    Based on observations conducted in the area, particularly at the elementary school level, teachers in Cibening Village still make very limited use of learning resources, especially those based on information and communication technology (ICT). This condition is largely due to the lack of training provided to teachers in the use of technology and ICT-based teaching aids, which results in limited knowledge and skills in utilizing digital learning media. Consequently, the learning process tends to rely on conventional methods that are less interactive and innovative. Therefore, a workshop on the use of ICT-based learning media was organized as part of this community service program in order to enhance teachers’ ability to integrate technology into the learning process. The program was implemented through training activities held at SDN Cibening 01, Cibening Village, with the target participants being the teachers at SDN Cibening 01. The impact of this training program is an increase in teachers’ motivation to utilize ICT-based learning media, thereby making the learning process more engaging, interactive, and effective in improving students’ comprehension. In addition, this program is expected to provide teachers with new insights in creating more creative and technology-based learning innovations, ultimately contributing to the improvement of education quality in elementary schools in Cibening Village

    The development of fine motor skills in early childhood plays a crucial role in fostering creativity, enhancing hand coordination, and building children’s self-confidence. This community service program was conducted in Lubang Buaya Village with the primary objective of improving children’s manual skills through practice-based training. The applied method consisted of initial observation to identify needs, training sessions, and hands-on practice in producing creative works. The main material used in this activity was flannel fabric, with the final product being a handmade keychain. A total of 21 early childhood participants were actively engaged throughout the implementation process. The results demonstrated that the training effectively improved children’s fine motor skills, strengthened their creativity, and enhanced their confidence in appreciating their own work. The children were able to produce simple yet meaningful creations and showed high enthusiasm during each session. Therefore, flannel-based handicraft training proved to be an effective method for empowering early childhood development and contributed significantly to nurturing children’s potential in Lubang Buaya Village

    The development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology has advanced rapidly and is now applied in agriculture, mining, forestry, and the creative industry. Indonesia, with its vast territory and diverse topography, has great potential for UAV utilization. However, mastery of this technology at the vocational school level remains limited. SMK Angkasa 1 Jakarta, particularly in its aviation department, faces this challenge and requires strengthened competencies in UAVs. In response, Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma carried out a Community Service program as a form of technology and innovation transfer. The program aimed to enhance students’ conceptual understanding and basic skills related to UAVs, introduce prototype design processes, familiarize them with UAV system components, and provide learning modules and equipment for independent learning. The methods included the preparation of teaching modules, delivery of UAV materials (theory, conceptual design, electrical and navigation systems), hands-on practice in building polyfoam UAV prototypes, interactive discussions, and evaluations through pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ knowledge, indicated by the increase in post-test scores and positive feedback on the training. The provision of UAV prototypes and modules further strengthened practice-based learning at the school. In conclusion, the training successfully improved students’ competencies while contributing to the quality of vocational education in aviation. Recommendations include establishing a UAV laboratory, continuous teacher training, broader collaboration with industry, and promoting student work through UAV competitions and exhibitions

    Financial literacy is a very important skill for communities, especially in rural areas that often have limited access to financial information. This research aims to improve the financial literacy of Ridogalih Village community through the implementation of frugal living concept, cash flow recording, and savings program for children. The methods used in this community service include counseling and training that explains the importance of saving, how to choose savings products, and simple financial recording techniques. This activity targets parents of students and the surrounding community, hoping to form wise financial habits from an early age. The results of the counseling showed an increase in the community's understanding of financial management and the importance of saving. This program not only aims to provide knowledge, but also to instill positive financial values among parents, so that they can be better prepared to face economic challenges in the future. Through this activity, it is hoped that the community of Ridogalih Village can achieve better economic welfare and create a smarter and more independent generation in managing their finances

    Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Dengan Metode Sharia Conformity And Profitability

