Synthesis, Spectroscopic and Biological Activities Of Complexes Of 2-[(3-Chlorobenzylidene) Hydrazinylidene]-1,2-Diphenylethanimine
This study provides the synthesis of the mononuclear complexes of 2-[(3-Chlorobenzylidene)hydrazinylidene]-1,2-diphenylethanimine ligand (HBMHmCB). We have used elemental, spectral, X-ray, and magnetic moment investigations to characterize all of the compounds. Oximino ions have monodentate coordinated with the metal ions, according to the infrared spectra. This coordination takes place at the O2N2Cl2 donor sites of deprotonated oximino single bond OH, as well as at the imine N atoms of hydrazone and aromatic chloro group. Octahedral geometry is shown by spectroscopic and magnetic investigations of the Ni(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Mn(II), and Cu(II) complexes. While complexes with Zn(II), Hg(II), and Cd(II) exhibit tetrahedral geometry, Pd(II) possesses square planar geometry. The antimicrobial and cytotoxic properties of freshly synthesized compounds were studied. The complexes are effective against a wide variety of bacteria and yeasts, including C. albicans, S. cerevisiae, B. subtilis, P. aeruginosa, and E. coli. The HBMHmCB ligand and its complexes exhibited a wide range of cytotoxic properties
Experimental Study of the Effects of Chenodeoxycholic Acid (Cdca) Additive on Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell (Dssc) Performance Using Dye Mixture of Chlorophyll and Anthocyanin
In this study, we seek to investigate the effects of Chenodeoxycholic Acid (CDCA) in the improvement of photosensitizer made from the mixture of chlorophyll and anthocyanin extracted from neem leaves (Azdirachta indica) and roselle flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa ) respectively. Four DSSC samples were prepared on separate substrates made from fluorinated tin oxide (FTO) coated with titanium dioxide (TiO2) semiconductor nanoparticles double-loaded with different patterns of dye mixture and labeled AA, AB, AC and AD. The optimized dye mixture containing neem in ethanol (Ne) and Hibiscus in water (Hw), (that is, Ne+Hw), gave the best absorbance spectrum and widest band gap with highest peak at 550nm wavelength. Additive dye that contained 1.0mM of CDCA concentration gave maximum peak at 630nm wavelength (aside zero concentration), and showed significantly long-term stability. Substrate AB loaded with background optimized fresh dye and overlaid with additive dye produced the best overall photovoltaic performance with efficiency of 0.505%, fill factor of 54.97%, short-circuit current density Jsc of 0.090mA and open-circuit voltage Voc of 10.20mV. The result showed that the efficiency of cell AB surpassed the efficiency of cell AC (substrate with background old dye loading overlaid with additive dye) by 17.03%, 31.48% over cell AA (substrate double-loaded with only optimized dye), and 35.84% over cell AD (substrate doubled-loaded with only additive dye)
Impacts of Internal Control and Risk Management on Real Estate and Construction Sector in Vietnam
Transparency and disclosure of accounting information in Vietnamese enterprises have been becoming one of hot issues in recent years, as it will affect risk and investment , for instance in a specific industry such as real estate sector in Vietnam. The reliability and availability of these data will facilitate better internal control and risk management procedures and activities for quality control of real estate projects in such emerging markets as Vietnam. We will mainly use statistic and qualitative analysis methods including synthesis and inductive methods to evaluate effects of internal control and risk management on real estate sector, both positive and negative sides. The results show us that This research finding and recommended policy also can be used as reference in policy for internal control and risk management in many developing countries

The Development of Carbon Membrane for Gas Separation: A Review
Abstract: The applications of carbon membranes are becoming more important than ever due to their resilient mechanical strength, stability, and separation performance. The production of carbon membranes involves a suitable precursor that is being subjective to a pyrolysis process under controlled operating conditions that will result a porous structure to be utilized in many different separation applications. Thus, by understanding the preparation aspects of this fabrication process, the product can be manipulated, to optimize the best preparation procedure for obtaining the desired properties of a given type of membrane. This paper reviews the preparation aspects of carbon membranes, that can be manipulated to enhance the overall separation performance.

