Bimbingan Kelompok dalam Membantu Perencanaan Studi Lanjut Siswa Kelas XII MAN 2 Kuningan
Full text linkThe high interest of Madrasah Aliyah students to continue their education to a higher level is still constrained by confusion in choosing a study program due to lack of further study information or career information, problems regarding costs, and problems with parents. Ideally, every class XII student should have careful planning so that they can determine the steps after completing their education to the next level according to their talents and interests. With the implementation of group guidance services, it is hoped that class XII students can exchange ideas about the importance of planning a career from an early age, and be able to foster enthusiasm in individuals to have plans for further studies or careers. This activity aims to help improve students' understanding and ability in planning careers or further studies. The method used is community education through group guidance. The subjects in this study were class XII students of MAN 2 Kuningan. The data collection technique is unstructured interview. The results of this community service activity showed that students' knowledge about further studies increased and some students began to be able to plan their further studies.
Tingginya minat siswa Madrasah Aliyah untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi masih terkendala dengan kebingungan dalam memilih program studi dikarenakan kurangnya informasi studi lanjut atau informasi karir, adanya masalah perihal biaya, serta adanya persoalan dengan orang tua. Idealnya setiap siswa kelas XII harus memiliki perencanaan yang matang sehingga dapat menentukan langkah setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan menuju jenjang selanjutnya sesuai bakat dan minatnya. Dengan dilaksanakannya layanan bimbingan kelompok diharapkan siswa kelas XII dapat bertukar pikiran tentang pentingnya merencanakan karir sejak dini, dan mampu menumbuhkan semangat pada diri individu untuk memiliki recana dalam studi lanjut atau karir. Adapun kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan siswa dalam merencanakan karir atau studi lanjutnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan masyarakat melalui bimbingan kelompok. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII MAN 2 Kuningan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara tak terstruktur. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang studi lanjut siswa bertambah dan sebagian siswa mulai mampu merencanakan studi lanjutnya

Full text linkThe phenomenon of Teen Mothers (young mothers) experiencing KTD has attracted the attention of various groups, from the government, academics, to women's activists. KTD cases are caused by a lack of knowledge about the process of pregnancy and methods of preventing it, due to acts of rape, and failure of contraception, which is often experienced by young mothers. The impact is that many young mothers who experience KTD are in an unhealthy condition, both physically and psychologically. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. This research aims to explore the various coping strategies used by teenage mothers at Sentra Paramita Mataram in dealing with unplanned pregnancies, as well as the factors that influence the choice of coping strategies. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the subject (SA) uses emotion focused coping, namely accepting responsibility and positive reappraisal. Even though initially he tended to blame himself, SA managed to change his outlook to a more positive one, showing positive developments in his psychological and social aspec.

Patterns of Community Empowerment through Fishermen’s Groups in Improving the Economy on the Pasaran Island of Bandar Lampung
Full text linkThis research is motivated by an interest in the economic empowerment program implemented by the Pasaran Island Fishermen Group, Kota Karang Village, Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this research is to find out how the pattern of community empowerment through fishermen groups in improving the economy on Pasaran Island, Bandar Lampung. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to develop the economy of fishermen on Pasaran Island, several strategies are used which include education and training patterns, counseling and mentoring patterns, and fisheries business partnership patterns, with the main strategy emphasized is the provision of assistance from the government for fishermen. Empowerment through fishing groups is able to respond to local conditions because what they do gives very positive results and is able to improve the economy of the community on Pasaran Island

The research subject was the bride and groom in KUA Ngampilan. The data collection instrument used documentation and direct observation. The results obtained are pre-marital guidance which is needed by prospective brides who feel more ready to live their family life so that families who are sakinah, mawaddah. Wa rahmah can achieve.
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya bimbingan pra-nikah untuk mewujudkan keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah di KUA Kecamatan Ngampilan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah calon pengantin di KUA Kecamatan Ngampilan. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan pengamatan langsung. Full text linkUnderstanding the principles of counseling in forming a maslahah family should be based on the principle of benefit for both the individual and society. Therefore, counselors must understand these principles in providing support and guidance to families. Conflicts that occur in families often become problems that are so complex that they require the right approach to resolve them. So, it is important to understand and apply various techniques and strategies for resolving conflicts in the family. This research aims to describe explicitly the understanding of the principles of counseling in realizing family resilience for the Muslimat NU community. Apart from that, it also explains the approaches and strategies used in counseling in an effort to create family resilience. The method used in qualitative with a case study type in the Muslimat NU Trenggalek community. The result of the research show that it is time for the Muslimat NU community to upgrade their understanding of family counseling. They must be pro-active in trying to create a family that is physically and mentally healthy, peaceful, so that it can bring about a prosperous family that is able to overcome various problems in everyday life. So, the Muslimat NU community, which is generally filled with mothers, does not experience psychological stress because of the many demands. Of course, with extensive knowledge and always up to date with the latest information. The hope is that all problems can be resolved well based on the right approach and strategy

