Perlindungan Hukum Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) Anggota DPR Dan Pertanggung Jawaban Hukum Terhadap Risiko Jual Beli Jabatan
Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) anggota DPR merupakan mekanisme konstitusional untuk menggantikan anggota legislatif yang berhenti sebelum masa jabatannya berakhir, dengan calon dari Daftar Calon Tetap (DCT) dari partai politik dan daerah pemilihan yang sama. Namun, dalam praktiknya, PAW kerap disalahgunakan sebagai instrumen politik untuk menyingkirkan anggota dewan yang dianggap tidak sejalan dengan kepentingan partai pengusung. Kondisi ini menciptakan ketergantungan posisi anggota legislatif terhadap kehendak partai, sehingga mengancam independensi dan integritas wakil rakyat. Bahkan, tidak jarang muncul indikasi penyalahgunaan kewenangan internal partai yang mengarah pada praktik jual beli jabatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan mengandalkan data primer dan sekunder dari literatur hukum yang relevan. Penanganan sengketa PAW dapat dilakukan melalui dua jalur peradilan, yaitu Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) apabila menyangkut keputusan administratif, dan Pengadilan Umum jika menyangkut aspek perdata atau pidana. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan regulasi dan pengawasan terhadap proses PAW agar tetap berada dalam koridor hukum yang adil dan tidak diselewengkan untuk kepentingan politik prakti
Review of misconceptions in physics among Indonesian high school students: Diagnosis, causes, and remediation
Misconceptions in physics education pose significant challenges to student learning and conceptual understanding. This research aims to bridge gaps in understanding by systematically identifying and analyzing the diagnostics, causes, and remediation methods for misconceptions in physics among Indonesian high school students. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA method, 61 articles were selected from databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, focusing on publications between 2019 and 2024. The results reveal that static fluids emerged as the most frequently studied topic in misconception research, with common issues including the misunderstanding of buoyancy and hydrostatic pressure. Diagnostic tools were dominated by four-tier tests, which offer high accuracy and ease of analysis compared to other methods. The findings also highlight that the primary causes of misconceptions are rooted in students\u27 intuitive thinking and teaching methods. Computer simulations were identified as one of the most effective remediation strategies, often employed alongside conceptual change texts and laboratory-based approaches. This study consolidates existing research and provides actionable insights for educators by highlighting effective diagnostic tools and strategies to design targeted interventions, foster deeper conceptual understanding, and improve learning outcomes in physics education
Trends in learning global warming materials for supporting sustainable development goals: A bibliometric review
Climate change and global warming are global issues with significant impacts on health, food security, and economic sustainability. This study aims to analyze learning trends related to global warming in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through a bibliometric approach. The research data were obtained from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer software. The findings indicate a significant increase in publications on global warming education from 2014 to 2024, with the highest number of publications recorded in 2024. Innovative learning models such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Project-Based Learning (PjBL), and Context-Based Learning (CBL) have proven effective in enhancing students’ scientific literacy, critical thinking, and communication skills regarding global warming issues. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia has been identified as the leading institution contributing to this field. This study emphasizes the critical role of education in raising awareness and driving concrete actions against climate change. Furthermore, integrating global warming topics into formal education systems is a strategic measure to support climate change mitigation and environmental sustainability
Pembelajaran Think Pair Share Terhadap Hasil Belajar SMP Hanura Danga Nagekeo
Proses pembelajaran dengan suasana kelas berpusat pada guru dengan model konvensional membuat peserta didik cenderung pasif. Guru mata peajaran matematika masih menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, sehingga menimbulkan kebosanan dan berdampak pada hasil belajar peserta didik minim. Implementasi pembelajaran model kooperatif merupakan cara sesuai yang digunakan untuk menciptakan situasi kelas yang menyenangkan dan menarik, sehingga memacu semangat serta meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian dengan tujuan menentukan pengaruh pembelajaran tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar SMP Hanura Danga. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh kelas VII, sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling semu dengan VII C kelas eksperimen dan VII A kelas kontrol. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu, dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan teknik test serta analisis data melalui Uji T berbantuan SSPS 22. Hasil analisa penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar pasca perlakuan melalui model TPS sehingga disarankan pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran TPS dapat menjadi alternatif dalam pembelajaran matematika
Sistem Kontrol pH Air pada Budidaya Hidroponik Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) Berbasis Teknologi Smart Farming
Pengendalian pH air merupakan faktor krusial dalam budidaya hidroponik untuk memastikan pertumbuhan optimal tanaman, termasuk pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem kontrol pH air berbasis teknologi smart farming guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas dalam budidaya pakcoy secara hidroponik. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan sensor pH yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler, yang secara otomatis memantau dan menyesuaikan tingkat pH air sesuai dengan kebutuhan optimal tanaman. Data real-time dikirim ke perangkat lunak berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk pemantauan jarak jauh dan analisis kinerja. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menjaga pH air dalam rentang ideal (6,0 – 7,0) dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi dan respons cepat terhadap perubahan kondisi. Implementasi sistem ini juga mengurangi penggunaan larutan penyeimbang pH secara berlebihan, sehingga lebih ramah lingkungan dan hemat biaya. Dengan pendekatan teknologi smart farming, sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas hasil panen tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan dalam pertanian modern. Development of Physics Blended Discovery Learning Tools (PBDLT) in alignment with The Merdeka Curriculum
