    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dinamika interaksi peserta didik dengan asisten virtual berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam proses belajar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada semakin luasnya penggunaan AI dalam pendidikan, termasuk dalam bentuk chatbot, tutor cerdas, dan aplikasi pembelajaran adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, untuk memahami pengalaman subjektif peserta didik dalam berinteraksi dengan AI. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi peserta didik dengan asisten virtual cenderung bersifat fungsional dan teknis, yaitu digunakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas atau mencari informasi secara cepat. AI belum sepenuhnya dimaknai sebagai mitra pedagogis yang membentuk pengalaman belajar yang reflektif dan bermakna. Selain itu, kualitas interaksi sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat literasi digital dan dukungan infrastruktur. Peserta didik dengan akses teknologi yang memadai dan kemampuan digital yang baik lebih mampu memanfaatkan AI secara optimal dibandingkan mereka yang berada dalam keterbatasan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya peningkatan literasi digital dan pemerataan infrastruktur untuk mendukung pemanfaatan AI dalam pendidikan secara lebih efektif dan manusiawi

    ISLAMIC-BASED DIGITAL INNOVATION IN EDUCATION FOR SHAPING SUSTAINABLE STUDENT CHARACTER

    The climate crisis and environmental degradation are global challenges that urge the world of education to innovate, not only responsive to technological developments but also deeply rooted in spiritual values. This study aims to analysis the implementation of digital-based learning innovations with an integrated Islamic approach to instilling sustainability awareness in students at SMPIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies involving teachers, the principal, and students. The results show that teachers creatively integrate Islamic material with sustainability issues in various digital media such as interactive videos, online modules, and infographics containing Islamic moral messages. Students are also actively involved in digital projects such as vlogs, podcasts, and social media campaigns themed around environmental conservation from an Islamic perspective. Students' responses to this learning model have been very positive. They demonstrated an increased understanding of environmental issues and tangible behavioral changes, such as maintaining a clean school environment, reducing the use of single-use plastics, and adopting an energy-efficient lifestyle. These findings indicate that digital learning based on Islamic values is effective in building sustainability literacy and strengthening students' spiritual character. The conclusion of this study is that digital learning innovation with an integrated Islamic approach can shape students into environmentally conscious agents of change with a strong spiritual foundation. The study recommends the importance of developing a national curriculum that systematically integrates technology, Islamic spirituality, and sustainability principles for implementation in Islamic schools in Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze the external threats faced by Islamic boarding schools and formulate sustainable mitigation strategies through a risk management approach in a global context. The research method used a qualitative approach with a case study conducted at the Mukhtar Syafaat Islamic Boarding School in Blokagung, Banyuwangi. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and audio analysis, then analyzed using Miles & Huberman's interactive model, which includes reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources, methods, and observers. The results of the study show that Islamic boarding schools face challenges in the form of national and international regulations, economic dependence on limited resources, and technological disruption. However, mitigation strategies based on Islamic values and collaboration with the government, the business world, and educational institutions are able to strengthen the resilience and sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. The contribution of this research is to offer an integrative, applicable value-based risk management model, while also providing practical recommendations for the development of Islamic education policies to be more adaptive and visionary

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk adaptasi kepemimpinan pendidikan yang holistik dan kontekstual dalam menghadapi tantangan generasi digital native guna memastikan relevansi dan keberlanjutan institusi pendidikan di era disrupsi digital. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus yang dilakukan di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan pengamat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi kepemimpinan digital-adaptif masih bersifat sporadis, dipengaruhi oleh literasi digital, usia, dan keterbukaan kepala sekolah terhadap inovasi. Kepemimpinan yang efektif terbukti menuntut kemampuan integratif antara penguasaan teknologi, komunikasi empatik, dan budaya kolaboratif. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan konsep kepemimpinan holistik digital-adaptif sebagai strategi transformatif bagi institusi pendidikan di era digital

    This research aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of Pratama Medika Stania Clinic employees in Belinyu City, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Province. This research is quantitative, and the analysis unit is the Pratama Medika Stania Clinic Employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 25 employees. The results of hypothesis testing state that workload has a partial effect on employee performance, and work stress has a partial effect on employee performance. Additionally, workload and work stress simultaneously positively and significantly affect employee performance. So, the results of hypothesis testing have a positive influence both partially and simultaneously.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Pratama Medika Stania di Kota Belinyu, Kabupaten Bangka, Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dengan unit analisis Karyawan Klinik Pratama Medika Stania. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 25 karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyatakan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu beban kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi, hasil pengujian hipotesis mempunyai pengaruh positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan

