No full textThe purpose of this Community Service Program (KKN) is to introduce teachers in Setu Sub-district, Bekasi, to the performance sport of Petanque. Petanque is a French sport, which has become popular in Indonesia since 2011. The sport has many advantages, such as improving eye-hand coordination and throwing accuracy. To provide a broader understanding to the participants, this socialization activity used demonstrations, lectures, and simulations. On February 17, 2025, this activity was conducted at SDN Tamansari 02. Therefore, the sport of Petanque is becoming more popular in schools and can be part of the development of sports services in the wider community and at the school level

No full textThis study aims to analyze the empowerment strategy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through branding Ulimaya food as a form of local wisdom in Wibawamulya Village. MSMEs have an important role in the regional economy, but still face various challenges, especially in building a strong product identity and competing in a wider market. Branding based on local wisdom is one solution to increase the attractiveness and added value of products.This research approach uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects consisted of MSME actors, village government, and local consumers. The results showed that the application of local wisdom-based branding on Ulimaya products was able to increase competitiveness, strengthen product identity, and increase consumer confidence. The main factors that support the success of this branding are the use of local cultural elements in packaging design, storytelling-based digital marketing strategies, and community support in product promotion.The conclusion of this study confirms that local wisdom-based branding can be an effective strategy in empowering rural MSMEs. Recommendations include strengthening branding training for MSME players, optimizing digital marketing, and collaborating with the government and related parties to expand the market reach of the products

No full textThe rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the business world, requiring young generations to adapt effectively. However, the use of technology without guidance from Islamic values poses the risk of unethical business practices that contradict the principles of Sharia. Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) program aims to provide education for the youth of Kadumaneuh Village to understand digital-era entrepreneurship while remaining grounded in Islamic values. The program was carried out through training sessions, counseling, and two-way discussions between facilitators and participants, designed with a participatory approach to ensure active engagement. The results indicate that participants gained a better understanding of Sharia-based digital business concepts, particularly concerning honesty, transparency, the prohibition of usury, and the importance of trustworthiness in online transactions. Furthermore, this activity fostered awareness among the youth to integrate digital literacy with Islamic ethics in their entrepreneurial practices. The implication of this program is the emergence of opportunities to develop ethical, religious, and sustainable digital entrepreneurship at the village level. The originality of this initiative lies in its integration of technological education with Islamic values within the context of rural community empowerment, which has rarely been conducted previously. Thus, this program provides a concrete contribution to strengthening the capacity of the younger generation in facing the challenges of the digital economy while remaining aligned with Islamic principles
MENINGKATKAN PELUANG KERJA LULUSAN SMK MELALUI PELATIHAN UAV UNTUK MENYELARASKAN DENGAN KEBUTUHAN INDUSTRI
No full textThe high unemployment rate among vocational high school graduates, particularly in the aviation sector, indicates a significant gap between students’ competencies and industry needs. This condition highlights the urgency of technology-based training to enhance graduates’ competitiveness, especially in the Industry 4.0 era marked by the rapid development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology. This community service program was carried out at SMK Gutama Jakarta, selected as a strategic partner due to its lack of prior UAV learning experience yet strong commitment to improving student competencies. The main objective of this program was to provide practical skills in UAV construction, understanding the principles of UAV electrical systems, introducing UAV simulators as interactive learning media, and developing knowledge of UAV supporting systems. The program was implemented through several stages, including socialization, UAV construction practices, electrical system training, simulator usage, and flight testing. The results showed a significant increase in students’ knowledge, with pre-test and post-test scores improving by 35.7%, along with enhanced technical skills in assembling and operating UAVs. Furthermore, evaluation questionnaires indicated a high level of student satisfaction, particularly in the hands-on training component. In conclusion, UAV training successfully improved the attitudes, knowledge, and skills of SMK Gutama students, preparing them to better enter the industrial workforce. Therefore, similar programs should be carried out continuously with school support to establish an independent vocational learning model aligned with industry needs

