Students' Perception on Learning Physical Education, Sports And Health
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine students' perceptions of learning physical education, sports and health at SMP IT Insan Utama 2 Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was a population of 86 students in grades VII - IX, the sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely sampling based on certain considerations, in this study the sample taken was the number of students who were present at the time of the research, namely 48 students, namely 55 .81% of the total population. The research instrument used was a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the conclusion obtained in this research is: students' perceptions of learning Physical Education, Sports and Health at SMP IT Insan Utama 2 Pekanbaru are included in the score range of 61-80% or in the strong category with a percentage of 72.93%
The Influence of Innovative Audiovisual-Based Learning Models on Minimizing Bullying of Male and Female Students in Physical Education Subjects
Get PDFBullying is like a poison that slowly destroys the future of the younger generation. This behavior is not just a joke or prank, but an emotional wound that can leave deep scars for life. In Indonesia, bullying cases are still a serious problem, with data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission and the Indonesian Teachers Union Federation showing a significant increase from 2020 to 2023. In 2023, the highest percentage of bullying cases was recorded at the junior high school level. This situation confirms that bullying cases continue to increase and require a quick response and collaboration from various parties to prevent it. This study aims to explore the effect of an innovative model that integrates the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model with an audiovisual-based reciprocal teaching style in minimizing bullying behavior in male and female students. The method used was a pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 30 students from one class VIII became the research sample. Data collection used a questionnaire based on the Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ) consisting of 23 items, covering three dimensions of bullying, namely verbal (8 items), physical (7 items), and non-verbal/non-physical (8 items). Descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity), and parametric paired sample t-test. The results of the study showed that the descriptive analysis and Paired Sample T-Test showed that the intervention given was effective in reducing bullying behavior in male and female students. A more significant decrease occurred in male students, who were likely more responsive to the intervention than female students. These results confirm that the implementation of the NHT-type cooperative learning model with an audiovisual-based reciprocal style is effective in reducing bullying behavior in the learning process environment. Keberadaan Bakteri Salmonella sp Pada Telur Ayam Di Pasar Tradisional Kota Palembang Sumatera Selatan
Get PDFEggs are a product of animal origin that is famous as a high source of protein compared to other protein source ingredients. Damage that can cause a decrease in egg quality is caused by microorganisms, one of which, bacteria that can contaminate eggs is Salmonella sp. This study aims to analyze the presence of Salmonella sp bacteria in chicken eggs sold in several traditional markets in Palembang City. This study used 6 samples of chicken eggs from 3 traditional markets with a simple random sampling method. The test results of all positive egg samples contained Salmonella sp. This shows that the quality of eggs sold at the Palembang Traditional Market does not meet the requirements of the Indonesian National Standard, which is negative/25 grams.

The study focuses on how learning interest and grammar mastery influence students’ descriptive writing abilities, identifying obstacles that affect both factors. The research aims to provide insights into these influences and offer recommendations for improving writing skills. The findings are expected to benefit students, teachers, and future research by offering valuable information on grammar mastery and descriptive writing. Ultimately, the study seeks to enhance understanding of how learning interest and grammar knowledge affect descriptive writing skills in this context, offering practical guidance for educational development

Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan nilai budaya Ruma Bolon terbagi atas nilai arsitektur tradisional, nilai sosial dan spiritual, dan nilai filosofi dan adapun tantangan pelestarian di era modern terdiri atas modernisasi dan perubahan gaya hidup, urbanisasi dan alih fungsi lahan, biaya perawatan dan restorasi yang tinggi, globalisasi dan pengaruh budaya luar, minimnya dukungan dari pemerintah dan lembaga budaya, kurangnya kesadaran dan edukasi, persaingan dengan pariwisata modern. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pengabdi menemukan problematika yang terjadi pada jemaat yaitu kurangnya kesatuan dan kolaborasi yang berakibat pada melemahnya dinamika kehidupan bergereja. PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada jemaat pentingnya membuat gereja semakin bertumbuh melalui kolaborasi atau kerja sama antar jemaat. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan pentingnya kolaborasi dan kesatuan melalui perspektif teologis. Pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Pada Sub Sektor Semen Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth in Cement Sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 to 2020 partially. and simultaneously. In this study, the population used were 6 companies in the cement sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and based on purposive sampling, 6 companies met the criteria. The data observed are secondary data, namely the financial statements of the Cement Sub- Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 to 2020. Data analysis and discussion were carried out using quantitative methods, in solving this research problem using SPSS software (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for Windows The results of the partial study are that Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on profit growth, Return On Investment (ROI) has no significant effect on profit growth, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no significant effect on profit growth simultaneously. Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), and Ner Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on profit growth. Potential investors and issuers (companies) should pay more attention to the company's performance first.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio Return On Equity (ROE),Return On Invement (ROI) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016 sampai 2020 secara persial dan secara simultan. Pada penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Data yang dimati merupakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Analisis data dan pembahasan dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, dalam memecahkan masalah penelitian ini menggunakan sofware SPSS (statical product and service solution) for windows hasil penelitian secara persial adalah Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Return On Invesment (ROI) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba secara simultan Retrun On Equity (ROE), Retrn On Invesment (ROI), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Bagi para calon investor dan emiten ( perusahaan ) sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan kinerja perusahaan terlebih dahulu.

