Strategi Komunikasi Pengurus Pesantren Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Santri Darussalam Blokagung 2 Desa Setail Kecamatan Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi
Communication in education is a very important element and has a very large role. Effective communication in education is very necessary, communication can be considered effective and conducive when the communicant can receive and understand the contents of the message conveyed by the communicator. Communication strategies are very important to learn for Islamic boarding school administrators in order to achieve messages or learning motivation effectively. However, not all Islamic boarding school administrators can create good communication strategies, sometimes administrators even ignore the communication aspect where Islamic boarding school administrators only convey messages without thinking about how the message can be received well by students.
The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategies used by Islamic boarding school administrators to motivate students to learn Darussalam Blokagung 2 Setail Village, Genteng District, Banyuwangi Regency. And to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the communication strategy of Islamic boarding school administrators.
The type of research used by the researcher is qualitative research. This research is classified into the type of field research. The approach that the researcher will use is a descriptive approach. To test the validity of the data, the researcher uses extended observation, increases persistence, and triangulation. All data that has been collected is analyzed using data collection analysis, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions.
The results of the study show that effective communication strategies and providing positive feedback are the main keys to increasing students' learning motivation at the Darussalam Blokagung 2 Islamic Boarding School, Setail Village, Genteng District. These supporting factors create a positive learning environment, support the development of students, and motivate them to achieve higher achievements

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of use of character education values ??of the main characters in the novel Brianna and Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. The data source used in this study comes from the novel Brianna and Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata, namely the character education values ??of the main characters in the novel. The researcher's data collection procedure uses the Simak Catat technique. The findings of this study indicate that the form of character education values ??in the novel Brianna and Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata contains eight values ??found in the characters of the main characters. CONTROVERSIES AND INNOVATION : THE DUAL IMPACT OF DIGITAL TOOLS ON ISLAMIC EDUCATION

Methodologically, this research employs a qualitative approach involving literature review and case studies of digital tool implementations in Islamic educational contexts. By analyzing scholarly articles, reports, and educational practices, the study aims to identify the diverse perspectives and outcomes associated with the adoption of digital tools in Islamic education. The results and discussions highlight a nuanced landscape where digital tools enhance access to Islamic knowledge, facilitate personalized learning experiences, and foster global connectivity among students and scholars. However, controversies arise regarding potential disruptions to traditional teaching methods, concerns over authenticity and interpretation of religious texts, and issues related to digital literacy and ethical usage. In conclusion, while digital tools offer innovative possibilities for enhancing Islamic education, their integration requires careful consideration of cultural, pedagogical, and ethical implications. Future research should continue to explore ways to harness the benefits of digital tools while mitigating potential drawbacks, ensuring that Islamic education evolves effectively in the digital age.
 
Analisis Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyyah Terhadap Implementasi Kebijakan Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual di Perguruan Tinggi (Studi UIN Raden Intan Lampung)
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Article 6 paragraph 3 of Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021 concerning the prevention and handling of sexual violence in higher education institutions through the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, with a focus on studies at the Raden Intan State Islamic University (UIN) Lampung. This study is motivated by the urgency of protecting victims of sexual violence and the need to strengthen a responsive, fair, and Islamic law-based handling system. The method used is empirical juridical with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through relevant laws and regulations, field observations, in-depth interviews with campus bureaucrats, the PPKS/PSGA task force, LKBH, students, and analysis of official policy implementation documents. The findings show that UIN Raden Intan Lampung has implemented progressive policies for the prevention and handling of sexual violence, in line with Article 6 paragraph 3 of Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021. From the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, this policy reflects the exercise of administrative authority by the campus as wali al-amr, which aims to maintain the welfare and honor of the academic community. The implementation of this policy demonstrates the integration of positive norms and sharia values, particularly in efforts to prevent harm (mafsadah) and realize the protection of human rights in the context of higher education
