Pengaruh Tingkat Kepadatan Kandang terhadap Eritrosit, Hemoglobin, dan Hematokrit Broiler Sistem Closed House
Kepadatan kandang merupakan salah satu faktor manajerial yang secara langsung mempengaruhi performa, kesejahteraan, dan parameter fisiologis ayam broiler. Sistem Closed House menawarkan kontrol lingkungan yang optimal sehingga memungkinkan penerapan kepadatan tinggi tanpa mengorbankan kesehatan ayam. Meskipun demikian, batasan kepadatan optimal yang tidak berdampak negatif terhadap kondisi hematologis ayam broiler masih menjadi perdebatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tingkat kepadatan kandang terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan nilai hematokrit ayam broiler strain Ross dalam sistem pemeliharaan Closed House. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan kepadatan yaitu 8, 10, dan 12 ekor/m²; masing-masing terdiri atas lima ulangan. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan apabila terdapat perbedaan nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan (P>0,05) dari tingkat kepadatan terhadap ketiga parameter hematologi yang diamati. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ayam broiler mampu beradaptasi dengan rentang kepadatan 8–12 ekor/m² tanpa mengalami gangguan fisiologis yang berarti. Faktor pengelolaan lingkungan dalam sistem Closed House berperan krusial dalam mempertahankan stabilitas hematologis ayam. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kepadatan kandang 8–12 ekor/m² pada sistem Closed House masih berada dalam batas aman dan tidak memengaruhi status hematologi ayam broiler strain Ross
Penggunaan Media Mixed Reality dalam konteks Pembelajaran Matematika pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama
This study aims to describe the effect of using Mixed Reality media in mathematics learning in junior high schools. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were 40 students of grades IX B and IX C of SMPN 05 Mandor, with the object of research being the application of Mixed Reality media in mathematics learning. The instruments used included a closed questionnaire to measure interest and learning assistance, as well as a learning outcome test in the form of multiple choice and essay questions. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive analysis techniques with a Likert scale and calculation of average values. The results showed that students\u27 learning interest was in the good category with an average score of 3.80, learning assistance was in the good category with an average score of 4.08, and students\u27 learning outcomes obtained an average score of 75.2 which exceeded the school\u27s KKM. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Mixed Reality media has a positive effect on students\u27 interest, assistance, and learning outcomes in mathematics learning in junior high schools
Penerapan Analisis Regresi Pada Minta Belajar dan Bakat Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa
This study was motivated by the low level of students’ interest in learning mathematics, which has negatively affected their mathematics learning outcomes. This condition is reflected in students’ low attendance during mathematics lessons and their lack of attention during the instructional process, resulting in difficulties in responding to questions posed by the teacher. This study aimed to examine the effect of learning interest and aptitude on the mathematics learning outcomes of students at SMP Satap Negeri Maumolo. The population and sample of this study consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP Satap Negeri Maumolo, totaling 25 students. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using inferential statistics through simple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that the calculated t value was 1.429 with a significance value of 0.001. At a significance level of α = 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05), the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted. The resulting regression equation was Ŷ = 11.706 + 2.362X. Therefore, it can be concluded that learning interest and aptitude have a significant effect on students’ mathematics learning outcomes at SMP Satap Negeri Maumolo
Effect of Feeding Several Energy Sources on Carcass Production of Local Male Pigs in the Grower Phase
The study aimed to determine the carcass characteristics of local male pigs fed different energy sources. The research location is in Sasi Village, Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor Regency. The livestock used are 12 castrated local male pigs aged 12–16 weeks with a body weight range of 5–7 kg. The method used in the study is an experimental method using a completely randomised design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 4 replicates. The treatments tested were as follows: T1: 40% ground corn + 23% rice bran + 15% bran pollard + 22% fish meal; T2: 15% ground corn + 40% rice bran + 23% bran pollard + 22% fish meal; T3: ground corn 23% + rice bran 15% + pollard bran 40% + fish meal 22%. The variables observed in this study were slaughter weight, carcass weight, non-carcass weight, carcass percentage, and non-carcass percentage. The results showed that the treatments had no significant effect (P > 0.05) on slaughter weight, carcass weight, non-carcass weight, and carcass and non-carcass percentages of local male pigs in the growing phase. The slaughter weight for each treatment (T1, T2, and T3) was as follows: T1 was 6.867 kg, T2 was 7.936 kg, and T3 was 8.498 kg; the carcass weight for each treatment (T1, T2, and T3) was as follows: T1 was 3.466 kg, T2 at 4.115 kg, and T3 at 4.621 kg; the non-carcass weight for treatment T1 was 3.401 kg, T2 at 3.821 kg, and T3 at 3.886 kg; the carcass percentage for treatment T1 was 50.094%, T2 was 51.766%, and T3 was 52.674%; while the non-carcass percentages for treatments T1, T2, and T3 were 49.905%, 48.234%, and 47.325%, respectively. It can be concluded that the use of ground corn, rice bran, or bran pollard as an energy source feed results in carcass and non-carcass production of local male pigs in the growing phase that are not significantly different, although there is a higher tendency when using 40% bran pollard in the diet

