TANGGUNG JAWAB PEJABAT PEMBUAT AKTA TANAH (PPAT) TERHADAP PENERBITAN AKTA JUAL BELI ATAS HARTA WARISAN BERASAL DARI HARTA BERSAMA TANPA PERSETUJUAN AHLI WARIS
Penelitian ini membahas sengketa peralihan hak atas tanah yang terjadi akibat penjualan harta warisan tanpa persetujuan seluruh ahli waris. Perkara ini melibatkan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) yang membuat Akta Jual Beli (AJB) tanpa verifikasi menyeluruh terhadap status tanah dan pihak-pihak yang berhak. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kronologi perkara, prosedur pembuatan AJB, serta keterkaitan antara hukum waris dan tanggung jawab PPAT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran prosedural, khususnya ketidakhadiran sebagian ahli waris pada proses pembuatan AJB, mengakibatkan akta tersebut cacat hukum. Kelalaian PPAT dalam menerapkan asas kehati-hatian melanggar prinsip legalitas dan berdampak pada pembatalan AJB serta sertifikat yang terbit. Putusan pengadilan memulihkan hak seluruh ahli waris dan menjadi preseden penting dalam praktik peralihan hak atas tanah warisan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pengawasan terhadap PPAT, penerapan sistem verifikasi data elektronik yang terintegrasi dengan catatan kependudukan, serta edukasi hukum kepada masyarakat untuk mencegah terjadinya sengketa serupa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepatuhan prosedur dan perlindungan hak keperdataan merupakan kunci dalam menjaga kepastian hukum dan keadilan dalam peralihan hak atas tanah.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO ANIMASI MATERI SISTEM REPRODUKSI MANUSIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN 4C : DEVELOPMENT OF ANIMATED VIDEO LEARNING MEDIA OF HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM MATERIAL TO IMPROVE THE 4CS
Abstrak
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan video animasi pada pembelajaran biologi materi reproduksi di kelas XI SMU Daarut Tauhid Boarding School Bandung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan menganalisis efektifitas pengembangan media pembelajaran video animasi pada pelajaran biologi. Pendidikan sebagai fondasi utama dalam membentuk generasi yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan global dengan berbagai kemajuan teknologi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian pengembangan atau R & D model 4D (Four-D) dengan produk media video animasi mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi, skor siswa sebelum mendapat perlakuan penggunaan media video animasi pembelajaran rata-rata kelas sebesar 60 dan setelah mendapatkan perlakuan penggunaan media video animasi pembelajaran sebesar 88, hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa rata-rata perbedaan nilai pengajaran metode baru dengan metode lama sebesar 27.4, dengan nilai signifikan 0.000.
Hasil analisa uji normalitas menunjukan bahwa rerata validasi produk oleh ketiga validator sebesar 94.05 % dan termasuk pada kategori sangat valid, rata-rata perbedaan nilai pengajaran metode baru dengan metode lama sebesar 2.45, dengan nilai signifikan 0.000, meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21 yang dikenal dengan 4C (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativ) sebagai keterampilan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berkomunikasi, berkolaborasi, berpikir kritis, dan berpikir kreatif. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan rerata 94.05 yang menunjukkan video animasi materi sistem reproduksi secara kognitif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi materi Sistem Reproduksi Manusia kelas XI
INTEGRASI WEBBLOG SEBAGAI PORTOFOLIO DIGITAL: INOVASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN FOTOGRAFI DI ERA LITERASI DIGITAL: INTEGRATION OF WEBBLOGS AS DIGITAL PORTFOLIOS: INNOVATION IN PHOTOGRAPHY LEARNING MEDIA IN THE DIGITAL LITERACY ERA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi webblog dengan menggunakan blogspot sebagai media portofolio digital serta mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaannya pada mata kuliah Fotografi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya sistem dokumentasi karya yang terstruktur dan minimnya interaksi publik dalam metode pengumpulan tugas konvensional, yang menghambat pengembangan literasi digital mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods). Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 di Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner persepsi, observasi aktivitas blog, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan webblog mendapatkan respons yang sangat positif dengan tingkat persetujuan rata-rata sebesar 87,5%. Aspek dengan apresiasi tertinggi adalah kemudahan akses operasional dari karya dan peningkatan motivasi belajar karena adanya unsur publikasi. Secara kualitatif, mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa pola literasi digital yang baik, terlihat dari kemampuan kurasi konten, penataan estetika blog, dan etika komunikasi di ruang digital. Kesimpulannya, dengan webblog sebagai portofolio digital dapat efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif yang mendukung penguatan personal branding dan manajemen pengetahuan mahasiswa
