PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE DALAM MEMBENTUK OCCUPATIONAL COMMITMENT
Work is a form of self-actualization effort, where work requires support and a supportive environment so that the performance can be carried out productively and has a commitment to work, this condition cannot be separated from the existence of organizational support (perceived organizational support) and organizational climate ( organizational climate) which provides perceptions for employees at work and involvement in the work they do (occupational commitment. The purpose of this study is to reveal and explain how perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational climate in forming occupational commitment in the education profession (teachers and lecturers) and medical personnel (nurses). The method used is quantitative with a cross sectional survey design model, with a sample of educators (teachers and lecturers) and health workers (nurses). The results show that perceived organizational support affects on in forming occupational commitment. While the results of organizational climate research have no effect in forming occupational commitment. Perceived organizational support and organizational climate together have an influence in forming occupational commitment.Bekerja merupakan suatu bentuk usaha dalam mengaktualisasikan diri, dimana saat bekerja membutuhkan suatu support dan lingkungan yang mendukung sehingga kinerja yang dilakukan dapat dilakukan secara produktif dan memiliki komitmen terhadap pekrjaan, kondisi ini tidak lepas dari adanya dukungan organisasi (persived organizational support) dan iklim organisasi (organizational climate) yang memberikan persepsi bagi karyawan dalam bekerja dan keterlibatan terhadap pekerjaan yang ditekuni (occupational commitment. Tujuan penelitian ini mengungkap dan menjelaskan bagaimana perceived organizational support (POS) dan organizational climate dalam membentuk occupational commitment pada bidang profesi pendidikan (guru dan dosen) dan tenaga medis (perawat). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan model cross sectional survey design, dengan sampel tenaga pendidik (guru dan dosen) dan tenaga kesehatan (perawat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh dalam membentuk occupational commitment. Sedangkan hasil penelitian organizational climate tidak berpengaruh dalam mebentuk occupational commitment. Perceived organizational support dan organizational climate secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh dalam membentuk occupational commitment
Perancangan Automatic Drying Machine Dengan Metode Rasional
Effectiveness is the goal in a system. To achieve this, it is necessary to carry out continuous development. Likewise, what is done in small industries in Pasangsari village, Windusari district, Magelang regency. The abundance of cassava in this area makes the community required to innovate in terms of cassava processing. One of the speakers processes cassava into rengginang. By processing it into rengginang, the cassava has a longer life because it is stored in a dry state. In addition, selling cassava that has been processed into rengginang has greater added value in terms of selling price. The problem in this study is the effectiveness of the tool because it still uses conventional methods where the drying process is still dependent on sunlight, while erratic weather conditions become a barrier in the drying process. The purpose of this research is to design a tool with a temperature control system so that the effectiveness of the tool manufacturing process can be achieved.

Begitu juga yang dilakukan pada industri kecil di desa Pasangsari kecamatan Windusari kabupaten Magelang. Melimpahnya singkong di daerah ini membuat para masyarakat dituntut melakukan inovasi dalam hal pengolahan singkong. Salah satu pengerajin mengolah singkong menjadi rengginang. Dengan mengolah menjadi rengginang maka singkong tersebut memiliki umur lebih lama karena disimpan dalam keadaan kering. Selain itu menjual singkong yang sudah diolah menjadi rengginang memiliki nilai tambah lebih besar dari segi harga jual. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas alat dikarenakan masih menggunakan metode konvensional di mana proses pengeringan masih tergantung dari cahaya matahari, sedangkan kondisi cuaca tidak menentu menjadi penhambat dalam proses pengeringan. Peningkatan Efisiensi dengan Metode VSM untuk Mengurangi Waste pada Line Assembly Proses Produksi Kapal Kayu
Monas Home Industry is one of the home industries in Tegal. Monas Home Industri produces ships from wood called wooden ships. The name of the ships is “kapal cantrang”. The system of production of Kapal Cantrang is make to order. It means Monas will produce if there is any order from customer. The problem occurs when Monas Home Industry cannot fulfill customer order ontime. The purposes of this study are to identify the types of waste and improve waste through the lean manufacturing concept. The Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is carried out to mapping a detailed value stream. Mapping process begins with identification the initial concept of the map then analysis of waste. As the results, there are three kinds of waste, that are: Processing (19%), Defect (18%), and Movement (17%). Before improvement, the percentage of transportation time was 1.7%, including the necessary but non added value category. Then, the Value Added Ratio was 97.2%. The PAM percentage after improvement became 1.2% and the VAR value became 98%.

