Education Financing Management in Improving the Quality of Students in Madrasah
This study aims to analyze how educational financing management can improve the quality of students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. Quality education requires efficient financing management to create a conducive learning environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, focusing on financing policies. Data were obtained through interviews with principals, teachers, and education fund managers, as well as related documents. Data analysis used data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that although the available education funds are quite large, their planning and management are still not optimal, with most of the funds being used for routine expenses. Immature planning results in limited allocation for facility development and improving the quality of teaching. Therefore, policies such as priority-based budgeting, diversification of financing sources, and budget management training need to be implemented to improve the quality of education. With good financing management, learning facilities can be improved, teacher professional development can be prioritized, and student quality can be significantly improved
ANALISIS KESULITAN SISWA DALAM KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS UNTUK MENYELESAIKAN SOAL SUKU BANYAK
The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of difficulty students face in critical thinking skills to solve polynomial problems.This research uses a quantitative approach by employing data difficulty level analysis and critical thinking level analysis. The research sample consisted of 30 students from the XI IPA 3 class at SMA Darussalam. The results of this study show the level of students' critical thinking skills in solving polynomial problems consisting of 5 questions. In terms of students' critical thinking abilities, they fall into the critical thinking category on question no. 1 with indicators of identifying, problem-solving, evaluating, and analyzing polynomial problems. Looking at the level of mistakes made by the students, the highest was on question no. 2 with a difficulty percentage of 53.3%, which corresponds to 16 students. Meanwhile, the lowest error rate was on question no. 3, which was 20%, or 6 students
Weaving A New Paradigm: Transforming Islamic Education Under The Aegis Of The Independent Curriculum
This study analyzes and identifies forms of innovation in the learning process of Islamic education within the Merdeka Curriculum framework. Innovation in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is a response to the challenges of the relevance of Islamic education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research, focused on analyzing relevant literature regarding learning innovations in Islamic education based on the Merdeka Curriculum. Data collection techniques were conducted through document studies of scientific papers published in the last five years. The results of the study indicate that innovations in the learning process of Islamic education, such as differentiated learning, Project-Based Learning, and the integration of digital technology, contribute to increased student engagement, understanding of Islamic values, and strengthening teacher capacity. However, challenges were also identified in the form of limited infrastructure and cultural resistance among educators. This study recommends strengthening teacher training and developing policies that support the transformation of contextual and relevant Islamic learning. Novelty in the context of an integrated exploration of various dimensions of innovation in Islamic education within the Merdeka Curriculum framework. STRATEGI KREATIF GURU BAHASA ARAB DALAM MENUMBUHKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA DI MTS MUHAMMADIYAH 05 KALIKUNING
This study aims to analyze the creative strategies implemented by Arabic language teachers in fostering students' learning interest at MTs Muhammadiyah 05 Kalikuning. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with Arabic language teachers, observations of the learning process in the classroom, and documentation analysis. The results showed that teachers implemented various creative strategies such as a communicative approach, the use of technological learning media, educational games, and group-based learning. This study found that these creative strategies contributed significantly to increasing students' learning interest, which was marked by higher enthusiasm in learning Arabic. However, some students still experienced difficulties due to the complexity of grammar and differences in language structure. This study suggests the need for institutional support in the form of increasing the allocation of learning time and training in the use of educational technology for teachers to further optimize creative learning strategies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kreatif yang diterapkan oleh guru bahasa Arab dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah 05 Kalikuning. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru bahasa Arab, observasi proses pembelajaran di kelas, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi kreatif seperti pendekatan komunikatif, penggunaan media pembelajaran teknologi, permainan edukatif, dan pembelajaran berbasis kelompok. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi kreatif tersebut berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, yang ditandai dengan antusiasme yang lebih tinggi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Meski demikian, beberapa siswa masih mengalami kesulitan karena kompleksitas tata bahasa dan perbedaan struktur bahasa. Studi ini menyarankan perlunya dukungan institusional berupa peningkatan alokasi waktu pembelajaran dan pelatihan penggunaan teknologi pendidikan bagi guru untuk lebih mengoptimalkan strategi pembelajaran kreatif

The purpose of this study is to explain One of the effective methods to overcome students’ difficulties in reading yellow book (classical Islamic texts), despite their prior study of nahwu (syntax) and sharaf (morphology), is the Al-Iktisyaf method. This method was developed by KH. Abdul Hannan Tibyan and integrates three main books: Fath al-Qarib al-Mujib, Amtsilah Tashrifiyah, and Kitab al-Imrithi. The objectives of this study are To examine the implementation process of the Al-Iktisyaf method in teaching classical texts to beginner students at Ma’had Manba’ul ‘Ulum Sidomulyo Jember,and To evaluate the reading competence of beginner students in understanding classical texts and To identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in applying the Al-Iktisyaf strategy in teaching classical texts at the beginner level. The research approach used in this study is the qualitative approach, with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation.The results show that this method helps students improve their reading and comprehension skills more quickly and accurately. The method is implemented in three stages: explanation of vocabulary and rules, memorization and reading, and application of grammatical rules. Students’ competencies vary depending on their individual abilities, but enthusiasm and diligence are the key factors of success. Supporting factors include the availability of learning materials and motivation, while inhibiting factors include students’ lack of interest and challenges in creating a comfortable learning environment
STRATEGI PEMASARAN ISLAMI BERBASIS HALAL DAN THAYYIB DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN PADA UD MITRA JAMUR