    In the context of the role of Islamic Financial Institutions in combating poverty in Jayapura, it is important to understand how Islamic financial institutions can be a solution to address the complex problem of poverty. With Islamic sharia principles that are different from conventional financial institutions, Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) are able to provide inclusive and sustainable financial services to the community. Through fundraising, fund distribution, asset transfer, liquidity, income allocation, and transactions based on sharia principles, LKS can make a positive contribution to improving the welfare of the Jayapura community. With cooperation between Islamic financial institutions, the government, and the community, it is hoped that efforts to combat poverty can continue to be improved to achieve inclusive and sustainable development in the city of Jayapura. Poverty is a serious challenge faced by many communities in Jayapura, Indonesia. Islamic financial institutions have great potential to contribute to combating poverty through an inclusive economic approach based on sharia principles. This study aims to explore and analyze the role of Islamic financial institutions in poverty alleviation efforts in Jayapura. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews and document analysis of several major Islamic financial institutions in Jayapura. The research results show that Islamic financial institutions have made a significant contribution to increasing financial access for previously marginalized communities, especially through micro and small financing and local economic empowerment programs.Dalam konteks peran Lembaga Keuangan Syariah dalam memerangi kemiskinan di Jayapura, penting untuk memahami bagaimana lembaga keuangan syariah dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi masalah kompleks kemiskinan. Dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam yang berbeda dari lembaga keuangan konvensional, Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (LKS) mampu memberikan layanan jasa keuangan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Melalui penghimpunan dana, penyaluran dana, pengalihan aset, likuiditas, alokasi pendapatan, dan transaksi yang berlandaskan prinsip syariah, LKS dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Jayapura. Dengan kerjasama antara lembaga keuangan syariah, pemerintah, dan masyarakat, diharapkan upaya memerangi kemiskinan dapat terus ditingkatkan untuk mencapai pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di kota Jayapura. Kemiskinan merupakan tantangan serius yang dihadapi oleh banyak masyarakat di Jayapura, Indonesia. Lembaga keuangan syariah memiliki potensi besar untuk berkontribusi dalam memerangi kemiskinan melalui pendekatan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis peran lembaga keuangan syariah dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan di Jayapura. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen terhadap beberapa lembaga keuangan syariah utama di Jayapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga keuangan syariah telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan akses keuangan bagi masyarakat yang sebelumnya terpinggirkan, terutama melalui pembiayaan mikro dan kecil serta program pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal

    THE ROLE OF TRANSGENDER IN ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IN MOJOKERTO: A DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH

    This descriptive research explores the economic roles and challenges of transgender individuals in Mojokerto, Indonesia, focusing on their experiences of discrimination, economic survival strategies, and community support. Employing a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and participant observations were conducted with 30 transgender individuals. Findings reveal pervasive discrimination in employment, education, and healthcare, leading many to pursue informal sector work. Despite barriers, transgender individuals demonstrate resilience through entrepreneurship and community networks, contributing to local economic activities. Cultural and religious contexts influence their experiences, sometimes providing unexpected support. Limitations include sample size and potential biases in self-reported data. Recommendations include policy reforms for anti-discrimination laws, inclusive education, healthcare access, and community-based economic initiatives. This study contributes nuanced insights into transgender economic experiences in Mojokerto, advocating for inclusive policies and future research to enhance understanding and support for transgender communities globally

    Penerapan Metode Qiro'ah Hikayah Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Dalam Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas XI di SMA 3 Negeri Palopo