The activities of Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is one way that regional creative products can be known and provide business opportunities for business actors. In addition, the role of Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is considered very important in order to increase per capita income and improve the economy of a region. Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the business fields that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. The problem of this research is: do the characteristics of entrepreneurship (X1), Business Network (X₂) and business competition (x₂) jointly affect the development of MSMEs in kefamenanu City district? The objectives to be achieved in this study: to determine the effect of the characteristics of entrepreneurship (X1), Business Network (X₂) and business competition (x₂) together on the development of MSMEs (Y) in the district of kefamenanu city. Technical data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression . Based on the results of the data processing, shows that the results of simple linear regression analysis, X1 to y significant effect, X2 to Y significant effect, X3 to Y significant effect, and the results of multiple linear regression analysis, (X1), (X₂) and (x₂) to (Y) have a significant effect. Analisis Penerimaan Pajak Reklame, Pajak Hotel Dan Retribusi Parkir Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pajak reklame, pajak hotel dan retribusi parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Tiimor Tengah Utara. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pajak reklame terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pajak hotel terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,033<0,05, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara retribusi parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,026<0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pajak reklame, pajak hotel dan retribusi parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05
When Students Encounter PISA Questions: From the Perspective of 4C Skills
PISA is a prestigious platform for assessing students\u27 learning achievements globally, including 4C skills: creative thinking, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. However, the 2022 PISA results once again showed disappointing achievements for Indonesia. Indonesian students struggle with solving complex problems (critical thinking), have difficulty conveying ideas effectively (communication), are less prepared for creative challenges (creative thinking), and lack effective collaborative learning approaches. This research aimed to analyze the 4C skills of students at SMP Negeri 31 Medan. The study involved 29 students from class IX-3. Data were collected using two selected essay questions from the 2022 PISA mathematics test, specifically designed to assess 4C skills through indicators like interpreting, formulating, and reasoning. Collaboration was assessed through semi-structured interviews with the class teacher to gain insights into students\u27 interaction and teamwork skills, complementing the written test results. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to interpret students\u27 written responses, while collaboration data were analyzed based on teacher observations. Assessment criteria followed established indicators for critical thinking (Employ and Evaluate), creativity (formulate), communication (interpret), and collaboration (effective teamwork). The results indicate that 69.56% of students correctly answered interpretation questions (communication, level 3), 39.13% and 43.47% answered employability questions correctly (critical thinking, levels 2 and 1a), and 30.43% correctly answered formulation questions (creativity, level 2). However, teacher observations revealed that students still struggle with effective collaboration, reflecting a broader challenge in fostering teamwork and peer learning. Overall, although communication skills are relatively strong, significant improvements are needed in critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration
Analisis Pengaruh Data Augmentasi Pada Klasifikasi Tenun Menggunakan Deep Learning Berbasis Convolutional Neural Network: Analisis Pengaruh Data Augmentasi Pada Klasifikasi Tenun Menggunakan Deep Learning Berbasis Convolutional Neural Network
This research develops a classification model of Timorese weaving motifs using Deep Learning method based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Timor\u27s diverse weaving motifs reflect the richness of local culture, but manual classification takes a long time and is prone to subjectivity. To improve model performance, Data Augmentation techniques, such as flipping, rotation, and zooming,, are applied to enrich the variety of pre-processed Timor weaving image datasets. In addition, the CNN model was developed using Transfer Learning techniques to improve training efficiency.
