POTENSI PENYALAHGUNAAN TANAH ULAYAT SUKU BADUY AKIBAT KETIDAKPASTIAN ADMINISTRASI HUKUM
No full textUlayat land has a fundamental role in the life of the community, including the customary law of the Baduy. Besides serving as a central place of occupation, the primary significance of this land lies in its role as a source of subsistence, including agriculture, plantations, spiritual beliefs, burial sites, and resources that benefit both the environment and humans. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the legal protection of Baduy customary land, focusing on the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 32 of 2001 and its relation with the 2024 ATR/BPN Law. This study used a qualitative approach and normative legal analysis grounded in the theory of legal certainty to examine how customary land rights are recognized and protected under existing laws. The findings indicate that Article 11 of Regional Regulation No. 32 of 2001 potentially overlaps with provisions in the 2024 ATR/BPN Law, which may undermine the legal protection of Baduy customary land. Consequently, stronger and more inclusive legal safeguards are necessary to ensure that the certification of customary land is considerable for indigenous rights and effectively prevents conflicts and illegal logging. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of comprehensive legal recognition of ulayat rights, the active role government in protecting indigenous communities, and development of sustainable monitoring mechanisms to preserve the Baduy customary land and local wisdom

No full textGeneral elections are a proof that the Indonesian state adheres to a democratic system in which decision-making always involves the community. In general elections, community participation is needed to achieve a complete democracy so that the KPU's role in increasing community participation is necessary. This article aims to analyze the role of the KPU in increasing community participation and its obstacles in the 2024 elections. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature data collection. The data taken by researchers comes from articles, journals, websites and others relevant to this research. The research uses an informative juridical approach that makes Law No. 7 of 2017 as a reference. After analyzing this research, it results that the role of the KPU in increasing community participation is to provide socialization to the community, invite the community to participate in peaceful election campaigns and anti hoaxes, increase public trust in the government and finally provide the facilities needed during elections. when carrying out its duties and responsibilities, the KPU also often gets challenges from several factors. The factors that hinder the KPU in carrying out its duties are technical, political and socialization factors as well as the limitations of people with disabilities

Populasi dalam panelitian ini merupakan siswa yang mengikati clestrakulikuler futsal di SMP Van Lith, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling seash schmgga diperoleh sehuryak 20 siswa Data penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptit Lemondian menguji hipotesis melalui uji t-test, berdasarkan nji hipotesis diperoleh nilut efektivitas keberhasilan tendangan pungg kaki sebesar 4,023 dengan probabilitas signifikansi yaitu 10001, dan nilai : efektivitas keberhasilan tendangan ujung kaki sebesar 5,293 dengan probabilitas signiikansi sebesar

No full textTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar PJOK melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan media Monopoli Olahraga Tradisional Indonesia (MOTI) pada peserta didik kelas VI MIS Nurul Amal Jakarta Pusat. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan di MIS Nurul Amal Jakarta Pusat. Adapun yang menjadi populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VI MIS Nurul Amal Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 22 orang. Untuk teknik pengambilan sampel dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 22 orang. Untuk analisis data penulis menggunakan instrumen penialain kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar PJOK melalui penggunaan metode Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan media Monopoli Olahraga Tradisional Indonesia (MOTI) pada peserta didik kelas VI MIS Nurul Amal Jakarta Pusat. Dari pra siklus, siklus I sampai siklus II, kondisi awal sebelum perbaikan persentase ketuntasan mendapat 27%, siklus I mencapai 59% lalu siklus II meningkat lagi mencapai 86% persentase ketuntasan. Dengan demikian penerapan metode Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan media Monopoli Olahraga Tradisional Indonesia (MOTI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK pada peserta didik kelas VI MIS Nurul Amal Jakarta Pusa

