EFEKTIVITAS DAN DAMPAK PROGRAM BANTUAN PRODUKTIF USAHA MIKRO (BPUM): UPAYA PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS UMKM PEKALONGAN
Full text linkThe effectiveness of the BPUM program can seen from the inputs, processes, and outputs of MSMEs. Whether the BPUM program can also have impact on the productivity of MSMEs. This research is a type of descriptive research will describe symptoms, events or facts accurately and systematically related to the nature of the population. The approach used is qualitative. Qualitative research is conducted through natural observation, namely seeing, observing, and analyzing a problem, then examined in depth without statistical testing. The results of the study stated that BPUM had a positive impact on the productivity of MSMEs after the Covid-19 pandemic. Many business actors can rebuild businesses that are almost bankrupt, and can used as additional capital for business development. However, BPUM is not yet considered 100% effective because of weak supervision so that there are still misdirected funds. The BPUM program when viewed from inputs, processes, and outputs in several MSMEs in the Pekalongan Prefecture has a level of effectiveness with a percentage of fifty-fifty. The distribution of BPUM funds has a positive impact on the productivity level of MSMEs. BPUM funds are used as additional business capital, so that businesses can be developed and maintained by their respective owners

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the collective leadership roles implemented in the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Islamic Boarding School Patean Sukorejo Kendal in shaping the mindset, attitude, and behavior of religious moderation of the students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive model. The data obtained through observation or direct observation, supporting documents, and interviews with several key informants including leaders, teachers, and students. Data analyzed through condensation, presentation, and verification techniques. The results of this study found that the collective leadership applied at the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Patean Sukorejo Kendal Islamic Boarding School was quite effective in directing students to mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors that showed moderation in religion seen from a national perspective, polite attitude, openness, and accepting differences, as well as staying away from behavior violence. The leaders through exemplary direct interaction with the students and through the direction and mobilization of the teachers as well as coaching directly to the students direct the perspectives and ways of being moderate (wasathiyyah) in religion, both aspects of aqidah, worship, and muamalah. The application of habituation to the interaction of students across regional origins and levels of education strengthens the behavior of religious moderation among students
Collaboration of Artificial Intelligence and Journalists in Online Media from the Perspective of Human-Machine Communication
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the collaboration between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and journalists in online media using the Human-Machine Communication (HMC) approach. The research method used is a literature study. Data is processed using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that AI is used in three primary stages of journalism: news gathering, news production, and news distribution. At the news gathering stage, AI assists journalists in collecting news materials from various sources and analyzing audience interest in specific topics. AI is used in news script creation, editing, and proofreading at the news production stage. AI chatbots and NLP programs help with automatic news writing and factual verification. Meanwhile, at the news distribution stage, AI is used for content personalization, news recommendations, and SEO optimization in online media. From the HMC perspective, collaboration between AI and journalists can be conceptualized as a unidirectional and two-way process. Collaboration between AI and journalists in a social context also occurs at the micro, meso, and macro levels, where interactions between humans and machines affect the social situation, the immediate reality of individuals, and the structure of society as a whole
SUNFLOWER METAPHOR IN DA'WAH THROUGH MUSIC : Analysis of Spirituality and the Meaning of the Song 'Gala Bunga Matahari' by Sal Priadi
Full text linkThis study explores da'wah's spiritual and communicative aspects embedded in Sal Priadi's song "Gala Bunga Matahari." The research investigates how the sunflower metaphor is employed to convey themes of loss, hope, and emotional resilience in the context of da'wah through music. Utilizing a qualitative method with textual analysis, the study delves into the lyrical content to uncover the spiritual messages conveyed. The findings indicate that the song effectively serves as a medium for da'wah, facilitating spiritual reflection and providing solace to its listeners. The study concludes that music, as exemplified in this song, can significantly convey da'wah messages by addressing profound emotional and spiritual experiences.
[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aspek spiritual dan komunikatif dakwah yang tertanam dalam lagu "Gala Bunga Matahari" karya Sal Priadi. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana metafora bunga matahari digunakan untuk menyampaikan tema kehilangan, harapan, dan ketahanan emosional dalam konteks dakwah melalui musik. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui analisis teks, penelitian ini mengkaji isi lirik untuk mengungkap pesan spiritual yang disampaikan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa lagu ini secara efektif berfungsi sebagai media dakwah, memfasilitasi refleksi spiritual dan memberikan penghiburan kepada pendengarnya. Are Islamic Values Reduced and Dramatised in Memories of the Alhambra?
