Get PDFAgrarian Law or National Land Law in Indonesia adheres to Customary Law. One of them is the principle of cash and carry in the sale and purchase of land rights. People who have problems in the sale and purchase of land rights often want to cancel unilaterally without knowing about the application of the principle of cash and carry in the sale and purchase of land rights. This research method uses a form of normative legal research using a statutory approach with legal material collection techniques using literature studies and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the carry principle of buying and selling land rights in Indonesia cannot be canceled unilaterally if it has fulfilled the cash and carry principles adopted by national land law from customary law in Indonesia.Agrarian Law or National Land Law in Indonesia adheres to Customary Law. Social Justice’s Manifestation: The Relation Between Limited Companies and Small and Medium Enterprises
Get PDFSocial justice is an important pillar of Indonesia\u27s constitutional identity. In this case, every law relating to the Indonesian economy is required to reflect the substance of social justice. One aspect that must pay attention to aspects of social justice is related to the formation of a Limited Liability Company or Perseroan Terbatas (PT). This research aims to find the urgency of the manifestation of social justice in the formation of PT before and after revision. This research is normative legal research which has an orientation towards the study of legal norms and rules. This research is based on legal issues, namely the social justice aspect in the legal policy of facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in establishing PT. The legal materials in this research include primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, as well as non-legal materials. The approaches in this research are the statutory regulatory approach and the conceptual approach. The research results confirm that the essence of the revised PT provisions in the Job Creation Law is to allow PTs to be formed by business, micro, and small business legal entities. The essence of social justice seeks to improve the welfare of all levels of Indonesian society. In fact, this has been facilitated by the revision of the provisions of the Job Creation Law and its derivative regulations so that PTs are not only dominated by investors but can also empower SMEs.Social justice is an important pillar of Indonesia\u27s constitutional identity. PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI LEGALISIR IJAZAH ONLINE DI POLITEKNIK NEGERI INDRAMAYU
Get PDFAn information system is a collection of interconnected elements that form a unity in integrating data, processing, storing and distributing information. Legalization is an attestation process by providing an original stamp and signature from the authorities on a photocopy of a diploma or grade transcript as proof that the photocopy matches the original diploma or grade transcript. The legalization process at the Indramayu State Polytechnic which is currently running is still done manually. This mechanism requires alumni who wish to legalize their diplomas or transcripts to come directly to campus. The legalization service system that is currently running at the Indramayu State Polytechnic is considered to be less effective because it takes a long time for alumni to process the application. Based on the problems above, the researcher aims to design a website-based information system for legalizing diplomas and transcripts. The legalization system is designed to focus on the needs of alumni and those from the academic department who are responsible for ratifying documents for legalizing diplomas and transcripts. The result of this research is a website platform for submitting online legalization requests which can help the academic section of the Indramayu State Polytechnic in managing legalization applications and make it easier for alumni to submit legalization applications.Sistem informasi adalah kumpulan elemen saling berhubungan antara satu dengan lain yang membentuk kesatuan dalam mengintegrasi data, memproses, menyimpan dan mendistribusikan suatu informasi. Legalisir merupakan proses pengesahan dengan pemberian stempel asli dan tanda tangan dari pihak berwenang pada dokumen fotokopy ijazah atau transkrip nilai sebagai pembuktian bahwa fotokopy sesuai dengan ijazah ataupun transkrip nilai yang asli. Proses legalisir di Politeknik Negeri Indramayu yang berjalan saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Mekanisme ini mengharuskan alumni yang menginginkan pengajuan legalisir ijazah atau transkrip nilai harus datang secara langsung ke kampus. Sistem pelayanan legalisir yang berjalan saat ini di Politeknik Negeri Indramayu dinilai kurang efektif karena membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk alumni dalam proses pengajuannya. Dari permasalahan di atas peneliti bertujuan merancang sebuah sistem informasi pelayanan legalisir ijazah dan transkrip nilai berbasis website. Sistem legalisir di rancang fokus kepada kebutuhan dari alumni serta pihak dari bagian akademik yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengesahan dokumen legalisir ijazah dan transkrip nilai. The convenience of banking services is an advantage for consumers in choosing the services provided at the bank. This is what banks do to form services from conventional banks to open digital services. However, from a juridical aspect, in Indonesia there is no specific regulation governing digital banks. As a country that adheres to the civil law system, it has become a real consequence that all applicable laws must be codified and regulated in accordance with applicable laws. Problems arise when digital banks operate but there is no legal basis that specifically regulates dealing with it. Komunikasi Krisis Polri: Strategi Image Repair Polri Dalam Tragedi Kanjuruhan
