Get PDFKomunikasi adalah proses penting yang memungkinkan pertukaran informasi antara individu atau kelompok, baik dalam konteks sosial maupun digital. Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi mengubah cara interaksi manusia, menghasilkan fenomena baru berupa jejak digital—rekaman aktivitas online individu. Penelitian ini menganalisis konsep komunikator modern dari perspektif Al-Qur'an, khususnya Surah Al-Isra' ayat 13-14, yang mengungkapkan bahwa setiap amal perbuatan manusia tercatat dan akan dimintai pertanggungjawaban. Konsep ini relevan dengan jejak digital sebagai catatan permanen perilaku manusia di dunia maya, mirip dengan "kitab amal" yang tercatat pada leher individu. Jejak digital mencatat setiap tindakan di internet, mengingatkan bahwa individu bertanggung jawab atas tindakan mereka di dunia maya. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar individu lebih bijak dalam berinteraksi di ruang digital, mengingat jejak digital dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial dan spiritual mereka.

Get PDFThis study examines Kyai's leadership in shaping Santri civilization in Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo's Residence. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, with data collection methods through observations, interviews, and documentation. The subject of the study is Kh. Moh. Zuhri Zaini, BA, as the nurses of the current nursing house. The results of the research show that Kyai Zuhri's leadership style has successfully achieved some of the desired indicators in shaping a central civilization. It is in line with the vision of the founder and first guardian, Kh. Zaini Mun'im, which was later continued by his son, Kh. Moh. Hasyim Zaini, and was perfected by the third guardian Kh. Abdul Wahid Zaini who formulated the Trilogy and Panca Consciousness Santri based on the book Bidayatul Hidayah by Imam Al-Ghazali. SDN Pekuncen Kota Pasuruan plays a significant role in fostering students' tolerance towards religious diversity, with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers as the key actors. This study aims to describe the role of PAI teachers as motivators and guides in cultivating religious tolerance at SDN Pekuncen Kota Pasuruan. This article employs a qualitative approach with a case study research design, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentation from PAI teachers, students, and classroom teachers, and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that PAI teachers are effective in motivating students to accept religious differences and guiding them in developing attitudes of mutual respect, honoring others, and doing good
IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN WALIKOTA PAREPARE NO. 7 TAHUN 2018 TENTANG EFEKTIVITAS AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN ZAKAT DI BAZNAS PAREPARE
Get PDFThis thesis discusses the implementation of Parepare City Regulation No. 7 of 2018 regarding the effectiveness of accountability in zakat management at BAZNAS Parepare. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Mayor Regulation No. 7 of 2018 on the effectiveness and accountability of zakat management at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Parepare City. The research method used is qualitative research with a field research design. The number of informants in this study was 3 people from BAZNAS, and the data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research indicate that: 1) The implementation of Mayor Regulation No. 7 of 2018 on zakat management at BAZNAS Parepare has been carried out well in accordance with legal provisions for zakat management. BAZNAS has demonstrated commitment to accountability and transparency by integrating open reporting mechanisms that are easily accessible and comply with Sharia principles. 2) The effectiveness of zakat management at BAZNAS Parepare shows effective management, as evidenced by an open and easily accessible reporting system for the public, and BAZNAS's ability to ensure that zakat funds are distributed appropriately in accordance with Sharia principles and community needs. 3) Accountability in zakat management at BAZNAS Parepare indicates that BAZNAS Parepare has shown a high level of accountability in zakat management. The independent audit process validates BAZNAS's performance in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Sharia provisions, demonstrating BAZNAS's seriousness in maintaining transparency and integrity, and making zakat management responsive to community needsImplementasi Peraturan Walikota Parepare No. 7 Tahun 2018 tenteng afektivitas akuntabilitas pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Parepare Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui implemenatsi peraturan wali Kota No. 7 tahun 2018 tentang efektivitas dan akuntasbilitas pengelolaan zakat di badan amil zakat nasional Kota Parepare.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research). Jumlah Narasumber dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 3 orang dari Baznas, adapun teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data analisis menggunakan data reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi PERWA No. 7 tahun 2018 tentang pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kota Parepare telah dijalan dengan baik sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum pengelolaan zakat serta BAZNAS telah menunjukkan komitmen terhadap akuntabilitas dan transparansi dengan mengintegrasikan mekanisme pelaporan terbuka, mudah diakses, dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. 2) Efektivitas pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kota Parepare menunjukkan pengelolaan yang efektif dibuktikan dari sistem pelaporan yang terbuka dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat serta kemampuan BAZNAS dalam memastikan dana zakat disalurkan dengan tepat sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah dan kebutuhan masyarakat. 3) Akuntabilitas pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kota Parepare menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS Kota Parepare telah menunjukkan tingkat akuntabilitas yang tinggi dalam pengelolaan zakat serta proses audit yang dilakukan oleh pihak independen memberikan validasi terhadap kinerja BAZNAS dalam menjamin kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi dan ketentuan syariah yang menunjukkan keseriusan BAZNAS dalam menjaga transparansi dan integritas, serta menjadikan pengelolaan zakat responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat
Pelatihan Penyusunan Modul Ajar Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Bagi Guru SD Negeri 13 Rantau Alai Kabupaten Ogan Ilir
Get PDFThis community service activity aims to help partners, namely teachers of SD Negeri 13 Rantau Alai, Ogan Ilir Regency, to increase their understanding and skills in preparing teaching modules for the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The service implementation method used is in the form of educational training which was held on February 6-18, 2023 through four stages, namely: planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. This activity has been successfully carried out in accordance with the predetermined achievement targets. Based on the results of the measurements that have been taken, it is known that the average prestest score is 76 and the average post-test score is 92. The results of the pretest and post-test, as well as the practical performance of the training participants, showed significant results in increasing participants' understanding and skills in preparing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum teaching module. The evaluation of the activity shows that the success of this activity is supported by the maximum contribution of the partners in providing facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the training. However, there are several obstacles such as time constraints and remote partner locations in areas with poor internet signals