EKONOMI KREATIF: BENTUK USAHA PENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI SYARIAH DI KEMAYORAN BANGKALAN
This study discusses the development of a creative economy based on organic waste management in Kemayoran Village, Bangkalan, through TPS3R Rengkes Onggu. The creative economy is understood as a concept that integrates creativity, knowledge, and information to promote sustainable development, with creativity, invention, and innovation as its main pillars. Factors such as education, skills, experience, age, risk-taking ability, capital/inheritance, market conditions, and discrimination influence income levels. Waste management activities involve collection, sorting, shredding, fermentation using EM4, periodic stirring, grinding, and packaging into 3 kg compost bags. As a result, marketing that was initially limited has now expanded, enabling the production of 0.5–1 ton of compost per month with a turnover of approximately IDR 2,000,000 per sale, although challenges remain in maintaining income stability and management efficiencyPenelitian ini membahas pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis pengelolaan sampah organik di Kelurahan Kemayoran, Bangkalan, melalui TPS3R Rengkes Onggu. Ekonomi kreatif dipahami sebagai konsep yang mengintegrasikan kreativitas, pengetahuan, dan informasi guna mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan, dengan pilar utama kreativitas, penemuan, dan inovasi. Faktor-faktor seperti pendidikan, keterampilan, pengalaman, usia, keberanian mengambil risiko, modal/warisan, kondisi pasar, dan diskriminasi turut memengaruhi tingkat pendapatan. Kegiatan pengolahan sampah dilakukan melalui proses pengumpulan, pemilahan, pencacahan, fermentasi menggunakan EM4, pengadukan berkala, penggilingan, dan pengemasan menjadi kompos 3 kg/bungkus. Hasilnya, pemasaran yang awalnya terbatas kini berkembang, mampu memproduksi 0,5–1 ton kompos per bulan dengan omzet ±Rp2.000.000 per penjualan, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala dalam stabilitas pendapatan dan pengelolaan
Pengaruh Fintech Payment, Kontrol Diri Dan Literasi Keuangan Syariah Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Pribadi Pada Komunitas Genbi Bengkulu
This study aims to analyze the influence of Fintech Payment, self-control, and Islamic financial literacy on personal financial management within the Generasi Baru Indonesia (GenBI) community in Bengkulu. The research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 175 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The analysis results show that, partially, Fintech Payment has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management with a significance level of 0.042. The self-control variable also has a significant influence, with a significance value of 0.003, while Islamic financial literacy demonstrates the most significant impact, with a value of 0.000. Simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on personal financial management, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Therefore, these variables contribute significantly to improving the personal financial management skills of GenBI Bengkulu members
INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN MUFRADAT MELALUI DIGITAL STORYTELLING: MENGOPTIMALKAN PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA BAHASA ARAB
This study investigates the use of digital storytelling for learning Arabic vocabulary at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level. Conventional vocabulary learning frequently encounters challenges in the form of boring procedures, a lack of contextualization, and poor student motivation. In the digital era, incorporating technology into Arabic language study is essential for improving learning efficacy. Digital storytelling is an innovative approach that mixes traditional narratives with multimedia elements such as photos, audio, and video. This descriptive qualitative research was carried out at MTs Al-Falah, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study's findings show that the use of digital storytelling in vocabulary learning involves two stages: preparation (needs analysis, theme selection, script preparation, media selection, and audio-visual component preparation) and implementation (introduction, concept formation, digital storytelling production, evaluation, and reflection). The benefits include improved vocabulary mastering, learning motivation, the development of digital skills and creativity, and collaborative learning. Challenges include limited infrastructure, teacher technology competency, scheduling constraints, a shift in concentration to technological factors, and limited Arabic resources. The remedies proposed include the use of alternative technologies, teacher training, collaborative teaching, the use of templates, and a focus on learning objectives. Implementasi Metode Eklektik dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Darul Falah Selangor - Malaysia
