The teacher is the main factor that influences student learning. The quality of student learning is very dependent on teacher planning in teaching. One such plan is the preparation of learning devices. Various learning devices are made in full so that they can be used as references in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning. The objectives of the training activities are the teachers of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. This service activity was held on October 24, 2016, at the Hall of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. This service activity is obtained in the form of knowledge and competence of teachers on how to develop learning tools can be improved. Through training the teacher realizes the importance of careful planning, arranging learning tools to improve the quality of learning. Enthusiasm and motivated teachers are very high to make learning devices before teaching because it will affect student learning outcomes
Pelatihan Metodologi Penelitian dan Analisis Data bagi Guru-guru di SMA Adiguna Bandar Lampung
During this time, the government emphasized the importance of scientific culture as an academic tradition among teachers in Indonesia through various efforts including requiring a scientific publication. But the main problems faced are the lack of knowledge of the importance of scientific culture, the lack of understanding of research methodology, and the lack of knowledge and skills on how to analyze research data to produce a scientific publication. With this, the purpose of the training is to increase the knowledge and skills of the teacher about the methodology and analysis of research data. This service activity was held on April 16, 2016 and took place at Bandar Lampung Adiguna High School which was attended by 25 participants. The target of the service activities was the teacher at Bandar Lampung Adiguna High School. From the results of the evaluation of activities, the results and benefits of service activities were obtained including increasing the knowledge and skills of the Adiguna High School teachers regarding various research methods and data analysis
Pelatihan Pembelajaran Vocabulary Melalui Teknik Teacher-Led Activities Using Missing Words Bagi Guru-Guru Bahasa Inggris Di SMA Islamiyah Bandar Lampung
One of the reasons for the low value of English students is the low mastery of English vocabulary. Based on this background, we propose the workshop activities at SMA Islamiyah Bandar Lampung by introducing one technique that can be used to help students improve their English vocabulary, namely teacher-LED activities using missing words. The target of the implementation of this activity is the teachers of the English language study at Bandar Lampung Islamic High School. This activity was held on April 9, 2016 and took place at SMA Islamiyah Bandar Lampung, which was attended by 4 teachers in the field of English studies. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this activity were obtained including providing knowledge about teaching English vocabulary to students using teacher-LED activities using missing words. The teachers are also taught how to choose material that is in accordance with the syllabus and choose a new vocabulary that is in accordance with the material so that students each day get a new vocabulary

Pelatihan Model Dalam Pembelajaran Membaca
The target of the implementation of this service activity is the teachers at SMK Negeri 4 OKU. This service activity was held on August 15, 2016. Meeting components in the text to make understanding happen is not as simple as being associated with learning. All of that needs to be taken into consideration when choosing and will use a reading learning model. The solution offered is to introduce a learning model to read to the teacher and provide training in using the model in the reading learning process. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits obtained are to deliver students to be interested in reading, make reading easier, and simple to apply becomes something that is very necessary in learning Indonesian in various schools. If indeed the models are available, the hope of making a "reading tradition", "reading culture", "capable of reading", both in school and society is not impossible.
