Transforming the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain: The Role of Supply Chain Integration in Connecting Standards Related to Hospital Performance
While integrative care has become standard practice worldwide, a better understanding of the factors driving behaviour, decision-making, collaboration, and governance in care networks is needed to move towards integrative care. The role of supply chain internal and external integration, and its effects on pharmaceutical supply chain performance, has not been studied extensively in the hospital management literature. Supply chain integration adds value to the hospital, demonstrating its efficiency in the pharmaceutical supply chain. This paper proposes a link-oriented model of supply chain integration and performance in the pharmaceutical supply chain. The cross-sectional survey was conducted with 411 pharmacy staff working in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City hospitals. The results indicate that hospital supply chain integration with factors (Human resource management, quality management system, product supply, and information technology) is directly and significantly related to pharmaceutical supply chain performance. The study's main contribution is the discovery of supply chain integration that links pharmaceutical supply chain performance to disease management paradigm transitions. Theoretical and managerial implications, the scope of future research and the study's limitations are also discussed

Synthesis, Molecular Docking Studies and Cytotoxic Screening of Novel 2-Substituted Benzimidazole Derivatives
Cancer is one of the most serious lifethreatening diseases for which there is presently no cure. According to current World Health Organization (WHO) reports cancer is responsible for one out of every six deaths worldwide. Benzimidazole is a heterocyclic, aromatic molecule that acts as a biological scaffold with anticancer, antitumor, and antiproliferative activities, among other biological effects. benzimidazole and oxazole are the important pharmacophore in the medicinal chemistry, due to their widespread pharmacological activities. So, to exploit their anticancer potential we have selected these two for our research work. So, in order to develop potential anticancer agents, it was considered of interest to synthesize some benzimidazole derivatives. Before synthesis of molecule, Molecular docking was done and afterwards the compound with lowest dock score selected for synthesis. Synthesized derivatives Characterized By Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H NMR), Infra-Red (IR), And Mass Spectroscopy (MS) and screen for cytotoxic activity

The total number of drug therapy problem found was 314 of which majority was effect of drug treatment not optimal [P1.2] 155(49.4%) followed by adverse drug event [P1.3] 155(49.0%) and no effect of drug therapy despite correct use [P1.1] 5(1.6%) was the least type of drug therapy problem encountered. The major cause of drug therapy problem was inappropriate drug according to guidelines/formulary and inappropriate combination of drugs (C1.1 & C1.3) which account for 80(26.4%) of drug related problem. Prevalence of drug therapy problem was high (85.9%). Number of Antihypertensives on (P=0.022) and age(P=0.025) were significantly associated with increased drug therapy problem. Increased drug therapy problem can lead to increase in complications, increased hospital stays, emergency hospitalization and increased medical cost
Implementation Of Legal Lending Limits for Commercial Bank Credit as A Form of Implementation of Prudential Principles
This research aims to find out how the Legal Lending Limit (LLL) is implemented for commercial banks. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method using a statutory approach. The research results show that the application of the Legal Lending Limit (LLL) is a form of application of the precautionary principle where regulations regarding LLL aim to minimize credit risks that may occur. If there is a violation or exceedance of the LLL, it must be handled immediately by making an action report and the bank must resolve the violation or exceedance of the LLL in accordance with the action plan within a predetermined time limit. The impact of violations or exceeding the LLL that are not resolved means that the person responsible for a bank can be subject to sanctions in the form of administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions, apart from that it can also have an impact on the continuity of the bank's existence if a credit failure occurs
