    IDENTIFIKASI TELUR Ascaris lumbricoides DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PEWARNAAN TRICHOROME

    The trichrome staining technique on stool specimens is a modification of the Gomori staining technique and has since been used as a diagnostic tool for the identification of intestinal parasites. The purpose of this examination was to determine the morphology of Ascaris lumbricoides using trichrome staining. The faecal examination method used is the direct preparation method by dropping the stool specimen on a glass slide which is then stained with trichrome or 2% Eosin and then covered with a cover slip, after which it is examined under a microscope. The results of trichrome staining on the color and morphology of worm eggs were better than using 2% Eosin. In trichrome staining made of 4 preparations, fertilized eggs were found with an oval shape, measuring 45 - 75 microns long and 35 - 50 microns wide, with a bright green background, giving the eggs a brownish yellow color with a dark green coating, so that the parts of the egg are clearly visible, while in Eosin 2% it gives a brownish red color to the egg and has a contrasting red background so that the parts of the egg are rather difficult to distinguish.Teknik pewarnaan trichrome pada specimen feses merupakan modifikasi dari Teknik pewarnaan Gomori dan sejak saat itu digunakan sebagai alat diagnostik untuk identifikasi parasit usus. Tujuan dari pemeriksaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui morfologi telur Ascaris lumbricoides dengan menggunakan pewarnaan trichrome. Metode pemeriksaan feses yang digunakan adalah metode sediaan langsung dengan cara spesimen feses diteteskan pada kaca preparat yang kemudian diberi pewarnaan trichrome atau Eosin 2% lalu di tutup dengan menggunakan kaca penutup, setelah itu diperiksa di bawah mikroskop. Hasil pewarnaan dari trichrome terhadap warna dan morfologi telur cacing lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan Eosin 2%. Pada pewarnaan trichrome yang dibuat sebanyak 4 preparat ditemukan telur yang sudah dibuahi dengan bentuk oval, berukuran panjang 45 - 75 mikron dan lebar 35 – 50 mikron, dengan latar belakang yang berwarna hijau terang, memberikan warna kuning kecoklatan pada telur dengan lapisan berwarna hijau tua, sehingga bagian-bagian pada telur terlihat jelas, sedangkan pada Eosin 2% memberikan warna merah kecoklatan pada telur dan memiliki latar belakang merah yang kontras sehingga bagian-bagian telur agak sulit di bedakan

    IMPLEMENTATION OF GITOPS IN CONTAINERIZED INFRASTRUCTURE

    IT Infrastructure is one of the core components of a business’ scalability and reliability, thus having an efficient way on managing the IT Infrastructure would be one of the core decisions for a business. IT Infrastructure itself has evolved throughout the years, with the rise of virtualization technology, containerization became more relevant as ever, one such example is Containerization Infrastructure, an IT Infrastructure that uses Containerization as its backbone. With the push of the technology, a new way of managing Containerization Infrastructure efficiently is needed. There are multiple researches regarding the implementation of GitOps already, but none of them explained the connection between GitOps and Containerized Infrastructure, this paper is intended to discuss the connection by implementing GitOps in a Containerized infrastructure. This resulted in a quite steep learning curve and preparation time, but in the end all the changes and deployment of the application would be done automatically, this resulted in maximized focus on the development of the application rather than reflecting the changes later on. Other than that, GitOps itself is not limited to Containerized Infrastructure, although since GitOps is designed with virtualization in mind, theoretically, the efficiency would be reduced if it’s implemented in other kind of IT Infrastructur

