The Impact of Using YouTube on English Listening Comprehension
This study investigates the effectiveness of YouTube videos in enhancing junior high school students’ English listening comprehension. Using a quasi-experimental design, two groups were involved: an experimental class that received treatment through YouTube-based learning videos and a control class taught with conventional methods. The research was conducted at SMPN 2 Ngadiluwih with class VIII students as participants. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests consisting of multiple-choice items and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and Independent Samples t-Test. Results showed a significant difference between the groups, with the experimental group achieving a higher mean post-test score (87.71) compared to the control group (65.34), indicating improved listening comprehension. The audiovisual nature of YouTube provided contextual support, increased engagement, and exposure to authentic language, though technical limitations and the short treatment period were noted as constraints. The study concludes that YouTube can be an effective tool in teaching listening when integrated into classroom practice, and it is recommended that educators utilize digital media to foster student motivation and comprehension, while further research is suggested to examine its long-term impact and applicability to other language skills
Engaging Learners through Digital Game-Based English Instruction: A Practical Insight from a Language Course Owner-Educator Aesthetic Bimbel
In the current digital era, English educators are challenged to design lessons that engage young learners and sustain their interest. While digital game-based learning (DGBL) has been widely studied in formal classroom contexts, there remains a gap in exploring its implementation within non-formal learning settings such as tutoring programs or private learning centers. This paper reflects on the author’s dual role as both an English tutor and the owner of a learning center, highlighting practical insights into the use of DGBL for vocabulary enrichment and speaking practice. The study is significant not only for bridging the research gap but also for providing practical benefits to tutors and learning centers in understanding learners’ interests, determining appropriate learning frequencies, and balancing direct and indirect explanations beyond the use of applications. Using a reflective narrative approach, the findings reveal that DGBL is effective in enhancing student engagement, fostering active participation, and expanding vocabulary. Furthermore, the approach supports up-to-date learning practices aligned with technological development. The implication of this study is the provision of practical guidance for English tutors in non-formal contexts to integrate DGBL into their teaching strategies, thereby enriching learning experiences and outcomes
Effectiveness of Recruitment System on Youth Interest in Religious Organizations in the Digital Era
The growing concern over declining youth participation in religious organizations, influenced by factors such as digital lifestyle dominance, social media distractions, and the perception that religious organizations are rigid and outdated. Therefore, an effective recruitment strategy is essential to maintain the organization’s relevance and attractiveness among today’s youth. However, alongside this phenomenon, the PAC IPNU- IPPNU organization located in the Durenan Youth Leadership has a considerable number of members despite the low interest of young people in joining organizationz, which is commonly observed. Therefore, it is certain that this organization has its own ways of sustaining organizational development through an effective member recruitment system so that the organization remains relevant and appealing to young people.
This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with organizational leaders and active members of PAC IPNU-IPPNU Durenan. The results indicate that the recruitment system adopted a participatory and adaptive approach. This includes the use of social media, face-to-face recruitment strategies, cultural activities, and collaborative youth-friendly programs. The system’s success is also influenced by leadership quality, the alignment of organizational programs with youth needs, and effective, friendly communication strategies within the organization.
The study concludes that the effectiveness of the recruitment system significantly contributes to increasing youth engagement in religious youth organizations. If an organization can develop a dynamic and inclusive recruitment model, the sustainability of cadre regeneration can be ensured. This study is expected to provide both theoretical and practical insights for the development of religious youth organizations in the digital era
Manajemen Efektif Peter Drucker untuk Fatayat NU MEMPESONA
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian prinsip-prinsip manajemen Drucker dengan program "MEMPESONA" yang dicanangkan oleh PC Fatayat NU Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan menganalisis buku-buku karya Peter Drucker serta literatur terkait Fatayat NU. Data diperoleh melalui pembacaan mendalam terhadap konsep-konsep Drucker dan penerapannya dalam organisasi nirlaba, kemudian dikontekstualisasikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan PC Fatayat NU. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip manajemen Drucker, seperti penetapan tujuan yang jelas, pengukuran hasil kerja, dan pemberdayaan anggota, berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi program Fatayat NU. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya penguatan kapasitas anggota, baik dalam hal keterampilan manajerial maupun keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan organisasi. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil tersebut menegaskan relevansi pemikiran Drucker dalam mendukung transformasi organisasi Fatayat NU menjadi lebih efektif, inovatif, dan berdaya gunaPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian prinsip-prinsip manajemen Drucker dengan program "MEMPESONA" yang dicanangkan oleh PC Fatayat NU Kabupaten Blitar. Transformasi Kebijakan Publik Pasca Bencana: Studi Kasus Kecamatan Katanga Kota Palu
This research examines the transformation of public policy post-disaster in Katanga District, Palu City, focusing on paradigm shifts and policy adaptation following the 2018 natural disaster. Employing a qualitative approach with case study methodology, the research was conducted through in-depth interviews with 15 key informants and analysis of policy documents from 2018-2024. The findings reveal a fundamental shift from economic development orientation toward a regional resilience-based approach. This transformation was driven by increased collective awareness about disaster mitigation urgency, stakeholder consensus formation, and demands for institutional capacity strengthening. The research findings contribute to the development of public policy adaptation theory in disaster management contexts, while providing a reference framework for formulating responsive policies to disaster dynamics in other regions
