Are Islamic Values Reduced and Dramatised in Memories of the Alhambra?
This study aims to explore the plot and analyse the Islamic values in the Korean drama Memories Of The AlHambra and how they are displayed in the drama. The study method applies descriptive qualitative, with a semiotic analysis approach from Roland Barthes. The study results show that the drama Memories Of The AlHambra in denotation meaning, which tells a game created to find the lost game master with various conflicts. The connotation meaning is that these two characters have their own habits, a very high ambitious spirit related to the development of their company, J-One Holdings. The myth in this scene is very pro and con because many say religion should not be "dramatised". There is no theory that Fatima's hand is the key to heaven but in the drama Muslims believe Fatima's hand is the key to heaven, therefore there is a legend about the gate of justice on the day the key to heaven meets Fatima's hand, the gate will be opened and the AlHambra palace will collapse. As for Islamic values, they are found in the drama, namely, the value of worship, moral values, sharia values, moral values, and local wisdom values. From Waste to E-Money: The Role of Village-Owned Enterprise in Community Empowerment in Jember, Indonesia
This innovative approach not only supports sustainable waste management but aligns with global trends of incentivizing waste management through financial rewards, as seen in countries integrating waste management with the digital economy. By converting waste into electronic money credit, the program addresses waste issues while promoting economic empowerment. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. An interactive model was used to analyze how the BUMDes waste management system integrates with the global circular economy framework. The results of the study indicate that BUMDes plays an important role in adopting community-based innovations that not only reduce waste volume but also encourage economic empowerment through financial incentive mechanisms. developing community potential, improving the regional economy, improving the institutional framework, and encouraging environmental sustainability through processing waste into electronic money
KONSELING BERBASIS PESANTREN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEHATAN MENTAL DAN KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS SANTRIWATI BARU
The purpose of this study is pesantren-based counseling (da’wah bil-irsyad) for strengthening in increasing the resilience of mental health and psychological well-being of new female santri in child-friendly pesantren. The research method used was action research with a service-learning approach. The results showed the decline in mental health and psychological well-being of new santriwati due to the lack of assistance to improve mental health and psychological well-being with a counseling approach that is extracted from the values of pesantren local wisdom. The decline in mental health and psychological well-being has an impact on self-growth, less able to manage a new environment, less direction in life, less positive relationships with others, disappointment with oneself, and less autonomy. The actions taken are counseling assistance in the form of studying pesantren local wisdom, training, and making pesantren-based mental health and psychological well-being modules. This research is very useful for new female students and managers of child-friendly pesantren programs as well as the development of mental health and Islamic counseling courses.

STRATEGI BIMBINGAN MANASIK HAJI JEMAAH LANJUT USIA: STUDI DI KELOMPOK BIMBINGAN IBADAH HAJI DAN UMRAH (KBIHU) HAJAR ASWAD YOGYAKARTA
Hajj is a spiritual journey to complete the perfection of the pillars of Islam that must be carried out in accordance with the science of Hajj manasik, so it is necessary to provide manasik guidance for all pilgrims, including elderly. This study aims to analyze the strategy of manasik guidance for elderly pilgrims at KBIHU Hajar Aswad Yogyakarta. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation at KBIHU Hajar Aswad Yogyakarta. The results showed that the need for an elderly Hajj manasik guidance strategy due to a decrease in the ability to live and individual sensitivity, and the manasik guidance strategy for elderly pilgrims at KBIHU Hajar Aswad Yogyakarta by mentors by preparing human resources who have competence, professionalism, mentors to treat elderly pilgrims as their own parents. The results of this research academically will be able to add insight and scientific development, especially in the guidance of Hajj and Umrah rituals
An Analysis of the Use of Religious Values in Commercial Advertising: A Da'wah and Communication Approach Based on Charles Sanders Peirce's Theory
This study analyzes the commodification of religious values in the advertising world with reference to the theory of Charles Sanders Peirce. Religious values are often used as marketing tools to influence consumer perceptions and behaviors. The aim of this study is to understand how religious values are transformed into commodities in advertisements and how this is reflected in Peirce's theory of signs and meaning. This research employs a qualitative approach by analyzing advertisements that utilize religious value elements as their main attraction. The results of the analysis show that these advertisements employ commodification strategies by transforming the meaning of religious values into something that can be traded and consumed. The implication is the importance of critiquing advertising practices that use religious values for commercialization purposes. This study contributes to understanding the dynamics of commodifying religious values and its influence on consumer society in the context of modern advertising
