    Kontroversi Komersialisasi Dakwah: Perspektif Dakwah Profetik

    The commercialization of da'wah is a growing phenomenon in the digital era, where preachers utilize social media platforms and offline events as sources of income. This study aims to analyze the controversy surrounding da'wah commercialization from the perspective of prophetic da'wah, which emphasizes humanization, liberation, and transcendence. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of preachers and the public. The findings indicate that while commercialization can expand the reach of religious messages, it also risks shifting da'wah into a profit-oriented activity. The study's implications highlight the need for clearer regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure alignment with prophetic values. This research contributes to understanding the balance between monetization and the essence of da'wah in the digital era

    The revolution in the field of information technology has now been able to fundamentally change the social order of society. The presence of information technology provides a lot of convenience for humans, but also has a destructive side that threatens the younger generation. This study through a literature review aims to analyze the extent of the urgency and strategy of moral education for the young generation of Islam in the era of Disruption. Some of the results of this study indicate the increasing importance of moral education for the younger generation, even becoming a primary need. Some causes of various moral problems that are increasingly rampant with very easy access to information technology. Therefore, several steps are needed to build individuals who have good morality, including 1) providing good examples for young people, 2) providing a comprehensive understanding of the concept of morality, 3) preventing students from getting carried away by pleasure and luxury, 4) strengthening the relationship between educators and students, 5) using various methods according to the conditions of students according to their era, 6) building and controlling the student environment

    This community engagement program focuses on the socialization of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a strategy to enhance financial literacy and income among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the ex-localization area of Bandar Baru, Sibolangit. The program was conducted as part of the Community Service (KKN) of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The methods applied include observation, structured interviews, and direct mentoring to MSMEs, particularly in introducing QRIS as a digital payment system. The socialization activities emphasized the importance of digital financial literacy, practical training on QRIS usage, and awareness of consumer protection through the PEKA (Peduli, Kenali, Adukan) program. The findings revealed that prior to the program, only 13.3% of MSMEs had used QRIS, while after the intervention, 50% expressed interest and began registering for QRIS. Furthermore, participants demonstrated increased understanding of QRIS functions, technical skills in digital transactions, and more positive attitudes toward cashless payments. Although challenges remained, such as limited access to digital devices and weak internet connectivity, the program successfully promoted behavioral changes and provided new insights into digital finance. The results indicate that socialization through KKN is effective in improving financial literacy and encouraging digital transformation for MSMEs in rural communities

    This study aims to interpret the mentoring process in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve scientific article writing skills in Indonesian language learning. The research employed Participatory Action Research (PAR) conducted through four stages: (1) Planning, which involved identifying students’ needs and designing training programs; (2) Action, which included technical training, writing practice, and article clinics; (3) Observation, focusing on participation, challenges, and skill development; and (4) Reflection, carried out through joint evaluation between mentors and students. The findings reveal that AI integration effectively supports students in enhancing grammar, text structure, citation management, and access to academic literature, while human mentoring plays a crucial role in fostering critical thinking, maintaining originality, and ensuring compliance with publication ethics. The implication highlights that the synergy between digital technology and pedagogical mentoring is highly effective in strengthening students’ academic literacy and preparing them for the demands of scientific publication in the digital era

    This study analyzes Sosiawan Leak's poetry anthology Wathathitha using Homi K. Bhabha's postcolonial theory, particularly the concept of mimicry. This study was conducted to examine how the poems in the anthology represent colonial heritage and neo-feudalism practices that still shape Indonesia's socio-political life. The research method uses a mimetic qualitative approach by repeatedly reading thirteen selected poems and analyzing them through relevant theoretical sources. The results show that Wathathitha presents sharp social criticism of abuse of power, corruption, and bureaucracy that resemble colonial patterns. Mimicry is evident in the emergence of new colonialism and neo-feudalism structures that have been passed down into modern power practices. This anthology confirms that despite formal independence, colonial traces still influence the nation's identity and social system

    Effective communication between the principal and educators is an important external factor that influences teacher performance. At SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2 Setail Genteng, unclear instructions and implementation difficulties are often caused by ineffective communication, known as miscommunication. This study aims to: 1) Determine the communication model applied by the principal to educators at SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2, and 2) Identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the principal's communication model to improve educator performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with a post-positivism philosophy, which involves direct research in the field. The researcher acts as the main instrument, using triangulation techniques for data collection, with inductive analysis that emphasizes relevance. The results of the study indicate that: effective communication is supported by a principal who is transparent and open to input, creating a healthy communication environment