ANALYSIS OF USER ACCEPTANCE OF SEABANK SERVICES USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) APPROACH
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap layanan digital SeaBank menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang diperluas. Model mencakup enam konstruk utama: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Social Influence, Brand Image, dan User Behavior, yang dianalisis terhadap Behavioral Intention. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei terhadap 385 individu yang merupakan pengguna SeaBank.. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software WARPPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh konstruk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku dan niat pengguna. Perceived Security dan Perceived Ease of Use menjadi faktor paling dominan terhadap perilaku pengguna, sementara User Behavior memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap Behavioral Intention. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya aspek keamanan, pengalaman pengguna, dan pengaruh sosial dalam membentuk niat penggunaan layanan digital. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori TAM dan UTAUT dalam konteks perbankan digital di Indonesia, serta memberikan masukan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi layanan SeaBank di masa depan.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the key factors influencing users’ acceptance of SeaBank’s digital services by employing an extended framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model incorporates six core constructs: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Social Influence, Brand Image, and User Behavior, each evaluated in relation to Behavioral Intention. A quantitative method was adopted, utilizing survey data collected from 385 SeaBank users. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via WARPPLS software. The findings reveal that all constructs significantly influence both user behavior and behavioral intention. Among these, Perceived Security and Perceived Ease of Use emerged as the most dominant factors impacting user behavior, while User Behavior demonstrated the strongest influence on Behavioral Intention. These results emphasize the importance of digital security, user experience, and social influence in shaping behavioral intentions toward digital banking services. The study contributes to the advancement of TAM and UTAUT theories within the Indonesian digital banking landscape and provides practical recommendations for future SeaBank service strategies.

STUDI PERSEPSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN PADA MAHASISWA JURUSAN TEKNIK SIPIL UNIVERSITAS ISLAM BALITAR
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil Universitas Islam Balitar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap kewirausahaan, namun terdapat kesenjangan antara pengetahuan teori dan praktik kewirausahaan. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persepsi ini antara lain pengalaman pribadi, pengaruh lingkungan, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan program kewirausahaan dalam kurikulum untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha.Penanaman jiwa wirausaha penting bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan menciptakan lapangan kerja di bidang jasa konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan survei terhadap 27 mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan 78% mahasiswa memiliki persepsi baik terhadap kewirausahaan, 22% sedang, dan tidak ada yang kurang. Rata-rata persepsi 27,04 poin dengan kecenderungan positif pada kepercayaan diri, keberanian mengambil risiko, kepemimpinan, keorisinilan, dan orientasi masa depan. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap dan kesiapan mahasiswa Teknik Sipil Universitas Islam balitar untuk berwirausaha mandiri
Optimasi Penetasan Ayam Kampung: Pengaruh Variasi Bobot Telur terhadap Fertilitas dan Daya Tetas
Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pengaruh bobot telur terhadap fertilitas dan daya tetas telur ayam kampung pada mesin tetas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Produksi dan Teknologi Hasil Ternak Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mulawarman pada bulan Mei 2025. Telur ayam kampung dengan bobot 40–50 gram (P1) dan 50–60 gram (P2) masing-masing sebanyak 25 butir digunakan sebagai bahan penelitian. Telur diseleksi berdasarkan bentuk, kebersihan, dan keutuhan cangkang, kemudian dilakukan fumigasi terhadapa mesin tetas sebelum telur dimasukkan. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap fertilitas dan daya tetas, dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok telur bobot 40–50 gram, bobot telur berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap fertilitas dan daya tetas (p>0,05). Sementara itu, pada kelompok telur berbobot 50–60 gram, bobot telur berpengaruh nyata dengan arah hubungan negatif terhadap fertilitas dan daya tetas (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan bobot telur cenderung menurunkan keberhasilan pembuahan dan penetasan akibat perubahan morfologi telur dan penurunan kualitas fisiologis embrio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa telur dengan bobot sedang (40–50 gram) merupakan ukuran ideal untuk digunakan sebagai telur tetas ayam kampung guna memperoleh fertilitas dan daya tetas yang optimal
The Impact of TikTok and AI on Personal Branding and Self-Monetization Among Generation Z in the Digital Creator Economy
The rapid development of digital technology in recent decades has transformed social interaction, economic activity, and identity formation, giving rise to the digital creator economy. This study explores the impact of TikTok and artificial intelligence (AI) technology on personal branding and self-monetization strategies among Generation Z in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through online interviews with three purposively selected TikTok content creators who consistently produce content and engage in monetization activities. Thematic analysis revealed that TikTok serves as a primary platform for building authentic digital identities, fostering creativity, and enabling economic opportunities through brand collaborations, live streaming, and community engagement. AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva were found to enhance content creation efficiency, from generating ideas and captions to producing visual materials, though human creativity and trend awareness remain essential. Respondents perceived the content creator profession as a viable long-term career, reflecting a paradigm shift in work values from stability toward flexibility and self-expression. The findings highlight the synergy between technology and human creativity in shaping new forms of work, identity, and economic participation in the digital era

This research is based on the increasing use of digital platforms for shopping, especially TikTok Shop, which offers features that cani influence consumer behavior in makingi purchasing decisions.
