Analisis Tingkat Literasi Keuangan Guru Dan Persepsinya Terhadap Pendidikan Literasi Keuangan : Studi Kasus Di RA 04 Cempaka Putih Kota Batu
No full textThis study aims to analyze the level of financial literacy and teachers\u27 perceptions of financial literacy education. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, this study involved 11 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire adopted from the developed instrument. The results of the study indicate that the level of financial literacy of teachers is quite good. The majority of teachers understand the importance of insurance for future protection and carry out regular savings activities. However, it was found that teachers lack confidence in comparing prices when making transactions. Regarding perceptions of financial literacy education, teachers generally agree that financial literacy learning is important to be taught from an early age and can have a significant impact on the quality of life in the future. This study also revealed that teachers want a curriculum that accommodates financial literacy learning for early childhood, and emphasizes the importance of cooperation between teachers, schools, and parents in developing children\u27s financial literacy skills. In conclusion, although the level of financial literacy of teachers is quite good, improvements are still needed in several aspects, especially in the ability to compare prices. In addition, a more comprehensive curriculum is needed to support financial literacy education from an early agePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi keuangan dan persepsi guru terhadap pendidikan literasi keuangan di RA 04 Cempaka Putih Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 11 guru sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diadopsi dari instrumen yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan guru RA 04 Cempaka Putih Kota Batu tergolong baik. Mayoritas guru memahami pentingnya asuransi untuk perlindungan masa depan dan melakukan aktivitas menabung secara teratur. Namun, ditemukan bahwa guru kurang percaya diri dalam melakukan perbandingan harga saat bertransaksi. Terkait persepsi terhadap pendidikan literasi keuangan, guru secara umum setuju bahwa pembelajaran literasi keuangan penting diajarkan sejak usia dini dan dapat berdampak signifikan pada kualitas hidup di masa depan. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa guru menginginkan adanya kurikulum yang mengakomodasi pembelajaran literasi keuangan untuk anak usia dini, serta menekankan pentingnya kerjasama antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua dalam mengembangkan keterampilan literasi keuangan anak. Kesimpulannya, meskipun tingkat literasi keuangan guru cukup baik, masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama dalam kemampuan membandingkan harga. Selain itu, diperlukan pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih komprehensif untuk mendukung pendidikan literasi keuangan sejak usia dini

Get PDFPenelitian ini berjudul “Eksplorasi Disposisi Etika dalam Sastra Lisan Sobe Sakti di Fatuleu Etnik Timor”. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan etika dalam cerita rakyat Sobe Sakti yang menekankan disposisi nilai-nilai etika dan implikasinya dalam kehidupan masyarakat Fatu Leu Etnik Timor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori Hermeneutika Simbol Paul Ricoeur. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara kepada narasumber, baik sastra lisan maupun disposisi etika dari cerita ke aksi, kemudian dikomparasi dan divalidasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat interdependensi unsur konteks, sosial, budaya dan historis sebagai strategi dalam mengungkap ragam nilai kebajikan yang terkandung dalam sastra lisan, yakni nilai budaya yang tetap dijaga dan dijalankan sebagai penanda identitas; sastra lisan ini menata nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dalam melawan human trafficing; membangun etika lingkungan; nilai religius terkait relasi dengan Sang Pencipta, nilai interpersonal yaitu kesabaran, motivasi, optimis, kepedulian, dan keberanian sebagai bagian dari nilai juang dalam pembelajaran. Konteks teoritis, konsep pendekatan etika dalam sastra lisan ini bekerja secara eklektik. Ini menunjukkan konsep etika dalam etnik Timor di Fatu Leu saling berkaitan

The reading corner is the use of a corner of space that is used as a means to bring books closer so that people are more interested in reading. The creation of a reading corner has a wide range of benefits, namely it is expected to be able to stimulate or stimulate the community to love reading. The activity partner is the Al-Quran Learning Place (TPA) in South Tambun. The problem that exists at the partner location is the lack of special infrastructure facilities that can be used as a forum to foster a reading literacy culture, the lack of reading book materials as a basic literacy media in this is the trigger for a low reading literacy culture. The solution offered uses the room as a corner of the reading room by providing infrastructure facilities to support literacy activities and conducting training activities as an effort to share information related to the use of information technology in supporting learning activities at the landfill. As a result of the overall activities, partners felt the benefits of the proposed program and from the results of the percentage evaluation questionnaire that was achieved 100%

Get PDFThis community service program aims to increase agricultural productivity and improve the welfare of the "Sejahtera" Farmer Group in Lempangang Village, Bajeng Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, through the implementation of solar-powered irrigation technology. The project focuses on replacing traditional diesel-fueled water pumps with more environmentally friendly and cost-effective solar-powered pumps. Furthermore, the introduction of smart farming technologies utilizing IoT devices powered by solar energy provides farmers with timely information on soil fertilization and climate changes, thus improving their adaptability to climate challenges. The project also includes the construction of solar panel frames, the installation of controllers, and solar panels in the farmers\u27 rice fields, where the technology is already in use. Initial tests on solar panels, controllers, and water pumps demonstrated the efficiency of the system in supporting irrigation needs. Through this project, we aim to establish a model for sustainable agricultural practices that not only reduce the environmental impact but also enhance the economic conditions of farmers in the region. The outcomes of this initiative include increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and the empowerment of farmers through the application of innovative, renewable energy technologies in agriculture

The results obtained in this study are that simultaneously IOS, profitability, and leverage affect dividend policy. While partial testing shows the results that only leverage has a significant effect on dividend policy. While IOS and profitability have no effect on dividend policy
Integrated environmental education physics project to enhance student creativity
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the results of research on physics education integrated with environmental issues, especially related to climate change, through literature review and its implementation in schools. The aspects observed include the feasibility, effectiveness, and student responses to the implementation of integrated physics learning with environmental education related to climate change to enhance creativity. The research method used was quantitative research with a true experimental design involving pretest and posttest control groups. The subjects of the study were science students in public secondary schools in Jombang, divided into experimental and control groups. The research data were processed using observation sheets for the feasibility of learning, prerequisite tests including tests for data normality and homogeneity, paired t-tests, two-tailed t-tests, one-tailed t-tests, n-gain tests, effect size, and student response questionnaires. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that (1) there is a significant difference in students\u27 creativity before and after the implementation of integrated physics learning with environmental education related to climate change, with the experimental group experiencing a higher increase compared to the control group, indicating the effectiveness of integrated physics learning with environmental education. (2) Student responses after the implementation of integrated physics learning with environmental education related to climate change were categorized as excellent. Therefore, as an initial study, it can be stated that climate change education can be implemented in the form of project performance and has an impact on student creativity

Korelasi Antara Gaya Koping dan Perilaku Asertif Pada Siswa
No full textThe aim of this research is to determine the correlation between coping styles and assertive behavior in students and the comparison based on gender and to plan coping skills training to increase assertive behavior in students. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a correlational design to reveal the correlation regarding coping styles and assertive behavior in students. The measuring instruments used are an inventory of assertive behavior and an inventory of coping styles. Participants in this research were 220 students. Sampling uses random sampling techniques, that is, all members of the population have the same opportunity to be sampled. The data analysis technique uses the Pearson correlation method to determine the relationship between coping styles and assertive behavior in students. The F-Test technique is used to compare differences in coping styles based on gender. The research results show that men\u27s assertive behavior is higher than women\u27s. There is no difference in adaptive and maladaptive coping styles between men and women
