    Pengenalan metode permainan motorik kasar anak pada guru TK di Banjarmasin

    Tujuan sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam memberikan pembelajaran yang tepat dalam proses pembentukan motorik anak, sehingga dengan terlaksananya kegiatan ini guru mampu memberikan permainan di sekolah yang sesuai dan tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara tutorial dan diskusi.untuk teori, serta praktik/latihan dalam kelompok dan diskusi untuk pengalaman praktik. Metode pelaksanaa melalui ceramah dan diskusi tentang teori-teori program pemulihan olahraga, serta praktik pemulihan olahraga, sehingga peserta pelatihan memiliki landasan pemahaman pengetahuan teori dan praktek tentang program pemulihan olahraga. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberikan oleh Bonita Amalia, M.Pd. dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Mei 2023 dengan hasil kegiatan yaitu materi yang diberikan sangat membantu peserta dalam proses pembelajaran motorik kasar antara lain ialah lokomotor dan manipulatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar dimana tim pengabdian memberikan materi berupa metode permainan motorik kasar dan mencontohkan atau mempraktekkan secara bersama guru-guru TK di Banjarmasin. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat kali ini sangat diperlukan pengembangan dalam hal yang lebih luas dan diharapkan agar para guru-guru TK di Banjarmasin dapat lebih kritis lagi dalam berpikir

    Comparison of Seismic Performance of L-Shaped Multi-Story Structures with Eccentrically Braced Frame and Friction Dampers

    At the stage of planning the design of an asymmetric multi-story structure, the seismic performance of the structure must be considered, especially in earthquake prone areas. A structure can increase its capacity to withstand seismic loads by using an appropriate bracing system, such as eccentric bracing or utilizing seismic dampers like friction dampers. This research aims to compare five L-shaped multi-story steel structural models using Eccentrically Braced Frame and friction dampers. The models that focus of this research are model 1 (Moment Resisting Frame), model 2 (structure with diagonal EBF), model 3 (structure with inverted V EBF), model 4 (structure with diagonal friction damper), and model 5 (structure with chevron friction damper). To analyze each model from the elastic condition to the collapse condition, the ETABS software was used, which employs a nonlinear static pushover approach. As a result, all evaluated structural models meet the Immediate Occupancy performance level, which means that all five models can still function normally even after an earthquake occurs. Because of the higher ductility capacity and better inelastic behavior compared to MRF and EBF structures, structures with friction dampers are the best choice for use in steel structures

    Pengaruh Temperatur Dan Waktu Pelapisan Nikel Terhadap Ketebalan Dan Kekerasan Permukaan Pada Baja ASTM A36 Menggunakan Proses Elektroplating

    Kompresor adalah suatu alat yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengalirkan dan menambah energi (tekanan) pada Elektroplating merupakan kelompok pelapisan yang mengandalkan larutan kimia (elektrolit) dalam berlangsungnya perpindahan ion-ion logam ke logam lain dengan adanya arus listrik yang mengalir. Elektroplating dilakukan agar dapat mempengaruhi karakteristik yaitu dengan memberikan sifat ketebalan pelapisan, kekerasan dan struktur permukaan pada benda kerjanya dimana diharapkan mengalami pengaruh dalam hal struktur permukaan maupun ketahanan terhadap korosinya. Penelitian menggunakan material jenis baja ASTM A36 yang akan dilakukan proses elektroplating nikel bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama waktu dan temperarure larutan terhadap hasil nilai ketebalan dan kekerasan dari baja. Menggunakan variasi waktu 45, 60, dan 75 menit serta temperatur larutan 350C dan 500C selanjutnya akan dilakukan pengujian ketebalan dengan alat ukur dial gauge digital dan pengujian kekerasan dengan alat ukur Hardness Rockwell A (HRA). Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ketebalan tertinggi terjadi pada spesimen dengan lama waktu 75 menit dan dalam temperatur larutan 500C dengan nilai ketebalan 3,980 mm, dan nilai ketebalan terendah terjadi pada lama waktu 45 menit dan dalam temperatur larutan 350C dengan nilai ketebalan 3,941 mm. Dimana nilai ketebalan semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya lama waktu dan temperatur larutan. Sedangkan, nilai kekerasan terendah terjadi pada lama waktu 45 menit dan temperatur larutan 350C dengan nilai kekerasan 47,5 HRA dan hasil kekerasan permukaan tertinggi terjadi pada spesimen lama waktu 60 menit dan temperatur larutan 500C dengan nilai kekerasan 49,6 HRA.     EFEKTIVITAS PEMERINTAHAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERLIBATAN MASYARAKAT DESA: STUDI DI MAIWA KABUPATEN ENREKANG

    This research aims to analyze the factors that influence community participation in village governance and the role of the village government in increasing such participation. This study also examines the relationship between village government leadership, transparency, public services, and coordination with community leaders on the level of community participation in village development. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns that exist among the variables studied. The results showed that transformational leadership, transparency, and active community participation play a significant role in improving the quality of village governance. Communities tend to participate more actively in village meetings and decision-making when there is clarity of information and good public services. In addition, the role of community leaders and the use of information technology also have a positive impact on the community participation process. The implication of this study is the importance of increasing the capacity of village governments in improving transparency mechanisms and public services, as well as strengthening coordination with community leaders to expand community participation

    Smart Drip Irrigation System with Integrated Soil pH and Moisture Sensors Using RS485 Communication

