Get PDFPurchasing motorbikes on credit involves third parties, namely consumer finance as financing lenders (creditors), while the party receiving the financing loan is called the debtor. The parties who bind themselves in the fiduciary guarantee deed under the hand do not have legal certainty for the parties, it is different from the fiduciary guarantee deed based on Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees that have legal certainty. Fiduciary guarantees are guarantees for rights to movable or immovable objects other than land and buildings which are not included in mortgage rights. Through normative juridical research, research has been produced that the legal consequences of a fiduciary guarantee deed made privately are the frequent executions of unilateral interests, namely the creditor when there is a breach of contract made by the debtor. Dalam pembelajaran sendiri terdapat 5 pokok yang penting yaitu pendidik, peserta didik, materi pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan tujuan pembelajaran. Akun tik tok @raymondchins, akun ini merupakan akun yang memiliki pengikut sebanyak 740.0 ribu pengikut dengan jumlah suka 17.0 juta, akun tik tok ini berfokus pada pemberian pemahaman bagi khalayak masyarakat pengguna tik tok atau yang yang ingin belajar tentang investasi dan keuangan. Dalam peneliti kali ini, peneliti memilih 6 sampel video tik tok dan juga 6 narasumber dari mahasiswa asal Sulawesi Selatan yang berkuliah di Yogyakarta. Analisis kali ini digunakan adalah analisis resepsi dengan metode kualitatif. Dan dari hasil penelitian kali ini kami dapat menempatkan narasumber berdasarkan tiga tipe posisi khalayak. Posisi dominan, posisi pembaca yang dinegosiasikan, dan posisi pembaca yang oposisi.Entering this modern era, humans cannot be separated from social media. The creation of an MCN account managed by Hakka Indonesia is evidence of widespread investment through digital content marketing to enhance brand persona. By using a descriptive qualitative method, the interview approach was carried out to take from the Hakka Indonesia Creative team. The results of this study contain the stages of digital content marketing strategy according to Kotler in building a brand persona. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang ada di Madura. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden. Besarnya sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akses permodalan berpengaruh terhadap keuangan pribadi. Get PDFSeberang Ulu Satu District of Palembang City is a government institution whose duties include serving community needs in terms of administrative data, in this case specifically regarding licensing and non-licensing services, public complaints and hearse lending services. Based on the observations results, it is found that the mechanism for submitting and managing administrative documents at the Seberang Ulu Satu District office still had some obstacles, such as difficulties for residents to get information about service administration requirements, the requirement for residents to come directly to the office and queues for residents to submit letters applications for both licensing and non-licensing, complaints and borrowing hearses. To overcome this, the authors will design an integrated administrative service information system for Seberang Ulu Satu District, Palembang City using the waterfall software development method, as well as the UML (Unified Modeling Language) design system model which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The end result is building an integrated administrative service information system at the Seberang Ulu Satu District office, Palembang City, which can help and facilitate the process of Integrated Administrative Services for Seberang Ulu Satu District, Palembang City.Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Satu Kota Palembang adalah lembaga pemerintahan yang diantara tugasnya adalah melayani kebutuhan masyarakat dalam hal data administrasi, dalam hal ini khususnya mengenai pelayanan perijinan dan non perijinan, pengaduan masyarakat dan layanan peminjaman mobil jenazah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ditemukan bahwa mekanisme pengajuan dan pengurusan dokumen administrasi pada kantor Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Satu masih memiliki beberapa kendala, seperti kesulitan bagi warga untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai persyaratan administrasi pelayanan, keharusan bagi warga untuk datang langsung ke kantor Camat serta antrian warga yang akan mengajukan surat permohonan baik perijinan dan non perijinan, pengaduan dan peminjaman mobil jenazah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka peneliti akan merancang sebuah sistem informasi pelayanan administrasi terpadu Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Satu Palembang menggunakan metode waterfall (air terjun), serta dengan model sistem perancangan UML(UnifiedModelling Language) yang terdiri dari diagram use case, diagram aktivitas, diagram sequence dan diagram kelas. Hasil akhirnya adalah membangun sistem informasi pelayanan administarsi terpadu pada kantor Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Satu yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah proses Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Satu Kota Palembang

