technique. This research addresses nursing students in their second semester at Private Health Universities in Central Java, Indonesia, who are currently enrolled in an English course this semester. The results found that the implementation of speaking activity in the English for nursing classroom was in the form of roleplay. Meanwhile, the topic applied in the activity mostly related to the nursing daily routine in the hospital. The challenges faced by nursing students are the limited English vocabulary and accent barriers that affect pronunciation in speaking English. Students utilize the Google Translate application feature and music as a strategy in overcoming the challenges of improving speaking skills. This study also revealed that the implementation used by lecturers and strategies owned by nursing students are considered to be able to overcome challenges in improving English speaking skills

Get PDFSoil moisture is the main aspect that needs to be considered so that plants are maintained and grow well. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of physical devices connected to the internet, enabling them to collect and share data. This research produces a system that will maintain soil moisture for chili plant seeds at the ideal range and can be controlled remotely via a device connected to the Internet (IoT), using a soil moisture sensor to detect the level of soil dryness. If the soil is detected as dry, the pump will activate and spray until the humidity in the soil increases. Once the humidity in the soil increases to the upper limit, the pump will automatically stop. However, on the other hand, if the soil is initially detected as wet, the pump will remain inactive and the pump will be active when the moisture in the soil is dry. The chili plant watering monitoring system can be carried out at close range using an LCD and remotely using the Internet of Things via the Blynk application. This system can maintain the soil moisture percentage value at 65% with the time needed to increase soil moisture from dry conditions is 2 minutes 11 second
Tinjauan Fatwa No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 Terhadap Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Halal Di Puncak Ratu Pamekasan
Get PDFThis research aims to find out strategy for developing halal tourism in Puncak Ratu Pamekasan in terms of Fatwa No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. With this research, it is hoped that it can develop the potential for halal tourism, especially in Pamekasan. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study and field study approach, data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Puncak Ratu tourism development strategy includes five components of tourism development, namely attraction, accessibility, aminities, ancillary services & institution. The Puncak Ratu tourism development strategy towards a halal tourist destination based on the perspective of Fatwa No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for Organization Tourism Based on Sharia Principles has been implemented limited to the aspect of the availability of infrastructure in the form of worship facilities, clean water sanitation and canteens that sell halal food. However, several points have not been met, such as non-muhrim visitors holding hands and final waste disposal that has not been managed properly. To become a halal tourist destination, Puncak Ratu needs further efforts to implement the points in Fatwa No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016, especially in the seventh decree, namely regarding provisions on tourist destinations

Get PDFDefault in this sharia investment practice is when the issuer is unable to pay the obligations that should be paid to the securities holders (investors) according to the agreed terms when the maturity date has arrived. This study will examine in depth related to the efforts to settle defaults (default) on Sharia Investments with Sharia Restructuring. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach that is library research using books or journals. recognized restructuring in accordance with the basic principles of sharia: First, the restructuring of sukuk is carried out by creating the same economic results as conventional bonds by maintaining sharia principles so that all sukuk transactions must be halal. Second, the form of avoiding restructuring requires the prohibition of usury (paying or taking interest), gharar (unclear, fraud, ambiguity) and maysir (embedding games). Sukuk certificate holders can only receive benefits from asset performance and are prohibited from making payments under any circumstances in a sukuk restructuring. Third, the prohibition of investments that are not based on sharia principles.

Hakikat Manajemen Pendidikan Agama Islam Multikultural di Pesantren Multidimensi Al-Fakhriyah Makassar
Get PDFThis research was conducted at the Multidimensi Islamic boarding school of Al-Fakhriyah Makassar. This pesantren is a modern pesantren but does not leave the culture of Salafi style, which has diverse students from various tribes, races, ethnicities, social classes, different skin colors, and regional origins. As a result of this diversity, this pesantren must have good management. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the form of multicultural Islamic religious education management in the Multidimensi Islamic boarding school of Al-Fakhriyah Makassar. Researchers use qualitative research methods with a case study approach, data collection using participatory observation, structured and unstructured interviews, and documentation, and then the data is processed by analyzing it through an interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The result of this study is that the management of multicultural Islamic religious education in the Multidimensi Islamic boarding school of Al-Fakhriyah Makassar runs quite effectively and efficiently; all activities are carried out well, and multicultural values have been seen, although there are still a handful of perpetrators of discrimination. According to researchers, this problem can be overcome by adding more supervision and attention and updating the management related to the organizing system.