    Agricultural development requires reliable methods for measurable soil condition monitoring to support crop growth. Soil moisture and soil pH are critical parameters that significantly affect plant development. Manual observation of these parameters is inefficient and often produces inconsistent data. This study designed a smart drip irrigation system integrating soil moisture and soil pH sensors with RS485 communication using the MAX485 module. Arduino Nano was applied as the sensor node for data acquisition, and ESP32 was used as the master controller for decision-making in irrigation and fertilization. System validation employed Lavios VT-05 as the reference instrument. Experimental results showed that soil moisture sensors provided consistent readings with minimal deviation across different conditions, while soil pH sensors maintained high accuracy compared to standard buffer solutions. RS485 communication was tested up to 7 meters and demonstrated stable performance. These findings confirm that the system is capable of accurate soil monitoring and reliable communication for smart drip irrigation applications

    Comparative Study of Logistic Regression, Neural Network, and Deep Learning in Predicting Hypertension Risk

    Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, and early detection is crucial for effective management. This study compares the predictive performance of three modeling techniques—Logistic Regression (LR), Neural Network (NN), and Deep Learning (DL)—in estimating the risk of hypertension. The dataset, obtained from Kaggle, consists of demographic and clinical variables with binary labels indicating the presence or absence of hypertension. Each model was trained and evaluated using RapidMiner, with performance assessed through accuracy and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The results indicate that the Neural Network outperformed both Deep Learning and Logistic Regression, achieving the highest accuracy (99.88%) and the lowest RMSE (0.124). These findings suggest that shallow neural networks can provide reliable and efficient predictions for hypertension risk, sometimes even surpassing more complex deep learning architectures.

    Gender Negotiation in Pop Music: A Critical Discourse Analysis of Empowerment in “Power” by Little Mix ft. Stormzy

    Pop music serves as a significant medium for gender representation, yet mainstream songs often reproduce patriarchal narratives that objectify women. This study examines how "Power" by Little Mix featuring Stormzy constructs female empowerment discourse within commercial pop culture. Employing Fairclough's three-dimensional critical discourse analysis, this qualitative research analyzes textual, discursive, and social practices. Data sources include official lyrics, the music video, behind-the-scenes materials, and a purposive sample of 50 most-liked TikTok videos using the song. Results reveal that "Power" negotiates gender meanings through: (1) appropriation of masculine metaphors ("machine," "engine") into female agency narratives, (2) strategic cross-gender collaboration that maintains female narrative control, (3) inclusive visual representation featuring mothers and drag queens, and (4) participatory digital remix culture that extends the song’s discourse. The study demonstrates how mainstream artists may disrupt patriarchal norms through symbolic strategies embedded within commercial systems. These findings contribute to understanding pop music as a site for gender renegotiation, particularly relevant for Indonesia where young audiences actively engage with global feminist messages. Future research should explore audience reception through digital ethnography and investigate how local music genres negotiate similar discursive tensions

    IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIATIONS IN LEARNING MODELS TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

    This study aims to encourage educators to apply varied learning models in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research was conducted at SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the use of diverse learning models has a positive impact on improving students' learning outcomes in PAI for grades X, XI, and XII. Educators successfully created a comfortable and motivating learning environment, making students more enthusiastic and less bored during lessons. Moreover, the use of varied teaching methods facilitated students’ understanding of the material. This is evidenced by the improvement in student grades, which surpassed the average during the semester evaluations. In conclusion, the implementation of varied learning models in PAI has proven effective in enhancing both student achievement and engagement. This research contributes significantly to the development of instructional strategies for Islamic Religious Education in vocational high schools

    Kelompok Tani Utama is a group of farmers who cultivate horticultural crops, one of which is broccoli, which is not free from uncertainty or risk. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the level of risk experienced by broccoli farmers, (2) the level of income of one-harvest broccoli farmers, (3) the relationship between risk and income of broccoli farmers. This study uses a survey method and the analysis tools used are descriptive, quantitative and correlation analysis of Pearson Product Moment (PPM) with the help of SPSS 26.0 software. The results of this research show that the risk level of farming is classified as moderate, with the order of greatest risks being environment, materials, people, methods and management. The income from one harvest is IDR48.217.550,00 and the average is IDR1.607.251,67 and the Revenue cost ratio value is 1,43 > 1,00 with the level of farming income being classified as moderate. The relationship between risk and income is strong with a correlation coefficient value of 0,617, the direction of the relationship is positiv

    HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONTROL DIRI DENGAN IMPULSIVE BUYING PADA PENGGEMAR BOYBAND KOREA NCT

    This study aims to determine the relationship between self control and impulsive buying of NCT Korean boy band fans. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) for Windows version 27.0. The subjects of this study were NCT Korean boy band fans who follow the @NCT__Indonesia account on X. The sampling technique in this study was by using non-probability sampling and using the purposive sampling method. The instrument used in this study uses as psychological scale that is likert scale. The number of sample in this study as many as 125 responden, with the characteristics is aged 18-25 years. The results of this study based on Pearson correlation analysis, a correlation score of -0.247 was obtained with a significance value of 0.005 (p <0.05). The results showed that there was a weak relationship between self-control and impulsive buying and there was a negative relationship between self-control and impulsive buying, which means (Ha) is accepted and (H0) is rejected. The results showed that, the higher the self-control, the lower the impulsive buying, and the lower the self-control, the higher the impulsive buying of NCT Korean boy band fans