Monas Home Industri memproduksi kapal dari kayu yang disebut kapal kayu. Nama kapalnya adalah “kapal cantrang”. Sistem produksi Kapal Cantrang adalah make to order. Artinya Monas akan memproduksi jika ada pesanan dari pelanggan. Masalah terjadi ketika Home Industry Monas tidak dapat memenuhi pesanan pelanggan tepat waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis pemborosan dan memperbaiki pemborosan melalui konsep lean manufacturing. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dilakukan untuk memetakan value stream secara detail. Proses pemetaan diawali dengan identifikasi konsep awal peta kemudian analisis sampah. Hasilnya, terdapat tiga jenis waste, yaitu: Pengolahan (19%), Cacat (18%), dan Pergerakan (17%). Sebelum perbaikan, persentase waktu pengangkutan adalah 1,7%, termasuk kategori perlu tetapi tidak bernilai tambah. Kemudian Value Added Ratio sebesar 97,2%. Persentase PAM setelah perbaikan menjadi 1,2% dan nilai VAR menjadi 98%.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Penelitian Dosen Menggunakan Metode Prototyping
LPPM UTP Surakarta is an institution in charge of planning, coordinating, monitoring, and conducting assessments in research activities and lecturer service in the campus environment. However, at this time, both delivery and administrative management are still conventional by sending proposal files by coming to the institution. Notification of the status of proposal submissions being accepted for funding or not is still being informed to the faculty of each study program, where sometimes the information does not reach the proposer directly. So to summarize the activities of submitting and managing proposals, of course, requires a system that involves technology. The web-based LPPM research and community service management information system is one solution that can be used to help manage research and community service with university funding sources. Currently, the management of activity funds sourced from universities refers to the provisions set by universities and the process of managing this proposal selection does not yet use an information system that is easily accessible by related parties. It is necessary to develop a systematic and transparent system, one solution is to use a research and service management information system. The design of the information system uses a web-based prototyping approach, where this method has a clear picture before the system enters the development process, it is illustrated with an interface display so that the functionality meets the criteria and is quickly understood by the user. Features in this system include login access rights, submission process, proposal management, and review information so that the proposal submission status process can be monitored through the system in real-time. The results of system testing with black box testing carried out by 3 LPPM UTP managers and 2 system developers resulted in a 100% functionality value indicating the results were as expected.LPPM UTP Surakarta merupakan lembaga yang bertugas dalam perencanaan, koordinasi, pemantauan serta melakukan penilaian dalam kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian dosen di lingkungan kampus. Namun pada saat ini, baik pengiriman dan pengelolaan administrasi masih konvensional dengan mengirimkan berkas proposal dengan datang ke lembaga. Pemberitahuan status ajuan proposal diterima untuk didanai atau tidaknya masih diinformasikan kepada fakultas masing-masing program studi, dimana terkadang informasi tidak sampai kepada pengusul proposal secara langsung. Maka untuk merangkum kegiatan pengajuan dan pengelolaan proposal tentu memerlukan sistem dengan melibatkan teknologi. Sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat LPPM berbasis web merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengelolaan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan sumber dana perguruan tinggi. Saat ini pengelolaan dana kegiatan yang bersumber dari perguruan tinggi mengacu pada ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perguruan tinggi serta proses pengelolaan seleksi proposal ini belum menggunakan sistem informasi yang mudah diakses oleh pihak terkait. Perlu adanya pengembangan sistem yang sistematis dan transparan, salah satu solusinya adalah dengan menggunakan sistem informasi pengelolaan penelitian dan pengabdian. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan pendekatan prototyping berbasis web, dimana metode ini memiliki gambaran yang jelas sebelum system masuk pada proses pengembangan diilustrasikan dengan tampilan antar muka terlebih dulu agar fungsionalitas sesuai dengan kriteria dan cepat dipahami oleh pengguna. Fitur pada sistem ini meliputi hak akses login, proses pengajuan, pengelolaan proposal dan informasi review sehingga proses status ajuan proposal bisa terpantau melalui sistem secara real time. Hasil pengujian sistem dengan blackbox testing yang dilakukan oleh 3 pengelola LPPM UTP sebagai pihak pengelola dan 2 pengembang sistem menghasilkan nilai fungsionalitas 100% menandakan hasil sesuai harapan