Full text linkThis study aims to explore the plot and analyse the Islamic values in the Korean drama Memories Of The AlHambra and how they are displayed in the drama. The study method applies descriptive qualitative, with a semiotic analysis approach from Roland Barthes. The study results show that the drama Memories Of The AlHambra in denotation meaning, which tells a game created to find the lost game master with various conflicts. The connotation meaning is that these two characters have their own habits, a very high ambitious spirit related to the development of their company, J-One Holdings. The myth in this scene is very pro and con because many say religion should not be "dramatised". There is no theory that Fatima's hand is the key to heaven but in the drama Muslims believe Fatima's hand is the key to heaven, therefore there is a legend about the gate of justice on the day the key to heaven meets Fatima's hand, the gate will be opened and the AlHambra palace will collapse. As for Islamic values, they are found in the drama, namely, the value of worship, moral values, sharia values, moral values, and local wisdom values. From Waste to E-Money: The Role of Village-Owned Enterprise in Community Empowerment in Jember, Indonesia
Full text linkThis innovative approach not only supports sustainable waste management but aligns with global trends of incentivizing waste management through financial rewards, as seen in countries integrating waste management with the digital economy. By converting waste into electronic money credit, the program addresses waste issues while promoting economic empowerment. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. An interactive model was used to analyze how the BUMDes waste management system integrates with the global circular economy framework. The results of the study indicate that BUMDes plays an important role in adopting community-based innovations that not only reduce waste volume but also encourage economic empowerment through financial incentive mechanisms. developing community potential, improving the regional economy, improving the institutional framework, and encouraging environmental sustainability through processing waste into electronic money
Optimizing Gender Equality Messages on the Mubadalah.id Website
No full textThis qualitative study aims to measure the optimization of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on content containing gender equality values on the mubadalah.id website. This research focuses on the editorial team's and writers' efforts to use SEO on the mubadalah.id website using Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) theory to optimize asynchronous communication. The values of gender equality are seen from the perspective of Qira'ah Mubadalah, which has three indicators, namely a perspective (minzhar) that humanizes humans, a way of reading (qira'ah) reference texts by placing men and women as subjects and whole human beings, and ways of grouping (qa'idah) experiences, mutuality, or cooperation between men and women. This research uses interview and digital observation methods. The results show that mubadalah.id has a comprehensive SEO strategy, but there is still room for improvement in its implementation
Developing River-based Tourism in Indonesian Local Context: Towards an Agenda of Social Development Implications
Full text linkThis paper aims to revive the discussion on river-based tourism, highlighting its implications for sustainable social development. It is based on an analysis of various studies that have shown a focus on new patterns and strategies for sustainable development in river-based tourism. However, little attention has been given to further exploring these sustainability tools through achieving harmony between human and natural elements. The study adopts a case study approach, focusing on Temulus Village in Indonesia. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and field documentation. The research findings demonstrate that prioritizing the segmentation of river-based tourism development as a key agenda in social development holds intrinsic value as a new tool in transforming rural communities. The research successfully uncovers the harmonious relationship between human interests and nature, thereby contributing to sustainable development through river tourism. Consequently, this study contributes to leveraging local resources for sustainable development, introducing new local indicators that can serve as valuable lessons for future village development
PERAN MODERASI BERAGAMA TERHADAP PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL PADA ADIKSI INTERNET: STUDI PADA MAHASISWA DI KAMPUS MODERAT
Full text linkIndonesia is one of the countries with the largest number of internet users in the world. The highest internet penetration is the younger generation. The high internet penetration among the younger generation is certainly a challenge for various parties considering the potential for unhealthy internet behavior, namely internet addiction. Individuals who have digital skills will be able to manage their lives in the real and digital world. This balanced attitude is closely related to a moderate attitude in religion. This research tries to examine the role of religious moderation on the influence of digital literacy on students' internet addiction on moderate campuses. The respondents in this research were 50 students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga and 50 students of UIN Salatiga who were taken using a stratified random sampling technique. The analytical method used is a regression model with mediating variables. The results of this study prove that religious moderation has a significant negative effect on internet addiction. On the other hand, digital literacy has a significant positive effect on religious moderation and a significant negative effect on internet addiction. However, religious moderation does not significantly mediate the influence of digital literacy on internet addictio
Addressing Street Children, Vagrants, and Beggars through the Role of Community Social Workers in Yogyakarta A Practical and Theoretical Approach
Full text linkThis paper aims to address the increasing phenomenon of social problems in society, such as street children, homeless individuals, and beggars, which require serious attention. This phenomenon is of particular interest to be studied in depth in order to find appropriate solutions for these social issues. One of the key players in addressing these problems is social volunteers, also known as Community Social Workers. This research focuses on the role of Community Social Workers in handling street children, the homeless, and beggars in Yogyakarta. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this paper analyzes the role of Community Social Workers based on Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2019. The study highlights the importance of collaboration between Community Social Workers and government social institutions in Yogyakarta. The findings indicate that the role of Community Social Workers in addressing these social issues reflects their empathy, care, and dedication to serving the community of Yogyakarta.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab fenomena meningkatnya permasalahan sosial di masyarakat, seperti anak jalanan, gelandangan, dan pengemis, yang membutuhkan penanganan serius. Fenomena ini menarik untuk dikaji lebih dalam guna menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan sosial tersebut. Salah satu pihak yang berperan dalam penanganan masalah ini adalah relawan sosial, atau yang dikenal sebagai Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat dalam menangani anak jalanan, gelandangan, dan pengemis di Yogyakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, tulisan ini menganalisis peran Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Sosial Nomor 10 Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kerjasama antara Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat dengan lembaga-lembaga sosial pemerintah di Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat dalam menangani permasalahan sosial ini merupakan wujud empati, kepedulian, dan jiwa pengabdian terhadap masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta.
