The PENGARUH RASIO SOLVABILITAS, RASIO LIKUIDITAS DAN RASIO PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2022-2024: Ekonomi Manajemen Keuangan
The value of a company is often regarded as a key indicator that influences investors’ decisions in making investments. This study aims to analyze the impact of solvency, liquidity, and profitability on the value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2022–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sample was taken using a census method, covering all pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX over the three-year period, resulting in a total of 30 data points. The data used were secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of the pharmaceutical companies, which were then processed and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The analysis results indicate that solvency has a positive but not significant effect on the company’s value, whereas liquidity and profitability have a positive and significant effect.Abstrak
Pasar modal memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, salah satu indikator utama dalam pasar modal adalah nilai perusahaan yang menjadi daya tarik bagi investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio solvabilitas, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2022–2024. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode sensus, yaitu seluruh 10 perusahaan farmasi subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode pengamatan selama tiga tahun, sehingga diperoleh 30 data observasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diakses melalui situs resmi BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan rasio likuiditas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Implementation Of Total Quality Management (TQM) In Madrasah: A Critical And Comprehensive Analysis Through Literature Study
This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality management in education at schools and Islamic schools in Indonesia through a literature review approach. Quality education is key to national development, and quality management plays a strategic role in improving teaching effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and the professionalism of educators. This study focuses on the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM), which emphasizes continuous improvement, multi-stakeholder involvement, and consistent evaluation. The results of the literature review indicate that the success of TQM implementation is influenced by strong leadership, effective communication between stakeholders, performance rewards, and the integration of a quality culture at every level of the educational institution. The main obstacles faced are limited resources, a lack of understanding of TQM, and resistance to change. Several studies reviewed highlight the implementation of TQM in various Islamic educational units, such as Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah, with generally positive results, although challenges related to operational costs and changes in organizational culture remain concerns. Successful strategies include unifying the vision and mission, strengthening student character, and providing maximum service to all stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents. The implication of this research is the need to adopt an adaptive and contextual quality management system, accompanied by intensive training for all human resources in education. With the implementation of appropriate strategies, it is hoped that the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia will be continuously improved
Interpretasi Sintaksis Dan Gaya Bahasa Dalam Syair Al-I’tiraf Abu Nawas Terjemahan Arab-Indonesia: Kajian Tarkib Athfi Dan Tarkib Isnadi
This research aims to analyze the syntactic structures and stylistic features found in the Al-I'tir?f poem by Abu Nuwas, both in its original Arabic version and its Indonesian translation. The study focuses on two key syntactic structures, namely tark?b ‘athfi (coordinative structure) and tark?b isn?di (predicative structure), exploring how these structures convey spiritual and aesthetic meanings. By employing a contrastive analysis, the research also examines how these syntactic structures transform in the Indonesian translation, preserving or shifting their meaning and stylistic impact. The findings reveal that these syntactic structures play a significant role in the expression of religious humility and repentance, as well as the emotional intensity of the poem. The study contributes to the understanding of classical Arabic syntax, its stylistic implications, and the challenges of translating such texts into Indonesian.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur sintaksis dan gaya bahasa dalam syair Al-I'tir?f karya Abu Nuwas, baik dalam versi bahasa Arab aslinya maupun terjemahannya ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini fokus pada dua struktur sintaksis utama, yaitu tark?b ‘athfi (struktur koordinatif) dan tark?b isn?di (struktur predikatif), serta mengeksplorasi bagaimana struktur-struktur ini menyampaikan makna spiritual dan estetika. Dengan menggunakan analisis kontras, penelitian ini juga mengkaji bagaimana struktur-struktur sintaksis tersebut bertransformasi dalam terjemahan bahasa Indonesia, baik dalam mempertahankan maupun mengubah makna dan dampak stilistiknya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur sintaksis ini memiliki peran penting dalam mengekspresikan kerendahan hati religius dan pertobatan, serta intensitas emosional dalam syair tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman sintaksis bahasa Arab klasik, implikasi stilistiknya, serta tantangan dalam menerjemahkan teks semacam ini ke dalam bahasa Indonesia
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENYIMAK KELAS VII-1 SMP PANCA BUDI MEDAN