Get PDFIndonesia is one of the countries with the highest level of biodiversity in the world. However, what is happening is that the amount of forest destruction occurring in Indonesia is still increasing. There needs to be concrete steps to protect Indonesia's nature, one way to overcome forest destruction is the construction and development of biodiversity parks (Kehati). Through the PT. CSR program Tirta Investama in Banyuwangi Regency, since 2020 has been designing a biodiversity park that can be a means of protecting flora and fauna and can have an impact on the environment and humans. This research was carried out to find out and analyze the extent to which biodiversity parks in Banyuwangi are able to have a positive impact. This research uses a qualitative descriptive case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation methods, in-depth interviews, document studies and audio visuals. The data obtained was analyzed in accordance with the theory referred to and described in full. The result is that the Banyuwangi Biodiversity Park, named Raung Kehati Park, is able to have a positive impact on protecting flora and fauna, contributes to carbon reserves, and is able to empower the community, even though the economic aspect has not been felt directly

The research results show that service quality and product quality are seen as components that need to be realized by companies, because they have the influence of bringing in new consumers and can reduce the possibility of old customers moving to other companies. Customer loyalty has motivational and behavioral consequences. When we give consumers what they want, consumers will get satisfaction, which can give rise to consumer loyalty
THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF ONLINE SHOPPING SYSTEMS FOR MICRO-ENTREPRENEURS: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE
Get PDFThis study examines the adverse effects of online shopping systems on micro-entrepreneurs from a phenomenological perspective. As e-commerce platforms expand, micro-entrepreneurs face significant challenges that threaten their survival and growth. Through in-depth interviews and analysis of lived experiences, this research uncovers the multifaceted impact of online shopping systems on these small business owners. Key findings highlight increased competition, reduced profit margins, and the loss of direct customer relationships. Additionally, the study reveals how the technological and logistical demands of e-commerce can overwhelm micro-entrepreneurs who lack the resources and expertise to adapt. The findings suggest that while online shopping systems offer opportunities for broader market access, they also create barriers that can exacerbate existing vulnerabilities within this business segment. By exploring these challenges through a phenomenological lens, this research provides a deeper understanding of the personal and professional struggles micro-entrepreneurs face in the digital marketplace. The study calls for more supportive measures and tailored solutions to help micro-entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of online commerce, ensuring their sustainability and contribution to the economy
Implementasi Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Produksi Usaha Jamur Tiram Di Desa Sokogrenjeng Kecamatan Kenduruan Kabupaten Tuban
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the production of oyster mushrooms in Sokogrenjeng Village, Kenduruan District, Tuban Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method, namely by describing or describing the conditions that occur in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained by researchers show that oyster mushroom business owners have applied the principles of Islamic business ethics starting from unity/tawhid, justice, free will, responsibility, and truth/honesty. This can be seen from various aspects of the business implemented starting from the selection of raw materials and the production process. This research shows that the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the oyster mushroom business in Sokogrenjeng Village is highly recommended because it has a positive impact on business owners, consumers and the environment. Apart from that, it can increase consumer confidence, improve business image, and create a just and prosperous society. Business owners get blessings in this world and the hereafter. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the oyster mushroom business in Sokogrenjeng Village, so that it can produce halal, quality products that are beneficial to the community
KEMAJUAN DAN IDEALISME SAINS ISLAM ABAD PERTENGAHAN PERSPEKTIF IDEALISME ABSOLUT HEGEL
Get PDFKemajuan fenomena sains sudah banyak dijustifikasi secara ilmiah dengan prinsip-prinsip positivistik. Bahwa sains secara ideologis kemajuannya selalu beriringan dengan penafian pada realitas absolut dalam semangat atau motivasi pencariannya. Hal ini membuat kemajuan sains hanya terlihat memiliki cara pandang yang materialis dalam motivasi penelusurannya. Ini sehingga banyak memunculkan problem-problem sosial maupun eksistensial pada sains itu sendiri. Nilai-nilai kemajuan sains islam selain ada pada yang bersifat materil juga bersifat immateril. Ini tercermin dari tujuan para ilmuan islam dalam upayanya untuk menyingkap realitas berbasiskan sains. Mereka dengan tujuannya berusaha menggali ilmu pengetahuan untuk memperkuat dan menggali nilai-nilai Tauhid yang pada taraf tertentu memberikan makna kemajuan idealistis. Di sisi lain Hegel dengan filsafat idealisme absolutnya memiliki konsep kemajuan peradaban yang bersifat idealistis. Ia menilai kemajuan peradaban sebagai proses sejarah untuk mencapai sintesis terakhir (ide absolut). Ini sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai kaca mata untuk melihat sejauh mana visi tauhid islam terwujud dalam pola semangat dan motivasi dalam melahirkan kemajuan peradaban sains islam abad pertengahan. Penelitian ini berusaha menggali nilai-nilai idealistis fenomena sains islam abad pertengahan dan mengkontekstualisasikannya pada konsep filsafat idealisme Hegel dengan menggunakan metode historis analisis pada fenomena sains islam abad pertengahan sekaligus deskriptif analisis pada pemikiran idealisme Hegel. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa kemajuan, prinsip Tauhid sains islam di abad pertengahan dan semangat para ilmuan islam untuk menyingkap tanda-tanda keberadaan Tuhan menjadi basis konsep kemajuan idealistis sains islam abad pertengahan
