Pengaruh Penanaman Modal Asing, Indeks Harga Konsumen, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Nilai Ekspor di 5 Negara Asia Tenggara Periode Sebelum dan Pasca Pandemi Covid-19
ABSTRAK
Periode 2019-2023 menghadirkan ketidakpastian ekonomi global akibat pandemi Covid-19, yang memberi tekanan pada sektor ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK), dan pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap nilai ekspor di lima negara di Asia Tenggara yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Filipina, dan Singapura dengan pengamatan pada periode sebelum covid (2009-2018) dan pasca covid (2019-2023). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari lembaga internasional yaitu Worldbank dan International Trade Centre (Trade Map) dengan metode analisis regresi data panel, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja ekspor. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa sebelum pandemi Covid-19, IHK dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap ekspor. Sementara PMA tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspor di lima negara Asia Tenggara tahun 2009-2018. Pasca pandemi Covid-19 yaitu periode 2019-2023, ditemukan bahwa PMA dan IHK berpengaruh positif, sementara pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspor di lima negara Asia Tenggara. Covid-19 memberikan dinamika pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor.

ABSTRACT
The 2019-2023 period presents global economic uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which puts pressure on the export sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Consumer Price Index (CPI), and Economic growth on the value of exports in five countries in Southeast Asia, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Singapore with observations in the pre-covid (2009-2018) and post-covid (2019-2023) periods. This study uses secondary data collected from international institutions, namely the Worldbank and the International Trade Center (Trade Map) with the panel data regression analysis method, this study explores the relationship between these variables and their impact on export performance. The results found that before the Covid-19 pandemic, CPI and economic growth had a positive effect on exports. Meanwhile, FDI had no effect on exports in five Southeast Asian countries in 2009-2018. After the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the 2019-2023 period, it was found that FDI and CPI had a positive effect, while economic growth had no effect on exports in five Southeast Asian countries. Covid-19 provides dynamics to the factors that affect exports.

The Transformational Leadership of The Principal in Fostering a Collaborative Culture Among Educators at State Senior High School 1 Percut Sei Tuan
This study aims to describe the role of the principal's transformational leadership in forming a collaborative culture among educators at SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The background of this study is based on the importance of teacher collaboration to improve the quality of education and the role of leaders who encourage positive change. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation from the principal, teachers, and students. The results showed that the principal implemented transformational leadership principles, such as teacher empowerment, building a shared vision, and creating a collaborative environment. The strategies used included the formation of the MGMP community, regular meetings, open communication, and support for teacher innovation. This study also found that educators' internal motivation and communicative leadership were key to creating a sustainable collaborative culture. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more adaptive and participatory education management
The Role of Principal Leadership in Improving the Quality of Education
This study aims to analyze the principal's leadership role in improving the quality of education at SMPN 4 Gunung Tuleh, a school located in a remote area with various limitations. This research approach uses ethnographic qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with the principal and several teachers. The results show that the principal's leadership plays an important role in building collaboration with various parties, such as the education office, school committee, teachers and the community. Quality improvement strategies are carried out through strengthening facilities and infrastructure, although limited, as well as learning innovations carried out by teachers. Teacher creativity in overcoming limitations, such as utilizing the surrounding environment as a learning medium and using active methods, is a supporting factor for successful learning. The conclusion from this study is that collaborative, humanist and adaptive leadership has a significant impact on improving the quality of education, even in conditions with limited resources. This study recommends the need for continuous support from various parties to strengthen the role of schools in providing quality education service
The The Effect of Profitability, Debt Policy, and Investment Decisions on the Value of Insurance Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2019-2023)