Halal Certification Products and Supporting Tourism Development in Bandung Regency: Issues and Strategies
This research is motivated by the low awareness and compliance of micro and small business actors with halal certification obligations. The research aims to identify the causes or problems of low awareness and compliance with halal certification obligations; and find strategies to increase awareness and compliance with halal certification obligations. This research uses a Community Based Research (CBR) approach, where this approach places MSE actors with researchers and stakeholders in an equal and balanced position. The results of the study found that: first, the factors that influence the low awareness and compliance of Pulosari Village MSE actors with halal certification obligations are low knowledge of halal literacy and low understanding of the requirements and processes of halal certification; and 2) legal counseling strategies and direct assistance to Pulosari Village MSE actors have an effect on increasing awareness and compliance with halal certification obligations. Thus, halal product guarantee law and halal tourism regulations have begun to occupy their role as law in the midst of halal tourism development efforts in Bandung Regency

Critical Discourse Analysis in the Reporting of the NTT Governor's School Entry Hours Policy Controversy
This essay discusses the construction of the news about implementing school entry rules for Senior High Schools (SMA), issued by the Governor of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Viktor Laiskodat, on kompas.com. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis model. To conclude from the research that has been conducted, kompas.com highlights the controversy arising due to such a policy implemented by the Governor of NTT regarding school entry time rules. In addition, kompas.com also compiles its news neutrally by presenting various viewpoints with pros and cons. The problem context highlighted by kompas.com is processed through a text writing strategy that uses a light and short language structure appropriate to social reality and accessible for the public to understand. Kompas.com also describes assorted realities that emerge with various titles but retain the same theme about the reported problem
From Digital Philanthropy to Sustainable Empowerment: Dompet Dhuafa Riau’s Mechanisms in Fundraising and Trust Building
Dompet Dhuafa Riau’s transition to digital philanthropic management has significantly increased voluntary donations, addressing the concerns of digital philanthropy scholars about the impact of technology on philanthropic interactions. This research aims to uncover the practical mechanisms employed by Dompet Dhuafa Riau in transforming into a digital media-utilizing philanthropic institution. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the study reveals a well-established transition pattern that integrates elements of traditional philanthropy into digital activities. Digital media serves as a tool to facilitate voluntary donations from donors, effectively addressing trust issues commonly associated with transitioning to online platforms by ensuring fund allocation emphasizes sustainability. Service, mentoring, and training mechanisms further enhance Dompet Dhuafa Riau’s credibility as a reliable philanthropic institution, strengthening donor confidence and encouraging continued donations. This shift demonstrates that incorporating media into the management of philanthropic organizations creates a complex relationship between philanthropic institutions and the public, mediated by the unique dynamics of digital platforms
DEVELOPMENT OF TOUR GUIDE COMPETENCIES IN IMPROVING WORK PROFESSIONALISM AT INDONESIAN TOURISM ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL JAVA
This study aims to explore the competency development program of tour guides in improving work professionalism in the Association of Indonesian Guides (HPI) Central Java. The methods used were direct observation, and in-depth interviews with tourists, tour guides, and travel agencies, as well as literature studies. This research identifies factors that influence the improvement of the competence and professionalism of tour guides. The main finding of this research is that a structured, sustainable, systematic tour guide competency development program, full support of stakeholders, and certification recognized by the state can contribute to improving the quality of tour guide services, and tourist satisfaction. This research contributes to the science of da'wah management, seen from how da'wah values can be integrated into the tour guide competency development program to create guides who are not only competent in knowledge, and skills, but also have ethical and moral awareness at work, such as guide coordinating tourists to pray first before traveling, reminding prayer time schedules, and inviting to always do good, especially in terms of preserving the environment by throwing garbage in the place provided
