Analysis of Secure Cognitive Radio Network with Optimal Resource Management
During the last decade, Cognitive Radio Network (CRN) technology has been a significant advance in addressing the ever-increasing spectrum demand. As the number of licensed and unlicensed users in a network rises to complete a certain activity, the information exchange between various types of traffic becomes more complex and difficult. Congestion in CRN is also caused by the conflict among several users for channel access (PUs and SUs). In a very crowded network, many applications perform badly owing to packet collisions and, as a result, packet loss before significant buffer queue building. This circumstance is aggravated by an increase in network users. Congestion control is a vital and essential aspect of the present research issue in communication networks. Several recent reviews in the literature indicate that the congestion issue in the CRN has not been thoroughly studied. Thus, effective and efficient congestion control strategies are sought to optimize network resource usage and management. To prevent congestion, it is crucial for CRN to do research on the creation of an efficient congestion management system. This will improve the network's resource consumption and performance. "Performance improvement via efficient spectrum management through optimum resource management and congestion control in the CRN by mitigating different threats" is the primary target of this project. This research also focused on enhancing performance by addressing security issues in an IoT-based CRN environment. This study provides a comprehensive review of several similar studies and their limitations, which may be used to formulate a new research target

Smart Pumping System - A Smart Solution to Automize the Manual Pumping Process
One of the most crucial resources for supporting life on Earth is water. It is necessary for everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and taking a shower. Water supply systems in residential areas are often administered by municipal corporations or other governing organizations. This project mainly focuses on the IoT-based solution for the automation of the water tank filling system in our residential area. In this project two Esp8266 MCUs connected to the same cloud channel are used, one will be at the Water Source side and the other will be at the Tank side.If the water level in the tank is low, the Esp8266 will send the Motor ON signal to the ThingSpeak IoT Cloud, and the Esp8266 at the river or dam side, which is also connected to the same cloud channel, will read that signal and turn the 'Motor ON'. The other microcontroller at the river/dam side will turn the motor OFF if the tank is full because the Esp8266 sends the "Motor OFF signal" over the cloud. Additionally, the user is given access to a web interface that shows graphs and indications so they may study and examine the data coming from the system
Weighted Prakaamy Distribution: Properties, Applications and Analysis
The paper introduces a new probability distribution, which is weighted version of the Prakaamy distribution. The paper explores various statistical properties of the Weighted Prakaamy (WP)distribution including probability density function (PDF), cumulative distribution function (CDF), moments, moment generating function, characteristics function, reliability analysis, ordered statistics, maximum likelihood estimation of parameters, entropies, likelihood ratiotest, and Bonferroni and Lorenz curves. The paper uses simulations to evaluate the performance of maximum likelihood estimators. The authorsapply the WP distribution to various real-life data sets from fields of engineering and medical science. This empirical analysis aims to evaluate the performance of the distribution in modeling and predicting real-world phenomena. The paper suggests that WP distribution outperforms other probability distributions including Prakaamy distribution, Exponential distribution, Erlang Truncated Exponential distribution, Power Lindley distribution and Lindley distribution

This study aimed to find legal solutions to the effects of the lease contract, especially the obligations of the lessee, with an indication of the impact of the Corona epidemic on the breach of these contractual obligations in the lease contract. Extraction, Chemical Composition and Antibacterial Activities of The Essential Oil of Salix Babylonica in Viet Nam
This study investigated the chemical compositions and the antibacterial activities of Salix babylonica essential oils from Viet Nam. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system was used to analyze the chemical compositions of essential oils. The antibacterial activities of S. babylonica Eos were determined by using diameter of inhibition zones. The result showed that S. babylonica EOs exhibited antibacterial activity against the tested bacteria in a concentration-dependent manner
Determination Of Optical Constant of a Clear Glass Material for Accurate Daylighting and Solar Heat Gain Assessment Using Spectrophotometer Measurements
Many qualities make glass attractive, as it is transparent, chemically inert, environmentally friendly, sustainable, strong, easily available and relatively cheap. Recently, many researchers have been interested in designing the buildings to get the benefit from daylight inside, which saves a lot of building consumption for artificial lighting, which gives visual and thermal comfort and also contributes to reducing costs. The complex refractive index of glass is a very crucial concept because it determines not only how much light is reflected and transmitted, but also its angle of refraction in glass. The optical constants of glass material are very useful for determining its radiative properties, as well as for selecting the appropriate thin-film coatings on a glass substrate. The objective of this study is to calculate the real part (n) and the imaginary part (k) of the complex refractive index of a clear glass material using a simple method based on the reflectivity and transmissivity measurements. In this study, the parts n and k are derived from the equations of the reflectivity at near zero incidence and transmissivity at normal incidence by using Shimadzu IR-70 Spectrophotometer and Cary 5E Spectrophotometer apparatuses. The real and the imaginary parts of the complex refractive index of the glass sample obtained in the present study are in very good agreement with Rubin’s data. Although, a direct comparison between different samples is not possible, due to the difference in manufacturing process and material composition.  
Measuring the Effect of Consumer Protection Laws on Consumer Purchase Intention with Consumer’s Attitude toward Deception as a Mediator
Marketing deception in Iraq is different from other countries due to the absence of ?governmental control, corruption, the political composition and structure of the country. This study aims to test the effect of consumer protection laws on consumer purchase intention. The data were collected by a questionnaire distributed randomly to customers local Supermarkets in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. A random sampling technique was used. Accordingly, 300 respondents participated in the survey, and 275 valid responses were received, demonstrating a 92% response rate. The hypothesis was tested by employing Partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The finding showed consumer protection laws have significant effect on consumer purchase intention. Also, the relationship between consumer protection laws and consumer buying intention was mediated by consumer attitude. The outcomes propose that strong laws and regulation by the government favor both consumers and marketers and will increase the attitude of consumers toward purchasing a product
Sciencetometric Forensic Linguistics Investigation
This research used a qualitative approach in literature review, using inclusion criteria and flowcharts to compile data into a synthesis based on scientific sources related to linguistic forensics that were obtained from various sources both journals and books using inclusion criteria. The researchers found 2436 journals that fit these keywords. A total of 439 journals found according to the search keywords were then screened, 163 journals were excluded because full text articles were not available. Eligibility assessment of 279 full text journals was carried out, journals that were duplicated and did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded as many as 273, so that 6 full text journals were reviewed. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion above from this study, it can be concluded that with the development of forensic linguistics as a scientific discipline, linguistic studies are certainly needed both for oral variety data and written variety data related to language in legal processes, language in legal products and language in legal evidence.  
Psychological Factors Influencing Leadership, Diversity and Equality for Better Inclusive Education Practices
To promote inclusive practices holistically within Indonesia’s school system, three ideas–leadership, diversity, and equality–have been constructed and integrated within the operationalization of the inclusive education concept. This study has been carried out to understand the influence of leadership, diversity, and equality factors on inclusive practices in schools, especially in Indonesia. This study used a correlational research method with a questionnaire as the data collection technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 212 respondents living in West Java Province, Indonesia. The research was based on the theory of inclusion, equality, diversity, and leadership in teaching and learning. The data analysis, using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), revealed that female teachers had good knowledge and were found to be prospective teachers with better support for inclusive education. However, it has been established that variations exist regarding the way special education teachers and general teachers address practical leadership, diversity, and equality in an inclusive learning environment. Experienced teachers, in support of inclusive practices within education, were observed to understand their leadership style, perceptions regarding the equality of learners, and how they handle students’ diversity within a school enclosure. It has been concluded that the attitudes of both experienced and inexperienced teachers toward leadership, equality, and diversity influence the promotion of inclusive practices
