    Membangun Brand Inklusif: Strategi Branding dan Pemasaran untuk Produk Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Difabel

    This Community Partnership Program was implemented to enhance the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors with disabilities in Banyuwangi in the areas of branding and digital marketing. The program was specifically designed to address challenges of accessibility, social stigma, and limited access to technology faced by MSMEs with disabilities in building competitive brands. The activities were carried out through three stages: preparation stage in the form of coordination and socialization, implementation of training using modules (basic branding with an inclusive approach, visual design based on accessible technology, and adaptive digital marketing), and continuous evaluation. The approach used integrates digital accessibility principles and branding strategies that utilize the uniqueness of disability identity as product differentiation. Quantitative achievements showed significant improvements in branding comprehension (73%), brand name development (85%), logo creation (80%), design technology mastery (75%), and digital marketing planning (90%). Qualitative achievements include participants\u27 success in forming brand identities that utilize disability perspectives as unique value, increased self-confidence, motivation, and the ability to transform disability identity into competitive advantage.     The problem of river pollution in the Batu City tourist area, especially the Brantas River and Kali The problem of river pollution in the tourist areas of Batu City, particularly the Brantas River and Kali Lanang River, raises ecological concerns and negatively impacts tourism quality. Based on observations and interviews with environmental communities and residents living along the riverbanks, it was found that public awareness of maintaining river cleanliness is still low. This community service program aims to increase public environmental awareness and create participatory river management. The main activities include environmental education, training on the use of floating litter trap technology, and river clean-ups carried out collaboratively using the Penta Helix approach. The results have resulted in a 60% increase in environmental literacy, the implementation of river clean-ups by five communities/agencies, and a significant reduction in the volume of waste along the riverbanks. This approach has proven effective in building ecological awareness and can be replicated in other tourist areas

    Learning as a guidance process in the learning process. Children with special needs require their own methods in learning because they are handled differently from regular students. Regarding basic mathematics learning, most educators at SLB B-C YPPS Ngemplak Boyolali lack understanding about quality learning assisted by technology-based learning media. This activity purpose is to improve classroom management, the educator’s competence in implementing deep learning through learning innovations by utilizing technology-based learning media. From a social perspective, this activity can increase the knowledge of students with special needs in learning basic mathematics fun with technology-based learning media so that attention is increased. Training and mentoring are provided for educators and students in terms of innovations in learning basic mathematics fun with the use of technology-based learning media. The method used in this activity is SMART goals. The results of this activity are, there is an improvement in classroom management with the implementation of deep learning assisted by technology-based learning media "Simple Multiplication Electric" especially innovations in deep learning assisted by technology-based learning media.     Analisis Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Nondurable Household Products Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, activity ratio, and company growth on company value in the Nondurable Household Products sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017–2023 period. Company value is a major concern because it reflects investor perceptions of company performance, and is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). The independent variables in this study are profitability as measured by Return on Equity (ROE), activity ratio as measured by Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and company growth as measured by Total Assets Growth (TAG). The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a sample size of 5 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that partially profitability (ROE) contributes to firm value. However, the activity ratio (TATO) and firm growth (TAG) contribute to firm value

    Innovating IoT instruction through simulation-based modules: An R&D study in higher education

    This study developed and evaluated a computer simulation–based Internet of Things (IoT) lecture module for the Artificial Intelligence for Science Education course to address the gap between abstract IoT concepts and classroom practice in science teacher education. Adopting an R&D approach with the ADDIE model, the module was structured into five subtopics aligned with explicit learning outcomes and supported by simulations, examples, and authentic projects. Expert validation (five validators: content, media, instructional, and evaluation) examined content, language, and presentation using Aiken’s V and Percentage of Agreement. Practicality was assessed via expert questionnaires (ease of use, attractiveness, usefulness, contextual relevance). Implementation involved a trial with 40 prospective science teachers, including a 5-point Likert readability survey. Content validity increased from 0.860 (valid) to 0.960 (very valid), and inter-rater reliability rose from 0.712 (fair) to 0.757 (good) after systematic revisions. Language validity improved from 0.833 to 0.950 (very valid); presentation remained strong at 0.893 (very valid) with qualitative enhancements to visual design. Expected practicality averaged 92% across dimensions (ease of use 91%; attractiveness 92%; usefulness 92%; contextual relevance 92%). Readability scores were consistently “highly readable” across seven dimensions (4.44–4.56), indicating clear language and style, logical sequencing, effective multimodal supports, manageable cognitive load, strong contextual relevance, and robust technical accessibility. The module is ready for classroom adoption, offering a scalable template for integrating IoT through simulations and authentic cases in preservice teacher education

    CV. OKTA is a printing company engaged in packaging production. The company faces several issues, including poor recording of customer orders, lack of proper tracking of raw materials used during the production process, and unrecorded production outputs. These problems can disrupt production activities and potentially lead to significant losses if not addressed. To overcome these challenges, an Information System was developed using the Prototype Method, which involves thorough analysis to gather requirements and generate system concepts. This method includes five main stages: Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. The resulting Production Process Information System can be accessed by Admin, PPIC, Operator, and Owner, with all stages from start to finish being recorded in the system. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and Laragon as the database environment. The results of the study show that the system functions effectively and supports the operations of CV. OKTA, achieving an average User Acceptance Test (UAT) score of 93.23%