Comparative Analysis of Total Station and Mobile Base Station Accuracy in Determining Land Plot Volume (Case Study of Metland Land Plot)
Measurement of land using extraterrestrial methods has developed quite rapidly due to the increasingly sophisticated measuring instruments used in measurements using these methods. The problem lies in the long baseline that causes the rover to take a long time to reach a fixed solution. Mobile Base Station can be used as an alternative solution to the problem because it can bring the base station closer to the measurement location, thus increasing measurement efficiency. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the aspects of coordinate differences and differences in land area and to determine the efficiency of land area measurement time using Mobile Base Station South Type Galaxy G1. The research method used is a comparative experiment with a quantitative approach. The samples selected were 89 residential land parcels in 1 (one) block. Sample measurements were carried out twice, namely using Mobile Base Station South Type Galaxy G1 with extraterrestrial methods and using Total Station as comparison data. The analysis used is the t test with a significance level (α) of 5%. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the coordinates of the land plot measured by the Mobile Base Station and the coordinates measured by the Total Station. The length of time needed to complete the work in this study with the Total Station tool is 585 minutes or or 9 hours 45 minutes and for the Mobile Base Station South tool it takes 476 minutes or 7 hours 56 minutes. And based on the results of the calculation of the time efficiency of these measurements that have been carried out combined with the time efficiency with the implementation of measurements during practical work is 37.24%
PENGARUH MEDIA KARTU AKSARA JAWA (KARSAWA) TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS AKSARA JAWA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak media Kartu Aksara Jawa (KARSAWA) pada kemampuan menulis huruf Jawa di SD Negeri 3 Jambu. Kajian ini diharapkan mampu berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan mutu pengajaran huruf Jawa di sekolah tersebut, sekaligus mendukung pelestarian budaya Jawa melalui pendekatan belajar yang lebih kreatif dan menarik. Peneliti melaksanakan riset di kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Jambu dengan melibatkan 29 siswa. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain eksperimen One-Group Pretest-Posttest, atau penelitian pada satu kelas. Data diperoleh dari tes esai yang mencakup 24 pertanyaan, dilakukan sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t, di mana hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi pretest sebesar 0,199 > 0,05 dan posttest sebesar 0,421 > 0,05. Melalui uji Paired Sample T-Test, nilai sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000, yang dengan kriteria signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, membuktikan adanya pengaruh bermakna dari penerapan media Kartu Aksara Jawa (KARSAWA) terhadap kemampuan menulis huruf Jawa. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan media Kartu Aksara Jawa (KARSAWA) berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa, sekaligus mendorong motivasi belajar dan membuat proses pembelajaran lebih interaktif
Literasi digital dan akhlak peserta didik dalam pembelajaran
This article aims to analyze the role of digital literacy in shaping students’ moral character within technology-based learning from the perspective of Islamic education. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and limited field research, including observations of digital learning activities and semi-structured interviews with elementary school teachers and students. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify the relationship between digital literacy practices and the internalization of moral values. The findings indicate that digital literacy integrated with Islamic moral values positively contributes to the development of students’ honesty, responsibility, discipline, and ethical communication in digital spaces. Conversely, digital learning that focuses solely on technical skills tends to increase the risk of moral degradation, such as plagiarism and poor digital ethics. These results emphasize that digital literacy cannot be separated from moral education and should be systematically integrated into the learning process. This article offers a conceptual contribution by strengthening the paradigm of morality-based digital literacy that is relevant to the development of Islamic educational practices in the digital era.