    This research aims (1) to determine the implementation of the Qira’ah method in Arabic language learning for eleventh-grade students at SMA 3 Negeri Palopo, and (2) to identify efforts to improve Arabic language learning for eleventh-grade students at SMA 3 Negeri Palopo through the Qira’ah Hikayah method. The research procedure was conducted over two cycles, using Kurt Lewin's model, with each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Each cycle comprised two meetings. The data collection methods used were action observation, tests, and field notes. The results of this study show that (1) the steps in implementing the Qira’ah Hikayah in this research are: 1. The researcher presents the material, 2. The researcher asks the students to repeat what has been read, 3. The researcher then asks the students to read the material one by one, 4. The researcher provides questions based on the material read, and 5. The researcher asks the students to submit their answers. The assessment results are calculated by dividing by two (50%). (2) The percentage in cycle I shows that out of 36 students, 3 students completed the tasks, resulting in a percentage of 8.33%, while 33 students did not complete the tasks, accounting for 91.6%. In cycle II, there was an improvement in student learning outcomes, with a percentage of 94.4%. Thus, the increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 86.07%. Therefore, in cycle II, the students' reading skills improved, leading to a conclusion of completionPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk Mengetahui penerapan metode Qira’ah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab siswa kelas XI di SMA 3 Negeri Palopo. (2) untuk Mengetahui usaha dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran bahasa Arab siswa kelas XI di SMA 3 Negeri Palopo melalui metode Qira’ah Hikayah. Prosedur penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus, dengan model Kurt Lewin yang setiap siklusnya melalui empat tahapan yaitu : perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi tindakan, tes, catatan lapangan.  Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) langkah-langkah penerapan qiro’ah hikayah pada penelitian ini yaitu:1. Peneliti membackan materi, 2. Peneliti menyuruh siswa agar mengulang apa yang telah peneliti bacakan, 3. Setelah itu Peneliti menyuruh siswa agar naik satu persatu membacakan materi tersebut. 4. Peneliti memberikan soal dari meteri yang di baca. 5. Peneliti menyuruh siswa untuk mengumpulkan jawaban. Penilaian hasilnya yaitu dengan membagi dua 50%.  (2) Persentase pada siklus I dapat dilihat bahwa dari 36 siswa, yang tuntas sebanyak 3 siswa dengan persentase (8,33%), sedangkan yang belum tuntas sebanyak 33 orang dengan persentase (91,6%). Adapun pada siklus II terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan persentase (94,4%). Dengan demikian, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar (86,07%). Oleh karena itu, pada siklus II keterampilan membaca siswa meningkat sehingga dikatakan tuntas

    A healthy economy is the desire of every country, especially Indonesia. However, the ever-increasing number of poor people is a common global problem. Waqf is an Islamic instrument that can address socio-economic issues. Proper management of productive waqf by a nadzir (manager) can develop the waqf and advance the community's economy. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of productive waqf in economic development. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach. This research is based on books, journals, articles, information, and other sources relevant to the discussion topic. This study suggests that productive waqf, managed well by a nadzir, can increase waqf productivity. Thus, waqf funds can be used to improve the community's standard of living and create sustainable businesses that can improve the welfare of the community.Abstract: Perekonomian yang baik adalah keinginan setiap negara, terutama Indonesia. Namun, jumlah penduduk miskin yang terus meningkat menjadi permasalahan yang umum di dunia. Wakaf menjadi instrumen Islam yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial-ekonomi. Pengelolaan wakaf produktif yang dilakukan oleh seorang nadzir dengan baik mampu mengembangkan wakaf tersebut dan memajukan perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran wakaf produktif dalam peningkatan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (Library Research). Penelitian ini bersumber pada buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, informasi dan lainnya yang sesuai dengan tema pembahasan. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa wakaf produktif yang dikelola dengan baik oleh seorang nadzir dapat meningkatkan produktifitas wakaf.     This study aims to analyze the alignment between the legal substance of complementary contracts (kafalah, hawalah, rahn, wakalah, wadi'ah) in muamalah fiqh with their accounting treatment. Using a qualitative legal-normative method, this study comparatively analyzes fiqh literature, DSN-MUI fatwas, and Sharia Financial Accounting Standards Statements (PSAK). The results of the study indicate significant alignment, where Sharia PSAK consistently reflects the nature of contracts such as guarantees and mandates through off-balance sheet recording and service-based revenue recognition. The main implication is the need to expand more substantive qualitative.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keselarasan antara substansi yuridis akad-akad pelengkap (kafalah, hawalah, rahn, wakalah, wadi'ah) dalam fikih muamalah dengan perlakuan akuntansinya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif yuridis-normatif, penelitian ini menganalisis secara komparatif literatur fikih, fatwa DSN-MUI, dan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya keselarasan signifikan, di mana PSAK Syariah secara konsisten merefleksikan hakikat akad seperti jaminan dan amanah melalui pencatatan luar neraca dan pengakuan pendapatan berbasis jasa. Implikasi utamanya adalah perlunya pengungkapan kualitatif yang lebih substantif
