Get PDFInterpersonal communication is one of the key elements in effective communications. The ability to communicate personally and in depth with the Jamaah can be a very powerful tool in conveying religious messages and building a close relationship with the Mad’u. The aim of this study is to find out how strategies of communications of devotion use interpersonal communication approaches. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with critical discourse analysis techniques. The subject of this research is the Gus Muhammad Iqdam Kholid, and its object is on Gus Mohammad Iqdan KHolid's document on the youtube platform. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and documentation. As for the data analysis method used, the critical discourse analysis technique. Based on the results of this study, it is shown that the strategy of communication using the interpersonal communication approach of Gus Muhammad Iqdam Kholid exists two types, namely diadema and triadema. The mechanisms used are: 1. determining the theme or object of the conversation, 2. exchanging views and thoughts, 3. finding a better solution

Get PDFThe Village Community Service Program (Prosendi Desa) enters its second year of implementation in 2024 in Tegal Besar Subdistrict, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The key issues addressed are the need for support for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in urban areas to obtain business legality and halal certification, aimed at fostering the development of the halal industry in Indonesia. The objective of this program is to assist MSEs in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) in the first year and halal certification in the second year. The method used is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, involving socialization, counseling, and assistance. The implications of this program include the availability of a self-declare halal certification guidebook, comprehensive assistance for MSEs in the certification process, and the acceleration of halal certification compliance as targeted by the government. Additionally, the program increases the number of MSEs with NIBs and utilizes the Halal Clinic as an implementation of agency theory to support business development
THE ART OF DIPLOMATIC COUNSELING: COUNSELING VALUES IN THE STORY OF PROPHET SULAIMAN AND QUEEN BALQIS
Get PDFThis study aims to examine, identify and analyze the counseling values ??contained in the story of Prophet Solomon and Queen Balqis, by highlighting the diplomatic approach used as the art of counseling in resolving conflicts and building harmonious relationships. Through a qualitative method with a document study type to examine the counseling values ??in the story of Solomon and Balqis. Data collection was carried out through documentation and observation studies, as well as data triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study found that Prophet Solomon applied the principles of diplomatic counseling in the form of open dialogue, peaceful negotiation, and respect for other parties before making strategic decisions. The story of the interaction between Prophet Solomon and Queen Balqis, which began with the sending of a letter of invitation to dialogue and was responded to with an exchange of gifts and a diplomatic visit, reflects the art of counseling based on wisdom, empathy, and inclusiveness in building effective communication. The main values ??identified include: deliberation, empathy, conflict resolution, and wisdom. This study concludes that the story of Prophet Solomon and Queen Balqis can be a role model in implementing relevant counseling guidance to be applied in counseling practices in the modern era, especially in the context of conflict resolution and leadership strengthening
Student Management Based On Interests And Talents: An Effective Efforts To Improve Academic And Non-Academic Achievement In Madrasah
Get PDFThis study aims to describe student management based on interests and talents and its role in improving academic and non-academic achievement at MTsN 1 Jombang. The background of the study stems from the need for student governance that is not only oriented towards academic achievement, but also the development of talents and interests. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants include the principal, vice principal for curriculum and student affairs, subject teachers, extracurricular supervisors, and students. Furthermore, the data were analyzed inductively using interactive analysis techniques from Milles and Huberman which include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that student management at MTsN 1 Jombang includes structured planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating stages. Strategies for improving achievement include fostering superior classes, academic competition training, and developing extracurricular activities based on interests and talents. The conclusion of this study shows that good student management contributes significantly to improving overall achievement. Recommendations are directed to the madrasah to strengthen the coaching system and expand support facilities in developing student potential

Get PDFEffective financial management is a crucial factor in providing adequate facilities and quality services. Library management and library services play a crucial role in supporting the learning process and improving literacy at SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan. This study aims to describe the implementation of library management, which also encompasses the funding aspect of facilities, including the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation stages of services, as well as assessing the quality of services received by users. The findings indicate that planning is carried out through the procurement and grouping of book collections, while organization involves collaboration between the principal, treasurer, facilities and infrastructure officers, and librarians in meeting library facility needs. This involves collaboration between elements within the school environment to meet facility needs and manage library financing, although the funding mechanism applied is not yet optimal and has not been documented in detail. Service implementation includes borrowing and returning books based on student cards, cataloging collections, and regular literacy programs such as reading corners and writing competitions. The evaluation indicates challenges in student discipline and adaptation to information technology, particularly the use of e-books. Therefore, strengthening collaborative and innovative management is needed to improve service effectiveness and foster a culture of digital literacy among students
Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Capital Asequasy Ratio, Dan Efisiensi Operasional Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia
Get PDFThis research investigates how Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Operational Efficiency (BOPO) influence financial performance measured by Return on Assets (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2020 to 2023. Employing a Fixed Effect panel data regression in EViews 12, the study draws upon a purposively sampled set of banks with complete financial disclosures during the period. Prior to estimation, Chow and Hausman tests determined the appropriate model, and diagnostic checks confirmed that residuals met normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity assumptions. Results reveal that both GCG (p = 0.0315) and CAR (p = 0.0260) positively and significantly affect ROA, whereas BOPO exerts a negative, significant impact (p = 0.0002). An Adjusted R² of 0.3484 suggests that these three variables account for 34.84% of ROA’s variability. Findings align with stakeholder, signaling, and efficiency theories in Islamic banking and corroborate earlier empirical work. Practically, the study underscores the importance of robust governance, adequate capitalization, and cost control to bolster bank profitability. Future research may incorporate macroeconomic indicators or adopt dynamic panel techniques to deepen insights into financial performance drivers