Get PDFMSMEs AL Farizi Tapis is one out of the MSMEs within the province of Lampung whose method of listing orders, stock, and bookkeeping is done physically and never makes even a business report. The problem is that MSME’s decline order. The problem that occurs is that MSMEs refuse orders because there are no raw materials or the time to purchase raw materials takes a long time, as well as the processing time which is felt to be tight so there is concern that the filter craft will not be on time. Apart from that, bookkeeping which is done manually is also difficult because it often happens that people forget to record or there are missing notes regarding orders and transactions. MSMEs have never carried out warehouse management so they don't know what stock of raw materials is still available or has run out. A simple integrated application is needed that can help MSMEs organize production schedules, order recording, transaction records, warehouse management, and financial reports to optimize MSME business processes. The service used Participatory Action research and training methods. After carrying out service, MSMEs can use the Krealogi application so they can minimize incorrect recording or loss of order records or sales transactions, missed production plans, and the absence of financial reports
ANALISIS PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN MUSTAHIK MELALUI PENDAYAGUNAAN DANA ZAKAT PRODUKTIF DI LAZISNU JAWA TIMUR

Productive zakat is the management of zakat by allocating zakat funds for productive programs aimed at improving the welfare of mustahik (zakat recipient) in a sustainable manner. This research aims to analyze the impact and effectiveness of utilizing productive zakat funds by lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) East Java. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, participant observation and document analysis. The sample for this research includes recipients of productive zakat benefits in Lazisnu, East Java who have participated in an economic empowerment program with the support of productive zakat funds.
The research results show that the utilization of Lazisnu East Java's productive zakat funds has made a positive contribution in improving the welfare of mustahik. The economic empowerment program supported by productive zakat funds has provided business capital, business equipment and livestock housing. However, business activities and aid funds are still in the micro category, meaning that the increase in income has not had a significant impact on the welfare of mustahik.

Abstrak
Zakat produktif adalah pengelolaan zakat dengan mengalokasikan dana zakat untuk program-program produktif yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik (penerima zakat) secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dan efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Shaadqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup penerima manfaat zakat produktif di Lazisnu Jawa Timur yang telah mengikuti program pemberdayaan ekonomi dengan dukungan dana zakat produktif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif Lazisnu Jawa Timur telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik. Program pemberdayaan ekonomi yang didukung oleh dana zakat produktif telah memberikan modal usaha, alat usaha dan rumah ternak. Namun kegiatan usaha dan dana bantuan masih kategori mikro membuat peningkatan penghasilan belum signifikan memberikan dampak pada kesjahteraan pada mustahik.

Get PDFThis research tries to uncover online buying and selling with a dropshipping system. Buying and selling online with a dropshipping system is a business selling products where the seller or dropshipper does not have to own the product to be sold. Dropshipping can also be interpreted as a buying and selling transaction system where the dropshipper can determine the price of an item that is not owned, but after receiving an order for goods from the dropshipper buyer directly buys goods from the supplier and sells them to the buyer according to the price determined by taking advantage of the difference the purchase price from the supplier with the selling price to the buyer. The dropshipping system in buying and selling online fulfills the requirements and pillars of the legality of buying and selling according to Islamic law. Buying and selling online dropshipping in its implementation is carried out with two contracts, namely the salam contract and the wakalah contract and also by modifying the consent and qabul. This conclusion is based on the author's conclusions and studies on the practice of buying and selling online with the dropshipper system. Students in this group are focused on learning Islamic economics. This research utilizes a phenomenological approach in field research, with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the student entrepreneurship group from the Sharia Economics Program applies Islamic business ethics by prioritizing honesty, fairness, promisekeeping, and cleanliness in the production process

The research in this scientific work aims to find out how basic food prices are determined in Blokagung Hamlet, and whether the price setting process is in accordance with the price concept in Islamic economics. This research is qualitative field research, namely obtaining data from direct field research regarding the determination of basic food prices in Blokagung Hamlet. The results of this research found that price determination in buying and selling basic necessities is based on the prices prevailing on the market and the prices prevailing at that time, then what differentiates prices between traders is where the supply comes from. The review of Islamic law regarding price differences in buying and selling basic necessities in Blokagung Hamlet as a whole is in accordance with the concept of price in Islam, for harmony and the conditions for buying and selling have also been fulfilled.
