Pandangan Sosiologis Politik terhadap Hak Veto PBB: Penolakan terhadap Gencatan Senjata Permanen dalam Konflik di Gaza
Get PDFThe prolonged conflict in Gaza has raised global concerns, particularly regarding the role of the UN and the use of veto power in addressing the conflict. This article aims to critically examine the use of the UN veto power, especially regarding the rejection of a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza conflict, from sociological view of politics. Using a qualitative approach and analyzing primary and secondary literature, this article highlights the negative implications of the UN veto power and its ethical criticisms in the context of the Gaza conflict. The analysis results show that the Islamic political ethics perspective emphasizes the importance of justice, equality, and recognition of human rights in resolving the conflict. In conclusion, a sustainable solution to the Gaza conflict should involve active participation from the international community, reform of the world security system, and recognition of the basic rights of the Palestinian people
PERANCANGAN DESAIN UI/UX APLIKASI MOBILE PADA SOLARIA RESTO DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE LEAN UX
Get PDFThe rapid development of information technology encourages companies in various sectors to adopt mobile applications to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Solaria, a leading fast food restaurant in Indonesia, needed to design an optimal user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for its mobile application. This research aims to design the UI/UX of the Solaria app using the Lean UX method. The research method involves several stages: customer interviews and questionnaires to understand user needs, wireframes and initial prototypes, testing and iteration based on user feedback, and final evaluation of the refined prototype. The result of this research is a relevant and user-friendly design. This research is expected to serve as a reference for mobile application developers to be able to make a full application.Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong perusahaan di berbagai sektor untuk mengadopsi aplikasi mobile guna meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional. Solaria, sebuah restoran cepat saji terkemuka di Indonesia, memerlukan perancangan antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) yang optimal untuk aplikasi mobile-nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX pada aplikasi Solaria dengan menggunakan metode Lean UX, Metode penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan: wawancara dan quisioner kepada pelanggan untuk bisa memahami kebutuhan pengguna, pembuatan wireframe dan prototipe awal, pengujian dan iterasi berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna, serta evaluasi akhir terhadap prototipe yang telah disempurnakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan desain yang relevan dan user-friendly. . Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembang aplikasi mobile lainnya untuk bisa menjadikan aplikasi seutuhnya
PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI DENGAN KONSEP GREEN ECONOMY LIMBAH BUAH JERUK NIPIS (Citrus aurantifolia) SEBAGAI BAHAN POMADE ANTI KETOMBE
Get PDFPomade is a styling material that is usually used by men with strong adhesion and a shiny finish. The potential of the lime part, especially lime waste as a natural hair care combined with mixed ingredients such as olive oil, castor oil, can be produced in the form of pomade hair oil. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of lime waste to improve the economy of farmers, to know the advantages and marketing strategies of lime waste treatment products. This activity is in collaboration with lime farmers of the "Sidowayah" Farmers Group, so that farmers can improve their welfare and productivity with the concept of Green Economy of lime waste. The method used in this study is agricultural business analysis and marketing strategy. The calculation of the R/C ratio of 1.296 (value >1) shows that lime pomade is profitable and worthy of being used as a business. The profit obtained based on the calculation of farming analysis is Rp. 57,150 for 10 production processes or Rp. 5,715 for 1 piece of lime pomade packaging. This lime pomade product has also been laboratory tested for Vitamin C content and Fe levels. This vitamin C activity test stage is a vitamin determination to determine the level of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in orange, lime, and vitamin samples with iodometric titration. Laboratory results showed that every 100 mg contained 0.025 Vitamin C. Meanwhile, the laboratory results of Fe content contained in every 100 mg of lime extract sample were 3.92. Based on the results of this study, lime pomade is very feasible to be developed as a product that can improve the economy of lime farmers
Story Telling Bermuatan Kisah Nabi untuk Meningkatkan Akhlak Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar
Get PDFAkhlak merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan individu. Individu yang memiliki akhlak yang baik akan mampu membangun kualitas diri serta memberikan dampak positif yang luas bagi lingkungan. Problematika yang sering dijumpai saat ini adalah banyaknya siswa sekolah dasar yang memiliki akhlak kurang baik. Meski peserta didik memiliki akhlak yang kurang baik, peserta didik masih memungkinkan untuk dapat membentuk akhlak yang baik dengan menggunakan berbagai intervensi. Teknik modifikasi perilaku yang dapat diterapkan untuk membina akhlak yang baik adalah storytelling. Pelaksanaan storytelling memerlukan media yang sesuai untuk membentuk perilaku baru dalam hal ini akhlak yang baik. Pemilihan penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis cerita kisah teladan Nabi dirasa tepat karena diasumsikan anak usia sekolah dasar menyukai bentuk penyampaian informasi berbentuk cerita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan prinsip dasar kahlak; (2) Mendeskripsikan konsep storytelling bermuatan kisah-kisah Nabi untuk membentuk akhlak siswa pendidikan dasar; (3) Memberikan rekomendasi rancangan implementasi storytelling bermuatan kisah-kisah Nabi untuk membentuk akhlak siswa pendidikan dasar. Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangsih pada bidang modifikasi perilaku yang dapat digunakan oleh guru, terapis, dan konselor dalam membantu siswa menumbuhkan akhlak yang mulia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh keteladanan guru terhadap moral dan pembentukan kepribadian siswa. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah studi literatur dan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan mengolah sumber bacaan seperti buku dan refrensi lain yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan peserta didik dari gender, dan daerah yang berbeda. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa keteladanan yang diperlihatkan oleh guru memberi persepsi dan pengaruh terhadap cara berpikir dan perilaku peserta didik. Penanaman pendidikan karakter tidak cukup jika hanya sebatas retorika dari guru karena peserta didik juga mengharapkan adanya sinkronisasi antara perkataan dan tindakan guru itu sendiri untuk memberi inspirasi keteladanan. Narasumber juga mengaku bahwa ada cara berpikir dan perilaku dalam dirinya yang terpengaruh dari keteladanan guru.