This study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual learning media on the listening skills of class VII-1 students of Panca Budi Middle School, Medan. The study focuses on Indonesian language learning, especially listening skills with the help of audio-visual media. The method used is an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. Data were obtained through listening skills tests before and after treatment, as well as observations during learning. The results of the descriptive analysis obtained an average pre-test score of 11.68 with a standard deviation of 2.450 and a standard error mean of 0.463, while the average post-test score was 16.04 with a standard deviation of 2.442 and a standard error mean of 0.461. The number of samples analyzed was 28 respondents. Thus, the results of the study show that the experimental group using audio-visual media obtained a significant increase in listening skills compared to the control group using conventional methods. Therefore, from the results of the descriptive analysis above, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media has a significant effect. Students also become more active and motivated during the learning process. Thus, audio-visual media is proven to be effective in improving the listening skills of junior high school students. In addition to these main findings, the study also uncovered several interesting facts. The increase in students' average listening skill score from 11.68 to 16.04 represents a jump of more than 37% after using audiovisual media. The stability of the standard deviation between the pre-test and post-test indicates that this improvement occurred evenly across all experimental groups. Furthermore, students became more active and motivated during the learning process, proving that audiovisual media is highly relevant and effective for a technology-savvy generation
ANALISIS “KELUARGAKU UNIK” BUKU BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA KELAS II BERBASIS KELAYAKAN BUKU BSNP
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of “Keluargaku Unik” Indonesian Language book for Elementary School Class II Chapter 4 based on four aspects of book feasibility according to the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP), namely content, language, presentation, and graphical feasibility. This research focuses on analyzing the Indonesian language student book for grade II Chapter 4 and does not cover other chapters in the book. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research data model consists of reading text, illustrations, and the physical form of the book. The results showed that in general the book had fulfilled the eligibility aspects of content and presentation with appropriate (S) and interesting (M) qualifications. However, language feasibility, especially in the use of spelling, still found some violations such as the use of capital letters and punctuation marks that are not in accordance with the rules of Refined Spelling (EYD). Meanwhile, in the aspect of graphics, the book is considered appropriate (T) although there are still some discrepancies in the placement of illustrations. These findings have an important impact on teachers, schools, and book writers in improving the quality of textbooks in accordance with BSNP standards and the use of good and correct EYD
INTEGRASI NILAI SEJARAH LOKAL DALAM BAHAN AJAR BAHASA INDONESIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LITERASI DAN KESADARAN SEJARAH SISWA
This study aims to analyze how the integration of local historical values ??in Indonesian language teaching materials can improve students' literacy and historical awareness. The focus of the study included high school students with a scope of narrative, expository, and argumentative teaching texts adapted from local historical events or figures. The approach used was descriptive qualitative with critical literacy theory (Freire) and historical awareness as conceptual foundations. Data collection was carried out through teacher interviews, documentation studies of teaching materials, and content analysis of teaching materials. The data model studied was in the form of local historical narratives such as folklore, the struggles of local figures, and local historical events used in reading and writing activities in Indonesian language classes. The results of the study showed that the use of local history-based teaching materials was able to increase student engagement, strengthen reading comprehension, and motivate students in writing and discussing. Interesting findings showed that students felt more emotionally connected to the material, and began to develop a sense of historical identity and empathy. This integration has proven to not only strengthen literacy, but also be an effective strategy in instilling local historical and cultural values ??in cross-disciplinary learning
Kewajiban Orang Tua Terhadap Anak (Hadanah) sebagai Bentuk Perlindungan dalam Menyikapi Kejahatan Seksual: Interpretasi Ma'na Cum Maghza terhadap Q.S. Al-Tahrim: 6
