    Earned Value Management (EVM) Analysis for Maintenance Projects: Insights from GKB 4 at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang

    Building maintenance is a critical element of asset management to ensure functional feasibility, safety, and operational efficiency. This study evaluates the effectiveness of implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) in the maintenance project of Building 4, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (GKB 4 UMM), based on the Building Maintenance and Care Guidelines (Permen PU No. 24/PRT/M/2008). The research method includes collecting actual project data, analyzing EVM metrics such as Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC), as well as calculating variance and performance indices. The results demonstrate that EVM effectively detects cost inefficiencies, with a total Cost Variance (CV) of Rp -70,012,501 and an average Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 0.88, highlighting low cost efficiency in key components such as brick walls and lifts. The project is on schedule with an average Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 1.01. This study concludes that EVM serves as a reliable tool for identifying cost deviations, enabling quicker and more accurate evaluations, and supporting budget optimization for building maintenance projects.Pemeliharaan gedung merupakan elemen penting dalam manajemen aset, terutama untuk memastikan kelayakan fungsi, keamanan, dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan Earned Value Management (EVM) pada proyek pemeliharaan Gedung Kuliah Bersama 4 Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (GKB 4 UMM) berdasarkan Pedoman Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan Bangunan Gedung (Permen PU No. 24/PRT/M/2008). Metode penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data aktual proyek, analisis metrik EVM seperti Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), dan Actual Cost (AC), serta penghitungan variansi dan indeks kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan EVM efektif dalam mendeteksi pemborosan biaya, dengan Cost Variance (CV) total Rp -70.012.501 dan Cost Performance Index (CPI) rata-rata 0,88, menunjukkan efisiensi biaya rendah pada beberapa komponen utama seperti dinding bata dan lift. Proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal dengan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) rata-rata 1,01.     This study aims to determine the effect of welding current variations on the toughness value of ST-41 steel welded joints using the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) method. The welding process was carried out using a 2.6 mm diameter E6013 electrode with current variations of 90A, 100A, and 110A. Impact testing was performed on nine specimens, with three specimens for each current variation, using the Charpy test method. The test results showed that 100A current produced the highest impact value with an average of 1.96 Joule/mm², followed by 110A (1.91 Joule/mm²), and 90A (1.85 Joule/mm²). These results indicate that the welding current affects the material toughness, and 100A is the optimal current in the welding process of ST-41 steel to achieve maximum weld joint toughness.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi arus pengelasan terhadap nilai ketangguhan sambungan las baja ST-41 menggunakan metode Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). Proses pengelasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan elektroda E6013 berdiameter 2,6 mm dan variasi arus 90A, 100A, dan 110A. Pengujian impak dilakukan terhadap sembilan spesimen, masing-masing tiga spesimen untuk setiap variasi arus, menggunakan metode uji Charpy. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa arus 100A menghasilkan nilai impak tertinggi dengan rata-rata 1.96 Joule/mm², diikuti oleh arus 110A (1.91 Joule/mm²), dan arus 90A (1.85 Joule/mm²). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa arus pengelasan memengaruhi ketangguhan material, dan arus 100A merupakan arus optimal dalam proses pengelasan baja ST-41 untuk mendapatkan ketangguhan sambungan las yang maksimal