THE INFLUENCE OF SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN SHARIA BANKS: QUALITY OF WORK LIFE (QWL) AND JOB SATISFACTION AS A MEDIATOR
Full text linkThe performance of sharia banking in Indonesia has decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic situation can increase mental and emotional pressure on employees at the office, as well as in Sharia banking. Therefore, it is necessary to increase leadership that is based on principles Islamic ethics in the context of Sharia banking to improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze banking performance Sharia in Indonesia through the development of spiritual leadership based on principles Islam, and also to examine the mediating role of quality of work life (QWL) and employee satisfaction. Research that examines the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance, especially using the four pillars of Islamic principles, such as: Truthfulness (Al-Sidq); Trust (Trust); Communication (Tabligh); Knowledge (Fathonah) is still limited in the Shariah Bank context. A quantitative approach with a survey design was used to collect data from 1.131 Shariah Bank employees. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Spiritual leadership has a significant effect on the quality of work life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, QWL and job satisfaction mediate the effect of spiritual leadership on employee performance. Sharia banking can implement spiritual leadership to improve employee performance, especially in Indonesia after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research fills the literature gap by explaining the relationship between spiritual leadership, creativity, quality of work life, job satisfaction, and employee performance in the context of Shariah Banking in Indonesia
Jogja Darurat Sampah: Examining the Effectiveness of Zero Inorganic Waste Policy in Various Perspective to Solve Waste Problem in Yogyakarta
Full text linkJogja Darurat Sampah represents the urgency of the waste problem due to obstacles in the waste downstream cycle to TPST Piyungan. Waste management policies are identified as ineffective with a reduction in waste transport below 8% until 2022. On 1 January 2023, the Yogyakarta City Government issued the Zero Inorganic Waste Policy as a strategic vision to reduce 15% of downstream waste by 2023. The research aims to evaluate the Zero Inorganic Waste Policy in reconstructing the waste management paradigm of Yogyakarta City. This research applies a case study method by adopting Formative Policy Evaluation. Before the Zero Inorganic Waste policy was issued, the community had a tendency of 'collect-transport-dispose' waste management behaviour. In the context of Evidence-Based Policy Making, this policy was formulated based on evidence of the escalation of waste problems in Yogyakarta City. In the dynamics of policy implementation, there has been a change in 'sort-reduce-reuse-recycle' behaviour in waste management. However, the challenges of misperceptions and community adaptation to the new policy simultaneously emerged. In the formative evaluation framework, the Zero Inorganic Waste policy was evaluated as effective. There was an average decrease in waste haulage of 24% or 56.42 tonnes/day in the first semester of 2023

From the results of the research, it was found that the professional internship programme can be said to be effective. This can be seen from the results of good output and outcome achievements. Even so, the implementation still leaves problems. When viewed from the perspective of the management process, it still needs improvement in the implementation process which still depends on the role of the executive committee. Para asisten konselor untuk dapat memiliki kemampuan yang baik, memerlukan pelatihan yang lebih dari sekedar materi di dalam kelas. Dengan begitu maka diadakan induksi bagi para asisten koselor Klinik Konseling Islam Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Exsperientaln Methods. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah meningkatkan kemampuan asisten konselor Klinik Konseling Islam sehingga mampu mendukung proses konseling.
In counseling, the ability of a counselor is an important component that can determine the success of the counseling process. With the qualified abilities of the counselors, the objectives of counseling can be achieved well and the counselee is able to obtain the best service. To be able to have good abilities, assistant counselors require more than just material in the classroom. That way, an induction was held for the assistant counselors of the Islamic Counseling Clinic, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The method used is the Experiential Methods. Full text linkProgram Talaling melalui formulir digital di BPRSW berfokus pada pelayanan konseling agar dapat berjalan maksimal serta mengoptimalkan peran psikolog, konselor dan pekerja sosial. Konseling yang telah dilaksanakan harus didata melalui link google form yang sudah tersedia kemudian didata secara manual di lembar formulir konseling agar dapat memudahkan administrasi dalam mendata dan memantau kegiatan konseling yang dilakukan. Pengembangan model layanan Talaling melalui formulir digital menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adanya program Talaling (Taman Layanan Konseling) Melalui Formulir Digital di BPRSW dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pembinaan melalui link google form dan lembar konseling akan memacu proses konseling ke arah yang lebih baik.
The Talaling program through digital forms at BPRSW focuses on counseling services so that they can run optimally and optimize the roles of psychologists, counselors and social workers. The counseling that has been carried out must be recorded through the google form link that is already available and then manually recorded on the counseling form sheet in order to facilitate the administration in recording and monitoring the counseling activities carried out. The development of the Talaling service model through digital forms using qualitative descriptive research methods. The existence of the Talaling (Counseling Service Park) program through Digital Forms at BPRSW in improving the quality of coaching services through google form links and counseling sheets will spur the counseling process in a better direction