No full textRain is beneficial for agriculture and also for water reserves, but rain can also have negative impacts such as floods, disease outbreaks and other disasters if not handled properly, therefore to overcome or avoid the problem of excessive rainwater falling It is better to make predictions as an effort to prevent disasters that will occur. Rain will be able to be handled well if you are able to predict when the rain will fall, so that early mitigation can be carried out. With a prediction method using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, rainfall can be predicted because this method uses a probability approach for each data. The result of this method is that it is able to predict the fall of rain by 80%, so the Naïve Bayes method is able to predict when it will rain accurately, where this value comes from 10 test data results for the Malang Raya area. The incorrect value is 20% which is relatively small and this value is quite accurate as a basis for the probability of rain in the Malang Raya area.Hujan adalah sesuatu yang bermanfaat untuk pertanian dan juga untuk cadangan air, tetapi hujan juga dapat membawa dampak negative seperti banjir, wabah penyakit dan bencana lainnya jika tidak ditangani dengan benar, maka dari itu untuk mengatasi atau terhindar dari permasalahan air hujan yang turun dengan berlebihan akan baiknya dilakukan prediksi sebagaimana upaya pencegahan bencana yang akan terjadi.Hujan akan mampu ditangani dengan baik jika mampu untuk memprediksinya kapan hujan akan turun, sehingga mitigasi secara dini mampu dilakukan. Dengan metode prediksi menggunakan Algoritme Naïve Bayes turunnya hujan akan mampu diprediksi karena metode ini menggunakan pendekatan peluang setiap datanya. Hasil dari metode ini adalah mampu memprediksi turunnya hujan sebesar 80% dengan demikian metode Naïve Bayes mampu memprediksi kapan turunya hujan secara akurat, dimana dengan nilai tersebut berasal dari 10 hasil data uji wilayah malang raya. Nilai yang salah terdapat 20% dimana tergolong kecil dan nilai tersebut cukup akurat sebgai landasan probabilitas hujan di wilayah malang raya

Get PDFThis research examines community empowerment efforts through collaborative communication in the implementation of the Government Program (RT Keren) in Bendogerit Village, Blitar City. The RT Keren program aims to increase community participation and facilitate regional development by residents and local RTs. This research uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to understand the impact of collaborative communication in strengthening community participation and empowerment. The research results show that effective collaborative communication encourages active citizen participation, increases understanding of the program, and stimulates community empowerment in decision making. This program has increased community participation in subdistrict activities, created a greater sense of ownership among residents, and empowered communities to take an active role in decision making and program implementation.Penelitian ini mengkaji upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui komunikasi kolaboratif dalam pelaksanaan Program Pemerintah (RT Keren) di Kelurahan Bendogerit Kota Blitar. Program RT Keren bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan memfasilitasi pembangunan wilayah oleh warga dan RT setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen untuk memahami dampak komunikasi kolaboratif dalam memperkuat partisipasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kolaboratif yang efektif mendorong partisipasi aktif warga, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang program, dan merangsang pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan. They consider people with disabilities as people who do not have abilities and are considered a burden on the family. Viewed from the results of this research show that the human resource management strategies for improving the performance of employees with disabilities that Rumah Kinasih uses to improve their performance include recruitment strategies, training, work discipline and compensation. KONSENTRASI FOLIAR SPRAYING PUPUK BERTEKNOLOGI NANO DAN MEDIA TANAM PADA PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN ZUKINI (Cucurbita pepo L.)
Get PDFZucchini (Cucurbita pepo L.) is a member of the Cucurbitaceae group that is of interest to the public because it has high economic value. However, there are obstacles to cultivation, one way to overcome them is by using nano technology fertilizer and planting media. The aim of this research was to find out the interaction between doses of nanote chnology compound fertilizer and planting media on the growth and yield of zucchini plants (Cucurbita pepo L.). The research method used was a Factorial Randomized Block Design with two factors. First factor: concentration of compound fertilizer with nano technology (P) which consists of 4 levels, namely: P0: control (without application of nano technology fertilizer) P1: concentration of nano fertilizer 5 ml/L P2: concentration of nano fertilizer 10 ml/L P3: concentration of fertilizer nano 15 ml/L Second factor: the composition of the planting medium which consists of 3 levels, namely: M1: Husk charcoal: cocopeat: vermicompost (1:1:1) M2: Husk charcoal: cocopeat: vermicompost (1:1:2) M3: Husk charcoal: cocopeat: vermicompost (1:1:3) Variables observed were plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm), flowering time (DAT), fruit diameter (cm), fruit weight (grams) and fruit length (cm ). From the research results it can be concluded that there is a real interaction in the treatment of nano fertilizer and planting media. The best combination was seen in the application of 10 ml/L nano fertilizer and husk charcoal planting media: cocopeat : vermicompost (1:1:3) (P2M3), at a plant height of 18.96 cm, stem diameter of 1.169, fruit weight of 630 grams, fruit length 43.50 cm and fruit diameter 75.66 cm