    Tempeh is a traditional food with high nutritional value with high market demand, but many UMKM such as Setia Tempe still face obstacles in the production process, for the breaking of 30 kg of soybeans takes 20 minutes, especially at the stage of separating soybean skins which is still done manually. This process takes 20 minutes and two workers to process 30 kg of soybeans which causes low efficiency and high operational costs. This study aims to design a soybean skin breaker and separator tool that can increase production capacity up to 80 kg / hour. This research method is carried out by designing a tool that has the function of breaking and separating soybean skins. This design considers ergonomic aspects and production capacity, with the aim of increasing the production capacity of soybean skin breaking and separation and increasing employee/operator work productivity. As a result, the process becomes faster with only 22.5 minutes for 30 kg of soybeans and is operated by one person, it can increase time and labor efficiency by up to 45.75%. In addition, the processing capacity increases to 53.4 kg per cycle. This tool provides a strategic solution to increase the productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs in the tempeh processing sector.Tempe adalah makanan tradisional bergizi tinggi dengan permintaan pasar yang besar, namun banyak UMKM seperti Setia Tempe masih menghadapi kendala dalam proses produksi, untuk pemecahan dari 30 kg kedelai memakan waktu 20 menit khususnya pada tahap pemisahan kulit kedelai yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses ini membutuhkan waktu 20 menit dan dua pekerja untuk mengolah 30 kg kedelai yang menyebabkan rendahnya efisiensi serta tingginya biaya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang alat pemecah dan pemisah kulit kedelai yang mampu meningkatkan kapasitas produksi hingga 80 kg/jam. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan merancang alat yang mempunyai fungsi pemecah dan pemisah kulit kedelai. Perancangan ini mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomi dan kapasitas produksi, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi pemecahan dan pemisahan kulit kedelai dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan/operator. Hasilnya, proses menjadi lebih cepat dengan hanya 22.5 menit untuk 30kg kedelai dan cukup dioperasikan oleh satu orang, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga kerja hingga 45,75%.     Nelayan membutuhkan penerangan saat menangkap ikan di laut di mana pada proses ini suara mesin dapat mengganggu proses penangkapan ikan di laut sehingga proses penerangan yang dilakukan menggunakan baterai, sementara sumber baterai yang digunakan pada masyarakat umum mempunyai keterbatasan wantu yang cukup singkat. Pada penelitian menggunakan bahan magnesium sebagai anoda dan besi sebagai katoda pada variasi jumlah sel (1, 2, 3, 4 sel), sel di celupkan kedalam air garam 450 ml dengan jumlah garam 100 gram diukur secara langsung untuk nilai tegangan yang terjadi, pengukuran tegangan listrik dengan menggunakan avometer. Pada rangkaian sel disusun secara seri dengan diberi lampu sebagai penerangan untuk indikator adanya arus listrik. Tegangan yang dihasilkan 1 sel 0,9 V dengan ketahanan waktu menyala 161 jam, 2 sel 1,5 V dengan ketahanan waktu menyala 185 jam, 3 sel 3,13 V dengan ketahanan waktu menyala 208 jam dan 4 sel 3,6 V dengan ketahanan waktu menyala 311 ja

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jaringan kolaborasi peneliti dengan menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik. Data jaringan yang divisualisasikan dalam bentuk grafis menggunakan VOSviewer menunjukkan hubungan antara peneliti berdasarkan faktor kolaborasi. Analisis ini mengidentifikasi peneliti kunci, pola kolaborasi, serta klaster atau kelompok berdasarkan faktor keterkaitan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang struktur kolaborasi dalam komunitas akademik serta potensi kolaborasi antar peneliti. Data dikumpulkan dari database Scopus dengan menggunakan kata kunci “analisis AND faktor". Kemudian penulis menggunakan software VOSviewer untuk menganalisis dan memvisualisasikan database yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis sitasi menunjukkan jumlah kutipan per tahun dari 2020 - 2024 adalah 2.562 data

    Early Detection System for Stunting in Toddlers using an Arduino-based Ultrasonic Sensor based on Body Height

    Stunting is a very important public health problem because it can have a big impact on a generation. One of them is the risk factor of nutrition and food intake that is not fulfilled in toddlers. For this reason, a system is needed to find out earlier the growth and development period of toddlers so that stunting symptoms can be detected as early as possible so that it can provide solutions to overcome these problems. The proposer's linkage from previous research in 2018 focusing on elementary school children and toddlers is included in the research roadmap from 2018-2028. For this reason, an early detection system is designed with the stages of designing a height measuring device, toddler weight using an ultrasonic sensor and information detecting stunting is displayed on an LCD screen integrated with Arduino. The software development method uses prototypes and testing for accuracy in toddler height using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) with a value of 2% and from the results of testing 10 toddlers, there were 3 children in the stunted category

    User Interface Implementation Using User Centered Design (UCD) with Usability Testing Evaluation