No full textTraditional sports are the result of the creativity, expression, and values of society that have been passed down through generations as part of cultural heritage. One of the traditional sports still recognized in Indonesia is egrang, a game that emphasizes concentration, balance, agility, and physical endurance to cover a predetermined distance. Each step in the game requires players to maintain their balance in order to move forward without falling, and then return to the starting point to earn points. The educational values embedded in egrang make it not only a recreational activity but also a medium for character building, especially among children. However, with the rapid development of modern lifestyles, young people’s interest in traditional sports has significantly declined, creating an urgent need for revitalization efforts to ensure their preservation. This community service program was implemented in Ragemanunggal Village, Setu Subdistrict, as an effort to promote and revitalize the traditional sport of egrang among children. The program was designed through socialization, hands-on training, and continuous mentoring to foster children’s interest and skills in playing egrang. Moreover, the active involvement of children is expected to strengthen their appreciation of local culture while cultivating sportsmanship, togetherness, and self-confidence. The results indicated strong enthusiasm from the participants as well as improvements in basic egrang playing skills. Therefore, the preservation of traditional sports can be effectively achieved through early introduction, while also contributing positively to children’s character development and the safeguarding of cultural heritage

No full textThis community service activity focuses on training PKK mothers in Cikarageman Village on processing healthy and nutritious food using pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis). Pakcoy is widely cultivated in the area and is rich in essential nutrients such as vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like calcium and iron. Despite its nutritional value, its utilization as a primary food ingredient remains limited among local communities. This training aims to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in processing pakcoy into various food products, increasing both its household consumption and economic potential. The training employs a combination of theoretical lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Participants learn about the health benefits of pakcoy and how to transform it into diverse, appealing food products such as pakcoy juice and other nutritious meals, personal health benefits, this initiative has economic implications