    This research aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability method. Sharia Conformity refers to the extent to which a sharia bank complies with sharia principles in its operations and products. Meanwhile, Profitability assesses the extent to which the bank can generate profits from its business activities. This study uses financial performance data from Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2023. The Sharia Conformity method is measured through analysis of compliance with sharia principles, including product structure, transactions, and compliance with the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN). Meanwhile, Profitability is measured by financial indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The results of this research show that using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) method in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2023, namely Bank Muamlamat Indonesia in the URQ position where Bank Muamalat Indonesia has a Sharia Conformity performance of 75% and Profitability of 1.37%, and Bank Aceh Syariah is located in the URQ position where Bank Aceh Syariah has a Sharia Conformity performance of 79% and Profitability of 67.15%. In terms of Sharia Conformity, Bank Aceh Syariah is superior because in 2023 it will achieve good financial performance and growth. This growth is the result of Bank Aceh Syariah's strategy which focuses on performance both in terms of financing and income. Then in terms of Profit it is also superior because Bank Aceh Syariah's performance was recorded to be very encouraging at 67.15% compared to Bank Muamalat Indonesia

    Problematic financing is one of the major risks faced by Islamic banking institutions. Commonly referred to as non-performing financing, this issue can significantly affect the financial stability and operational performance of the institution. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to problematic financing and to analyze the resolution steps undertaken in murabahah contracts at BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka. The research adopts a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and verification techniques. Prior to resolving the problematic financing, the bank first identifies the underlying factors and assesses the customer's collectability status. The bank then implements a series of recovery measures through the R3 process: rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. In the final stage, if collateral execution is deemed necessary, BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka proceeds according to the guidelines outlined in the National Sharia Board Fatwa No. 47/DSN-MUI/II/2005, particularly from the first to the fourth provisions of the fatwa. The findings indicate that the handling of problematic financing at BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka is carried out in a systematic manner and ali  gns with sharia principles. These resolution strategies are expected to serve as a reference for other Islamic financial institutions in managing financing risk more effectively and in compliance with sharia law

    This study aims to evaluate the challenges in management and curriculum within the framework of educational mutualization at Salafiyyah Islamic Boarding Schools (Pesantren), specifically the integration of religious and general education relevant to contemporary societal needs. The central research question explores the extent to which the management and curriculum practices of Salafiyyah pesantren support the development of an integrative and adaptive educational quality that addresses the spiritual, social, and economic needs of students (santri). A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings were analyzed by comparing field data with educational management theories, integrated curriculum frameworks, and previous research on similar topics. The findings reveal that Salafiyyah pesantren face several significant challenges, particularly in the areas of human resource management, financial administration, curriculum implementation, and infrastructure development. The existing curriculum remains largely traditional and lacks responsiveness to modern demands. Additionally, the management system is often informal and has yet to adopt a structured and professional approach.. In conclusion, the study underscores the urgency of reforming both management structures and curriculum design to enable pesantren to function as adaptive and contextually relevant educational institutions. Educational mutualization in Salafiyyah pesantren can only be realized through the synergy of curriculum revitalization, professional management practices, and adequate resource support

    Reconstruction of Contemporary Islamic Education: Between Reality, Strategic Issues, and Progressive Solutions

    Contemporary Islamic education faces various internal and external challenges that hinder its development in the era of globalization. Problems such as limited funds, inadequate facilities, the quality of educators who are not yet professional, and learning methods that are not adaptive are strategic issues that need serious attention. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature studies to examine the reality of Islamic education, emerging strategic issues, and progressive solutions that can be implemented. The results of the study show that Islamic education must be reconstructed by integrating authentic Islamic values and the principles of modernization of education that are responsive to the times. Modern Islamic education not only emphasizes ukhrowi aspects, but also worldly aspects, so that it is able to produce a generation that is religious, moral, adaptive, innovative, and globally competitive. The concept of modernization of Islamic education must overcome the dichotomy between religious science and secular science by prioritizing a balance between Islam, Indonesianness, and science. Thus, Islamic education can play a strategic role in educating the nation's life and building an advanced civilization without losing Islamic identit