This study analyzes the effect of profitability (ROE), debt policy (DER), and investment decisions (PER) on company value (PBV) in the Indonesian insurance sub-sector (IDX, 2019-2023) using multiple linear regression and secondary data from company financial reports. The regression analysis shows a positive and significant effect of profitability (ROE) and a negative and significant effect of debt policy (DER) on company value (PBV). Investment decisions (PER), although showing a positive effect, are not statistically significant. The model explains 66.5% of the variance in PBV. These findings have practical implications for investors, insurance company management, and regulators in investment decision-making, corporate strategy, and regulatory development. This research contributes original insights by providing up-to-date empirical data for the post-pandemic period, filling a gap in the literature, and offering a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of insurance company valuation in Indonesia
Implementation of Madrasah Self-Evaluation in Improving The Quality of Graduates At Mts Astoffaina, Deli Serdang District
This study investigates how the implementation of Madrasah Self-Evaluation (EDM) drives improvements in graduate quality at MTs Astoffaina, Biru-Biru Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research uncovers that EDM fosters significant gains in graduate outcomes by promoting active stakeholder involvement, ensuring data transparency, and supporting evidence-based planning. Despite persistent challenges—such as limited human resources and insufficient familiarity with EDM instruments—the process has proven instrumental in elevating educational standards. The findings highlight the transformative potential of EDM when supported by targeted training and robust institutional backing, underscoring its critical role in advancing educational quality and school accountability
Pengaruh TPAK, PDRB Industri Pengolahaan, PDRB Perdagangan Terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Barat
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang menghadapi permasalahan ketimpangan pendapatan yang cukup tinggi. Salah satu daerah yang mengalami ketimpangan pendapatan yang signifikan adalah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Beberapa faktor yang diduga memengaruhi ketimpangan pendapatan di Jawa Barat antara lain Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) sektor industri pengolahan, serta PDRB sektor perdagangan, reparasi mobil, dan sepeda motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh TPAK, PDRB sektor industri pengolahan, dan PDRB sektor perdagangan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Barat selama periode 2009 hingga 2023. Untuk mengukur ketimpangan pendapatan digunakan Indeks Williamson, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai Indeks Williamson pada periode tersebut mencapai 0,667, yang mengindikasikan adanya ketimpangan pendapatan yang cukup besar. Dari hasil analisis, variabel TPAK terbukti memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. Sementara itu, PDRB sektor industri pengolahan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ketimpangan. Sebaliknya, PDRB sektor perdagangan, reparasi mobil, dan sepeda motor justru berpengaruh positif terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. Saran studi selanjutnya mempertimbangkan penambahan variabel-variabel lain yang relevan, memperluas cakupan periode waktu penelitian
Analysis of Leadership Style in Physical Education: A Systematic Literature Review
Background: It considers how these leadership styles affect participants' motivation, engagement, and performance within the context of sports and fitness learning. Research Objectives: The purpose of this research is to look into the use of Leadership Style in Physical Education. Methods: The PRISMA standards for systematic reviews and meta-analysis were followed in this review investigation. The study must be published within the prior five years, from 2020 to 2024. In the search procedure, the following keywords are used: (1) Leadership Style; (2) Physical Education. The search engines Science Direct (Science Citation Index Expanded; Social Science Citation Index). Finding/Results: From various studies underscore the positive impact of leadership style on psychological safety and innovation behavior among physical education teachers, highlighting the importance of cultivating strong leadership identity and competence among school principals and teachers alike. Conclusion: Analyzing leadership styles in physical education is essential for creating supportive environments and developing leadership skills that promote positive values. It optimizes learning effectiveness, boosts participation, and enhances participant performance by adapting strategies to individual needs. Research highlights the positive impact of specific leadership styles, like transformational leadership, on student satisfaction and engagement, while emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development for teachers to enhance their competencies and leadership effectiveness
The Relationship of Upper Arm Muscle Strength and Eye-Hand Coordination with The Effectiveness of The Bottom Service
Sport is defined as a form of planned, gradual and continuous sports activity to improve the athlete's ability through competition. Sport does not pay attention to race, religion or ethnicity, because sport can unite people and help them become better. Volleyball is one of the sports that is quite popular in Indonesia. Volleyball has the advantage that playing it does not require a lot of money, so it becomes a special attraction especially at SDN Sondakan by holding a volleyball tournament. In participating in the volleyball tournament, SDN Sondakan has never won, so in extracurricular activities it is necessary to improve the achievements and training of its students. An athlete must be in good physical condition in order to play volleyball well. Eye and hand coordination needs to be done to improve the use of the hands when serving. Arm muscle strength also affects an athlete's ability to serve underhand.This research aims to determine the relationship between upper arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination with the effectiveness of the bottom serve in volleyball at SDN Sondakan in 2024. The research method used is a quantitative research method with correlational tests. The population in this study were extracurricular boys' volleyball students at SDN Sondakan. The sample taken from the total sampling results was 10 students. Data collection techniques use tests and measurements. The background of the problem in this research is.1) It is not yet known whether there is a relationship between upper arm muscle strength and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand service.2) It is not yet known whether there is a relationship between eye-hand coordination and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand serves.3) It is not yet known whether there is a relationship between upper arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination with the effectiveness of volleyball underhand serves. The aim of this research is 1) Knowing the relationship between arm muscle strength and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand serve. 2) Knowing the relationship between eye-hand coordination and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand service.3) Knowing the relationship between eye-hand coordination and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand service..The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis through correlation studies. The research results obtained, 1) There is a relationship between upper arm muscle strength and the effectiveness of the lower serve in men's volleyball at SDN Sondakan, with a value of rcount = 0.849 > rtable = 0.631; 2) there is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and the effectiveness of the bottom serve with a value of rcount = 0.641 > rtable = 0.631; 3) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination with the effectiveness of the bottom serve with a value of rcount = 0.804 > rtable = 0.631. The conclusion is that upper arm muscle strength and hand-eye coordination are significantly related to the effectiveness of the volleyball bottom serve
Effect of Honey, Dates Extract Mixed with Water, and Sport Drink Energy Gel X on Blood Glucose And Lactic Acid Levels
The availability of glucose is very influential on the performance of athletes. In addition, the level of fatigue can also inhibit performance in the body. One Prevention to minimize the level of fatigue and improve performance by consume beverages rich in carbohydrates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of honey mixed with water, date extract mixed with water, and energy gel x on glucose and lactic acid levels. Method: This study used a double-blind crossover design with four periods. This research was conducted in futsal field of Ramuna, Jati Asih, Bekasi. The subjects were 20 students of futsal teams of SMA Future Gate Bekasi with healthy status. Each period of study subjects checked blood glucose and lactic acid levels before playing futsal with moderate intensity (70% -80% HR) for 4 periods. Each period is separated by a washout for 7 days. Glucose and lactic acid levels were measured immediately at 0, 20, 40, and 45 minutes to determine the significant difference in the effect of treatment on glucose and lactic acid levels. Results: The three carbohydrate beverage administration treatments had no significantly different carbohydrate content. Two or more data averages are said to have significant differences if the value (P<0.05). That’s group II, III, and IV. There was a significant difference in blood glucose and lactic acid levels between the 20th and 40th minutes and the difference between the 20th and 45th minutes. This can be seen from both values in Group II (P=0.001) where (P<0.05). Conclusion: of the three, honey (Apis mellifera Linnaeus) mixed with water, dates (Phoenix dactylifera) extract mixed with water, and sports drink energy gel X have a significant effect on increasing blood glucose levels and decreasing lactic acid levels in the men's futsal team of Future Gate Bekasi High School
Systematic Literature Review: Does Realistic Mathematics Education Approach Enhance Mathematical Literacy?
Realistics Mathematics Education (RME) is an instructional approach that emphasizes the use of real-world problems and situations in mathematics teaching. This method is believed to significantly enhance students' mathematical literacy, which is crucial for their academic and everyday problem-solving skills. This systematic literature review aims to investigate the impact of RME on students' mathematical literacy by synthesizing existing research findings. A systematic review design was employed, focusing on studies that explore the relationship between RME and mathematical literacy. The Scopus database was utilized for bibliometric analysis, with the search term "mathematical literacy" restricted to article titles. Data extracted included author names, citation counts, titles, publication years, sources, publishers, and document types. The analysis revealed approximately total of 200 publications related to mathematical literacy were found with a total of 10,817 citations, resulting in an average of 54.1 citations per article, indicating a substantial body of research on this topic. Notable trends included the integration of computer-mediated learning and various pedagogical models. The findings suggest that RME is an effective pedagogical approach that promotes students' mathematical literacy through authentic and contextualized learning experiences. This review highlights the necessity of developing educational materials and teaching strategies that prioritize mathematical literacy, thereby enhancing students' proficiency in mathematics and preparing them for real-world applications
