    Transforming Children's Character Education in Islamic Da'wah in the Era of Social Media

    This paper examines the transformation of children's character education in Islamic da'wah within the era of social media. The main question addressed is how Islamic da'wah can adapt to effectively nurture children's moral development amidst rapid digitalization. Positioned within the framework of Islamic educational values, this study argues that conventional da'wah approaches must be integrated with innovative digital strategies. The discussion is conducted through a qualitative descriptive method, using literature review and analysis of contemporary digital practices. The main result indicates that effective Islamic character education today requires the use of creative, interactive, and value-based digital content, parental collaboration, and the development of positive online communities. These strategies ensure that Islamic values are meaningfully transmitted and internalized by children in their formative years despite the challenges posed by the social media environment

    Making a Partnership-based Corporate Social Responsibility: PT UPC Sidrap Bayu Energi's strategy to Sustainable Community Empowerment

    The heightened corporate awareness regarding its social responsibility toward the community through empowerment activities is exemplified in the initiatives undertaken by PT UPC Sidrap Bayu Energi, which are executed effectively and sustainably. This research aims to explore the factors contributing to the success of corporate social responsibility in both charitable and empowerment activities within the company. To achieve this objective, a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach is employed. The study reveals that PT UPC Sidrap Bayu Energi's empowerment process entails collaboration with governmental and social community institutions, forming a network of policy makers through partnership relationships to identify community needs. The establishment of these partnership networks influences the development of activities that effectively address community challenges, aligning with government expectations for community social development. These partnership relationships with various stakeholders result in sustainable activities and serve as a conduit linking community needs, government expectations, and reinforcing the roles of social community institutions

    The management approach of Borneo Queen Community emphasizes the pivotal role of managerial efforts in sustaining small businesses while concurrently fostering community empowerment. This study endeavors to explore the proprietor’s influence in ensuring the continuity of Borneo Queen Community and its positive impact on community advancement. Employing a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological lens, the research unveils the proprietor’s strategies in empowering the business through a distinctive worker recruitment mechanism. This approach prioritizes the betterment of the local community’s welfare, particularly targeting youth with limited educational and economic prospects. By granting them autonomy in managing and honing their skills, the business not only fosters employee development but also maintains a strong economic focus. Furthermore, the business demonstrates astute market foresight by leveraging various digital platforms for expansive marketing outreach. Through this integrated approach, Borneo Queen Community emerges as a small business entity adept at harmonizing commercial success with community empowerment

    Psychological well-being plays an important role in families and faith communities as agents of the microsystem in ecological counseling. This study aims to explore the related families’ well-being and faith communities. This article explores a variety of issues related to youth, parenting, and extremism; parenting trends in the millennial era; theories of change towards the well-being of families and faith communities; and psychological well-being based on families and faith communities as microsystem agents.     PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI KLIK ME! SEBAGAI MEDIA LAYANAN KONSELING RAMAH DISABILITAS DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0

    Along with digital transformation in the era of society 5.0, counseling services can be carried out indirectly through the internet network and using a communication medium called cyber counseling. The development of digital counseling service applications is expected to be the right innovation to create inclusive e-counseling services. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). But, this research conducted only reached the development stage. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Klik Me! Application the counselee contains dashboard menus, assessment lists, consultation schedules, live chat and announcements. The results of the feasibility assessment of media experts were 86.7%, material experts 92.5%, non-disabled counselees 83% and 89% disabled counselees, this shows that the application Klik Me! very worthy to use.     It is Hard for Journalists to Pray on Time: Commodification of Media Workers in the Digital Age

    This study aims to explain the commodification practices of media workers in the digital era, more precisely on iNews TV Semarang, Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out in the form of observations and interviews with people who work as journalists at iNews TV Semarang. This study shows that journalists experience commodification in the form of absolute exploitation and relative exploitation. Absolute exploitation is seen in the irregular working hours of journalists, resulting in chaos during their worship hours. At the same time, relative exploitation is in the form of intensification of the labor process for journalists, which is carried out by giving multiple assignments. Journalists also get another task: looking for clients for the company's benefit. The commodification that has occurred has also involved processes of alienation, mystification, naturalization, and reification

