Membangun Karakter Tanggung Jawab Melalui Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Dengan Model Global Inquiry-Based Learning
Berwawasan dan berkarakter global merupakan bekal menjadi warga negara global. Karakter tanggung jawab merupakan karakter yang harus dimiliki warga negara global dan dapat dibangun melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Permasalahan pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yaitu, belum maksimal menggunakan model inovatif pembelajaran kekinian. Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Inkuiri Global pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan saat ini masih bersifat teoritis, tidak bersifat aplikatif. Pengembangan konten dan instrument sangat dibutuhkan dalam Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Inkuiri Global. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengembangan konten dan instrumen model Pembelajaran Berbasis Inkuiri Global dalam membangun karakter tanggung jawab warga negara konteks global. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen selama satu semester. Data utama hasil nilai pretes dan postest ditunjang data observasi dan wawancara. Inovasi penelitian terletak pada pengembangan konten dan rubrik penilaian karakter tanggung jawab warga negara konteks global yang terukur melalui digital portfolio, menggabungkan dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku di mana penerapan model ini menunjukkan peningkatan komitmen mahasiswa terhadap keadilan sosial dengan nilai N-Gan kategori tinggi 0,82. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu model pembelajaran Berbasis Inkuiri Global efektif dalam membangun karakter tanggung jawab warga negara mahasiswa dalam konteks global
Pemanfaatan Sampah Rumah Tangga Melalui Praktik Eco-Enzym Di Karang Jalak Mekar Kelurahan Sunyaragi Kota Cirebon
Domestic waste or household waste is waste left over from human activities. Household waste can be solid or liquid. Currently, the problem in the city of Cirebon is waste where in 2023 the percentage is still the same, reaching more than 200 tons per day. Therefore, the purpose of this Eco-Enzym Socialization and Practice activity is none other than to raise awareness that household waste will be very useful if managed properly. In addition to raising awareness, this activity also aims to provide education about eco-enzymes that are beneficial to life. The method used in implementing the program is the PAR (Participatory Action Reseacrh) method. PAR can also be called research by the community, with the community and for the community, not empowerment of the community. The targets in this activity are PKK and Posyandu cadres in Rw 07 Karang Jalak Mekar, Sunyaragi Village, Cirebon City. The implementation of this activity was quite optimal in Rw 07 because in the initial condition they did not understand the utilization of waste into fermented eco enzyme. After this activity, Rw 07 cadres understand what is called eco enzyme and its benefits so that they can immediately practice the eco enzyme
Implementasi Inovasi Digital pada Rabita.id dalam Meningkatkan Produksi dan Pemasaran Produk Tas Sasirangan
The problems faced by Community Service (PkM) program partners, namely Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Rabita tas Sasirangan, are production and marketing problems. Therefore, the Community Service team carried out activities aimed at increasing production capacity and increasing the attractiveness of Rabita tas Sasirangan with a marketing strategy through digital innovation. The activity methods include socialization, training, application of technology, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the implementation of the community service activities were carried out well. This is supported by (1) the creation and implementation of an e-inventory website, namely https://rabita.id/inventory and the setting up of computer embroidery tools to increase production capacity; (2) the creation and implementation of an e-catalog website, namely https://rabita.id to increase marketing. Through the implementation of e-inventory and embroidery tool set-up, partners find it easier to plan and evaluate production activities. Through the implementation of e-catalog partners can reduce costs, reach a wider market and this supports penetrating the export market. Digitalisasi Pariwisata Melalui Variasi Bahasa Konten Kreator Kelurahan Wonolopo Kecamatan Mijen Kota Semarang
Implementing this Community Service Program strengthens the digitalization of tourism by accelerating the herbal medicine village tourism village based on the language variations of content creators. Currently, not many tourists and enthusiasts come to buy herbal medicine at Kampung Jamu Wonolopo. Based on this description, the Community Service Team of the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang assists Mitra Pokdarwis Manggar Selaras, which includes activities: Socialization and Program Coordination with Partners, Motivation and Strengthening HR Capacity, Training and Practice in Using Tools for Creating Digital Content, Workshop on Creating and Editing Video Content, Workshop on Using Various Languages for Content Creators, Handing Over Appropriate Technology Tools. As a result of this service, it is hoped that the residents of Jamu Wonolopo village will be able to improve the quality of human resources through digital skills to manage the development of the tourism potential of Jamu village by optimizing the preservation of nature and culture through interesting language variety content, to improve the quality of life for economic growth, job creation so that The results can improve community welfare
Pelatihan Pembuatan Lilin Aromateraphy Dari Limbah Minyak Jelantah di Desa Jabung
The participants of this training are members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) entrepreneurs in Jabung Village, Talun, Blitar. The issue faced by the people of Jabung is the waste cooking oil produced from household leftovers and UMKM production. This community service aims to provide training to the community on how to utilize waste cooking oil to make aromatherapy candles, as an effort to reduce waste cooking oil produced from household and UMKM waste by enhancing the creativity of the PKK members and UMKM entrepreneurs. The community service is carried out using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method by leveraging the potential owned by the community. The stages of the training consist of observation and analysis of community needs, activity preparation, training implementation, and activity evaluation. As a result of this community service, the participants are enthusiastic and have successfully learned how to process waste cooking oil into aromatherapy candles with high utility and market value, which can also become a business idea and a potential opportunity to help improve household economies
