Monitoring and Evaluation of the Performance of Reverse Osmosis Membrane Systems for the Treatment of the Central Danone Plant
Abstract: The objective of the present work is to monitor and control the physicochemical quality of the osmosis water that feeds the dairy industry in our case the Danone plant (DP) "Factory of Salé", for good production and use without no risk. The drilling water treatment and purification technique applied in the Danone plant is reverse osmosis. The approach of this membrane technique at a pressure gradient, allows obtaining good quality water for use in the various activities of the plant. During a 30-day period, we tested the pH, conductivity, alkalinity, hydrometric title, total alkalinity, chlorides content and chlorine content on water drawn from the borehole, the 1? filter output, the treated output A and the treated water. The results of the experimental analyzes generally comply with the standards imposed within the plant, with the exception of a few days where cleaning of the membranes is necessary.

An Integer Programming Model for a Nurse Scheduling Problem
This paper addresses a nurse scheduling problem that is present in a hospital. In order to accommodate the rising cost of sustaining and maintaining the hospital, there is a demand to analyse the manpower scheduling problem by not compromising the needs of the patients. Therefore, this study aims to apply a mathematical method to find the optimal number of nurses to be assigned for duties each day and shift in a hospital. An integer linear programming model is developed to represent the nurse scheduling problem. The mathematical model is solved by using the QM for windows software and the results provides an optimal solution to the nurse scheduling problem
Effects of Organized Hypocrisy Strategy on the Establishment of Political Relation of Rama I and Emperor Qianlong
The paper deploys and develops the organized hypocrisy theory to account for the effect of organized hypocrisy strategy on the establishment of the political relation between Rama I and Emperor Qianlong from 1782 to 1787. Using the case study of Rama, I and Emperor Qianlong and a historical analysis, the paper shows that the logic of consequences of Rama I seek China’s economic and military leads to Sino-Thai conflicting logics of appropriateness. Thailand uses the organized hypocrisy strategy to respond to this situation with two mutually negative versions of royal letters and transliterated terms. The key decoupling mechanism of the strategy is that the Thailand monarch conducts diplomatic interactions that maintain his status, while the Chinese in Thailand act as intermediaries to handle interactions that damage Thailand Monarch’s prestige. Organized hypocrisy strategy allows Thailand to maintain Rama I’s claim of universal kingship and meet the demand of Emperor Qianlong investing Rama I at the same time. Rama I and Emperor Qianlong formed a nominal tributary relationship on this premise. Thailand's organized hypocrisy strategy is largely the political hypocrisy of a small country dealing with a big one. Emperor Qianlong practicing the doctrine of ‘no rule’ and not sending envoys for investiture makes the hypocrisy strategy play a positive role. This study informs our theoretical understanding of Sino-Thai friendly official relations by introducing a focus on the organized hypocrisy strategy hitherto lacking.

Model of Collaboration in Police Services in Land Conflict Resolution
This study aims to describe the collaboration of land conflict services in the jurisdiction of the Madiun Resort Police (Polres). Through a collaborative governance approach, the Madiun Police Department has innovated in the actualization of excellent services through police synergy in the field of security and community order services for collaborative resolutive handling of land conflicts. This is based on the weakness of land conflict services in Madiun Regency, which is due to complex characteristics and weak capacity of stakeholder networks. Based on the empirically, normative and theoretical research framework, the collaboration of police services in handling conflicts in Madiun Regency which is located in the Madiun Resort Police (Polres), and focuses on (1) the Service Collaboration Process which includes the System Context as an initial condition for the Service Collaboration Process in Land Conflict Resolution; Involvement of Various Agencies (Principle Enggagement) as a Formal Agreement on the Service Collaboration Process in Land Conflict Resolution; Shared Motivation as an awareness of the values and collective spririt of the Service Collaboration Process in Land Conflict Resolution; Capacity for Joint Action as the utilization of collaboration actors' resources for the Service Collaboration Process in Land Conflict Resolution; and (2) Strengthening Service Collaboration Capacity which includes Internal Capacity Frameworks; and External Capacity Frameworks; so that the two focuses are able to describe the Land Conflict Resolution Service Collaboration Model which includes: depiction of the Current Model (Existing Model) Collaboration of Land Conflict Resolution Services; and the depiction of the Recommended Model of Conflict Resolution Service Collaboration. This research method consists of the use of a qualitative research approach design; with three (3) Research Focuses with eight (8) Research Subfocuses. Meanwhile, data analysis is used Interactive Qualitative Analysis (IQA). Finally, the collaboration of Madiun Police services has proven to improve the quality of cooperation and synergy between the National Police and Ministries/Institutions and Local Governments and local wisdom. The novelty of this research is: 1) Reconstruction of the collaboration theory from Emerson & Nabatchi, because collaboration must be oriented towards solving problems preventively and predictively. 2) Reconstruction of the capacity strengthening theory of Grindle & Hillderbrand, that through capacity both external and internal it will make land conflict resolution predictive and preventive policing

Development of IoT Healthcare Platform Model for the Elderly using Bigdata and Artificial Intelligence
The entry into an ultra-old society in South Korea, the remarkable development of medical technology as well as the recent emergence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution have contributed to the steady growth of the silver industry in line with the demand for healthy lives of the elderly. However, the silver industry of South Korea is still a rudimentary level. The existing older telecare product was sensor-based and was able to respond at or after the accident. However, there are limitations in preventing and predicting accidents. In particular, preventive healthcare is very important because even in small accidents, older people can be at great risk. We intend to build a healthcare platform based on IoT, against this backdrop. Based on previous studies, we try to build a new concept of architecture by collecting, storing and analyzing data to overcome the limitations of existing platforms. It’s supposed to build cloud-based Bigdata storage that can collect and analyze real-time operating conditions for older people with cameras and mobile phones, and study algorithms for old-age care through Artificial Intelligence. This research would certainly give more safe accident prevention and health care for the elderly and the healthcare industry