    ANALISIS KETERSEDIAAN AIR BERDASARKAN DATA HUJAN SATELIT GPM DI DAS MESJID KOTA DUMAI

    The use of clean water is a basic necessity for the population in Indonesia, where it serves various purposes such as drinking, hydrology, and irrigation. Therefore, it is crucial in the infrastructure for providing clean water. Rainfall is one of the sources of water, and in the development planning of existing water resources, field discharge data is essential. Field data includes rainfall, climatology, and water level. Due to data limitations, accuracy becomes a challenge in hydrological modeling. Thus, the use of satellite rainfall data is deemed necessary as an alternative for hydrological modeling. In this case, Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) satellite data is utilized. The modeling employs Mock and Rainrun models, and the results show that the Coefficient of Correlation (R) is significantly low for both Mock and Rainrun models. For Nash-Sutcliffe Coefficient (NSE), the Mock model yields scheme 1 = 0.506, scheme 2 = 0.555, scheme 3 = 0.578, and scheme 4 = 0.431, meeting the average criteria. The Rainrun model's NSE values are scheme 1 = 0.505, scheme 2 = 0.582, scheme 3 = 0.506, and scheme 4 = 0.501, also meeting the average criteria.Penggunaan air bersih merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi penduduk di Indonesia, dimana air bersih digunakan sebagai air minum, hidrologi, irigasi dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi penting dalam infrastruktur penyediaan air bersih. Salah satu sumber air berasal dari hujan. Dalam perencanaan pengembangan sumber daya air yang ada, diperlukan data debit lapangan. Data yang tersedia di lapangan antara lain data curah hujan, klimatologi, dan tinggi muka air. Namun karena adanya keterbatasan data, keakuratan data menjadi penyebab kesulitan untuk melakukan analisis model hidrologi. Oleh karena itu dirasa perlu menggunakan data hujan satelit yang dapat menggantikan data hujan permukaan sebagai alternatif untuk pemodelan hidrologi. Dalam kasus ini digunakan data curah hujan yang berasal dari satelit Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM). Dalam pemodelan ini menggunakan model mock dan rainrun. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh Koefisien Korelasi (R) memiliki kriteria sangat rendah pada model Mock dan Rainrun. Untuk Koefisien Nash-Sutcliffe (NSE) pada model Mock diperoleh nilai skema 1 = 0,506; skema 2 = 0,555; skema 3 =  0,578; skema 4 = 0,431 sehingga rata-rata merupakan kriteria memenuhi. Untuk Koefisien Nash-Sutcliffe (NSE) pada model Rainrun diperoleh nilai skema 1 = 0,505; skema 2 = 0,582; skema 3 =  0,506; skema 4 = 0,501 sehingga rata-rata merupakan kriteria memenuhi

    Lateral Sprain Ankle is an injury that occurs due to excessive stretching (overstretching and hypermobility) or trauma to the lateral ligament complex, due to sudden inversion and plantar flexion forces during exercise or physical activity. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) to reduce pain and swelling. This research uses the Case Study method. The sample for this study was a 16 years old male who was given physiotherapy intervention in the form of a combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) which was carried out at the ADA Physiotherapy Clinic Pekanbaru with physiotherapy procedures 6 times over 2 weeks. Pain values ​​are measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), while swelling is measured using a measuring tape (meterline). After 6 treatments, it was found that the pain score was reduced from 7 to 3 on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), swelling circumference from 54.8 cm to 53.2 cm using the Figure of Eight technique. The results of this study show that the application of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) can reduce pain and swelling in Lateral Sprain Ankle conditions.  Lateral Sprain Ankle merupakan cedera yang terjadi karena penguluruan berlebihan (overstretching dan hypermobility) atau trauma pada ligamen kompleks lateral, oleh adanya gaya inversi dan plantar fleksi yang tiba-tiba ketika sedang berolahraga, aktivitas fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage dan Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) untuk mengurangi nyeri dan bengkak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Case Study. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seorang pria usia 16 tahun yang diberikan intervensi fisioterapi berupa kombinasi Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage dan Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) yang dilakukan di Klinik ADA Physiotherapy Pekanbaru dengan tindakan fisioterapi sebanyak 6 kali selama 2 minggu. Nilai nyeri diukur dengan Visual Analog Scale (VAS), sementara untuk bengkak diukur dengan menggunakan pita ukur (meterline). Setelah 6 kali terapi didapati adanya pengurangan nilai nyeri dari 7 menjadi 3 skala Visual Analog Scale (VAS), lingkar bengkak dari  54,8 cm menjadi 53,2 cm dengan teknik Figure of Eight. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage dan Neuromuscular Taping (NMT)  dapat mengurangi nyeri dan bengkak pada kondisi Lateral Sprain Ankle

    Buas-buas (Premna cardifolia) merupakan tanaman dari famili Verbenaceae yang merupakan tanaman obat di Indonesia. Pengobatan yang dapat diberikan untuk mengatasi infeksi yang disebabkan jamur C. albicans kebanyakan menggunakan obat-obatan kimia. Namun, penggunaan dalam jangka waktu yang lama akan menimbulkan efek samping. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya pengobatan dengan bahan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa fitokimia dan aktivitas antijamur menggunakan persentase penghambatan jamur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah True Eksperimental laboratorium dengan rancangan penelitian Posttests-Only with Control Group Design. Sampel akan dibuat menjadi infusa daun buas-buas dengan konsentrasi 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, dan 50%. Hasil skrining fitokimia yang terkandung dalam infusa daun buas-buas menunjukkan adanya senyawa metabolit sekunder yaitu flavonoid, saponin, alkaloid, dan fenol. Hasil aktivitas antibakteri yaitu pada kontrol negatif (0%) dan konsentrasi 20% tidak terlihat zona bening, kontrol positif dengan menggunakan ketokonazol respon hambatan koloni jamur kuat, konsentrasi 10%, 40%, dan 50% respon hambatan koloni jamur lemah, sedangkan konsentrasi 30% respon hambatan koloni jamur kuat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi 30% lebih efektif menghambat pertumbuhan jamur

