The Construction of Legal Protection for Journalists Unaffiliated with Press Companies in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era
This paper aims to: (1) analyze the legal protection for journalists unaffiliated with press companies and (2) formulate a construction of legal protection for journalists unaffiliated with press companies in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era in Indonesia. This normative legal research applied the statute and conceptual approaches. Results showed that: (1) Journalists unaffiliated with press companies only obtain protection from the state based on Article 8 Law of the Press although they do not feel the benefit of such a protection and (2) The construction of legal protection for journalists that are unaffiliated with press companies has an emphasis on the revision of Article 8 Law of the Press which should explain the type of legal protection obtained, considering that more journalists use online media to publish their work. Multi-interpretable articles of the Amended Law on Electronic Information and Transaction should also be revised to prevent the criminalization of journalists.

Heart Stroke Prediction Using Federated Learning
Heart attacks in youth have become a common issue, making it crucial to predict the chances of heart stroke in patients. However, the fragmented and private nature of healthcare data presents a significant challenge for producing reliable research results across populations. Federated Learning shows promise in connecting disparate healthcare data sources while also safeguarding privacy. To that end, this research aims to develop a Federated Learning algorithm that addresses the challenges and opportunities in healthcare by utilizing a central server to train a sharing globalized model while retaining sensitive data in local institutions where they originated. This approach is particularly important as electronic health records of diverse patient groups are owned by multiple institutions, making it difficult for hospitals to share such sensitive information. This proposed algorithm will contribute towards the creation of generalizable and efficient analytical techniques for predicting heart stroke risk in patients. This proposed algorithm produced better accuracies compared to traditional machine learning approaches. The study focused on working with numerical data sets and has the potential to contribute towards the creation of generalizable and efficient analytical techniques for predicting heart stroke risk in patients.
Bus Ticket Booking System using QR Code with AES Encryption
Most Malaysians prefer public transportation as their primary choice for working, returning to their hometown, or traveling from state to state. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, bus tickets can be bought online. However, a passenger who purchased the bus ticket still needs to queue up to get the physical bus ticket, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of virus infection during the pandemic. If the passenger loses his physical tickets, the information may be leaked and exploited. This paper is designed to allow a passenger to book tickets online, where the bus ticket is presented as a QR code. The QR code ticket is auto-generated after the booking is completed. Hence, the passenger can skip queueing at the counter to get the physical ticket, reduce the virus infection and save waiting time. Besides, a cryptographic mechanism is applied in the QR code ticket, which prevents the leakage of QR code information. When the passenger scans the QR code ticket, the system decrypts the protection layer of the QR code ticket and automatically records the passenger's presence in the proposed system
Research related to the Aqaba Special Economic Zone: A Critical Review
Aqaba, a major city in the southern part of Jordan and the only coastal city in the country, has received extensive research due to its historical, geographical, political, tourism and economic importance both at the local and international levels. This study aims to review the corpus of research accomplished over the past five decades and directed to certain aspects of the city. The importance of this study stems from the fact that the major bulk of research either in English or in Arabic has been solely directed to specific parts while neglecting others of no less importance. The qualitative study uses a comparative analytical approach to explore the nature of researching Aqaba including the nature of the topics covered, the aims and the methods used in the corpus of research. The importance of this study is perceived as it provides a database that enables researchers and policy-makers and private and public institution to use while planning major projects in the city of Aqaba. In result, this study will contribute to advancing and enriching the library of research about Aqaba with the appropriate references for strategic planning and promoting a bright future for the bride of the Red Sea, in line with the efforts of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein in reform and development
The task-oriented Smart Tourism Chatbot Service
The smart tourism service provides tourists with a travel planner service before the trip and a tour guide service during the trip. Smart tourism chatbot service can easily and conveniently provide smart tourism services to tourists along with smart tourism apps. In this paper, we develop the smart tourism platform and propose the task-oriented smart tourism chatbot service that efficiently provides tourism information provided by smart tourism apps to users. The smart tourism platform consists of the smart tourism chatbot and smart tourism information systems. The smart tourism chatbot system identifies the intention of the user's question and searches for the tourism information ID in the tourism information knowledgebase. The smart tourism information system provides tourism information of the smart tourism app to the user using the searched tourism information ID. The proposed smart tourism chatbot system applies the tourism information NER (Named Entity Recognition) model to accurately understand the intention of the user's question to the existing DST (Dialogue State Tracking) model-based chatbot system. We create tourist information named entities of the NER model based on the values of the domain and slot in the DST model defined in the 4W1H method. The NER model determines the domain, slot, and value to identify the intention of the user's question, and the DST model manages the dialogue state and retrieves the tourism information ID from the tourism information knowledgebase.

