Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of behavioral conflict, negative affect state, employee wellbeing on job satisfaction at PT. Iron Bird Logistics. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected from 231 employees working at PT. Iron Bird Logistics, analysis data method in this study is simple linear regression analysis with AMOS software. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is no negative effect on behavioral conflict on employee wellbeing and negative affect state on employee wellbeing, but there is a positive effect on employee wellbeing on job atisfaction. From this study it is hoped that companies can pay attention to problems that occur to employees in company in order to meet employee job satisfaction

Employing a qualitative approach, this study analyzes the business practices of these companies and their relevance to relevant theoretical concepts. The findings indicate that integrating CSR into marketing strategies can strengthen brand image, create long-term value, and build sustainable relationships with customers and other stakeholders. The implications of these findings are crucial for understanding how companies can leverage responsible business practices to achieve long-term success in an increasingly complex business environment

So this research is included in cause-and-effect research (ex-post facto) because it focuses on variables that have occurred and does not require discussion about which variables will be studied. Collection of text-based test data, questionnaires and documents. 62 students in class VIII C and D were the subjects of the research. The location of this research is SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Sampling used census research techniques, so that the entire population was used as the research population. The research results provide a significant simultaneous influence between PBL, learning materials and learning encouragement on critical thinking skills and several problem-based learning (PBL) models. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the public\u27s perception of the function of Lenteng Agung Pingkal Park as public green open space so that it can be an evaluation material for optimizing green open spaces. The research method used is a descriptive method. The analysis was conducted using a quantitative approach, used to identify the function of the Lenteng Agung Pingkal Park based on community perceptions using scoring. Measurement of perceptions and social conditions of society is measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique is a purposive sample. Population and sample used were the people of Lenteng Agung Village who visited Lenteng Agung Pingkal Park, and the sample used was the productive age community (RW) 07, 08, 09 which was 15 to 64 years old. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The variable function of Taman Lenteng Agung as a green open space includes socio-cultural, aesthetic, and economic functions. The results this study that the public\u27s perception of the functions in socio-cultural, aesthetic, and economic overall of Lenteng Agung Pingkal Park included the good category with a score of 4.094. This proves that the government and park management are considered to be good at organizing public green open spaces

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of utilizing Canva-based e-module teaching materials on the cognitive learning outcomes of class X students on the material of lithospheric dynamics at SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta. The nonequivalent control group design method was used in this quasi-experimental study. In this study, purposive sampling technique was used with the sample used, namely class X-7 as an experimental class that utilized the application of Canva-based e-modules during the learning process and X-8 as a control class that did not use Canva-based e-modules in learning. Based on the results of research in the field, a significant effect was obtained on the learning outcomes of experimental class students. The learning outcomes of the experimental class experienced a high increase to 88.64 from 49.92. While the control class learning outcomes increased to 83.56 from 51.36. The acquisition of the Sig. value in the t test (Independent sample t-test) of 0.046 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, because the Sig value. <0.05 is reinforcing evidence of the discovery of differences in students\u27 cognitive learning outcomes. Therefore, there is a significant effect in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta after utilizing Canva-based E-module teaching materials in learning geography material on the dynamics of the lithospher
Innovative approach: Teachers’ perceptions of implementation Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in physics education
Get PDFThese various perceptions emerged both positive and negative perceptions regarding the implementation of the latest curriculum, namely the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to explore various teachers\u27 perceptions regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in physics subjects. The research was conducted at one of the state high schools in the Surabaya area. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection technique was carried out using purposive sampling and data triangulation as an analysis technique. This research includes the perceptions of physics teachers regarding the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. There were positive and negative responses conveyed by the teachers. The shortcomings of the Merdeka curriculum implemented in schools are that teachers are still unable to adapt to the relatively new Merdeka curriculum and there is still a lack of information and references regarding the Merdeka curriculum teaching modules. The solution that can be applied to overcome this problem is that schools must pay more attention to teachers by holding more frequent training activities in preparing learning devices, providing access to training in using technology-based learning support media, and restructuring schedules for implementing P5 activities to be more optimal. The implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in this school has resulted in many teachers\u27 perceptions of creating learning tools that are in accordance with this new curriculum. Apart from that, P5 activities with 12 more hours than other subjects make students take these activities more lightly

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the role of teachers in developing tolerance among students. Tolerance is the ability to appreciate differences and resolve conflicts peacefully. Teachers have a very important role in shaping this attitude of tolerance through an inclusive learning approach, fostering universal values, and providing examples of tolerance behavior in everyday life. This research is a qualitative research with literature study. The subject and instrument of this research is the researcher himself by searching for relevant sources. Data were collected through content analysis which involved several steps, such as determining the problem, developing a framework, developing methodological tools, data analysis, and data interpretation. The research findings show that teachers who practice multicultural education-oriented learning approaches and integrate subject matter with tolerance values are able to have a significant impact in shaping students\u27 tolerance attitudes. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan bahan ajar matematika menggunakan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker berbasis Problem Based Learning di kelas 7 MTs Yasrib Batu-Batu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (Penelitian dan Pengembangan) dengan mengacu pada modifikasi dari Model Pengembangan Borg and Gall dan Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu: Pertama, tahap pendahuluan meliputi Research and Information Collecting, Planning. Kedua, tahap pengembangan meliputi Menulis Tujuan Instruksional, Menyusun Alat Penilaian Hasil Belajar, Menyusun Strategi Instruksional, Mengembangkan Bahan Instruksional, Validasi dan Revisi. Ketiga, tahap evaluasi dan revisi meliputi Preliminary Field Testing, Main Product Revission, Main Field Testing, Operational Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni lembar validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, angket respon siswa dan guru, serta tes hasil belajar siswa. Adapun hasil penelitian pegembangan ini adalah (1) Valid, hasil validasi bahan ajar ahli materi dan ahli media yaitu sebesar 3,7 kategori sangat valid. (2) Praktis, hasil angket respon siswa dan guru yaitu sebesar 3,6 kategori sangat praktis. (3) Efektif, hasil analisis tes hasil belajar siswa menggunakan SPSS yaitu: (a) Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test diperoleh bahwa nilai Sig = 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan otomatis H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan bahan ajar. (b) Hasil uji N-Gain diperoleh bahwa rata-rata ÂÂN-Gain sebesar 0,71 artinya efektifitas bahan ajar berada pada kategori tinggi

Get PDFForecasting atau prediksi dapat sangat berguna bagi para investor untuk dapat menggambarkan harga komoditas di masa depan. Prediksi yang dilakukan dapat digunakan sebagai antisipasi bila harga komoditas mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan. Peneliti berusaha untuk melakukan peramalan terhadap komoditas di Kalimantan Barat sebagai informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai hal. Metode perhitungan yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing serta menghitung besaran MAPE. Hasil dari perhitungan yang dilakukan didapatkan metode double exponential smoothing merupakan metode terbaik karena semakin rendah nilai akurasi maka akan semakin baik sebab mendekati nilai aktualnya
