Studies on Nutrition Education and Guidance : Partl7:Studies on Energy Consumptions and Nutrtion Intakes of Female Junior College Students
Get PDF本学食物栄養専攻女子学生を対象に生活行動調査を行い,次のような結果を得た。1)身体状況では,BMIが21.2±3.2で,肥満が8.8%であった。2)生活行動では,アルバイトをしている学生は約1/3であり,2年生の方が就寝時刻が遅く,睡眠時間が短かかった。3)生活活動指数は,1.35±0.10であった。7割程度が生活活動強度I(低い)であった。4)エネルギー消費量では,生活行動別にばらつきはみられなかった。エネルギー摂取量は所要量を充たしていなかった。5)栄養素等摂取量充足率は, Fe, Ca, VC, Cu, Mnが不足傾向であり,1年生のみ食塩が過剰傾向であった。6)PFCエネルギー比率では,脂肪エネルギー比率が27.4%で,適正比率の上限を上回っていた。7)1年生はエネルギー消費量とエネルギー摂取量のバランスが最もとれているようにみえたが,実際には大きなばらつきがあることがわかった。In order to grasp the energy consumptions and nutrition intakes of the female students in our college, we surveyed their daily behaviors and diet habits. The finding of this survey were as follows; 1) Physical conditions of the students were BMI 21.2±3.2 and the number of fat students were 8.8% among them. 2) In their daily lives, one third of the students have been working as the part time workers. The senior students went to bed later and had shorter sleeping time than the junior students. 3) Index of their daily activities factors were 1.35±0.10 and about 70% of them were lower than normal level. 4) In their daily lives, there were no clear differences on their energy consumptions among the students but intakes of energy were lower than normal figures. 5) As to the nutrition intake level, the intakes of Fe, Ca, VC, Cu, and Mn were lower than normal levels, but junior students' intakes of salt were much higher than normal level. 6) As to Protein-Fat-Carbohydrate Energy Rate, intakes of Fat ratio were 27.4% and higher than normal level. 7) Energy Consumptions and Energy Intakes seemed to be balanced for the junior students at First but after examining the date, we found there were much more differences for energy consumptions and intakes.9KJ00005175572journal articl

Get PDF文部科学省はカリキュラム改訂を行った。一つは,2002年から小学校・中学校で情報系の授業を総合学習の一つとして実施することである。もう一つは,高等学校で2003年から新教科である情報を実施することである。鈴鹿中学校は情報科目に対応することが必要である。それは,重要課題の一つであると位置づけられている。鈴鹿中学校は私立中学校のため校区が広い。そして,多くの学生が遠方より通学している。また,家庭の核家族化,共働き世帯の増加により,日中留守の家庭が増加した。この様な状況で,学校から保護者へ連絡をするのは容易ではない。また一方で,保護者から学校へ連絡をとるのも容易ではない。それは,担当教員がとても忙しいからである。そのため,保護者から連絡が取りにくいと,クレームがあがっている。対応策として,学校と家庭とをネットワークで結ぶことにした。それは,時間や相手の都合を気にしない効果をもたらす。そのために,学校と家庭とが容易に連絡をとるシステムの導入を検討した。さらに,その効果を完全なものとするために以降のことを実施した。全ての家庭がこのシステムに参加できるように配慮した。それは,希望する家庭に情報機器を無償貸与することである。これで,全ての保護者は自宅あるいは職場から時間帯を気にすることなく,学校と連絡を取ることが可能になった。The Ministry of Education,Culuture,Sporats,Science And Technology revised a curriculum. One is to implement the class of the information education as one of the amount learning in the elementary school and the junior high school from 2002.Another is to implement the information education which is a new subject from 2003 in the high school. It is necessary that the Suzuka junior high school corresponds to the information subject. It is one of the important problems. As for the Suzuka junior high school, the school district is wide for the private junior high school. Then, a lot of students go to school from the distant place.Also, the home which is absent in the daytime increased by making a home a nuclear family, the increase of the together function family.To contact from the school to the protector in such a situation isn't easy. On the other hand, also, to make a contact with the school from the protector, too, isn't easy. It is because the taking charge teacher is very busy. Therefore, when it is difficult to take contact from the protector, the claim is rising. As the countermeasure, it decided to link a school and a home by the network. It brings about the effect which doesn't make the convenience of the time and the companion a mood. Therefore, the school and the home examined the introduction of the system which makes a contact easily. Moreover, it implemented since then to make the effect total. It considered for all homes to be able to participate in this system.lt is to loan the home to hope for information equipment gratis. In this, all protectors became able to make a contact with the school without making a time zone a mood from the house or the office.4KJ00005175567journal articl