No full textTujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1)Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruhlatihan multiball terhadap ketepatan pukulanforehand drive tenis meja pada siswaekstrakurikuler SMPN 1 Bekasi. 2) Untukmengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihanberpasangan terhadap ketepatan pukulanforehand drive tenis meja pada siswaekstrakurikuler SMPN 1 Bekasi. 3) Untukmengetahui manakah yang lebih baik antaralatihan multiball dengan latihan berpasanganterhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand drivetenis meja pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMPN1 Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah melalui metodeeksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitianeksperimen ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikulertenis meja di SMPN 1 Bekasi yang berjumlah20 siswa. Karena populasi yang < 100, makateknik sampling yang digunakan adalah“Total Sampling”. Selanjutnya penulismembagi sampel menjadi 2 kelompok denganmenggunakan teknik “Ordinal Pairing”sehingga diperoleh 10 sampel sebagaikelompok yang melakukan treatment latihanmultiball dan 10 sampel lainnya yangmelakukan treatmen latihan berpasangan.Pengolahan dan analisis data, penulismenggunakan uji-t. Uji normalitas dari tesawal, tes akhir maupun peningkatan darikedua jenis latihan yaitu hasil mean darilatihan multiball dan berpasangan. Untuk Lohitung multiball 0.116, 0.212, dan 0.193,sedangkan Lo hitung berpasanganmenunjukan angka Lo hitung 0.137, 0.149,dan 0.140. Nilai tersebut dibawah Lo tabelpada n = 10 sebesar 0.258 artinya seluruh databerdistribusi normal. Untuk peningkatan hasillatihan multiball didapatkan t hitungnya 12.2,nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 2.26pada a = 0.05 dan dk = n-1 sehingga hipotesanol (Ho) ditolak yang berarti pada latihanmultiball terhadap ketepatan pukulan terdapatpeningkatan yang berarti atau signifikanselama latihan. Sedangkan untuk peningkatanhasil latihan berpasangan didapatkan thitungnya 9.99, nilai tersebut lebih besar darinilai t tabel 2.26 pada a = 0.05 dan dk = n-1sehingga hipotesa nol (Ho) ditolak yangberarti bahwa pada latihan berpasanganterhadap ketepatan pukulan terdapatpeningkatan yang berarti atau signifikan selama latihannya. No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran PJOK di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Se-Kecamatan Sukatani. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Metode Descriptive dengan survei. Survei adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang relatif terbatas darisejumlah kasus yang jumlahnya relatif banyak. Dalam penelitian ini subjek yang diambil adalah SMP Se-Kecamatan Sukatani, yang berjumlah 7 (tujuh) sekolah. Teknik analisis data ditabulasikan berdasarkan jenis data yaitu berupa data kuantitatif.Dari perhitungan analisis data dapat disebutkan bahwa kondisi sarana dan prasana pembelajaran PJOK di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Se-Kecamatan Sukatani Yang berada dalam dengan kategori baik 3 sekolah 42,86%, kategori sedang 1 sekolah 14,28%, kategori kurang 3 sekolah 42,86%, dan kategori sangat kurang tidak ada.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dengan adanya sarana dan prasarana yang baik dan mencukupi, sangat membantu guru pendidikan jasmani dalam memberikan pembelajaran

However, limited knowledge about online platforms, such as Shopee, often hinders the effectiveness of product promotion. This socialization activity aims to introduce and improve the understanding of MSME players regarding the use of Shopee as an effective promotional media. Through a practical and applicable approach, business actors are given training on how to create an account, manage an online store, and attractive marketing strategies on the platform. This program is aimed at the community in Sindangmulya Village and was implemented on February 16, 2025 at the Al-Wafid Mushola. The application of this method is expected to encourage increased MSME competitiveness, expand the market, and increase their income. By optimally utilizing the Shopee marketplace, this program aims to make it easier for people to sell their products on the platform. In conclusion, the more MSMEs know and understand the use of Shopee, the easier it will be for them to market their products more widely. This also has the potential to increase their turnover and business sustainability in the digital era

No full textAdolescence is at the transition point between childhood and adulthood. Their bodies may appear "adult," but when treated like adults, adolescents often fail to demonstrate maturity. Their experience of adulthood is still limited, as they often exhibit signs typical of adolescence, such as restlessness, conflict, confusion, and inner turmoil. Therefore, it is hoped that students will receive pre-marital education to increase their knowledge, particularly young women, about pre-marital issues at SMK Mitra Bakti in Cibuntu Village, Bojongmangu District. The method used in data collection is by conducting pretests and posttests after the seminar counseling has been carried out. The data will then be analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the research from the pre-marital education seminar activities show that the average level of knowledge of adolescent girls in the high category before the seminar was 36.6%, and after the seminar counseling activity, it increased to 60.6%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the knowledge of adolescent girls in the high category regarding pre-marital education. Similarly, in the moderate category, there was a significant increase in the knowledge of adolescent girls about the pre-marital education seminar, from 0% to 39.4

No full textSocial Media Marketing and turnover enhancement training activities have been carried out at POKDAKAN Naminasang Farm & Co in Mandalamekar Village. This training aims to improve the digital marketing skills of POKDAKAN members and local Karang Taruna, especially in utilizing social media as an effective promotional tool. The method used in this activity is a pre-test and post-test to measure the increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies before and after training. The results of the pre-test showed that most participants had limited knowledge of social media marketing strategies. However, after the training, the results of the post-test indicated a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills. In addition, this training also had a positive impact on increasing POKDAKAN's turnover through the application of more effective marketing techniques on social media. The managerial implications are that by utilizing social media effectively, POKDAKAN can build stronger brand awareness among potential and existing consumers. Strengthening brand awareness, coupled with higher engagement through interactions on social media, can increase customer loyalty and contribute to long-term turnover growth