Experimental results show that CNN without augmentation achieves 95.00% accuracy, 95.00% precision, 95.08% recall, and 95.04% F1-score, with a computation time of 2.37 minutes at 30 epochs. Meanwhile, applying Data Augmentation increased the model accuracy to 96.66%, precision 96.66%, recall 96.87%, and F1-score 96.77%, and reduced the computation time to 2.11 minutes.
Analysis of the effect of augmentation data shows that increasing the variety of images contributes to the improvement of model generalization. Therefore, the use of CNN with Data Augmentation is a more optimal solution in the classification of Timorese weaving motifs. This research has the potential to support cultural preservation as well as the development of an artificial intelligence-based weaving motif identification system
Analysis of Errors of Grade VIII Students in Solving Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) Questions Based on Newman\u27s Theory
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri Fatumfaun dalam menyelesaikan soal AKM berdasarkan teori Newman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripsi kualitatif, yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri Fatumfaun yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen tes terdiri dari 3 butir soal AKM Numerasi yang telah di validasi. Teknik analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Jenis kesalahan siswa dianalisis menggunakan metode Newman, yaitu 1) kesalahan memahami, 2) Kesalahan transformasi, 3) kesalahan keterampilan proses, dan 4) kesalahan penulisan jawaban akhir. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa melakukan kesalahan pada tahapan-tahapan Newman, yaitu kesalahan memahami sebesar 53,62%, kesalahan transformasi sebesar 65,21%, kesalahan keterampilan proses sebesar 71,01%, dan kesalahan menuliskan jawaban akhir 72,46%
SINTESIS ZnO BERSTRUKTUR NANO MENGGUNAKAN CAMPURAN PELARUT AIR-ETILEN GLIKOL DAN KARAKTERISASI STRUKTUR, MORFOLOGI DAN ENERGI CELAH PITA PARTIKEL
Seng oksida (ZnO) adalah salah satu material semikonduktor yang banyak diaplikasikan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah sebagai fotokatalis. Karakteristik penting untuk menunjang aplikasi ZnO sebagai fotokatalis adalah luas permukaan dan densitas cacat kristal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensinya sebagai fotokatalis dengan cara mengontrol morfologi dan densitas cacat kristal melalui sintesis menggunakan campuran pelarut air-etilen glikol. Struktur partikel hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi menggunakan difraksi sinar x (XRD), morfologinya diamati menggunakan Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), dan energi celah pita partikel ditentukan menggunakan persamaan Kubelka-Munk berdasarkan spektrum absorpsi yang diukur manggunakan UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (DRS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ZnO berstuktur kristal wurtzite dengan morfologi tiga dimensi berstruktur nano berhasil disintesis menggunakan campuran pelarut air-etilen glikol dengan keberadaan urea sebagai agen penghidrolisis. Etilen glikol berperan sebagai capping agent yang teradsorpsi ke permukaan kristal ZnO, sehingga mengarahkan petumbuhan kristal anisotropik dan menghasilkan ZnO berstruktur nano. Meskipun ZnO hasil sintesis memiliki energi celah pita lebar (3,16 eV), keberadaan cacat kristal dapat meningkatkan performanya dalam berbagai aplikasi jika dibandingkan dengan ZnO konvensional. Karakteristik material yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa partikel ZnO hasil sintesis berpotensi memiliki kinerja unggul dalam aplikasinya sebagai fotokatalis