    Pros and Cons Comparison of Reporting on the Personal Data Protection Law in Tribunnews.com and Antaranews.com

    This article observes the framing contained in reports of Tribunnews.com and antarnews.com regarding the ratification of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Perlindungan Data Pribadi or Personal Data Protection (PDP) during September 2022. This article wants to know how the framing of the PDP Law works and what forms of the frame are carried out by Tribunnews.com and Antarnews.com. The emergence of the PDP Law cannot be separated from the context of problems related to leaks of people's data, which have been occurring in Indonesia. It is alleged that the PDP Law could solve the problem of leaking people's data. However, some other people think that the PDP Law does not guarantee that data security will be realized. Using a comparative qualitative descriptive approach, this research will focus on dissecting five news stories about the PDP Law published by Tribunnews.com and antarnews.com. The news used as a data source will be analyzed using Robert N. Entman's framing analysis model, which has four analysis tools: define problems, diagnose causes, make moral judgments, and make treatment recommendations. This research shows that there is a framing of the news about the PDP Law presented by Tribunnews.com and antarnews.com. Tribunnews.com frames the news about the PDP Law by highlighting its pros and cons. Meanwhile, antarnews.com only highlights the positive or pro side of the PDP Law. antarnews.com marginalizes opinions that view the PDP Law critically and tend to be against it

    The problem of periodic Hajj services requires optimizing the performance of the task force and institutional organizers of the Hajj pilgrimage. This study aims to determine and analyze the management of Hajj services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Java Province. The points of interest in this research include the integration of Hajj services carried out and the role of female TPIHI officers in the implementation services. This research is a qualitative with a field study method that uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis of the inductive model and assisted by the theory of public service management. The results showed that the service was through 3 stages: pre-operational, implementation, and post-implementation of the pilgrimage. Service integration begins with a systematic recruitment and training pattern so that Hajj officers have the capability to carry out services to pilgrims.The role of female TPIHI in the management of Hajj services is evidenced by their contribution, from goal setting to service evaluation. In reality, female TPIHI officers are needed when guiding female pilgrims, especially guidance on feminine issues and assistance for female pilgrims who leave without a mahram while doing the Hajj

    The background of this study was carried out by examining self-control efforts through psychoeducational services at MTsN 2 Surabaya, especially in understanding how adolescents control themselves when negative emotions appear influenced by peers, and how they try to control themselves in behavior that is in accordance with Islamic norms and teachings. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of psychoeducational interventions in improving self-control in adolescents in MTsN 2 Surabaya. Psychoeducation is an approach that provides understanding and psychological skills to overcome emotional and behavioral challenges, with a focus on controlling or self-control of adolescents. The intervention was carried out for one month in November by providing psychoeducational services to students. The intervention method involves the delivery of information, observation, and interviews to increase adolescents' self-awareness and self-control skills. The results showed a significant improvement in the students' self-control after the intervention. The use of the pre-test and post-test self-control goals questionnaire showed an increase in scores. This study indicates that psychoeducational interventions have succeeded in having a positive impact on improving adolescent self-control skills.     From Traditional Trade to E-Commerce: Case Analysis on Empowerment of Conventional Market Traders in Yogyakarta

    Conventional markets have increasingly marginalized in the modernization era from consumers, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and have affected the decreasing traders' income. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the efforts to empower conventional market traders in increasing their income through the development of an e-commerce transaction system. A qualitative approach was used with data collection techniques, such as interviews and observations, while the data were analyzed by interactive technique. According to the results, the development of an e-commerce transaction system in conventional markets was conducted with a strategy of assessing market potential, socializing e-commerce concepts, and training on website management. At the implementation level, two factors behind the success of this program were the role of universities and financial support from the local government. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors include the social motivation of consumers in shopping and the cost of shipping goods. The efforts to develop an e-commerce transaction system was ineffective in increasing traders' income, while the loyalty of consumers who continue to shop at the market can contribute to the increase in income