    The science laboratory administration at MTs Darul Amien, which is still managed manually, causes inefficiencies in equipment lending services, inventory accuracy, and report preparation. This study aims to develop a Science Laboratory Information System based on Google Apps Script to improve administrative efficiency using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 3D model (Define, Design, Develop). Product validation involved 2 material experts and 2 media experts, while testing was conducted on 17 users (2 users in the small group test and 15 users in the large group test). The validation results showed feasibility scores of 93.06% from material experts and 91.32% from media experts, while user responses reached 95.14% in the small group and 88.94% in the large group. In conclusion, the developed Science Laboratory Information System (SILAB-IPA) has been proven valid, feasible, and effective to implement in supporting administrative efficiency and building a modern science laboratory management system at MTs Darul Amie

    The rapid development of information technology has significantly transformed trading patterns, especially through digital platforms known as e-commerce. This form of transaction presents various challenges from the perspective of Islamic law, as it does not involve direct interaction between buyers and sellers. In response to these issues, this study aims to examine the legitimacy of e-commerce transactions based on the perspective of Prof. Dr. Wahbah Az-Zuhaili, as elaborated in his work Fiqh al-Isl?m wa Adillatuhu. This research employs a qualitative method with a library-based approach by analyzing relevant primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that online buying and selling may be considered valid in Islamic law as long as they fulfill the essential pillars and conditions of sale and are free from prohibited elements such as gharar (ambiguity), riba (usury), and fraud. Wahbah Az-Zuhaili asserts that electronic media can serve as a legitimate means of contract execution, provided there is clarity and mutual agreement between the parties involved. Therefore, e-commerce transactions can be categorized as a permissible contemporary form of muamalah within the framework of Islamic legal principles. This study recommends the formulation of more adaptive fiqh-based regulations to ensure justice and security in digital transactions

    The Relevance of the Classical Model of Islamic Education Management MTs

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the application of the classical Islamic education management paradigm at MTS Miftahul Falah Gedebage. The thought of thinkers such as Al-Farabi, Al-Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun as well as the theories of Tarbiyah, Ta'lim, and Ta'dih, which emphasized the balance between spiritual, moral, and intellectual aspects in the administration of education, became the foundation of the classical model of Islamic educational management. These classical principles should be studied in the context of management at MTS Miftahul Falah in order to support management practices that are oriented towards morals and character. Using qualitative methodology and descriptive approaches, this study observed and documented MTS leaders, teachers, and administrative staff through in-depth interviews. The suitability of classical management concepts, such as moral leadership, value-based planning, participatory implementation, and supervision that prioritizes character development, was examined to conduct inductive data analysis. The findings of the study show that the classic model of Islamic education management is still highly relevant to the educational management procedures at MTS Miftahul Falah, especially in terms of developing a religious culture, improving staff morale, and helping students grow as individuals. However, its implementation must be modified to meet the requirements of modernity, technology, and the existing educational administration system

    Memahami Perilaku Mad'u: Dinamika dan Tantangan dalam Jamaah Pengajian Multikultural

    Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman menyeluruh tentang ciri-ciri, pola perilaku, dan respon mad'u terhadap dakwah di tengah keragaman pendidikan, budaya, dan sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi yang berguna bagi para pemimpin pengajian untuk mengelola jamaah yang terdiri dari orang-orang dari berbagai budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa demografi, faktor sosial-budaya, pendidikan, dan gaya komunikasi dakwah yang diterapkan sangat mempengaruhi perilaku mad'u. Pengelolaan jamaah multikultural bergantung pada kemampuan pemimpin pengajian untuk berkomunikasi dengan cara yang kontekstual, adaptif, dan inklusif. Kajian ini juga menekankan pentingnya pendekatan dakwah berbasis multikulturalisme untuk mendorong integrasi sosial dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif mad'u. Diperkirakan temuan ini akan berfungsi sebagai referensi untuk pengembangan dakwah yang lebih efisien. Selain itu, mereka akan berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dan penerapan dalam praktik di lapangan. Kata kunci: perilaku mad'u, pengajian multikultural, dakwah, integrasi sosia