    Technological developments have made the use of digital technology in everyday life, including the implementation of tasks in organizations, making competition for companies to innovate even tighter. Apprentices as prospective workers in the future are expected to have innovative work behavior so that innovation in the company becomes easier. This research aims to determine the influence of digital learning orientation on innovative work behavior which is mediated by readiness to change. Data were obtained with convinience sampling, from interns who live in Indonesia (N = 285).  The participants have aged between 18-23 years (M =21. 35;  SD =3.40). There are three measuring tools used in this research, the nine-item innovative work behavior scale, the fifteen-item digital learning orientation scale and the readiness for change scale consists of fourteen items. Analysis using Hayes' simple mediation analysis technique using PROCESS version 4.0. The research results show that readiness to change is partial mediated the influence of digital learning orientation on apprentices' innovative work behavior. This study can provide insights for interns to better prepare themselves for the challenges they will face when entering the workforce. Additionally, for educational institutions or campuses, the findings of this study can serve as a consideration in designing curricula that equip students to face these challenges

    Uji Efek Analgetik Ekstrak Metanol Daun Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon L.) pada Mencit Putih Jantan dengan Metode Induksi Asam Asetat 1%

    Nyeri merupakan perasaan sensoris serta emosional tidak menyenangkan, berhubungan dengan kerusakan jaringan. Daun melinjo salah satu tanaman yang bermanfaat sebagai obat tradisional untuk mengobati nyeri. Penggunaan obat tradisional efek sampingnya lebih rendah dibandingkan obat kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas analgetik dan dosis terbaik ekstrak metanol daun melinjo pada mencit yang diinduksi asam asetat 1%. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan subjek penelitiannya mencit sebanyak 25 ekor yang dibagi 5 kelompok perlakuan dengan masing-masing kelompok terdiri 5 ekor mencit. Kelompok perlakuan terdiri kontrol negatif CMC-Na 1%, kontrol positif ponstan, kelompok ekstrak metanol daun melinjo dosis 50, 100, 150 mg/kgBB, penginduksi nyeri diberikan asam asetat 1%. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengamati geliat mencit untuk dihitung % proteksinya. Data kemudian diuji statistik One Way Anova dan Post-Hoc LSD atau Games-Howell. Hasil ekstrak metanol daun melinjo dengan dosis 150 mg/kgBB memiliki efek analgetik paling baik karena memiliki % proteksi 78,04%, serta memberikan efek yang signifikan pada mencit yang diiinduksi asam asetat 1%. Ekstrak metanol daun melinjo memiliki efek analgetik terbaik pada mencit secara signifikan (p<0,05) dan nilai mean differencenya lebih besar

    Factors Related to Blood Pressure Control of Hypertensive Patients Using Captopril and Amlodipine