Physics learning is inseparable from curriculum updates that always coexist with educational progress. To ensure that students can understand relevant physics concepts/principles/laws and provide them with the skills they need to face problems in the future, it is very important to develop physics learning tools that are aligned with Merdeka\u27s curriculum. The goal of this project is to provide workable Physics Blended Discovery Learning Tools (PBDLT) for the Merdeka curriculum. Research and development using the ADDIE development model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—is the nature of this kind of study. In this study, PBDLT development was limited to the development stage with research subjects, i.e., 30 students of class VIII-8 of SMPN 2 Banda Aceh in physics subject and 3 science teachers. Expert validation questionnaires (material and learning design specialists) and practicality tests were used to gauge the viability of PBDLT. Following data collection, descriptive quantitative methods with percentage analysis were used to examine the data. The learning design expert validation test yielded 91.5% with a very valid category and a rate of 93.25% for the material expert validation exam. Furthermore, the student response exam yielded 93% with a very good category while the instructor response test yielded 92.7%. The Physics Blended Discovery Learning Tools (PBDLT) developed by the researchers are viable for use in large-scale trials in the learning process within the Merdeka curriculum, according to the research\u27s findings
Analisis Dinamika Atmosfer Kejadian Banjir Di Bali (Studi Kasus: Kuta, Badung 3 April 2024)
Very heavy rain that causes flooding has an intensity of up to 129 mm/hour in Kuta District, Badung Regency on April 03, 2024 caused by cumulonimbus convective cloud activity. This cloud activity can be analyzed by utilizing Himawari-8 satellite remote sensing with NWP and RGB methods processed with the SATAID application. This study aims to identify very heavy rain in the Kuta District area of Badung Regency which resulted in flooding. This research is an analytical descriptive research that uses secondary data from Himawari-8 satellite remote sensing results, flight documentation analysis, and atmospheric lability index data. The methods used include Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) and Red-Green-Blue (RGB) analysis to support the identification of extreme weather phenomena. The results of the flight documentation show that there is a lowpressure pattern in the southeast region of Bali and wind turns in the Bali region and convergence in the South Bali sea. Clouds began to form at 21:20 UTC and began to cover and reached its peak at 21:50 UTC. High rainfall conditions are caused by the formation of convective clouds and evenly distributed clouds. With the RGB method, high and thick cumulonimbus clouds were observed. Based on atmospheric lability index data, namely K Index (KI), Lifted Index (LI), Total-totals Index (TTI), Severe Weather Threat Index (SWEAT), and Convective Available Potential Energy Index (CAPE), the value is quite supportive when the very heavy rain occurs. Analisis Indeks Potensi Lahan Pertanian Padi Sawah Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis Di Kabupaten Bandung
Currently, one of the main problems in the agricultural industry is the conversion of irrigated rice fields. The potential for irrigated rice fields in Bandung Regency is needed to help overcome agricultural problems. This study aims to find out how to analyze the potential index of irrigated rice fields and land that is not rice fields but in Bandung Regency by mapping the potential index of rice fields using the Geographic Information System. The GIS analysis used was using scoring and overlay on the parameters used. The results of the overlay of each parameter produced an index of irrigated rice field potential which showed that rice fields in Bandung Regency were most planted on land that had IPL with a medium class, which was 697.99 Km² with a percentage of 39%. Land that is not a rice field and has the potential to become a new rice field is 5 classes, namely very high with an area of 42.34 Km2 consisting of 12 sub-districts, land with a high category has an area of 321.44 Km² consisting of 14 sub-district areas, in the medium potential class, which is the most dominating Bandung Regency, which is 633.79 Km2 which covers 20 sub- district areas, the distribution of low-class potential land covers 24 sub-districts covering an area of 355.36 Km2, while in the very low land potential class spread across 20 sub-districts covering an area of 98.21 Km2. As a recommendation, rice fields with high potential should be maintained as rice fields, and rice fields with low potential should be processed more optimally
Evaluating the effectiveness of reading logs in early literacy programs: a case study of a rural elementary school in Indonesia
The purpose is to evaluate the effectiveness of reading logs and identify alternative literacy activities that are developmentally appropriate for young learners. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations, document analysis, semi-structured interviews with teachers and librarians, and focus group discussions with students. The findings reveal that while reading logs offer structure for reading practice, they present cognitive, emotional, and practical challenges that reduce students’ reading motivation and comprehension. Many students struggled with summarization tasks, often viewing the logs as a burden. In contrast, alternative activities such as interactive storytelling, drawing, peer discussions, and digital tools were found to be more engaging and effective. The study concludes that integrating diverse and interactive literacy activities better supports early literacy development and fosters a more positive reading experience for young learners
PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA (DINAS KEARSIPAN DAN PERPUSTAKAAN KAB. PUNCAK JAYA)
Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on user satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods, using probability sampling techniques, namely 108 users of the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kab. Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that competence and work discipline can increase user satisfaction, competence can increase user satisfaction, work discipline can increase user satisfaction. Suggestions to increase user satisfaction need to pay attention to emotions by prioritizing polite service, to increase competence you need to pay attention to skills by having a professional attitude and work discipline you need to pay attention to compliance with office regulations by using attributes in accordance with company regulations
