The people of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya often hear the word "Twin Towers". In English, Twin Towers means towering towers or places. Most of the UIN Sunan Ampel community argues that, "in essence, the twin tower symbol symbolizes UINSA students are expected not to master religious knowledge only but if possible other sciences such as science etc." based on interviews conducted by researchers about understanding the value contained in the design and space of twin towers. This research is descriptive and qualitative. Twin Towers UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya is the subject of research. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and several book and journal references. Interviews were conducted to find out how students understand the value embodied in Twin Towers space and design and to gain a better understanding of Twin Towers space and design in a cultural context. As a result, we will know more about the motifs, symbols, and cultural values reflected in the architecture and interior decoration of buildings, as well as the use of architectural language that describes religious or regional identities. The results of this study show that researchers found a lot of philosophies that need to be practiced by the people of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in addition to balancing between general science and religion. That is, it is expected that the entire community of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya will participate in promoting culture and religious values and culture because the Twin Towers Design combines elements of Indonesian culture, such as Javanese architectural motifs and modern elements.
 
Patterns of Cultivating Democratic Character in Civics Learning at SMAN 3 Blitar
This research aims to determine the pattern of instilling democratic character in Civics learning at SMAN 3 Blitar. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were students of SMAN 3 Blitar for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation with data analysis techniques using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research are in the form of learning process that emphasizes the cultivation of democratic character through various democratic habits. The obstacle is the lack of student activity in the learning process and student interest in learning. Efforts to resolve these obstacles include teachers providing examples in familiarizing students with democratic culture. The research results obtained were that through the process of instilling democratic character by teachers in students, students were more active and had democratic culture habits, especially in Civics learning
PENGGUNAAN FLY ASH DAN BOTTOM ASH SEBAGAI CAMPURAN PEMBUATAN BATA RINGAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PROSES CELLULAR LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE (CLC)
FABA (Fly Ash and Bottom Ash) is a residual waste from burning coal which is widely used by industry to produce heat energy, an example is the use of FABA in PLTU (Steam Power Plant). One of the oldest PLTUs in Indonesia, namely PLTU PJB UP Paiton, has been using coal for a long time, the utilization of FABA is still quite minimal due to problems from the government in using FABA due to its entry into Hazardous and Toxic Material (B3) waste, but in 2021 through Regulation Government Number 22 of 2021 concerning the implementation of environmental protection and management is established if FABA is no longer included in B3 waste.
The process of making lightweight bricks is divided into 2, namely AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) and CLC (Cellular Lightweight Concrete). because the process is relatively simple and does not require expensive special tools. In this study CLC was chosen because it seeks to improve the quality of small industrial materials, so that the products produced meet the standards set by the government.
One way to use FABA waste is to make CLC lightweight brick mixture, because FABA material is classified as having a lighter specific gravity compared to the main material for making CLC fine aggregate at this time, namely sand. In this research, the effect of mixing FABA materials will be examined by substituting sand and cement, to obtain a mixture that is in accordance with SNI 8640: 2018 concerning Specifications for Lightweight Bricks for Wall Pairs.