The growing awareness of Muslim consumers regarding the importance of halal and thayyib products has urged business actors, particularly MSMEs, to integrate Sharia values into their marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic marketing strategies based on halal and thayyib principles at UD Mitra Jamur and examine their impact on consumer trust. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using source triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the marketing strategy is conducted ethically and adaptively through both direct and digital promotion, the application of halal and thayyib principles throughout the production process, and quality control based on standard operating procedures (SOPs). Consumers responded positively, driven by confidence in the cleanliness, safety, and Islamic compliance of the products. The implementation of values such as shiddiq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (transparency), and fathanah (wisdom) has significantly shaped positive perceptions of the producer. This strategy has proven effective in strengthening consumer loyalty and building emotional and spiritual trust in the product. In conclusion, the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by UD Mitra Jamur contributes significantly to building sustainable relationships with consumers. The study recommends that other MSMEs adopt similar approaches by integrating Sharia-based values across their business operations to enhance competitiveness in the growing halal market segment
Pengembangan Kurikulum Program Studi Hukum Keluarga Islam Berbasis Kebutuhan Masyarakat untuk Pencegahan Perkawinan Anak
This study aims to identify the factors contributing to child marriage in Rejang Lebong and Kepahiang Regencies, develop a community needs-based curriculum model for the Islamic Family Law (HKI) Study Program, and provide recommendations for curriculum implementation to enhance graduates' competencies as agents of social change. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Informants include heads of Religious Affairs Offices (KUA), community leaders, child marriage couples, and lecturers from the HKI Study Program. The findings reveal that the primary factors driving child marriage include premarital pregnancy, economic pressures, low educational attainment, social norms, and the influence of modern technology. Based on these findings, a curriculum model was developed incorporating new courses such as family law counseling methods, conflict management, and mini-field research to directly address community needs. The curriculum is also designed to integrate modern technology into learning to support 21st-century competencies. The study concludes that developing a community needs-based curriculum has the potential to reduce child marriage rates, increase legal awareness, and empower HKI graduates as solutions to social problems. With cross-sector collaboration and continuous evaluation, this curriculum can serve as an applicable model for other educational institutions
Pemahaman Masyarakat Kelurahan Kampung Mesjid, Kualuh Hilir, Labuhanbatu Utara tentang Pernikahan Dini: Alasan dan Implikasi Kebijakan
Penelitian ini menganalisis pemahaman masyarakat tentang pernikahan dini di Kelurahan Kampung Mesjid, Kecamatan Kualuh Hilir, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, yang hingga kini masih marak. Dengan pendekatan hukum-empiris studi kasus, data dihimpun melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan KUA, lurah, orang tua, warga, serta individu yang terlibat dalam pernikahan dini. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas warga memahami pernikahan dini sebagai pernikahan di bawah usia 19 tahun sesuai hukum nasional; namun praktik tetap berlangsung karena simpul faktor tafsir keagamaan, kehormatan/tradisi, tekanan ekonomi, dan kehamilan pranikah. Pandangan bahwa sumber-sumber Islam tidak menetapkan batas usia minimum membuat sebagian pelaku merasa kepatuhan keagamaan sudah memadai, sementara ketersediaan dispensasi dari Pengadilan Agama turut memfasilitasi terjadinya pernikahan dini. Sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan kemajuan, tetapi dampaknya belum konsisten. Management of Da'i Extracurricular Activities in Improving the Soft Skills of Male Students of Islamic Boarding Schools
The management of da'i extracurricular activities plays an important role in improving the soft skills of students in Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of da'i extracurricular activities for male students, identify the soft skills possessed by students, and evaluate the influence of da'i extracurricular activities on improving the soft skills of male students at Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with data validity through triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. The results of the study indicate that da'i extracurricular activities are carried out through careful planning, clear organization, mobilization that encourages the improvement of soft skills, and continuous supervision; the students' soft skills include good communication, cooperation, leadership, empathy, and emotional intelligence; and structured da'i extracurricular activities effectively improve the communication skills, morals, empathy, cooperation, leadership, and creativity of students. The conclusion of this study is that structured and systematic management of da'i extracurricular activities is the main key in creating a learning environment that supports the development of character and social competence of male students at the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. Recommendations from the results of this study include that the boarding school should further optimize managerial support for da'i extracurricular programs, provide further training for instructors, and collaborate with external agencies to expand the scope of coaching and development of students' soft skills.
The Influence Of Curriculum Management And Student Achievement In Enhancing Quality Education In The Era Of Digital Transformation
The digital transformation in education demands a strategic synergy between curriculum management and the enhancement of student achievement to ensure sustainable education quality. This study aims to analyze the synergy between curriculum management and student achievement in promoting quality education in the digital transformation era, using MI Nurul Falah Ciater as a case study. The research employed an associative quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were teachers, while the objects included curriculum management, student achievement, and education quality. The population consisted of 56 teachers, with a sample of 31 teachers selected through random sampling. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis utilized descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression, with instrument quality tested through validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the study indicate that: (1) partially, there is a significant effect of curriculum management on the quality of education, as evidenced by a t-value of 2.742 > 2.048 and a significance value of 0.011 < 0.05; (2) partially, there is a significant effect of learning achievement on the quality of education, as evidenced by a t-value of 3.550 > 2.048 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05; and (3) simultaneously, there is a significant effect of curriculum management and student achievement on the quality of education, as evidenced by an F-value of 33.521 > 3.34 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on these findings, it is recommended that primary education institutions such as MI Nurul Falah Ciater strengthen the coordination and implementation of adaptive curricula and develop integrated strategies to enhance student achievement through the utilization of digital technology