No full textMarriage in Islamic teachings is a noble form of worship aimed at establishing a family life characterized by tranquility (sakinah), affection (mawaddah), and compassion (rahmah). However, early marriage defined as a marital union involving individuals under the age of 19 remains prevalent in various regions of Indonesia, including Wibawamulya Village. This phenomenon is often driven by socio-cultural pressures, economic limitations, and a lack of public understanding regarding legal frameworks and the consequences of early marriage. Early marriage carries significant risks, including negative impacts on physical and mental health, limited educational opportunities, and heightened vulnerability to domestic violence. The Indonesian government, through Law Number 16 of 2019, has established 19 as the minimum legal age for marriage for both males and females, although legal dispensations may still be granted under specific circumstances. This community service program aimed to enhance Islamic family law literacy among the residents of Wibawamulya Village as a preventive measure against early marriage practices. The methods employed included legal counseling sessions, focus group discussions, and persuasive approaches grounded in Islamic values and existing legal provisions. The results of the activity indicate an increased awareness among community members regarding the dangers of early marriage and the importance of building a family based on both Islamic principles and national law. Islamic family law literacy proved effective as a preventive strategy in reducing early marriage rates and fostering the foundation of higher-quality family units.Marriage in Islamic teachings is a form of worship that aims to build a life of sakinah, mawaddah, and warahmah. In society, marriage has an important role in creating a legal bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife and forming a family as the smallest social unit. However, the phenomenon of early marriage is still a social challenge in Indonesia. Early marriage, involving individuals under 18 years of age, often occurs due to economic factors, social pressure, and lack of legal understanding. Law Number 16 of 2019 has set the minimum age limit for marriage to 19 years, although there are still legal dispensations under certain conditions. Early marriage has the potential to violate children's rights and have negative impacts on the physical, psychological, and economic well-being of the couple. No full textThis research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Batara iB product during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on a case study at BTN Syariah Branch Office (KC) Bekasi. The research employs a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with key stakeholders. The identified marketing strategies include direct selling methods such as cross selling, open table, door-to-door, and personal selling. The study also applies the marketing mix framework, which includes four main elements: product, price, place, and promotion. The findings indicate that conventional marketing activities were limited due to pandemic restrictions, prompting BTN Syariah KC Bekasi to shift its marketing strategies to digital platforms. The promotion of the Batara iB product was carried out through social media channels such as the official website, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This digital transformation is seen as a strategic adaptation to social distancing measures and the increasing digitalization of banking services. The online marketing approach proved effective in maintaining product visibility and reaching a broader customer base. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing sharia banking marketing strategies during crises and in post-crisis periods
EFEKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA SMAN 1 BEKASI MELALUI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL
No full textLiving in the 21st century necessitates the integration of digital technology into nearly all aspects of life, including education. However, in practice, many students, including those at SMAN 1 Bekasi, tend to utilize digital technology particularly smartphones more for entertainment and social media than for educational purposes. Data indicate that approximately 88% of SMAN 1 Bekasi students are proficient in using smartphones, yet their academic performance remains low. This situation reflects a decline in learning effectiveness that must be addressed. This study aims to enhance student learning effectiveness through the use of digital-based instructional media, specifically instructional videos uploaded to YouTube by teachers acting as “YouTuber Teachers.” The method employed is a best practice study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Learning media were developed using laptops and smartphones, supported by applications such as PowerPoint, Format Factory, and Viva Video. The instructional videos were uploaded to the YouTube channel Estin Farida and distributed via social media, accompanied by books or interactive modules. The results show that implementing YouTube-based instructional videos significantly improves student learning effectiveness. This is reflected in enhanced learning quality, increased learning motivation and engagement, better preparedness to receive lessons, and greater flexibility in time and space for learning. Additionally, there is a notable improvement in students’ creativity and digital literacy
Performance Based Design: Performance Analysis on Fixed Base Structure and Structures with High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB)
Full text linkBuildings in Malang City face large lateral load from earthquakes due to seismic activity. One method of reducing the lateral load is to use base isolators. Conventional building design resists lateral load by designing buildings to be elastic or rigid with Strength Based Design criteria. However, elasticity results in larger building elements, stiffness increases the building's exposure to earthquake forces, and Strength Based Design is unreliable in shielding from earthquakes since its recommended to be a minimum design criterion by FEMA P-424. Therefore, more comprehensive design criteria such as Performance Based Design are needed. The objective of this study is to assess the analysis results and performance levels of fixed base structure compared to structures with HDRB, including the effect of rubber thickness and shear modulus. This study starts by modeling a 7-story building with a fixed base structure using ETABS. The results were then used to determine the type of HDRB, from two models with different rubber thickness and shear modulus, for modeling structures with HDRB. Furthermore, the running results of the two structures are analyzed to evaluate the level of performance of the structures based on Performance Based Design criteria. The results showed differences with the reduction of the average period value by 91.51%, the base shear as 36.05% and 33.11% in longitudinal and transverse direction respectively, and the average interstory drift as 54.86% in X-axis and 31.17% Y-axis. The target displacement of the structures with HDRB decreases and the performance levels including the analysis results are improved.Kota Malang memiliki beban lateral yang besar akibat gempa. Salah satu metode pengurangan beban lateral adalah base isolator. Perencanaan desain bangunan konvensional menahan beban lateral tersebut dengan mendesain bangunan menjadi elastis atau kaku menggunakan kriteria Strength Based Design. Namun, elastisitas membuat elemen gedung membesar sehingga kurang efisien, kekakuan menambah gaya gempa yang diterima gedung, sementara Strength Based Design kurang andal dalam mengatasi ancaman gempa karena FEMA P-424 menyarankan kegunaannya hanya untuk kriteria minimal. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kriteria desain yang lebih komprehensif, seperti Performance Based Design. Penelitian ini diawali dengan permodelan gedung 7 lantai dengan struktur fixed base menggunakan ETABS. Kemudian hasilnya digunakan untuk menentukan tipe HDRB yang cocok, dari dua model HDRB dengan ketebalan karet dan modulus geser berbeda, guna dibuat permodelan struktur dengan HDRB. Selanjutnya hasil running ketiga struktur dianalisis. Tujuannya adalah membandingkan level kinerja berdasarkan Performance Based Design struktur fixed base dan struktur dengan HDRB termasuk pengaruh tebal karet dan modulus geser. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan pada hasil analisis dua struktur dengan HDRB dan struktur fixed base. Pengurangan nilai periode rata-rata terlihat sebesar 91,51%, gaya geser dasar berkurang sebesar 36,05% ke arah X dan 33,11% ke arah Y, serta rerata pengecilan simpangan antar lantai gedung sebesar 54,86% ke arah X dan 31,17% ke arah Y. Sementara target perpindahan struktur dengan HDRB mengecil sehingga menaikkan level kinerja struktur menjadi Operational. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa level kinerja gedung meningkat diiringi hasil analisis struktur dengan HDRB lebih baik daripada struktur fixed base