The results of the research show that the substitution of cement with fly ash produces a smaller dry specific gravity and an increase in strength in mixtures B and C, then the substitution of fine sand aggregate with bottom ash results in a reduction in the CLC specific gravity value, and the compressive strength increases in mixture E, F, G, and H. The CLC lightweight brick mixture that meets the individual and average compressive strength according to SNI 8640:2018 is mixture G.FABA (Fly Ash dan Bottom Ash) merupakan limbah sisa pembakaran batubara yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh industri untuk menghasilkan energi panas, contohnya adalah pemanfaatan FABA pada PLTU (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap). Salah satu PLTU tertua di Indonesia yaitu PLTU PJB UP Paiton sudah lama menggunakan batubara, pemanfaatan FABA masih sangat minim dikarenakan kendala dari pemerintah dalam pemanfaatan FABA akibat masuknya Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun ( B3), namun pada tahun 2021 melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ditetapkan jika FABA tidak lagi termasuk dalam limbah B3.Proses pembuatan bata ringan terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) dan CLC (Cellular Lightweight Concrete). karena prosesnya relatif sederhana dan tidak memerlukan alat khusus yang mahal. Dalam penelitian ini CLC dipilih karena berupaya meningkatkan kualitas bahan industri kecil, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan pemerintah.Salah satu cara pemanfaatan limbah FABA adalah dengan membuat campuran bata ringan CLC, karena material FABA tergolong memiliki berat jenis yang lebih ringan dibandingkan dengan bahan utama pembuatan agregat halus CLC saat ini yaitu pasir. Pada penelitian ini akan diteliti pengaruh pencampuran bahan FABA dengan mensubstitusi pasir dan semen, sehingga diperoleh campuran yang sesuai dengan SNI 8640:2018 tentang Spesifikasi Bata Ringan untuk Pasangan Dinding.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi semen dengan fly ash menghasilkan berat jenis kering yang lebih kecil dan peningkatan kekuatan pada campuran B dan C, kemudian substitusi agregat pasir halus dengan bottom ash mengakibatkan penurunan berat jenis CLC. nilai, dan kuat tekannya meningkat pada campuran E, F, G, dan H. Campuran bata ringan CLC yang memenuhi kuat tekan individu dan rata-rata menurut SNI 8640:2018 adalah campuran G

The rapid development of data drives the need for security in the data transmission process, with the aim of preventing access by unwanted parties to view the contents of the data sent. In order to achieve an optimal level of security, one of the strategies used is the application of cryptography. Cryptography using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) algorithms separately has often been used to protect the security of messages, whether in the form of text or digital images. This research will utilize a combination of the AES and RSA algorithms. This merger aims to ensure that the RSA algorithm can play a role in encrypting secret keys, while the AES algorithm is used to secure the original text (plaintext). The sender will receive the private key, encrypted secret key, and ciphertext. The recipient decrypts the secret key first using the RSA algorithm, and after obtaining the secret key, decrypts the ciphertext using the AES algorithm along with the previously decrypted secret key. It is hoped that this research will provide better security for sending information because the process of reading the contents of a secret message must go through both combination algorithms.Pesatnya perkembangan data mendorong kebutuhan keamanan dalam proses pengiriman data, dengan tujuan mencegah akses pihak yang tidak diinginkan untuk melihat isi dari data yang dikirimkan. Dalam rangka mencapai tingkat keamanan yang optimal, salah satu strategi yang digunakan adalah penerapan kriptografi. Kriptografi dengan menggunakan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) maupun Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) secara terpisah telah sering digunakan dalam melindungi keamanan pesan, baik itu berupa teks maupun citra digital. Penelitian ini akan memanfaatkan kombinasi dari algoritma AES dan RSA. Penggabungan ini bertujuan agar algoritma RSA dapat berperan dalam mengenkripsi kunci rahasia, sementara algoritma AES digunakan untuk mengamankan teks asli (plaintext). Pengirim akan menerima kunci pribadi, kunci rahasia terenkripsi, dan ciphertext. Penerima melakukan dekripsi kunci rahasia terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan algoritma RSA, dan setelah mendapatkan kunci rahasia, melakukan dekripsi ciphertext menggunakan algoritma AES bersama dengan kunci rahasia yang telah didekripsi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberi keamanan yang lebih baik terhadap pengiriman informasi karena dalam proses membaca isi pesan rahasia harus melalui kedua algoritma kombinasi tersebut