    User Interface (UI) design plays a crucial role in enhancing user interaction, efficiency, and satisfaction in digital information systems. This study aims to design and evaluate the login module of the membership information system for Kelompok Seni Sigertengah using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research methodology follows the UCD framework based on ISO 9241-210, which includes understanding the usage context, identifying user requirements, designing prototypes, and conducting evaluations through usability testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and prototype testing involving five representative users. The results show that the questionnaire scores ranged from 4.0 to 4.8, with an overall score of 4.43 out of 5, categorized as “Very Good.” Qualitative findings further indicate that the UI is easy to use, reflects local artistic identity, and improves both user comfort and system access efficiency. Therefore, the application of UCD has proven effective in producing a user interface design that meets user needs and is feasible to be implemented as a development model for UCD-based UI in arts and culture MSMEs

    Breast Cancer Classification in Ultrasound Images Using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Watershed Transform Method

    Breast cancer is one of the deadliest diseases, especially for women. Early diagnosis of breast lesions and differentiation of malignant nodules from benign nodules and normal nodules are important for breast cancer prognosis. In diagnosing this disease, one radiological method, namely medical image analysis using ultrasonography, can be used to determine early diagnosis of breast cancer. Breast cancer ultrasound images have several characteristics, such as color, shape, size, and texture, which make segmentation difficult due to object accumulation. This study implements a Convolutional Neural Network classification algorithm and modified watershed segmentation to separate nodules or tumors in breast cancer. From the segmentation performance test with Watershed Transform, the average ZSI index was 40% for malignant images and 60% for benign images. The results of the VGG architecture for classification modeling showed 47% for watershed segmentation and 80% without watershed segmentation

    This study aims to examine the effect of the Running With The Ball training method on increasing the dribbling speed of futsal extracurricular students at SMPN 12 Tambun Selatan. The research method used was an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consisted of students aged 13– 15 years. Samples were taken using a sampel jenuh technique, so that 20 futsal extracurricular students at SMPN 12 Tambun Selatan were obtained as research subjects Based on the hypothesis test carried out on the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y), the results of the analysis using the Test Dribbling show that the calculated t value (19,68) is greater than the t table (2,093). These results indicate that the correlation coefficient is significant, so the research hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an Effect of the Running With The Ball Training Method on Dribbling Speed in Futsal Extracurricular Students at SMPN 12 Tambun SelatanSkripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Metode Latihan Running With The Ball terhadap Peningkatan Kecepatan Dribbling pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMPN 12 Tambun Selatan.” Skripsi ini disusun untuk Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh metode latihan Running With The Ball terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dribbling siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 12 Tambun Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari siswa berusia 13–15 tahun. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga diperoleh 20 siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 12 Tambun Selatan sebagai subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan pada variabel bebas (X) dan variabel terikat (Y), hasil analisis menggunakan Tes Dribbling menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung (19,68) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,093). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi signifikan, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat “Pengaruh Metode Latihan Running With The Ball terhadap Kecepatan Dribbling pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMPN 12 Tambun Selatan.

    Public Relations (PR) plays a crucial role in guiding organizations through crises, particularly through strategic crisis management that helps safeguard corporate reputation and maintain user loyalty. This study investigates the impact of PR-led crisis management on Tokopedia user loyalty in the context of the Tokopedia X BTS package theft incident. The research is grounded in Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and consumer loyalty theory, and employs a quantitative method with statistical data analysis to examine the relationship between the two variables. Findings reveal that effective crisis management significantly influences user loyalty, particularly among emotionally engaged users such as BTS fans (ARMY). In addition to PR strategies, user loyalty is shaped by factors including consistent and responsive customer service, effective complaint resolution, trust in the platform, strong brand identity, and high user satisfaction. Features such as a user-friendly interface, competitive pricing, promotional offers (e.g., cashback, free shipping), and emotional connections—such as brand pride and identification with BTS—also contribute to loyalty. Furthermore, network effects and service innovation reinforce user retention. The results reflect a shift in consumer behavior, with users becoming increasingly critical and demanding. While this trend fosters deeper engagement and platform dependency, it also increases the potential for reputational crises. The study highlights the strategic importance of integrated PR crisis communication in shaping public perception and sustaining loyalty in the digital age