A Study on Medical English Education of China
There is a paucity of research about the Medical English (ME) education in China. This study aims to give suggestions on improving the quality of medical English education of China by investigating the current Medical English needs of medical students and the current situation of Medical English teaching. The study was conducted during the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year at Chongqing Medical University, China. A total of 260 students were surveyed with Needs Analysis Medical English Questionnaire (NAMEQ). Simultaneously, interviews were carried out to further enrich the research. SPSS version 25.0 was implemented to conduct independent T-test and Chi-square test. Descriptive analysis was used to quantify the responses and summarize the variables. All statistical analyses were performed at a significance level of 5%.The subjects with medical background had various interests in English and were willing to spend time improving it. About 99.3% of the students agreed with the importance of ME for their future study and work. Up to 92% of them wanted to improve their reading ability and 73% of them want to learn medical lexicology. Limited learning periods, irrational orders of curriculum arrangements and insufficient practice were reflected in the learning process. Ample and systemic teaching materials including textbooks, auxiliary materials were urgently needed. Based on current research, feasible suggestions were proposed in aspects of improving students’ interests and inner motivations, curriculum arrangements, adjustments of teaching materials and so forth, which are conducive to the modifications to the contents and methods of teaching ME
Political Intervention in Water Supply Management Companies in Kedah, Malaysia
Disruption of the supply of treated clean water is a phenomenon that occurs all over the world. The increase in population, the growth of urbanization, the opening of agricultural areas and the current economic needs cause the demand for clean water supply to increase but the resources that can be supplied are limited. In addition, other side factors such as natural disasters, raw water resources, technical aspects, human weaknesses and political elements also make the management of clean water supply treated to consumers unmanageable and effective. Hence, the study aims to justify political intervention in water supply management in the state of Kedah with a focus on politicking in Syarikat Air Darul Aman (SADA). Four methods are used to obtain appropriate data and information involving library studies, document analysis, face-to-face interviews with SADA senior management and politicians in Kedah using semi-structural questions and participating in the nature of the researchers who have held the position of CEO of SADA. The results of the analysis showed that; naturally as a result of SADA's organizational structure, close ties between politicians and top management, abuse of power by the CEO, poor company delivery system, public perception of society causing influence and political interference in organizations such as SADA are seen to occur. At the end of the study, a conceptual and model framework to enable SADA to become a professional and consumer service-oriented corporate entity by marginalizing political influence was developed for future reference and implementation purposes
Cultural Sustainability of Hoi an Ancient Houses in the process of becoming the World Cultural Heritage City
In the face of increasing pressures of development towards industrialization and modernization, Hoi An ancient town, needs to add more research to preserve and sustainably promote the value of its cultural heritage. However, there are few studies on cultural sustainability in Hoi An ancient house architecture. Therefore, one of the research objectives of this article is to fill this gap by enhancing current knowledge in the field. The structure of this article explains the relationship between heritage value and ancient heritage houses, as well as the place and role of cultural sustainability in the overall framework of sustainable development. An in-depth literature analysis was conducted following a survey of five ancient houses in Hoi An to achieve these goals. Inclusive Practices Using Theater Pedagogy as an Alternative for Access to Learning
Psychopedagogical research on theatrical pedagogy is among the most significant inclusive education practices in subjects with Special Educational Needs. The objective of the article was to evaluate the use of personal stories of children with Down syndrome who are in the Transition II level of Kindergarten Education and fourth year of Basic Education from theatrical pedagogy as inclusive practices in a private school in the commune of Vitacura, Metropolitan Region (Chile). The research was conducted through the interpretative qualitative approach, using techniques such as the episodic interview and the photographic interview. The Atlas.ti software was used to process the data. The interpretation of results and discussion yielded five central categories: 1) learning opportunities, 2) participation, 3) school access, 4) teaching theater pedagogy, and 5) theater pedagogy activities. This study identifies favorable attitudes of the interviewees to the exercise of theater pedagogy activities as an inclusive scenario, although with observations for improvement in access and physical spaces
Effectiveness of an Educational Program on Practice Change of Nurses Regarding Children with Moderate-To-Severe Dehydration Under Five Years
Dehydration is a major factor in both illness and mortality in children. Nurses play a vital role in managing dehydration. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of an educational program on nurses’ clinical practice on patients with moderate to severe dehydration. In this quasi-experimental study design, we divided 48 nurses into two groups equally: the experimental group was exposed to the educational program; the control group was not exposed to the educational program in Duhok and Zakho Cities/Iraqi Kurdistan (March 6, - June 12, 2022). The mean score of practice of the experimental group was significantly higher compared to the control group at the posttest step (27.71 vs. 2029; P<0.0001) and the second follow-up (26.63 vs. 20.96; P<0.0001). The experimental group had a significantly higher correct practice of dehydration practice than the children at the post-test and the second follow-up. The study showed that the level of practice score was significantly increased from the pretest to the posttest (20.96 vs. 20.29; p=0.0053) and from the posttest to the second follow-up (20.96 vs. 20.29; P=0.0174) in the control group. However, the practice level was significantly increased from the baseline to the posttest and posttest 2 in the experimental groups. The nurses in the surgical and medical wards had significantly higher practice scores compared to those in the NICU; 28.0 and 27.71 vs. 24.67, respectively. The educational program is an effective method to increase the practice of nurses in caring the children with moderate-severe dehydration