    Tujuan: Kaptopril dan amlodipin merupakan obat antihipertensi yang paling banyak digunakan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer untuk mengendalikan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi, namun pengendalian tekanan darah dipengaruhi banyak faktor selain penggunaan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan efektivitas kaptopril dan amlodipin serta faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengendalian tekanan darah pasien hipertensi. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional korelasional analitik secara accidental sampling di dua Puskesmas kota Palembang. Sumber data berupa data sekunder (rekam medik)  dan data primer  (kuesioner MMAS-8). Efektivitas dinilai dengan penurunan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik. Data dianalisa menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji mann-whitney  dan chi-square. Hasil: Subjek penelitian sebanyak 94 orang. Perbedaan efektivitas kaptopril dan amlodipin dengan uji mann-whitney menunjukkan p=0,625 untuk tekanan darah sistolik dan p=0,916 untuk tekanan darah diastolik. Hasil uji chi square faktor usia (p=0,035), keberadaan komorbid (p=0,015), ketepatan pemilihan obat (p=0,009), kepatuhan pengobatan (p=0,011) berhubungan dengan pengendalian tekanan darah, sedangkan faktor jenis kelamin (p=0,418), derajat hipertensi (p=0,095), durasi terapi (p=0,074) dan jenis obat (p=0,216) tidak berhubungan dengan pengendalian tekanan darah. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan efektivitas kaptopril dan amlodipin pada penelitian ini. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengendalian tekanan darah yaitu usia, keberadaan komorbid, pemilihan obat dan kepatuhan minum obatObjective: Captopril and amlodipine are the antihypertensive drugs most widely used in primary health care facilities to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients, however, blood pressure control is influenced by many factors other than drug use. This study aims to analyze the differences in the effectiveness of captopril and amlodipine as well as factors related to controlling blood pressure in hypertensive patients Methods: The research design used cross-sectional correlational analysis using accidental sampling at two community health centers in the city of Palembang. Data sources are secondary data (medical records) and primary data (MMAS-8 questionnaire). Effectiveness is assessed by reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney and chi-square tests. Results: The research subjects were 94 people. The difference in the effectiveness of captopril and amlodipine using the Mann-Whitney test showed p=0.625 for systolic blood pressure and p=0.916 for diastolic blood pressure. The results of the chi-square test showed that the factors age (p=0.035), presence of comorbidities (p=0.015), accuracy of drug selection (p=0.009), medication compliance (p=0.011) were related to blood pressure control, while the gender factor (p=0.418 ), degree of hypertension (p=0.095), duration of therapy (p=0.074) and type of medication (p=0.216) were not related to blood pressure control. Conclusion: There was no difference in the effectiveness of captopril and amlodipine in this study.     Sea pandanus is a coastal plant with great potential in the cosmetic industry due to its rich contains phenolic and flavonoid compounds that are abundant in the fruits. The purpose of this research is determine the antioxidant activity of sea pandanus fruit and to evaluate the result of hand and body cream formulation. Pandanus was chosen because it is not widely explored.The result of study showed that the methanol extract of sea pandanus contains phenolic, flavonoid, saponin, and steroid compounds. The antioxidant activity in the hand and body cream formulation was 33,183 µg/mL, indicating strong antioxidant activity below the IC50. The high level antioxidant activity from the methanol extract of sea pandanus can be used in the formulation of hand and body cream.     PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN SABUN CAIR RAMAH LINGKUNGAN CUCI PIRING DAN BAJU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN IBU- IBU PKK DI KELURAHAN BOJONGSALAMAN KOTA SEMARANG

    Pendahuluan. Penggunaan sabun yang tidak ramah lingkungan masih banyak terjadi di kalangan masyarakat. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang bahan sabun yang ramah lingkungan menjadi salah satu faktor penyebabnya. Tujuan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan terkait pembuatan sabun cair ramah lingkungan, serta sebagai inovasi usaha baru untuk Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Kelurahan Bojongsalaman RT 3 / RW 4 Kota Semarang. Metode. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan. Pelaksanaan keiatan pengabdian ini dihadiri oleh 20 orang Ibu-Ibu PKK, 2 narasumber dan panitia pelaksana kegiatan. Kegiatan diawali dengan pemaparan materi dasar mulai dari pengertian sabun, prinsip kerja sabun, alat dan bahan serta langkah-langkah pembuatannya. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan sabun cair ramah lingkungan dengan arahan pemateri. Hasil. Hasil Pretest pelatihan sebanyak 10% paham tentang sabun ramah lingkungan. Sedangkan hasil postest pelatihan sebanyak 90% paham tentang sabun ramah lingkungan. Peningkatan sebesar 78% dalam pengetahuan peserta pelatihan mengenai sabun cair ramah lingkungan menunjukkan keberhasilan pengabdian ini. Kesimpulan dan rekomendasi. Pelatihan ini meningkatkan pengetahaun dan keterampilan Ibu-Ibu PKK dalam membuat sabun cair cuci piring yang ramah lingkungan. Diharapkan kepada peserta pengabdian ini dapat menyalurkan ilnformasi kepada  masyarakat sekitar.Introduction. The utilize of soaps that are not environmentally friendly is still common among the open. The need of information approximately environmentally friendly soap fixings is one of the contributing components. Purpose. This benefit points to extend information and abilities related to making environmentally friendly fluid soap, as well as a new commerce advancement for Family Welfare Strengthening (PKK) in Bojongsalaman Town RT 3 / RW 4 Semarang City. Method. The method of this Community service action is training. This community benefit action was carried out with the nearness of 20 PKK womens, 2 speakers and the action organizing committee. The activity starts with the introduction of fundamental beginning from the definition of soap, the working standards of soap, apparatuses and materials and the steps of making it. The activity proceeded with the hone of making environmentally friendly fluid soap with the heading of the speaker. Results. Pretest comes about of preparing as much as 10% get it almost environmentally friendly soap. Whereas the comes about of the preparing posttest were 90% caught on approximately environmentally friendly soap. An increment of 78% in trainees' information of environmentally friendly fluid soap appears the victory of this benefit. Conclusions and recomendation. This training expanded the information and aptitudes of PKK womne in making environmentally friendly fluid dish soap. It is hoped that the participants of this service can channel the information to the surrounding community