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran literasi digital dalam pembentukan akhlak peserta didik pada pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dan studi lapangan terbatas berupa observasi pembelajaran digital serta wawancara dengan guru dan peserta didik sekolah dasar. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara praktik literasi digital dan internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai akhlak Islam berkontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan sikap jujur, tanggung jawab, disiplin, serta etika komunikasi peserta didik di ruang digital. Sebaliknya, pembelajaran digital yang hanya berorientasi pada aspek teknis berpotensi memunculkan degradasi moral seperti plagiarisme dan rendahnya etika bermedia. Analysis of Satpol PP's Communication Management on Horizontal Conflicts in West Java
Effective communication management is the foundation for reducing and resolving horizontal conflict, which is disagreement between individuals or groups at the same hierarchical level. Horizontal conflict between the Civil Service Police (Satpol PP) and the public, particularly street vendors, remains a recurring issue in West Java, often leading to social tension and public dissatisfaction. This research aims to analyze the communication management of the West Java Provincial Civil Service Police (Satpol PP) in handling horizontal conflicts with the community. Previous studies rarely discussed communication management strategies for dealing with horizontal conflict. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 10 key informants, participant observation over three months, and document analysis. The research results show that the Civil Service Police (Satpol PP) implement three stages of communication management: planning, execution, and evaluation. During the planning phase, Satpol PP conducts early detection through routine patrols and coordinates with the Police and the Military. The implementation phase is characterized by a persuasive, humanistic, and professional approach, prioritizing dialog and mediation to avoid repressive actions. Finally, the evaluation stage becomes part of continuous learning, where each case serves as material for improving future strategies. The West Java Provincial Satpol PP has implemented structured and effective communication management in addressing horizontal conflicts. However, there is room for improvement, such as enhancing responsiveness to feedback and adopting a more empathetic and holistic approach, including collaborating with local governments to provide economic solutions for affected communitie
Implementation Of Collective Dzikir In Forming The Religious Character Of Students Through The Naqsyabandiyah Mudzhariyah Thariqah
In the current millennial era, it is a very important task for an educator in the formation of the religious character of students. Not only to add positive activities for students, but also to strengthen the foundation of faith that will continue to be held firmly in the students. This study was conducted with the aim of examining the implementation of collective dhikr in the formation of the religious character of students through Thariqah Naqsyabandiyah Mudzhariyah. The research method used in this study is library research, namely by collecting various data from books, journals, and other scientific sources relevant to the theme of dhikr, the formation of religious character, and the teachings of Thariqah Naqsyabandiyah Mudzhariyah. In this study aims to be able to provide research results that show that Collective Dhikr activities have a very important role in fostering religious values to educators. Such as discipline of worship, patience, sincerity, and togetherness. Through the continuous implementation of this dhikr, students can not only form a spiritual closeness with God, but can also build a strong moral and social character according to the teachings of Sufism.

SPIRITUAL INTERVENTIONS TOWARDS IMPROVING PALLIATIVE CARE WELL-BEING OF BREAST CANCER PATIENTS: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
Breast cancer is a disease that is still a major problem in women's health. The disease causes significant physical, emotional, and psychological impacts for sufferers. Palliative care not only focuses on physical treatment, but also includes psychosocial and spiritual aspects that affect the overall well-being of patients. In this context, spiritual intervention has been identified as an approach that can provide significant emotional and psychological support, help patients feel calmer, and accept their condition better. This study aims to synthesize a study on spiritual interventions to improve the welfare of palliative patients with breast cancer. The research method used is a systematic review through data bases, namely PubMed, ProQuest, and Google Scholar, for studies published between 2019 and 2024. The keywords used include "palliative", "spiritual" and "breast cancer". Based on the nine studies listed, the results show that spiritual interventions, such as the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT), Spiritual Guided Imagery (SGI), prayer practices and faith-based approaches, have a significant impact on reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as improving the quality of life and spiritual well-being of patients. These findings underscore the importance of integrating spiritual support in palliative care to help patients better cope with the challenges of the disease
THE ROLE OF BREASTFEEDING SELF-EFFICACY IN SMOOTH BREASTFEEDING IN BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS IN THE STATE HEALTH CENTER AREA, NORTH LAMPUNG: A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY
Exclusive breastfeeding is the provision of breast milk to infants aged 0-6 months without being given additional food or drink other than drugs for therapy (treatment of disease). Exclusive breastfeeding is a form of public health behavior, behavior influenced by predisposing factors, such as knowledge, individuals, attitudes, self Efficacy, traditions, social norms, and other elements contained in individuals and society. The achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in North Lampung district in 2021 was 61.5% with a total of 3,904 babies. Meanwhile, in 2022 it fell to 57.9% with 1,949 babies. The number of exclusive breastfeeding achievements in 2022 in the Gedung Negara health center area is 65%. The achievement target in 2023 is 57%, the achievement in TW II in the Gedung Negara Health Center area is 44%. Design of this reseach Analytical observational study with cross sectional approach. By purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 32 respondents, independent variables Breastfeeding Self Efficacy using a questionnaire BSES-SF (Breastfeeding Self Efficacy Scale-Short Form) and the dependent variable Smooth Breast Milk with questionnaire. Used statistical tests chi-square to determine the relationship between the two variables . The results of the study from 32 respondents were obtained by most respondents of the High Breastfeeding Self Efficacy criteria as many as 20 respondents (62.5%). And found most respondents of the smooth breast milk criteria as many as 18 respondents (56.3%). Analyzes using Chi-Square statistical test obtained the results of p = 0.01 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and H1 accepted which means there is a relationship between breastfeeding self efficacy on smooth breast milk in breastfeeding mothers in the region Gedung Negara Health Center. Changes in mindset and self-motivation greatly affect the habits and parenting styles for mothers and babies. Family and environmental support is needed to build self- motivation or good self-confidence for mothers during the breastfeeding process