Pergaulan bebas terhadap anak semakin marak terjadi di era sekarang. Akibatnya menimbulkan kejahatan seksual pada anak. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena kurangnya kontrol dari orang tua terkait keseharian anak, pergaulan teman, lingkungan dan penggunaan platform digital. Orang tua memiliki kewajiban untuk melindungi anaknya dari berbagai ancaman, termasuk kejahatan sosial. Bentuk perlindungan tersebut adalah menjaga anak-anak mereka terhindar dari fitnah dunia dan akhirat. Untuk itu, kekhawatiran semakin banyaknya kejahatan seksual terhadap anak artikel ini akan membahas tentang kewajiban orang tua sebagai bentuk upaya perlindungan bagi anak dari kejahatan seksual dalam QS. al-Ta?r?m ayat 6. Ayat al-Qur’an ini akan direlevansikan dengan konteks kejahtan seksual di era sekarang dengan menggunakan pendekatan ma’n? c?m maghz?. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep library research melalui pendekatan hermeneutika ma'n? c?m maghz? yang akan diaplikasikan terhadap QS. al-Ta?r?m ayat 6. Pendekatan ini akan melakukan analisis semantik, melihat konteks histori turunya ayat dan mengkontekstualisasikan dengan fenomena digital. Temuan ini memperkaya wacana tafsir tematik dengan perspektif pendidikan moral kontemporer berbasis Qur’ani. Hasil dari penelitian ini, penulis mendapatkan dua pesan utama dari analisis tersebut, yaitu perintah untuk melindungi atau menjaga keluarga dan perintah untuk memberikan pendidikan adab atau keagamaan. Melalui analisis, terdapat landasan Al-Qur’an yang lain diantaranya surah al-Baqarah ayat 233, Q.S ??h?: 132, QS. al-Luqm?n ayat 13, QS. H?d ayat 42, dan Surah Al-Baqarah: 132-133 serta ditemukan dalam hadis nabi Muhammad Salallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sall?m yang penulis cantumkan. Hak-hak kewajiban orang tua ini dapat menjadi upaya preventif, memberikan edukasi kepada para orang tua, guru, atau masyarakat lain untuk menghidarkan generasi muda sekarang terjerumus dalam pergaulan bebas
STRATEGI KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN PESANTREN DI ERA DIGITAL Leadership Strategies In Islamic Boarding School Education Management in the Digital Era
This research explores leadership strategies in Islamic boarding school education management in the digital era, with a focus on the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School. Researchers use Everett Rogers' (1962) Innovation Adoption theory. Because the theory is comprehensive and relevant to understanding the implementation of technology in Islamic boarding schools in the digital era. By understanding this theory, Islamic boarding school leaders can develop effective strategies for implementing technology and improving the quality of learning in Islamic boarding schools. A qualitative case study approach was used to understand the unique Islamic boarding school context and its challenges in integrating technology. Research findings show that the implementation of technology in Islamic boarding school education presents challenges and opportunities. The main challenges are the lack of adequate technological infrastructure, high implementation costs, and socio-cultural impacts. However, technology also offers opportunities to improve the quality of learning, such as developing relevant curricula, implementing learning methods that utilize technology, increasing student engagement, and preparing students to face global demands. Effective leadership strategies in managing Islamic boarding school education in the digital era include building a clear vision and mission regarding the use of technology, developing long-term strategies for technology investment, staff training and infrastructure development, leading by example in the use of technology, building a culture of collaboration between staff, students and parents, and evaluating and monitoring the progress of technology implementation. Implementing these strategies can help Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality of education, prepare students for the future, and preserve the Islamic values ??and identity of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era
Transformasi Manajemen Keuangan dan Operasional: Pendampingan untuk Peningkatan Daya Saing Street Coffee Seller di Surabaya
This community service aims to enhance managerial and financial capacities of the Street Coffee Seller community in Surabaya through a community service approach. Conducted by the Management Study Program of Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika Surabaya from February to June 2024, the community service method involved preparatory stages including initial observation, SWOT analysis, and development of training materials. The mentoring process encompassed financial management training using the Financial Information Management Application System (SIAPIK) and the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational management. Field practice stages allowed for direct application and evaluation of acquired knowledge and skills. Results demonstrated significant improvements in operational efficiency, business sustainability, and community self-reliance enhancement. The Art of Monstrosity: Shannon’s Monstrous Body Transformation in Palahniuk’s Invisible Monster: -
The novel Invisible Monster by Chuck Palahniuk reflects the phenomenon of body transformation, such as mutilation, which is considered by society as a deviation from the norm and is called a monstrous body. The discourse is expressed through the character Shannon who carries out facial mutilation; thus, providing space to better understand the phenomenon as an effort to deconstruct established norms. This study aims to investigate the form and factors of monstrous body transformation. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach by applying two theories, namely Steinhoff's Body Transformation theory and Bakhtin's Grotesque Body theory. This study found a monstrous body form in the form of a crushed face, experienced by Shannon. The crushed face was because Shannon shot herself in the face. Therefore, Shannon's face was destroyed, her jaw was open, her tongue was sticking out, and she continued to bleed and ooze. The crushed face deviated greatly from society's norms of ideal beauty; thus, it was called a monstrous body. Then, this study identified the factors of Shannon's monstrous body transformation, namely abberanormia, which was developed from the Body Transformation theory. Abberanormia was identified from Shannon's condition of wanting to break the norms of beauty not because she was unable to meet them, but because she had reached those standards and felt bored