Pengaruh viral marketing, content marketing, dan media sosial tiktok terhadap minat beli produk jiniso di kota Surabaya
This study aims to analyze the effect of Viral marketing, content marketing, and social media on buying interest in Jiniso products in Surabaya City. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis approach adopted through the Partial least square (PLS) tool. Inner model analysis is seen from R-Square and predictive relevance (Q2). Researchers used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and collected data through questionnaires from 91 respondents. The results showed that the three variables have a significant influence in increasing consumer buying interest. Viral Marketing is proven effective through product review indicators, where positive customer reviews increase trust and encourage purchases. Content marketing contributes significantly by providing accurate and detailed product descriptions, thus increasing consumer confidence in the information received. Social media plays an important role, especially through the relationships built with followers, which creates emotional closeness and strengthens consumer buying interest. This research shows that a combination of marketing strategies through social media, relevant content, and virality can effectively attract consumers\u27 attention and strengthen Jiniso\u27s brand position in Indonesia\u27s local fashion market

Company value has a significant impact on shareholder welfare, because its value reflects the overall success and long-term potential of an investment. Company value is also an important factor in investors\u27 perceptions when choosing a company in which to invest shares. The aim of this research is to empirically test the influence of profitability (ROA), company growth (Asseth Growth), capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) on company value. The population of this research is infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2023. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method and obtained 50 companies. The type of data used is secondary data using documentation data collection methods. The analytical method in this research is multiple linear analysis using SPSS. The results of the research show that there is a contribution influence of profitability (ROA), company growth (Asseth Growth), capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) on company value
Media pembelajaran interaktif : media audio visual berbasis camtasia studio
This study aims to create a multimedia learning resource for Social Science with a focus on international trade for grade IX students at YBPK 1 Tirtoyudo Junior High Scholl. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method,specifically the Borg and Gall developpment model. The developpment process consisted of ten stages, including research, planning, product format development,validation, review, field tests, and final product review. The validation test involved three experts in linguistics, materials, and media. Additionally, field trials were conducted with 5 students from YBPK 1 Tirtoyudo Junior Hight School. The main objective of this study was to produce an effective and efficient multimedia learning resourcethat can enhance understanding of international trade among grade IX students. The types of data obtained are qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the development of audio-visual learning products based on camtasia audio for social studies subjects in class IX SMP YBPK Tirtoyudo 1 which are practical to use. This is envidenced by the results of media expert certification getting 90% points so that it is in the very feasible category. The results of validation from material experts with the acquisition of 80% points so that it is in the feasible category. The results of validation from language experts with 85% points so that it is in the very feasible category. Furthermore, the evaluation results from the field trial obtained a score of 88% so that it is in the very good category. Thus the product that has been developed can be concluded to be suitable for use
Determinan keputusan penggunaan layanan mobile banking bank syariah
This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, service quality, and lifestyle on the decision to use Islamic bank mobile banking services among gen z. This research is quantitative, using an explanatory research method. The subjects of this study are gen z individuals located in Malang city, with a total of 232 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistic version 25.0 software. The results of the study indicate that ease of use, service quality, and lifestyle influence the decision to use islamic bank mobile banking services, both partially and simultaneously. The findings of this study show that the lifestyle variable has a greater value compared to ease of use and service quality, meaning that the lifestyle of gen z in Malang city predominantly influences the decision to use islamic bank mobile banking services. The limitation of this study is that the sample is limited to gen z only in Malang city
Analisis kinerja manajemen pengunjung di destinasi wisata bandung utara menggunakan importance-performance analysis
The increase in visitor numbers during holidays has positive implications for the tourism business; however, it can also lead to negative impacts such as overcrowding, increased pollution, vandalism, and potential disorder. These negative consequences may affect visitor satisfaction, comfort, convenience, and safety. Therefore, the implementation of visitor management is necessary as a proactive measure to create a better holiday experience. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The questionnaire includes statements evaluating the performance of tourist destinations in Bandung and the importance of these statements from the visitors\u27 perspectives. The collected data is analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) technique with the aid of SPSS version 26. IPA is used to assess and evaluate the performance of destination managers by comparing the importance of various attributes of a product or service (i.e., the tourism experience) with visitors\u27 perceptions of how well these attributes meet their expectations. This study aims to explore and understand the effectiveness of visitor management in addressing challenges caused by visitor surges and the extent to which visitor satisfaction can be achieved through the implementation of appropriate management strategies