The potency of Temu Mango Rhizome Extract (Curcuma mangga Valeton & Zijp) at Variation of Solvent Concentration as Sunscreen
Human skin has a natural protection system against the harmful effects of sunlight by thickening the stratum, corneum, and skin pigmentation. Some plants are known to have benefits that can be used as natural ingredients to protect the skin from the adverse effects of sunlight. Plants that have secondary metabolites as sunscreen activity are temu mango rhizome (Curcuma mangga Valeton & Zijp). Secondary metabolite compounds contained in the mango meeting include flavonoid compounds, phenolics, tannins, essential oils which are known to function as sunscreens. This study aims to determine the SPF value of temu mango rhizome (Curcuma mangga Valeton & Zijp) using various solvents, namely ethanol 50%, 70%, and 96%. Calculation of the SPF value using the Mansur method. The results showed that the SPF value produced by the 50% ethanol extract of temu mango rhizome (Curcuma mangga Valeton & Zijp) with concentrations of 1250 ppm, 2500 ppm, 3750 ppm, 5000 ppm were 9.0613; 12,4133; 10.6027; 17,1233 with an SPF value of 12,3001 including the category of maximum protection. The SPF value produced by the 70% ethanol extract of temu mango (Curcuma mangga Valeton & Zijp) with the same concentration was 14.1767, respectively; 13.4787; 17,699; 17.4507 with an SPF value of 15.7013 including the ultra protection category. Alat Pencacah Plastik Lunak Untuk Membantu Produksi Ecobrick
Every year the use of plastic is always increasing. This causes plastic pollution everywhere. In order to decrease the plastic pollution, a recycling system is needed. Currently, several groups of people have created Ecobrick. Ecobrick is a waste recycling system that utilizes PET (Polyethylene Therepthalate) bottles filled with plastic scraps. To facilitate the cutting, a plastic chopper was created. This tool is designed with a chopper blade unit driven by a single phase induction motor. For transmission between motors to the blades used gears and chains. This tool is also equipped with an ultrasonic sensor and Arduino as a control. If the sensor detects that the plastic is inserted, the sensor will send data to be processed by Arduino, so the relay will activate the motor for 20 seconds, until the plastic is completely chopped. In order to know how long for all one plastic chopped, several experiments have been carried out. For power supply, each circuit uses two output adapters of 5 VDC and 9 VDC.Setiap tahunnya penggunaan plastik selalu meningkat. Hal ini menyebabkan pencemaran plastik dimana-mana. Agar pencemaran plastik tidak bertambah diperlukan sistem daur ulang sampah. Saat ini beberapa kalangan masyarakat telah menciptakan Ecobrick. Ecobrick adalah suatu sistem daur ulang sampah yang memanfaatkan botol PET (Polyethylene Therepthalate) yang diisi dengan potongan plastik. Untuk mempermudah pemotongan tersebut diciptakanlah alat pencacah plastik. Alat ini dirancang dengan satu unit pisau pencacah yang digerakkan oleh motor induksi satu fasa. Untuk transmisi antara motor ke pisau menggunakan gear dan rantai. Alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan sensor ultrasonik dan arduino sebagai kontrolnya. Apabila sensor mendeteksi adanya plastik yang dimasukkan maka sensor akan mengirimkan data yang akan diolah oleh arduino, sehingga relay akan mengaktifkan motor selama 20 detik, sampai plastik benar-benar tercacah semua. Agar tahu berapa lama untuk satu plastik tercacah semua, telah dilakukan beberapa kali percobaan. Suplai daya setiap rangkaian menggunakan adaptor dua output sebesar 5 VDC dan 9 VDC
Audit IT Aplikasi Online Single Submission (OSS) versi 1.1 dengan COBIT 5.0
Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) is a government agency that serves licensing and investment that uses the information system from BKPM RI, OSS 1.1. DPMPTSP of XYZ City found several obstacles in the use of OSS 1.1, including OSS 1.1 unable to display reports based on the type of permit, there were some licenses that were not integrated yet, there was no link with the licensing agency, so an OSS 1.1 system audit was needed. with a case study in DPMPTSP XYZ City. This audit aims to determine the OSS system capability level 1.1. which refers to the implementation process in DPMPTSP. The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data type in the form of data from interviews with DPMPTSP. Data collection was carried out by interview and question methods from the COBIT 5 domain. Based on the results of an audit of research conducted using the CobIT 5.0 framework, resulting in a level of capability and recommendations. The current OSS system capability level 1.1, Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM) domains are at capability level 2.6 (Managed), Align, Plan and Organize (APO) domains are at capability level 2.4 (Managed), Build domain, Acquire and Implement (BAI) are at capability level 2.3 (Managed), Deliver domains, Service and Support (DSS) are at capability level 2.3 (Managed), Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) domains are at level capability 2.6 (Managed). In this condition OSS 1.1 system governance has been implemented well in XYS City DPMPTSP with several recommendations to DPMPTSP so that it can be submitted to BKPM RI to improve OSS 1.1 system governance so that it runs more optimally.Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) adalah instansi pemerintah yang melayani perizinan dan penanaman modal yang menggunakan sistem informasi dari BKPM RI yaitu OSS 1.1. DPMPTSP menemukan beberapa kendala dalam penggunaan OSS 1.1, antara lain OSS 1.1 belum dapat menampilkan laporan berdasarkan jenis izin, adanya beberapa izin yang masih belum terintegrasi, belum adanya link dengan dinas pemberi rekomendasi Izin sehingga dibutuhkan audit sistem OSS 1.1. dengan studi kasus di DPMPTSP Kota XYZ. Audit ini bertujuan untuk menentukan level kapabilitas sistem OSS 1.1. yang mengacu pada proses pelaksanaan di DPMPTSP. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis data primer berupa data hasil wawancara dengan DPMPTSP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan pertanyaan yang berasal dari domain COBIT 5. Hasil audit dari penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan framework CobIT 5.0, menghasilkan level kapabilitas dan rekomendasi. Level kapabilitas sistem OSS 1.1 saat ini, domain Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM) berada di level kapabilitas 2,6 (Managed), domain Align, Plan and Organise (APO) berada di level kapabilitas 2,4 (Managed), domain Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI) berada di level kapabilitas 2,3 (Managed), domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) berada di level kapabilitas 2,3 (Managed), domain Monitor, Evaluate and Assess(MEA) berada di level kapabilitas 2,6 (Managed). Pada kondisi ini tata kelola sistem OSS 1.1 sudah dapat diterapkan dengan baik di DPMPTSP Kota XYZ dengan beberapa rekomendasi kepada DPMPTSP Kota XYZ agar dapat disampaikan kepada BKPM RI untuk perbaikan tata kelola sistem OSS 1.1 agar berjalan lebih optimal
Redesain Produk Headphone Berbahan Baku Kayu dengan House of Quality (HOQ) pada Perempuan Berhijab
Many types of hearing devices are known, namely headsets, headphones, earphones, handsfree, etc. Headphones are simple hearing aid accessories used for listening and have the best sound quality because they are designed for audio-only. Headphone design is evolving, and one of them can be found in a unique wooden headphone design. Wood is an environmentally friendly material and has an interesting motif. Many headphone users are dominated by millennials, including women in Indonesia, who mostly use the hijab. However, there are not many headphone products designed specifically for women with hijab. This study aims to redesign wood-based headphones for hijab-wearing women based on customer requirements using HOQ. Headphone product design and development is carried out in a mixed product-driven and customer-driven manner. The type of research used is qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research through literature studies, preliminary studies, and interviews, while quantitative analysis is based on online questionnaires. In this study, the population was Muslim female students wearing the hijab at Jenderal Sudirman University. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents taken using purposive sampling, and the data collection method was using an online questionnaire. The data analysis used is validation and reliability tests on questionnaires, preparation of HOQ, and design drawings using SolidWorks. The results of this study indicate that product-driven is the addition of small speakers. At the same time, customer-driven (based on the order of technical response from most important) consists of the total cost of production, wood materials, headphones with on-ear type, wireless, and volume buttons..

Headphone merupakan aksesori alat dengar sederhana yang digunakan untuk mendengarkan dan memiliki kualitas suara paling bagus karena memang didesain hanya untuk audio saja. Desain headphone berkembang dan salah satunya dapat dijumpai desain headphone yang unik dari kayu. Kayu menjadi bahan yang ramah lingkungan dan memiliki motif yang menarik. Pengguna headphone banyak didominasi oleh milenial dan perempuan berhijab termasuk dalam kalangan milenial serta masuk golongan muslim yang jumlahnya 87% dari total populasi orang di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat redesain headphone berbasis kayu pada perempuan berhijab berdasarkan customer requirements dengan menggunakan HOQ. Perancangan dan pengembangan produk headphone dilakukan dengan mixed product-driven dan customer-driven. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif melalui studi literatur, studi pendahuluan dan wawancara, sedangkan penelitian kuantitatif berdasarkan kuesioner online. Pada penelitian ini, populasi yaitu mahasiswi muslim berhijab Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validasi dan realibilitas pada kuesioner, penyusunan HOQ, dan gambar desain menggunakan SolidWorks. Hasil analisis menunjukkan gambar detail desain headphone yang diperoleh dari product-driven dan HOQ (mixed product-driven dan customer-driven).