AN ANALYSIS OF ILLOCUTIONARY ACTS UTILIZED BY LECTURERS IN LISTENING CLASSES
Get PDFThis study examines how lecturers use illocutionary acts in listening classes at the Islamic University of Kadiri, analyzing them through Searle’s framework. A qualitative approach was used to identify the most frequent illocutionary acts, their roles in classroom interactions, and the impact of cultural and institutional contexts. Data were collected via classroom observations, audio-video recordings, and semi-structured interviews with lecturers from two classes (Class A and Class B). The findings indicate that directives were the most common illocutionary acts, accounting for 69.45% of utterances in Class A and 53.57% in Class B, followed by assertives (15.85% in Class A and 30.56% in Class B) and expressives (13.25% in Class A and 15.08% in Class B), which fostered a positive learning atmosphere. Commissives were rare, appearing only in Class A (1.44%), while declaratives were minimal, present only in Class B (0.79%). This research highlights the lecturers' strategies in guiding students and creating a supportive learning environment. It emphasizes the need for tailored communication strategies to improve student engagement and comprehension in listening classes. Future research could explore similar analyses in diverse educational settings to broaden these insights, especially in the context of Islamic universities in Indonesia
ANALISIS PERAN TENAGA PENDIDIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SD NEGERI 01 ULAK KARANG SELATAN KOTA PADANG
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the role of educators in improving the quality of education at SDN 01 Ulak Karang, Padang City. The theory used refers to Hasbullah (2017), who states that educators must act as mentors, inspirers, and motivators for their students. Educators are expected to possess strong pedagogical, social, professional, and personal competencies to support the achievement of quality education. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the school principal and teachers in phases A, B, and C. The results show that educators have performed their roles well in enhancing the quality of education. Based on interviews, 80% of the school principal and teachers stated that educators have played an optimal role, while 20% mentioned that there are still infrastructure limitations. These limitations include the lack of fans in phase B (grade 4) and power supply constraints due to the use of projectors in all classrooms in phase C (grade 5). The questionnaire results indicate that 80% of respondents strongly agree, 20% agree, and none expressed disagreement or uncertainty. The documentation collected supports the interview and questionnaire data, with 80% of the documents showing that educators actively contribute to improving education quality, while 20% highlight challenges related to infrastructure. In conclusion, educators at SDN 01 Ulak Karang have played an active role in enhancing education quality. However, infrastructure challenges remain and require further attention to ensure an optimal learning process..

Analisis Kontribusi Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA)

The purpose of this study is to find out how motorcycle tax collection affects initial local income in the province of South Sumatra. This study focuses on vehicle taxes and local revenues. This type of research method is a qualitative approach that uses primary data obtained through interviews and documentary methods at the Samsat office in Palembang. The population is the result of the vehicle income tax survey that covered the vehicle tax payment of Samsat Palembang City in 2020-2021. The data analysis technique is qualitatively descriptive and begins with data collection from annual documents. Based on the results obtained, the sales of PKB in 2020 accounted for 18.29% of the total sales of Rp. 256,572,245,553 and PAD in South Sumatra province was Rp. 251 843 707 406. Therefore, PKB's financial support to PAD in South Sumatra Province in 2020 is classified as very insufficient. PKB share is 101.88% of Rp PAD in 2021. 853 031 906 256 and PKB's turnover reaches Rp. The province of South Sumatra is considered very good.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengambilan pajak kendaraan motor berdampak pada pendapatan asli daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pajak kendaraan bermotor dan pendapatan asli daerah. Jenis metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengunakan data primer yang diperoleh di kantor Samsat kota Palembang dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumntasi. Populasi adalah kesimpulan dari studi pajak kendaraan bermotorpada pendapatan dengan sempel kontribusi pajak motor di Samsat kota Palembang selama periode 2020-2021. Teknik analisis datanya adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data dari dokumen tahunan. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, penerimaan PKB pada tahun 2020 mencapai 18,29% dari total realisasi sebesar Rp. 256.572.245.553 dan total PAD di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sebesar Rp. 251.843.707.406. dengan demikian pada tahun 2020 kontribusi PKB terhadap PAD di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan termasuk dalam kriteria sangat kurang.Persentase kontribusi PKB tahun 2021 adalah 101,88% dari total PAD sebesar Rp. 853.031.906.256 dan realisasi penerimaan PKB sebesar Rp. 155.987.369.525 dan mengalami penaikan ditahun 2021 kontribusi PKB di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan digolongkan dalam kategori sangat baik.