The successful foreign language teaching and learning process is one that successfully delivers students to an understanding and the ability to demonstrate the results of their language studies. Realizing students who are able to master the Four Maharah of Arabic only through formal classical learning is not enough. Likewise, Arabic must face different objective conditions between one country and another, between one institution and another, between one time period and another. Although accompanied by various existing field problems, with the right method, the intended effectiveness will not be impossible. Unfortunately, each method certainly has its own advantages and disadvantages, so the selection and combination of methods as a way to bridge these difficulties is the most solution to create a proportional and effective learning method. In his research, the researcher applied the thariqah intiqoiyyah method (combined method) with a choice of methods : thoriqoh al-qowaa’id wa at tarjamah (grammar and translation method) to fulfill Kitabah proficiency, thoriqoh sam’iyah syafawiyah (Audiolingual Method) to fulfill Istima’ proficiency, thoriqah al-qiraah (Reading Method) to fulfill Qira’ah proficiency, community language learning (Learning Language in Groups) to fulfill kalam proficiency. The results obtained are that Arabic language learning at Maahad Tahfiz Al-Quran Darul Falah Selangor Malaysia, with thariqah intiqoiyyah for heterogeneous students in one class with a variety of materials presented, has succeeded in delivering students to understanding and skills to demonstrate their learning outcomes representing each Al-mahaarat Al-lughowiyyah Al-arbi’ah (four Arabic language skills) well and correctly.Proses belajar mengajar bahasa asing yang sukses adalah yang berhasil menyampaikan peserta didik pada kefahaman hingga kecakapan mendemonstrasikan hasil studi bahasanya. Mewujudkan peserta didik yang mampu menguasai Empat Maharah Bahasa Arab hanya melalui pembelajaran classical formal saja tidaklah cukup. Begitu pun Bahasa Arab, pasti menghadapi kondisi objektif yang berbeda-beda antara satu negeri dengan negeri yang lain, antara satu lembaga dengan lembaga yang lain, antara satu kurun waktu dengan kurun waktu yang lain. Meski beriringan berbagai problem lapangan yang ada namun, dengan metode yang tepat, keefektifan yang dimaksud tidak akan menjadi hal yang mustahil. Sayangnya tiap metode pastilah memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihannya masing-masing, maka pemilihan dan pemaduan antar metode sebagai jalan menjembatani kesulitan tersebut merupakan cara paling solutif untuk menciptakan metode pembelajaran yang proposional dan efektif. Dalam penelitiannya peneliti menerapkan metode thariqah intiqoiyyah (metode gabungan) dengan pilihan metode : thoriqoh al-qowaa’id wa at tarjamah (metode gramatika dan terjemah) untuk pemenuhan kemahiran Kitabah, thoriqoh sam’iyah syafawiyah (Metode Audiolingual) untuk pemenuhan kemahiran Istima’, thoriqah al-qiraah (Metode Membaca) untuk pemenuhan kemahiran Qira’ah, community language learning (Belajar Bahasa Berkelompok) untuk pemenuhan kemahiran kalam. Adapun hasil yang didapat bahwasanya/adalah pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Maahad Tahfiz Al-Quran Darul Falah Selangor Malaysia, dengan thariqah intiqoiyyah untuk santri yang heterogen dalam satu kelas dengan beragamnya materi yang disajikan, berhasil menyampaikan para santri pada kefahaman dan kecakapan mendemonstrasikan hasil belajarnya mewakili masing-masing Al-mahaarat Al-lughowiyyah Al-arbi’ah (empat kemahiran bahasa arab) dengan baik dan benar.  
UNSUR BUDAYA DALAM KUMPULAN CERPEN ROKAT TASE KARYA MUNA MASYARI DAN MODUL AJARNYA DI KELAS XI SMA
Abstract
This study aims to describe cultural elements in the short story collection Rokat Tase by Muna Masyari and compile a short story teaching module for grade XI SMA according to the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is descriptive qualitative with interactive analysis techniques. Data were obtained from the short story collection and analyzed based on seven cultural elements according to Koentjaraningrat: language system, knowledge, livelihood, equipment and technology, art, religion, and society. The results of the study show: 1) elements of Madurese culture, such as the use of the term ghitek (small boat), the tradition of weaning children, mutual cooperation between fishermen, traditional sickle weapons, kejhungan performances, food stall businesses in the market, and the rokat tase ritual as a form of gratitude to the sea. All of these elements reflect the identity and cultural values ??of Madura. 2) The teaching module is compiled using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and contains phase F learning achievements to analyze culture in short story texts. This teaching module is expected to be able to foster cultural awareness and improve students' critical literacy skills in understanding literary works based on local culture
THE URGENCY OF TEACHER'S ROLE IN IMPROVING THE COLERICAL PERSONALITY OF DEAF CHILDREN IN SLB PGRI PAMEKASAN
The role of a teacher in educating, teaching, guiding and improving the personality of students is something that is absolutely essential. Because it is known that the role of teachers is very significant in forming a strong, independent and confident personality. Choleric personality is a personality that is full of ambition, self confident and likes to lead. Meanwhile deaf children are children who have hearing impairments, so they really need to develop a self confident personality. So to find out more deeply the researcher used data collection techniques namely structured interviews, non participant observation and documentation. So this research shows that the role of teachers at SLB PGRI Pamekasan in improving choleric, personality is as educators, mentors, motivators and facilitators and developers of students potential, where teachers have several strategies in building good communication with sign language, facial expressions and body movements and so on, making it easier for teachers improve the choleric personality of deaf children
