    Use Of Mining Tailings in The Manufacture of Ecological Bricks to Encourage the Construction of Sustainable Housing

    This work aimed to manufacture ecological bricks using mining tailings, by-products of mining activity, to contribute to sustainable housing development. The Peruvian technical standards E.060 and E.070 are used as a reference framework to achieve this. The study focuses on various aspects, such as mineralogical analysis, particle size distribution, plasticization, workability, and rheology. The research methodology adopted is deductive, with an applied and quantitative approach. A retrolective data collection instrument and descriptive, explanatory, correlational, and descriptive level approaches are used. The results obtained from this research reveal significant findings. It was observed that including 20% of an alkaline binder based on calcined clay improves the development of bricks in areas with severe climatic conditions. In addition, incorporating lime fibers reduces thermal conductivity and increases bricks' compressive and bending strength. Blocks containing 30% clay cork reinforce the bricks' bulk density, thermal conductivity, and strength. On the other hand, it was verified that tailings with lead-zinc sulfide, reduced by 47%, comply with the carbonization and contraction coefficient. Shale, fly ash, and cement tailings achieved a compressive strength of 26 MPa and a water absorption rate of 14.32%. The addition of steel filings by 3% improves compressive strength. Likewise, incorporating plastic waste increases the compressive strength to reach 37.5 MPa. As for geopolymers, it was observed that viscosity recovery is in a range between 65% and 82%. Finally, recycled aggregates, with a maximum nominal size of 3/8" and 1/4", meet the standard requirements, providing a compressive strength of up to 8 MPa. Finally, this study demonstrates the potential of using mining tailings and other recycled materials to manufacture ecological bricks for sustainable housing development in mining communities, offering viable solutions from an environmental and construction point of view

    Human Life Represented in Kelong Basing Tribe Kajang

    An Indonesian group known as the Kajang tribe has a history of Basing Kelong after funerals. Kelong Basing is a distinctive tradition that is still practiced today. This custom hasn't, however, been publicly recorded. Documentation needs to be completed in order for the Basing Kelong to continue to be viable and well-maintained. This study aims to illustrate how the Ammatoa people of the Kajang tribe express the path of human existence in their Basing Kelong. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. The study incorporates literary ecology theories. The Ammatoa people of the Kajang tribe, who spoke Basing's Kelong, are the source of the research's data. Data was gathered in the field and at the library. The data were analyzed based on diction and diction strands in Basing Kelong. Diction and strings of diction are transcribed and transliterated to get messages, meanings, and values. The research succeeded in finding three representations of human life in the Basing Kelong, a resident of the Ammatoa tribe of Kajang, namely: the human biological mother is the land, which is the source of life; humans in the world are only temporary, so they must live a simple life, and humans must be patient so that in the world and the hereafter they can find happiness and serenity. These three results were obtained by using a literary ecological study approach to the Basing Kelong. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Ammatoa people of the Kajang tribe have always inherited the application of life ethics and social ethics in living life in the universe

    Virtual Simulators in The Teaching-Learning of Chemistry and Physics: A Systematic Review of The Literature

    The objective of this study was to describe quantitative metrics related to publications on the advantages offered by virtual simulators for the teaching-learning of students in the subjects of Physics and Chemistry, in different databases such as Ebsco, Dialnet, Scielo, DOAJ, including the time period filter. from 2019 to 2023. In this sense, the search was carried out by consulting the words "Virtual simulators", "Virtual reality", "Exact sciences", "Chemistry", "Physics", in the aforementioned databases. Then, the studies were filtered according to the inclusion criteria, which are open access documents and the subject in the database itself, for subsequent review of the literature. At the end of the review, the last filter was performed by exclusion criteria, leaving 9 studies as a final result. It was evidenced that in 2022 the largest number of publications was made, with a total of 4 and also the highest peak of scientific production. Likewise, it was recorded that scientific research on the subject is also carried out in Peru, but it is necessary to deepen it; However, this number of publications shows a scarce scientific production in Latin America. On the other hand, the results of the most frequent keywords in the studies carried out on this topic were chemistry and learning. Finally, it is concluded that there is a shortage of studies that relate both physics and chemistry. Although there are studies that show us an individualized analysis for each variable