Pengelolaan Rantai Pasok Ayam dengan Metode House of Risks
Cil_ans Distributor is a trading business that distributes broilers from cages to traders in the Cilegon-Merak market. Some of the risks experienced by Cil_ans Distributors include: demand for chicken sizes that vary from 1.0 kg to 1.4 kg, chickens that die during distribution in a month reach 300 birds, and payment arrears. The purpose of this study is to identify the risks that arise in the chicken supply chain at Cil_ans Distributor and to determine how to mitigate the risks that arise in the chicken supply chain at Cil_ans Distributor. Risk is an event that if it occurs will have a negative impact on the achievement of performance. This study uses a House of Risk (HOR) approach in identifying, analyzing and measuring risks in the Cil_ans Distributor supply chain. The Cil_ans Distributor supply chain is modeled based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. The results identified 10 types of risk agents with ARP values as follows: (A2) chicken size is uneven with ARP 1701, (A12) chickens are stressed with ARP 1512, (A20) Overheated chicken with ARP 1170, (A9) less deposit with ARP 936, (A8) increase/decrease in demand at ARP 918, (A17) overload at ARP 882, (A11) chickens brought in by consumers at ARP 792, (A10) unsold chickens at ARP 728, (A5) chickens sick with ARP 693, and (A3) less skilled employees with ARP 612. By mitigating the following risks: cover baskets with tarpaulins when distributing heavy rains, have backup DO, use paranet when distributing to customers when the weather is hot, chickens must be watered regularly every 3 hours , savings system, catching chickens is done from the largest to the smallest size, hot weather, chickens should not be caught, moving the cage, having a temporary cage to accommodate excess chickens and reminding the foreman.

Beberapa risiko yang dialami oleh Cil_ans Distributor antara lain: permintaan ukuran ayam yang bervariasi dari ukuran 1.0 kg hingga 1.4 kg, ayam yang mati saat pendistribusian dalam sebulan mencapai 300 ekor, dan tunggakan pembayaran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko yang timbul dalam rantai pasok ayam pada Cil_ans Distributor dan untuk menentukan cara mitigasi risiko yang timbul dalam rantai pasok ayam pada Cil_ans Distributor. Risiko merupakan kejadian yang jika terjadi akan bisa berdampak negatif pada pencapaian kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan House of Risk (HOR) dalam mengidentifikasi, menganalisa dan mengukur risiko pada rantai pasok Cil_ans Distributor. Rantai pasok Cil_ans Distributor dimodelkan berdasarkan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 10 jenis risk agent dengan nilai ARP sebagai berikut : (A2) ukuran ayam tidak merata dengan ARP 1701, (A12) ayam mengalami stress dengan ARP 1512, (A20) Ayam kepanasan dengan ARP 1170, (A9) setoran kurang dengan ARP 936, (A8) penambahan / pengurangan permintaan dengan ARP 918, (A17) muatan terlalu banyak dengan ARP 882, (A11) ayam dibawa konsumen dengan ARP 792, (A10) ayam tidak habis terjual dengan ARP 728, (A5) ayam sakit dengan ARP 693, dan (A3) karyawan kurang terampil dengan ARP 612. Dengan mitigasi risiko sebagai berikut : tutup keranjang dengan terpal ketika pendistribusian hujan deras, memiliki DO cadangan, gunakan paranet saat pendistribusian ke pelanggan ketika cuaca panas, ayam harus rutin disiram setiap 3 jam, sistem tabungan, penangkapan ayam dilakukan dari ukuran terbesar hingga terkecil, cuaca panas, ayam jangan ditangkap, memindahkan kandang, memiliki kandang sementara untuk menampung kelebihan ayam dan mengingatkan mandor.

ANTESEDEN DAN KONSEKUENSI MANAJEMEN HUBUNGAN PELANGGAN DALAM INDUSTRI RUMAH SAKIT
This study aims to examine the Antecedents and Consequences of Customer Relationship Management in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital Industry.The data collection technique in this research is purposive sampling using a questionnaire directly to 80 respondents distributed to outpatients at the PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital and 120 online respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using SEM. The results of this study indicate the quality of service has no significan effect on patient confidence, quality of service has a significan effect on patient commitment, patient satisfaction has a significant effect on patient trust, patient satisfaction has a significant effect on patient commitment, patient value has a significant effect on patient trust, patient value has a significant effect on commitment, trust has a significant effect on patient loyalty, and commitment has a significant effect on patient loyalty.