    Rigid pavement with nailed-slab system is a replacement for the use of concrete claws with short posts. This study aims to design a prototype of rigid pavement with a nailed-slab system to be applied to soft soil in Demak. Soft soil samples were taken from Guntur, Demak by digging the soil surface ±50 cm. The prototype design began with the manufacture of a test tub measuring 200 x 200 x 150 cm with walls of thin steel plates on the back and sides. The base of the test body is made of thin steel plate and the front of the body is made of glass. At the bottom of the thin steel plate wall there is a water pipe that is used as an outlet water channel. The soil in the test tub that has been in accordance with the density in the field will be cut, so that the elevation is the same as the top of the test tub before the prototype of the pavement plate is placed on it. The prototype schematic of the test piece consists of reinforced concrete with a slab dimension of 120 cm x 120 cm x 10 cm, and a pole as an anchor with a depth of 100 cm and a diameter of 10 cm. Before casting on reinforced concrete, a strain gauge is installed that is tied to the prototype reinforcement, then cast and left for 28 days to make the concrete 100% perfect strength. After that, a loading test was carried out with a monotonic load in the form of a beam measuring 20 cm x 20 cm gradually with an increase in load twice from the previous load. The load is given from 1 kN, 2 kN, and 4 kN, the results show that the greater the load given, the greater the deflection produced

    Perbandingan Struktur Tuned Mass Damper dan Struktur Fixed Base dengan Metode Performance Base Design

    Indonesia's location in an earthquake zone with moderate to high intensity increases the urgency of planning high-rise earthquake-resistant buildings. Losses that occur due to the absence of procedures to predict earthquakes properly and accurately, make it important to innovate structural systems and evaluate their performance against earthquakes. This study aims to determine the impact of adding Tuned Mass Damper to buildings viewed from the level of structural performance compared to Fixed Base structures. Performance Base Design based on FEMA 440, is a design that categorizes the target damage to building structures into 4 levels of damage reviewed from the percentage of story deviation to the total height of the structure. Tuned Mass Damper is an innovation in structural systems consisting of mass, springs, and dampers installed to absorb their dynamic response. Pendulum Tuned Mass Damper is a Tuned Mass Damper system using a pendulum swinging relative to the floor motion. The addition of Tuned Mass Damper to Fixed Base type buildings causes a decrease in deviation of up to 19% from the original deviation depending on the mass ratio. This addition also reduces the value of the structural period by up to 9% with the period still below the maximum period standard. In addition, the addition of Tuned Mass Damper also reduces the target value of structural displacement based on FEMA 440 by 52% with the immediate occupancy building performance level.Letak Indonesia dalam wilayah gempa dengan intensitias moderat hingga tinggi meningkatkan urgensi dalam perencanaan bangunan tinggi tahan gempa. Kerugian yang terjadi akibat belum ada prosedur untuk memprediksi gempa dengan baik dan tepat, menjadikan pentingnya inovasi sistem struktur dan evaluasi performanya terhadap gempa. Performance Base Design dengan berdasarkan pada FEMA 440, merupakan desain perancangan yang berfokus untuk mengkategorikan target kerusakan struktur bangunan menjadi 4 tingkat kerusakan yang dibedakan berdasarkan persentase biaya perbaikan bangunan. Penentuan nilai ini ditinjau dari persentase simpangan tingat didasarkan pada tinggi total struktur Tuned Mass Damper merupakan inovasi sistem structural tersusun dari massa, pegas, dan damper yang dipasang pada struktur untuk menyerap respon dinamiknya. Pendulum Tuned Mass Damper merupakan sistem Tuned Mass Damper yang bekerja menggunakan pendulum berayun secara relative terhadap gerak lantai. Penambahan Tuned Mass Damper pada bangunan berjenis Fixeded base menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan pada simpangan hingga 19% dari simpangan asli tergantung pada rasio massanya. Penambahan ini juga mengurangi nilai periode struktur hingga 13% dengan periode masih dibawah standard periode maksimum. Selain itu penambahan itu Tuned Mass Damper juga mengurangi nilai target perpindahan struktur yang didasarkan pada FEMA 440 sebesar 52% dengan level kinerja bangunan operational