Design of physical education curriculum teaching based on positive psychological influence applies positive psychological influence in the process of physical education teaching and constructs a correlation model between teaching content of physical education curriculum and the cultivation of students' quality, ability, and personality quality. Embed positive psychological influencing factors into the content of the physical education teaching section, use scientific process control theory for sports training to monitor and personalize student health data (optimal heart rate), and design innovative physical education curriculum teaching plans.     A Study on the Relation Between Voltage and Bilirubin Concentration in Artificial Blood Solution by Bilirubin Detector

    This research project focuses on investigating the correlation between electric potential difference and bilirubin concentration within an artificial blood solution, utilizing the principles of light absorption. The bilirubin detector's design and construction incorporate a blue light source with a 460 nm wavelength and a green light source with a 560 nm wavelength, enabling interaction with bilirubin concentrations ranging from 2 to 14 mg/dl. Analysis of the project's outcomes revealed a direct relationship between the bilirubin detector's output voltage and the concentration of the bilirubin solution. Notably, an interaction with bilirubin was observed at the 460 nm wavelength, influencing light absorption. In cases of higher bilirubin concentration, light transmittance was diminished, leading to a heightened voltage difference. Conversely, lower bilirubin concentrations facilitated increased light transmission, resulting in a reduced voltage difference. This study contributes to a comprehensive understanding of bilirubin detection methodologies and their potential applications in medical diagnostics

    Teacher Experiences of In-Service Training Programmes on Curriculum Differentiation and Modification in Inclusive Primary Schools of Capricorn District, Limpopo Province, South Africa

    Many teachers struggle with curriculum differentiation and curriculum modification in an inclusive education setting, despite a range of in-service training programmes being offered over recent years. More specifically, several training initiatives have focused on the development of school managers, with the idea of them cascading the information down to the other staff members at school. In this article, we report on teacher experiences of in-service  training programmes on curriculum differentiation and modification in inclusive primary schools in the Limpopo Province, South Africa. In undertaking the study, we followed a qualitative approach, adopting a case study design. Two officials from the Inclusive Education section of the Department of Education and six teachers from the Dimamo circuit were purposively selected to take part in the study. Data were generated through semi-structured interviews  and document analysis. The generated data were analysed through content analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the participating teachers felt inadequately trained to implement various strategies that may accommodate learners with diverse needs in their classrooms, with school managers not providing feedback to teachers after attending inservice training sessions due to time constraints. As a result, we posit that the current model of teacher empowerment on curriculum differentiation and modification, which takes the form of in-service training programmes, is ineffective. we propose that new strategies should be put in place to better equip teachers in this field through, for example, short learning programmes on curriculum differentiation and modification, resource allocation, and feedback provision

    This article compares the legal protections and rights now in place for LGBTQ(QUEER) and unmarried couples to those of the straight couples. They are prevented from taking use of several legal benefits like compensatory rights, educational and insurance welfare programs, etc. for the offspring due to the misidentification of Queer couples and the unmarried pair within the definition of a legally married couple. This illegal prejudice is shown in order to reconsider and provide them equal legal protections under the protection of the right to life guaranteed by Article 21 of the Indian Constitution. The researcher conducted a comparative analysis of the laws of several nations. The article also emphasizes the necessity of enhancing the current legal and legislative framework in our nation.     Aerodynamic Performance Assessment of an Airfoil at Reynolds Number 10000: A Computational Approach

    Effects of a low Reynolds number flow on an airfoil with cavities of a specified shape are analyzed computationally to assess the aerodynamic performance by observing the coefficients of lift and drag with increasing angles of attacks. The Reynolds number considered for the simulation is 1×104 operating at atmospheric conditions at sea level. Indentations with a definite shape (right-angled triangle) are utilized to find the vortex effects of air in the cavity on the shear layer separation on airfoil surface to retain the flow even at higher angles of attack. The simulation is run in ANSYS Fluent to study the increase in the aerodynamic performance, research findings include an increase in coefficient of lift values by approximately, 111.86% of cavity with depth 0.05C indented at 70% of the chord length at 6° angle of attack, 68.13% of cavity with depth 0.05C indented at 50% of chord length at 6° angle of attack, 23.93% of cavity with depth 0.025C indented at 70% of chord length at 6° angle of attack, 3.96% of cavity of depth 0.025C at 6° angle of attack, 9.59% of cavity of depth 0.05C at 18° angle of attack

Cost minimization technique is used to get the approximate expressions for total cost and other parameters. we developed a model under consider demand as price and time dependent rate. Special cases of model are discussed for different values of change in constant of proportional and inflation rate.