    Validity and reliability scientific literacy-based physics assessment instrument on atomic nucleus and radioactivity material

    Indonesia has a low level of scientific literacy, so it is necessary to make efforts for teachers to develop appropriate assessments or assessment instruments. In this research, a physics assessment instrument will be developed based on scientific literacy on atomic nuclei and radioactivity with the aim that the resulting instruments are good and feasible to use. This research is a type of development research. The feasibility analysis of the assessment instruments in this study included validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and differentiability. The assessment instrument will be validated by three expert lecturers as validators. The test subjects in this study were 35 first-year students of the Physics Education Study Program, at Surabaya State University. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the scientific literacy-based physics assessment instrument on atomic nuclei and radioactivity developed has a logical validity value for the content domain of 100% in the very valid category, the construction domain of 92.85% in the valid category, and the language by 85.71% with very valid category. As for the empirical validity value, 50% of the questions are in the valid category and 50% are in the invalid category. The reliability value is 0.492 which means reliable. Furthermore, for the difficulty level of the items, 20% of the questions were in the easy category, 65% of the questions in the moderate category, and 15% of the questions in the difficult category. As well as for the discriminating power of the items, 10% of the items were in the good category, 35% were in the sufficient category, and 55% were in the less category

    Artificial intelligence-based learning recommendation system to promote critical and creative thinking on junior high school physics topics

    This study aims to design a learning recommendation system to support the development of critical and creative thinking skills in junior high school (SMP) physics topics. The system is designed to help students gain a deeper and more integrated understanding of scientific concepts, enabling them to relate physics to real-life contexts and other disciplines, such as biology and chemistry. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) method, which includes needs analysis, system design, data collection and processing, and recommendation system development. The dataset consists of 7,524 learning objectives across various science topics selected per the 7th-grade SMP curriculum. The recommendation system is developed using a content-based filtering approach, allowing for personalised recommendations of learning materials and activities tailored to students’ learning profiles. The results indicate that this system has the potential to serve as an effective tool in supporting integrated physics learning in junior high school, as well as in fostering thinking skills essential for 21st-century challenges

    Pengaruh Level Tepung Jagung terhadap Kualitas Organoleptik, Oksidasi Lemak dan Total Bakteri Sui Wu’u Daging Babi Bagian Perut

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh level tepung jagung terhadap kualitas organoleptik, oksidasi lemak dan total bakteri pada pengolahan sui wu’u daging babi bagian perut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari tiga perlakuan dan lima ulangan sehingga terdapat 15 unit percobaan. Daging babi yang digunakan yaitu: daging babi bagian perut (belly) termasuk lemak dan kulit sebanyak 250 g dari setiap ulangan, dan penggunaan tepung jagung dengan level yang berbeda pada setiap perlakuan yaitu: 200% (P1), 400% (P2), dan 600% (P3). Variabel yang diukur adalah oksidasi lemak, total bakteri dan uji organoleptik meliputi warna, aroma, rasa dan tekstur. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung jagung dengan level yang berbeda pada sui wu’u daging babi bagian perut menunjukkan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kualitas organoleptik dan nilai TBA, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap TPC. Disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi level tepung jagung yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas organoleptik dan menurunkan Total Plate Count (TPC). Level tepung jagung yang terbaik pada sui wu’u daging babi yaitu dengan level 600%. Kualitas organoleptik yang terbaik yaitu: warna pada P3 2,70±1,15% (merah pucat), nilai terbaik TBA pada P2 yaitu 12,81±1,08 mg. Mal/g, dan nilai terbaik TPC pada P2 3,37±3,38 (koloni/gr)

    Transformasi Digital Pelayanan Publik: Urgensi Penguatan Etika dan Karakter dalam Kebijakan Inovatif di Banten

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi transformasi digital dalam sektor pelayanan publik di wilayah Banten, dengan fokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai etika dan karakter dalam kebijakan inovatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, memadukan studi literatur dengan observasi di instansi pelayanan publik di Banten. Analisis tematik dan triangulasi sumber dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi pola implementasi serta membandingkan temuan dengan kerangka teori. Digitalisasi layanan publik di Banten belum sepenuhnya inklusif, terutama di daerah rural atau terpencil. Hambatan ini terlihat dari rendahnya penetrasi internet dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Literasi digital masyarakat yang bervariasi mempertajam ketimpangan ini, menyebabkan disparitas layanan antara kota dan pedesaan. Selain itu, adanya ketidakseimbangan antara kebutuhan efisiensi layanan dengan perlindungan hak individu memperlihatkan perlunya reformasi kebijakan berbasis nilai etika dalam transformasi digital. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup pentingnya program yang humanis, penguatan literasi digital bermoral, dan pengawasan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan guna mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang inklusif, adil, dan berorientasi pada masyarakat luas