Perubahan zaman tidak dapat dihindari; hal ini menyebabkan perubahan pada kebudayaan kita, yang dapat berdampak baik atau buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Jihad Surabaya dalam membentuk karakter sosial santri. Pondok pesantren merupakan institusi pendidikan Islam tradisional yang tidak hanya mengajarkan ilmu agama tetapi juga mengembangkan praktik keagamaan sehari-hari. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pesantren terhadap pengembangan karakter santri, khususnya di bidang moralitas, etika, dan keterampilan sosial. Sikap tolong menolong, bekerjasama, solidaritas, dan mandiri merupakan beberapa sifat karakter sosial yang dikembangkan. Menurut temuan penelitian, bersekolah di pesantren Al-Jihad membantu membentuk siswa menjadi orang dewasa yang bermoral tinggi, bertanggung jawab, dan juga memberikan kontribusi berharga kepada masyarakat

No full textThis study examines the interrogation and application of hadiths from Imam Muslim no. 2581, as well as their significance for Islamic social knowledge. This study uses the Arabic linguistic method and content analysis to determine the structure and function of hadis. Per temuan penelitian, hadits in this form have a greater function and meaning than those in previous versions; they also cover rhetorical, pedagogical, and moral education components. While maintaining the integrity of the hadits, the analysis highlights many difficulties in translating the Islamic makna from Arabic to Indonesian. This study also identifies strong connections between the interogatif gaya found in hadiths and contemporary Islamic principles, such as social justice, human rights, and the development of strong communities. These tenets aid in the development of strategies for understanding hadits in the context of the modern world and advancing hadit analysis from an Arab linguistic perspective.Studi ini meneliti terjemahan dan penggunaan gaya interogatif dari hadits Imam Muslim no. 2581, serta signifikansinya terhadap nilai-nilai ilmu sosial Islam. Studi ini menggunakan metode linguistik Arab dan analisis konten untuk menentukan struktur dan fungsi istifham dalam hadis. Menurut temuan penelitian, bentuk istifham dalam hadits ini memiliki makna dan fungsi yang lebih dalam daripada sekadar bertanya; ia juga mencakup komponen retorika, penekanan, dan pengajaran nilai moral. Analisis terjemahan menemukan berbagai kesulitan dalam menerjemahkan makna istifham dari bahasa Arab ke bahasa Indonesia sambil mempertahankan semangat pesan hadits tersebut. Studi ini juga menemukan hubungan yang kuat antara penggunaan gaya interogatif dalam hadits dan prinsip-prinsip masyarakat Islam kontemporer seperti keadilan sosial, kasih sayang manusia, dan pembentukan komunitas yang damai. Temuan-temuan ini membantu membangun strategi untuk memahami hadits dalam masyarakat modern dan menambah khazanah penafsiran hadits dari perspektif linguistik Arab
MISKONSEPSI OPERASI HITUNG PERKALIAN PADA MAHASISWA PGMI DI SEKOLAH TINGGI ISLAM BLAMBANGAN BANYUWANGI
No full textPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan miskonsepsi perkalian pada calon guru MI/SD, khususnya mahasiswa PGMI Sekolah Tinggi Islam Blambangan (STIB) Sebanyak 19 mahasiswa dipilih sebagai subjek melalui teknik purposive sampling untuk dianalisis. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes dan wawancara , dengan fokus pada miskonsepsi konsep perkalian sebagai penjumlahan berulang di sekolah dasar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa mengalami miskonsepsi dengan menjabarkan 4 × 3 sebagai 4 + 4 + 4, yang sebenarnya merupakan ekspresi dari 3 × 4. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa (89,5%, 17 dari 19 subjek ) mengalami miskonsepsi yang serupa namun dengan pola yang beragam serta kurangnya pemahaman konseptual terhadap struktur perkalian sebagai pengelompokan berulang, meskipun sifat komutatif operasi perkalian secara matematis benar. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan perlunya intervensi pembelajaran yang menekankan pemahaman konsep yang benar dan penggunaan media visual atau manipulatif untuk mengatasi miskonsepsi ini agar mahasiswa calon guru mampu mengajarkan konsep perkalian secara tepat kepada siswa di tingkat dasar

No full textThis study aims to reveal the psychological dynamics of the poet in Impromptu Terzina by Ewith Bahar through Freud’s psychoanalytic approach. The research focuses on how the terzina structure functions as a medium of sublimation for the poet’s inner expressions. The analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically by examining diction, symbols, and poetic structure representing Freud’s three aspects of personality: the id, ego, and superego. The findings show that the id appears through spontaneous emotional impulses, the ego organizes reflective awareness toward reality, and the superego embodies moral values and inner peace. The terzina structure serves not only as an aesthetic form but also reflects the poet’s psychological order in channeling inner conflict into emotional harmony. Thus, Impromptu Terzina demonstrates that poetry can act as a means of sublimation and self-healing while offering a new perspective in psychoanalytic literary studies that link Freud’s theory with poetic form and structure