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze Polri\u27s image repair strategy in the Kanjuruhan Tragedy. Many parties regretted this incident, so that there was a mutual shift of responsibility, including the assumption that the police were deemed guilty for violating FIFA rules regarding tear gas shooting. Of course, as a result of this incident the image of the police is at stake and image restoration is needed. By using the qualitative content analysis method through texts published by Kompas.com for the period 1 October - 1 November 2022, it was found that the Polri focused on restoring image by using many strategies such as simple denial, provocation, defeasibility, good intention, bolstering, compensation and corrective actions. However, the results also show that there is inconsistency and neglect of the apology or mortification strategy by the National Police. In fact, this strategy is needed when an organization is hit by a crisis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi image repair Polri dalam Tragedi Kanjuruhan. Banyak pihak menyayangkan peristiwa ini, hingga saling lempar tanggung jawab pun terjadi, termasuk anggapan bahwa kepolisian dianggap bersalah karena melanggar aturan FIFA mengenai tembakan gas air mata. Tentu, akibat peristiwa ini citra kepolisian dipertaruhkan dan pemulihan citra pun diperlukan. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif melalui teks yang diterbitkan Kompas.com periode 1 Oktober – 1 November 2022, diperoleh hasil bahwa pihak Polri berfokus pada pengembalian citra dengan banyak menggunakan strategi-strategi seperti simple denial, provocation, defeasibility, good intention, bolstering, compensation dan corrective action. Namun, hasil juga menunjukkan adanya ketidakkonsistenan dan pengabaian strategi permintaan maaf atau mortification oleh Polri. RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI CERDAS (LIMBEKFEED) MENGGUNAKAN METODE PROFILE MATCHING DALAM PENENTUAN DOSIS PEMBERIAN PAKAN TERNAK IKAN LELE
Get PDFIn catfish farming, providing the right feed is crucial for optimal growth and health. However, determining the accurate dosage of feed that is suitable for individual catfish can be complex and time-consuming. To address this challenge, we have developed an intelligent application called "Limbekfeed" using the Profile Matching method for determining the dosage of catfish livestock feed. The prototype of this application leverages the Profile Matching method, which connects the profile of the catfish with the feed profiles available in the database. Users input data such as size, weight, age, and water quality. The prototype application then compares this data with the predefined feed profiles in the system and provides recommendations for the most suitable feed dosage. Test results indicate that the "Limbekfeed" application prototype is expected to provide feed dosage recommendations to help farmers avoid the risks of overfeeding or underfeeding.Dalam budidaya ikan lele, pemberian pakan yang tepat sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan dan kesehatan optimal. Namun, menentukan dosis pakan yang akurat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu ikan lele dapat menjadi kompleks dan memakan waktu. Dalam rangka mengatasi tantangan ini, kami mengembangkan aplikasi cerdas yang disebut "Limbekfeed" dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching untuk penentuan dosis pakan ternak ikan lele. Prototipe aplikasi ini memanfaatkan metode Profile Matching yang menghubungkan profil ikan lele dengan profil pakan yang ada dalam basis data. Pengguna memasukkan data seperti ukuran, berat, usia, dan kualitas air. Prototipe aplikasi kemudian membandingkan data ini dengan profil pakan yang sudah ditanamkan di dalam sistem dan kemudian memberikan rekomendasi dosis pakan yang paling sesuai. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa prototipe aplikasi "Limbekfeed" ddiharapkan apat memberikan rekomendasi dosis pakan untuk membantu peternak menghindari risiko overfeeding atau underfeeding

Get PDFUtilization of organic fertilizer aims to increase soil fertility and efforts to improve the balance of the corn plant ecosystem. One source of organic fertilizer is black grass jelly waste, both solid and liquid. Black grasss jelly waste is available in excess because factories that produce black grass jelly have not utilized the waste as an alternative to organic fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organic fertilizer from black grass jelly waste both solid and liquid on the abundance of insects and their natural enemies. This research started from September to December 2021. It took place at the Integrated Field Laboratory, Kadiri Islamic University, in Rejomulyo Village, Kediri City, with a pH of 7, daily temperature and humidity (±28.3°C and 72.2%) with rainfall 45 mm/month. Variable observations of downy mildew disease sentitivity index and insect diversity. The results showed that the effect of grass jelly fertilizer had an effect on the level of resistance to downy mildew attacks. In all the insects found were 47 families consisting of 6 orders. On diversity has a moderate value. In terms of evenness and species richness, it was found that all the results had high scores. So that the treatment of solid and liquid fertilizers against insect diversity is very good
Peran Aliansi Masyarakat Adat Nusantara (AMAN) dalam Pencegahan Covid-19 di Wilayah Masyarakat Adat
Get PDFThe role of the Indigenous Peoples Alliance Archipelago (AMAN) in overcoming Covid-19 in the territory of indigenous peoples is very large, it can be seen from the various strategies carried out by AMAN hand in hand to strive for various ways to deal with COVID-19 in indigenous peoples. The results of AMAN\u27s research help deal with the pandemic by establishing a Covid-19 task force in indigenous territories, guarding the borders of indigenous villages, distributing masks and socializing to indigenous peoples how to transmit the Covid-19 virus, spraying disinfectants and providing knowledge of food security in the midst of this pandemic. However, on the other hand, indigenous peoples have their own way of dealing with this pandemic, namely with local wisdom that has been passed down from their ancestors centuries ago, this method is more trusted by indigenous peoples in dealing with disasters such as the Covid-19 pandemic.Peran Aliansi Masyarakat Adat Nusantara (AMAN) terhadap penangulangan Covid-19 di wilayah masyarakat adat sangatlah besar, terlihat dari berbagai strategi yang dilakukan AMAN dengan bahu membahu mengupayakan berbagai macam cara dalam menangani covid-19 di masyarakat adat. Metode penelitian adalah menggunakan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian AMAN membantu menghadapi pandemi dengan membentuk satgas Covid-19 di wilayah adat, menjaga perbatasan desa adat, membagikan masker dan sosialisasi ke masyarakat adat bagaimana penularan virus Covid-19, melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan serta memberikan pengetahuan ketahanan pangan ditengah pandemi ini. Namun disisi lain masyarakat adat mempunyai cara tersendiri dalam menghadapi pandemi ini yaitu dengan kearifan lokal yang telah diturunkan nenek moyang mereka berabad-abad lalu, cara ini lebih dipercaya oleh masyarakat adat dalam menangani bencana seperti pandemi covid-19 ini