Abstract
This research aims to obtain information about the influence of teacher example on students\u27 morals and personality formation. The research method used is literature study and descriptive research. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting and processing reading sources such as books and other references related to the research topic. Apart from that, researchers also conducted interviews with four students from different genders, schools and regions. After conducting research, researchers found that the example shown by teachers had a perception and influence on students\u27 way of thinking and behavior. Instilling character education is not enough if it is only limited to rhetoric from the teacher because students also expect synchronization between the words and actions of the teacher himself to provide exemplary inspiration. Four interviewees also admitted that there were ways of thinking and behavior in themselves that were influenced by the teacher\u27s example.

An analysis of English Materials for Effective Communication as Tour Guides
Get PDFEffective speaking skills are essential for a tour guide to provide a satisfying experience to international tourists. This research is an effort to meet the need for teaching materials for English speaking skills that are suitable for tour guides. This research uses the Research & Development method which is carried out in three stages; namely the exploration stage, prototype development stage, and expert validation stage. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and expert assessment. The data was then analyzed using descriptive-qualitative and interactive analysis. The research results show that English teaching materials for tour guides are really needed. The materials required include daily conversation, focus on speaking skills, an informal class atmosphere, and no homework. Meanwhile, at the principle stage, the guideline for preparing English language skills teaching materials is that this approach must be student-centered. Tour guides\u27 intrinsic motivation needs to be taken into account, materials should provide input that is comprehensible but also challenging, recycling of target language knowledge needs to be done regularly Lastly, the importance of teaching intercultural competence cannot be ignored, preparing tour guides to communicate with tourists from various backgrounds culture. The choice of topic and background in this study was based on the fact that narcotics abuse has long been a serious problem in various countries, especially in Indonesia. An example of the adverse effects that have occurred in Indonesia, especially for the wider community, is the adverse impact of friendships which often have a negative influence on children. nation. One example is drug abuse. With its legal basis, namely Law number 5 of 1997 concerning psychotropics and Law number 22 of 1997 concerning Narcotics which was later updated to become Law number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics, Then for criminal sanctions against children who commit basic crimes the law is Law Number 23 of 2002. In the Implementation of Child Offenders of Narcotics and Psychotropic Crimes at the Madiun District Court. The method used is empirical juridical research which is legal research involving various supports from the community or outside parties in accordance with existing law, involving the community or the surrounding environment based on social science. The analysis used is qualitative analysis using interviews, as well as literature studies. The analysis of morphemes holds significance as it facilitates comprehension of the organization and semantics of words. Through the process of deconstructing words into their fundamental semantic components, one can acquire knowledge on the formation of words, their potential for modification, and their role in conveying meaning within sentences. The aforementioned analysis has the potential to enhance our linguistic abilities, understanding, and interpersonal exchange.

If this violation has occurred, what about legal protection for the creator of his work?
The research used in this research is normative legal research or doctrinal law. Normative legal research is a type of legal research whose process is based on the logic of legal science from its normative side. In this research, researchers took a legislative approach by analyzing the relationship between one legal regulation and other regulations related to the problems that occurred.
The results of this research explain the forms of copyright infringement against re-displays of cinematographic works on the Tik Tok application and the role of the government and Tik Tok in providing legal protection for creators against copyright violations for re-displays of cinematographic works on the Tik Tok application.
 
INDICATIONS OF UNFAIR BUSINESS COMPETITION IN DETERMINING AIRCRAFT RATES ASSOCIATED WITH LAW NUMBER 5 OF 1999 CONCERNING MONOPOLY AND UNFAIR BUSINESS COMPETITION (CASE STUDY OF KPPU KANWIL IV SURABAYA)
Get PDFThis study intends to find out the legal norms for the behavior of airlines in setting very low prices for scheduled domestic commercial airline tickets with the aim of eliminating competitors in the same class and the same route based on the perspective of Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition , and describes the obstacles experienced by the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU) which has the authority to supervise and investigate this case. This study uses the Juridical Empirical Research method and concludes that by eliminating the rules regarding the requirements for adding flight frequencies that can be carried out by airlines on one route, it creates gaps for airlines with a larger fleet advantage to be able to carry out selling and loss practices, namely by setting fares lower than its competitors but with a greater number of flying frequencies causing a decrease in the competitiveness of these routes, this is clearly not in accordance with the rule of reason for the issuance of the Law on Anti-Monopolistic Practices which aims to increase competition in the market and pay attention to the balance between business actors and the constraints experienced by KPPU as the competent authority in this case is that there are no rules regarding the option of forced summons that can be carried out by the KPPU in order to present the reported party in the framework of investigating a case which results in a delay in completing the cas