Challenges and HRM Practices within Jordanian Business Organizations
This paper highlights and provides a more grounded foundation for Jordan's human resource management (HRM) concept. It examines four HRM practices: enrollment and choice, preparation and advancement, execution examination and rewards and advantage; what is more, associations these practices with social components, the universe of legislative issues, judicious issues, and social characteristics, the revelations recommend that HRM in Jordan has not yet gotten due thought. The delegate selection and decision cycle could be more robust and need feasible ideas. The adequacy of even talented and qualified employees will be limited if they are not urged and roused to work. However, through HRM practices, they can be encouraged to work more diligently and more brilliantly. Use and time spent preparing and advancing are considered pointless capacities in many Arab businesses, particularly Jordanian ones. Dynamically, representatives' show and abilities can, in like manner, be impacted by HRM rehearses, which control the preparation and improvement of the affiliation's HR; Jordanian organisations and firms are managing complex issues enveloping the progression of HR, including high turnover rates and a shortfall of gifted laborers. Low spending on investigation, planning, and headway has fueled these issues. The HRM writing shows that many Arab businesses, including public and private Jordanian companies, need to pay more attention to their HRM practices
Transforming Alcoholic Vinasse: Improving Biodegradability and Reducing Toxicity through Hydrodynamic Cavitation – A Review
This review examined the viability of hydrodynamic cavitation as a pretreatment method to improve biodegradability and reduce toxicity in alcoholic vinasse. The growing interest in environmental impacts and the demand for sustainable solutions in the alcohol production industry have driven the search for efficient methods to treat vinasse, a complex and polluting by-product. The basic principles of hydrodynamic cavitation and its application in contaminant removal are explored in detail. Through a critical review of existing research, the efficiency of removal of organic load and recalcitrant contaminants, the influence of geometric parameters, the operational parameters of the process, and the challenges of applying hydrodynamic cavitation as pretreatment of alcoholic vinasse are analyzed. Despite its limitations, its potential as a solution to address pollution problems in alcohol production stands out. Ultimately, this review aims not only to collect and analyze the available information but also to encourage future research in this direction. Strengthening Cadre Capacities in Combating Stunting: The "ERKADUTA" Initiative
Stunting represents a persistent nutritional challenge arising from prolonged insufficient dietary intake. Especially in the Indonesian context, there is a pressing demand for community empowerment to address stunting in children below the age of two, owing to the multifaceted nature of this problem. In the present research, we executed an intervention by providing support to mothers of toddlers through the establishment of the ERKADUTA center, which served as a collaborative learning space for mothers of toddlers and trained neighborhood leaders (RT activists). The preliminary phase of this research employed a quantitative analytical approach, involving a sample of 96 participants. The examined variables encompassed the Erkaduta Model, the knowledge of mothers with children under the age of two, the attitudes of these children, and the practices of mothers regarding stunting prevention. The analysis incorporated a comparative evaluation before and after the ERKADUTA mentoring intervention, employing the Mann-Whitney test. Subsequently, the influence of these factors was examined using partial least squares. The majority of mothers with toddlers exhibit favorable attitudes toward stunting prevention. The ERKADUTA model plays a significant role in enhancing the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of mothers with children under the age of two. Subsequent analysis revealed that the "practice" variable demonstrated the highest outer loading value of 0.856 and a t-statistic of 21.668, signifying that the ERKADUTA model has the most substantial impact on modifying the practices of mothers with children under the age of five. The ERKADUTA model substantially enhances stunting prevention practices, particularly among mothers with toddlers