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AYAM PEDAGING (BROILER) DENGAN SISTEM KEMITRAAN DAN SEWA KANDANG
This research was conducted at one of the farms of PT. Dinamika Megatama Citra (DMC), located in Selokajang Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency, with a broiler chicken population of 1,800. The study aimed to analyze internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) to develop strategies for broiler chicken business growth in the village. This analysis is crucial as a foundation for business sustainability, particularly after the Covid-19 pandemic, which significantly impacted the economy and led to many broiler chicken houses becoming unused despite being in good condition. The study revealed that, in a single production cycle, the total live weight of the chickens reached 3,862 kilograms, sold at IDR 20,476 per kilogram, resulting in total sales revenue of IDR 79,006,425. Additional income from selling used cartons and sacks amounted to IDR 219,000, bringing the total revenue to IDR 79,295,425. Fixed costs incurred were IDR 1,487,200, and variable costs amounted to IDR 69,282,000, resulting in a total production cost of IDR 70,758,200. Thus, the profit earned per production cycle was IDR 8,539,225. The Return Cost Ratio (RCR) of 1.12 indicates that every IDR 1 invested in this business generates revenue of IDR 1.12, with a profit margin of IDR 0.112. Based on a SWOT analysis, the proposed development strategies for the broiler chicken business include partnership models and cage rental systems. According to the Internal-External (IE) Matrix, the broiler business with partnership and cage rental systems is positioned in Cell I, indicating a condition of growth and development with a strong position and high attractiveness
Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Kotoran Sapi sebagai Pupuk Organik
The allocation of subsidized fertilizer has significantly decreased compared to the amount proposed by the local government, due to the global increase in fertilizer prices. On the other hand, some farmers in Gedog Village have livestock, particularly cattle, but the manure from these animals has not been optimally utilized. Therefore, there is a need for training on composting cattle manure. The purpose of this training is to provide farmers and livestock owners with the knowledge and skills to process cattle manure into beneficial compost. The implementation method of this activity includes socialization and hands-on practice in managing cattle manure waste. The results of this community service activity through training show an increase in public awareness of the importance of processing cattle manure into compost. The process of producing organic fertilizer has yielded positive results, in line with expectations.
 
Pengembangan Iptek Melalui Sosialisasi Program Pascapanen Komoditas Lokal
Produk pertanian yang menjadi produk unggulan masyarakat Sutojayan masih belum ditangani secara maksimal, hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan pengetahuan, teknologi, modal, ketrampilan soft skill maupun hard skill, serta hal-hal lain. Untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dalam penanganan pasca panen perlu adanya pendampingan pengetahuan, teknologi tepat guna ketrampilan penanganan pascapanen (packaging), pemasaran guna memperoleh standarisasi produk dan meningkatkan nilai tambah. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk pemberian informasi atau materi, transfer pengetahuan teknologi tepat guna, ketrampilan penanganan pascapanen (packaging), pemasaran, diskusi, dan praktek penyuluhan tentang pengemasan produk. Peningkatan kualitas kemasan produk pertanian ini diharapkan dapat membuka peluang pasar yang lebih luas, baik di pasar lokal maupun nasional. Produk dengan kemasan yang baik akan lebih mudah diterima oleh pasar modern yang semakin selektif terhadap kualitas produk. Selain itu, hal ini juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan pelaku usaha pertanian di daerah tersebut
IDENTIFIKASI RISIKO DAN PENINGKATAN KINERJA PRODUKSI UMKM WINGKO BABAT CAP 77
Wingko babat merupakan makanan khas Lamongan yang memiliki cita rasa khas dan nikmat dengan berbahan dasar kelapa dan ketan. Salah satu tempat produksi olahan wingko adalah UMKM Wingko Babat Cap 77. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh UMKM ini cukup besar tetapi masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan atau risiko yang di hadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi proses produksi UMKM dan merumuskan strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja produksi UMKM Wingko Babat Cap 77. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode FMEA dan AHP. Penerapan FMEA untuk mengidentifikasi risiko produksi Wingko Babat Cap 77 dan AHP untuk memberikan strategis yang tepat untuk meminimalisir risiko. Pada pengolahan FMEA menggunakan software Microsoft Excel dan pengolahan AHP menggunakan software Expert Choice dengan menggunakan 5 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya risiko yang paling tinggi nilai RPN-nya adalah risiko bahan baku. Dengan begitu, maka risiko ini mampu mempengaruhi proses produksi wingko. Selain itu, dalam AHP maka terdapat 3 alternatif strategis yang paling dominan dan perlu diterapkan diantaranya yaitu peningkatan kapasitas produksi, mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang digunakan dan menawarkan keunikan produk
KONTEN TAYANGAN TELEVISI DALAM MEMBENTUK PERILAKU BULLYING PADA REMAJA DI DESA MANYAR GRESIK
Abstrak. Media televisi mempunyai pengaruh bagi perkembangan remaja. Televisi sebagai media masuknya pesan-pesan atau informasi ke dalam jiwa manusia. Bullying terjadi sebagai tindakan imitasi dari program penayangan televisi. Perilaku bullying terjadi pada remaja di Desa Manyar Kabupaten Gresik. Pendekatan yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 remaja korban bullying, 2 remaja pelaku bullying dan 1 saksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengelompokan data, reduksi data, interpretasi data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Perilaku bullying yang dilakukan remaja sebagai imitasi dari konten tayangan televisi di Desa Manyar dilakukan dalam bentuk bullying verbal atau lisan dan melalui media sosial, 2) Dampak perilaku bullying bagi korban menyebabkan stres, depresi, rendahnya kepercayaan diri, pemalu, penyendiri, tertekan, cemas, tingkat kompetensi sosial yang rendah, penarikan sosial, keluhan pada kesehatan fisik, keterasingan, rasa trauma berkepanjangan, membolos sekolah, menurunnya kreativitas dan prestasi akademik bahkan mencoba untuk bunuh diri. Bagi pelaku menumbuhkan perilaku intimidasi, prestasi akademik yang buruk, tidak memiliki empati dan berpikiran sempit, penyalahgunaan alkohol dan narkoba menjadi anggota geng, label negatif pada diri pelaku bullying, masa depan sebagai seorang preman sehingga ditolak dalam berteman dengan orang baik.

Abstract. Television media has an influence on adolescent development. Television is a medium for the entry of messages or information into the human soul. Bullying occurs as an act of imitation of television programs. Bullying behavior occurs among teenagers in Manyar Village, Gresik Regency. The approach used in qualitative research is descriptive research. The research subjects consisted of 2 teenage victims of bullying, 2 teenage perpetrators of bullying and 1 witness. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data grouping, data reduction, data interpretation and data verification. The results of the research are 1) Bullying behavior carried out by teenagers as an imitation of television broadcast content in Manyar Village is carried out in the form of verbal or oral bullying and through social media, 2) The impact of bullying behavior on victims causes stress, depression, low self-confidence, shyness, loneliness , depression, anxiety, low level of social competence, social withdrawal, complaints about physical health, isolation, feelings of prolonged trauma, skipping school, decreased creativity and academic achievement and even attempts to commit suicide. For perpetrators, bullying behavior develops, poor academic performance, lack of empathy and narrow-mindedness, alcohol and drug abuse, becoming a gang member, a negative label for the perpetrator of bullying, a future as a thug so they are rejected from being friends with good people.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA AGEN
Penelitian ini tujuannya untuk ngeksplorasi bagimana pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh pada kinerja agen di cabang PT Prudential Life Assurance Surabaya. Fokus utamanya adalah mengecek variabel independen, yakni pelatihan dan disiplin kerja, terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja agen. Ada 55 responden dari PT Prudential Life Assurance cabang Surabaya yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner buat nyoba-ngukur pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja pada kinerja agen. Data yang dikumpulin dianalisis pake IBM Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini nunjukkin bahwa pelatihan bawa dampak positif dan bermakna buat kinerja agen, dan disiplin kerja juga punya dampak positif dan berarti buat kinerja agen di cabang PT Prudential Life Assurance Surabay
